My predictions/ things I’d like to see:

-I feel like Ava is going to be different from all of the previous warrior nuns. Perhaps the halo was working it’s way over hundreds of years just to get to Ava. It’s already been said that Ava has done things that is rare/ or never been done before by any other warrior nun (like levitating). She is obviously apart of some sort of prophecy.

-Also ava being brought back/resurrected somewhat parallels Jesus doing the same. not saying she is Jesus reborn but it’s something to think about. Perhaps this will reflect Avas importance as the warrior nun/strength.

-I think Ava may end up going to the same place Micheal went to, they are obviously connected somehow, he may play a part in Avas story/prophecy. Maybe Ava is the one to rescue both Jillian and Micheal. Jillian seems like she could be a big help in defeating Adriel. Also is the place Micheal and Jillian went to where Lilith went after being killed by the tarask?

-I’m not entirely sure where the girls stand with the OCS, Duretti may not accept them back, even though he didn’t kill sister Shannon he still has displayed some troubling actions as a leader. (Accepting in nuns who where previously deemed unfit to be in the OCS, trying to recruit/use Beatrice for his bidding and sending Lilith to kill Ava) So right now I’m guessing the girls will be on the run from Duretti, father Vincent and Adriel.

-I’d like to know more about Ava’s past, it doesn’t need to take up a tonne of screen time. Maybe it comes up in conversation with Beatrice or Mary, or perhaps a flashback.

-I’d also love to know more about Beatrices past. How she got to the OCS, why she was sent away. It probably has something to do with her being gay. It was also mentioned her parents where kinda crappy.

-Along with Beatrice’s past it’s the rumoured that the writers are going to explore a queer romance between Ava and Beatrice. If it is actually happening, I really hope it’s done well, with decent pacing and avoid typical tropes etc. (Hopefully it’ll be a nice slowburn) It’s also a great opportunity to have Ava as another canon queer main character, which there is so few of. Although along with this is the risk that Netflix may cancel it, as they have done previously with countless other diverse tv shows.

-I adore Mary and Avas friendship, the bond the two share is almost sisterly. I’d love for them to become best friends, seems like Mary really needs it.

-I know we have seen some bts of Alba’s stunt double doing some combat training, so im very excited to see Ava finally kick ass. Seeing her use phasing during a fight would be incredibly cool along with her devinuim sword. Ava seems to retain some of her training from the beginning of season one, and when she does use it, it’s executed great and looks really cool. We know the halo enhances her senses more than regular humans, so I feel like it won’t take her long to pick up on basic combat. Though I don’t want her to be unbeatable from the get go, I wanna see her mess up and learn from her mistakes, it’s one of the things I love about Ava, she makes mistakes like any other immature teenager would

-I would really like to see more of camilla, I feel like we got to see so little of her in season 1.

-One thing I’m hoping for at the very beginning of season 2 is Ava emitting that powerful blast. Maybe to save Mary or create a pathway for escape for the rest of the girls.

-Lastly, I really enjoy character driven stories as opposed to constant action. So I’m hoping for one on one scenes with the girls just getting to know each other. A lot of conversations that’ll strengthen their relationships and make them feel like very rounded and developed characters.

As for coc2, I’m incredibly gay (boi people would never guess with my username right?) and I love the game! My favorite is Arona because she hits pretty much all my fetishises.

As for the lady companions, we got:

Healer polyamorous cat girl.

Dullahan red head.

Bee beauty.

Half sex insecure elf. (You can help her get more confidence.)

Big futa orc lady that, you are either the sub or the dom of. (small warning if she’s the dom you can’t switch back.)

And there is fox lady. Which I personally never recruit. Her stuff is highly focused on getting her pregnant so you need a dick to be able to do that. Plus you get treated very male like in her content. Not for me but she’s completely optional.

Oh and one of the guys can become a girl. Pretty nice.

Oh en talking about pregnancy stuff. It’s very easy to get pregnant but, you can use a in game item to become infertile. You can also reverse this with another item.

And finally a tip: put the game on story mode. It’s a lot easier to win battles that way and imo it doesn’t take away the fun.

The guys are fun too but won’t be using my self insert character when wanting to see their content.

I’m a veteran of the game so feel free to ask whatever you want! Especially because the wiki is not always up to date.

WATCHED THE NEW EPISODES AND AAAAAH

FIRST OF ALL- RED FOX! I LOVE HER. She’s absolutely adorable and her TAIL! Her voice is so good and I love that she’s a little yokai! It really is easy for the yokai to just live on the surface. Like they just NO ONE CARES AND THATS SO FUNNY TO ME!

Also WE GOT TWO APRIL EPISODES! I LOVE HER AS WELL! Actually it’s safe to assume I love every female character! I also really love that April and Foot Recruits first instinct when they saw each other was “IM GONNA BEAT YOU UP” and ahahahaha that’s so in character BUT WTF HAPPENED TO RECRUIT LIKE OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT THING??

AND D R A X U M OMG Like I was kinda bummed when he just.... became a lunch lady. I thought it was gonna destroy his character. BUT IT DIDNT AT ALL! He’s still so Draxum! He still gets be totally hilarious but also so SO serious and egotistical!

And finally- L E O- oh my god- Listen he’s just... OH MY GOD. First of all, Leo did say gay rights. Second of all Leo and Donnie’s relationship is like so amazing and true to siblings it’s like “hey so I know we just fought and I called you a weirdo but hey wanna eat pizza with me in this bird pouch” LIKE WTF I LOVE THEM??? This show can get so weird but it’s utterly hilarious. But I really want to see more of Leo and Donnie being bro’s because it’s so cute and I really like seeing them interact! But the moment they can fully agree on something the world is going to be OVER they will DESTROY US. Also Donnie purposely sabotaging Leo is AHAHAHHS

MAY YOU CAN’T SEE IT BUT IM KISSING YOU SO PASSIONATELY RIGHT NOW

Ok so listeeennnn tooooo meeeee, okokokok, so a while ago I went on this James McAvoy bender--don’t ask--and I saw he was in the X-Men movies, whic hi haven’t watched since the Wolverine movies/ Last Stand when I was like, actually a baby. So anyways I flipped them on thinking “yeah what could go wrong?” except I watched them in the wrong order

Anyways here’s an essay on why neither Erik or Prof X was right and the actual answer would be to compromise and these movies how how because they’re both too stubborn and couldn’t it destroyed their friendship and fucked everything up.

Also the fact that X-Men: First Class is the best Villain origin story to ever cross the screen.

Ok so spoilers ahead for X-Men: Days of Future Past and X-Men: First Class

Now, it should be noted that I’m no an X-Men expert I just love these two movies.

So for some context: First Class and Days of Future Past are both kind of prequels, except DoFP is a prequel-sequel?? becuase of time travel?? I’ll explain don’t worry. The point is, they take place in the past where all the characters are younger. James McAvoy plays Professor X (who I’ll just be calling X for this whole thing), Michael Fassbender plays Magneto (aka Erik), oh and Jennifer Lawrence plays Mystic--who will be appearing in this essay XDD.

Alright so first of all have a plot summary: DoFP is about Wolverine getting sent back in time so he can convince a younger Prof X to stop Raven (aka Mystic) from getting caught by this guy Trask who then uses her DNA to create super weapons that irradiate all mutants. The current future Wolverine is in, he, prof X, Magneto, and a few other mutants are trying their best to survive but it’s a losing battle and their only hope is to literally change the past.

This one takes place after the events of First Class, which I will now explain.

So in First Class a younger Prof X and Magneto team up to find and recruit bb mutants to X’s school because the government wants to use Mutants to help fight the Russians (oh head this takes placee in the 1960′s right before the Cuban Missile Crisis). This is essentially a Magneto origin story and also--in my opinion--the best villain origin story to ever cross the screen.

OK so now some details on our main characters:

Magneto/ Erik Lehnsherr: a literal holocaust survivor who’s only goal in the begining of the story is hunting/ killing nazi’s, specifically one nazi who tortured him specifically and I will get into him later don’t worry.

Professor X: super smart rich white boy with a heart of gold but also enough naivete to make a lamb look like a Stephen King character.

Already you can see very stark differences between the two of them. Erik is set up as being a staunch pessimist while X is a vivid optimist, and that makes sense. X’s grown up sheltered and never wanting for anythign while Erik suffered a trainwreck of the greatest traumas in human existence hitting him over and over and over again from like age fucking 9.

Ok also tehre’s J-Law’s character Raven, who is a mutant that can change her skin to look like anythign she wants it to but her actual form is blue/ scaly/ “not pretty” (bullshit but ok). She met X when she broke into his house one night to steal some food and then they became friends, their relationship will become important later but for now that’s all u need to know.

ok so anyways, in the begining of First Class Erik is hunting + killing Nazi’s, specifically looking for this one called Schmidt because when Erik was little he and his family were carted away to a concentration camp where Schmidt witness Erik use his metal bending powers and decided to “train” him. aka physically/ mentally abuse him for years. The whole thing starts with Schmidt trying to get Erik to lift a metal coin with his mind, when he can’t (because he’s a child who didn’t even know he had his powers until literally hours ago) Schmidt puts his mother’s life on the line and when he still can’t Schmidt kills her. This sends Erik it’s a rage and he crushes some nazi heads but then Schmidt is still standing and mentions how “oh gotcha, so it’s rage and pain that’s the key to your powers huh?” anyways this tidbit and the coin will become important later trust me--

Meanwhile Prof X is graduating from Oxford/ generally being an idiot pretty boy. He’s a telepath who knows about his powers and has used them from an early age. He also wrote some big paper on mutants, which gets the attention of an FBI agent who witnesses the villains being mutants and wants his advice

However, the villains just so happen to be Schmidt, who’s going by “Shaw” now, so when X and the agents catch up to him Erik is already there and on a mission to murder his ass. Some bs happens, Erik tries to pull a submarine out of the water but can’t (T-T this will be important) and X jumps into the water to stop him because the mental stress is literally killing him.

That’s how they meet.

It’s important to note: up until this point, Erik didn’t know there were other mutants, so meeting X, who’s friends with Raven, is kind of a big deal for him. He and X become very fast friends and also have a very homoerotic montage where they become dads for a bunch of mutant teenagers, because they realize they can use X to track all these baby mutants, collect them, and train them so they don’t grow up fearing their powers.

Anyways, the other thing about this is that now that Erik has this newfound group of people that are just like him, he’s opening up, and X is helping him realize he’s actually so much more powerful when he taps into happy memories rather than fueling himself on pain and rage. This scene always makes me sob oh my god--

Also, fellas--is it gay to “access the brightest cortex” of your homies memories and remind him that hate and pain are not good motivators before reminding him that he has good memories he can draw on and showing him that his life has not been entirely painful?

YEs, the answer is yes are u shitting me??

ok so anyways--something to note about this is that X and Erik are both very protective of all their new kids, but Erik is especially so. I’m going to be getting into this more but just tab thsi thought for later :)

Now, the plot’s kicking up a bit, because it’s at this point that Erik and X capture one of Shaw’s (aka the nazi’s) main lackies and they question her until she gives them the info that Shaw’s planning on using the Cuban Missile Crisis tensions to start a nuclear war to wipe out all humans so that only mutants survive in the new world.

Obviously they want to stop him, but also, you can kind of tell that Erik is not totally against this plan, which only gets to be more later but that’s for later.

Right now I wanna take a quick break to talk about Raven--aka Mystic, aka J-Law. She and X were childhood friends and she kind of clung to him because she doesn’t have family/ anyone she can really be herself around besides him.

X insistently says throughout the movie he sees her as a sister, but it’s kinda obvious she’d be down to fuck. She has this big plotline where she keeps trying to get X to understand why it’s so frustrating for her to have to be using energy to look “human.” Because her natural form is the one with the blue skin. X doesn’t understand this because his power is easy to hide, it’s simple for him to just fake-human and have no one be any wiser, Raven, however, doesn’t have that luxury and when she tries to explain this to X it just flies over his head, insisting she hide her natural self to better fit in if that’s what she really wants.

Queue Erik, who comes in as a king of self love. He’s pretty blunt about it, but his point is basically “you’re wasting energy by constantly pretending you’re something you’re not--stop” and she responds essentially with “yeah but then no one will like me” to which he responds “then make them.”

Raven’s relationship with both the boys is used through both First Class and DoFP to really highlight their faults. X believes humans and mutants can coexist but he thinks we go about doign that by completely ignoring the pages of history of abuse mutants have suffered--and it’s mostly because he hasn’t experienced it.

Erik on the other hand will do everything and anything he possibly can to protect his new family/ people, and in his head that means exterminating any and all threats. By the end of the movie--humans become one of those threats.

The point of this whole ramble is that: they both represent utter opposites, BUT, X’s blind optimism and Erik’s blind pessimism are equally bad.

Ok so back to plot for a second to prove this.

Shaw is revealed to be a mutant himself and he also has a helmet that can block telepathy. (yes it’s the magneto helmetjasjd;fkjaskl;dfjasldkj jsut wait).

His plan’s complicated but basically: he’s going to poke America and Russia until they pop and incite a nuclear war. And it works. The whole pre-climax of the film sees X, Erik, Raven, and the other mutants all working double time to stop Shaw’s plan (AND IT INVOLVES ERIK SUCCESSFULLY PULING A SUBMARINE OUT OF THE WATER!!! BECAUSE NOW HE’S USING HAPPINESS INSTEAD OF ANGER/ PAIN!!!).

Anywho, they’re doing all this, but then some bullshit happens, the plane they’re on crashes oh and -- yeah there’s this part where Erik uses himself as a seatbelt for X it’s fantastic but anyways--

This is finally the climax of the film.

Also possibly the greatest scene in film history in my humble opinion.

Because listen--in order to stop Shaw they need the helmet off of him so that X can telepathically freeze his ass and they can arrest him or whatever. So they split up--Erik rushes into the wreckage to find Shaw and X stays behind ready to freeze the guy as soon as the helmet comes off but--

Well, vengence is just too tempting.

So when Erik gets Shaws helmet off, X freezes the guy, and he’s ecstatic, at least until he realizes Erik plans on killing Shaw.

He’s pleading with Erik because this is vengence and he can’t chose that but Erik just puts on the helmet and--taunts Shaw, pulling out the coin Shaw taunted him with all those years ago and in a mimickry of the game Shaw forced him to play as a child and killed his mother over--he slowly floats the coin at Shaws head, telling him “I’m going to count to ten, and all you have to do is move.”

But he can’t--because X is holding him--and that’s the point, Erik wants him as helpless as he was, and X can’t let his hold on Shaw go because that would mean putting Erik in danger but he’s also in Shaws head so he feels the coin go through his head as though Erik was doing it to him and the fucking cinematography in this scene is so fuaksdjf;laksjd;fjasd;lkfjadsl;asdjf;ljL:DKJFL:SDKJFL:D KFUCKKKKK

This scene is cinematic perfection don’t fucking lOOK at me unless you agree.

T-T and then, it only gets worse, because now Erik’s finally finished his original purpose--killing the man who killed his mother and ruined his life--and now he’s got a new one, aka protecting his new family aka the mutants.

AND HE’S ONLY PROVEN RIGHT THAT HUMANS ARE A THREAT BECAUSE THEY TURN AND TRY TO KILL ALL THE MUTANTS IN THE PLANE CRASH AND JSUT--

And so he stops all the missiles flying their way, and turns them around on the humans and X has to stop him but he’s not listening and the rawest fucking line in the whole movie comes when X says

“There’s hundreds of men on those ships--innocent men. They’re just following orders!”

And Erik simply replies, “I’ve been at the mercy of men ‘just following orders’--never again.”

And then he goes to blow up the shipsthen one of the other characters goes to shoot Erik and he deflects the bullet wtihout thinking right. into. X’s. back.

Paralysing him.

And just akjd;fjasdflkjasd;lfkj this scene speaks for itself

And then the movie closes off with X and Erik literally begging one another to just see it their way--because they both want so badly to be on the same side but they’re too stubborn and they refuse to see compromise and just ajkdf;lja;sdkfja;sdljkfsadlkf

Ok I realize now that I barely talked about DoFP but this is already so long. The major things I was going to bring up was teh absolutely fantastic bitter exes energy that McAvoy and Fassbender bring to that movie it’s excellent but also the fact that X is literally the only person Erik goes out of his way not to kill despite standing directly in the way of Erik’s goal.

Like, you remember my whole deal with Raven??? yeah that’s x10 in DoFP (which takes place quickly after this movie) yeah so her and Erik are close, and shown to be close, but the second he thinks she endangers his fam he literally 180′s so quick and tries to straight up murder her.

BUT HE FUCKING BENDS THE BULLET AROUND X’s HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! X!!!!!!!!!! WHO’S LITERALLY 100% AGAINST HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST

Ok, that’s all. By the way I don’t want to like, up your expecations too much because I actually kind of hate X-Men: First Class almost as much as I love it?? it’s very..... of it’s era, and cheesy, and dumb--but fucking magneto you guys holy SHIT

So there is a different timeline where Peggy moved on, but in this timeline Steve and Peggy gets to be happy and grow old together. Steve is happy and he deserves to be :)

Also do u guys ever wonder if steve came back to the same date and place Peggy told him when he was about to crash the plane :((

The way the movie ended tho,, when right after we see Steve and Peggy dancing and kissing it cuts to black and the lyrics of the song start as the credits start rolling too. It’s such a beautiful way to conclude the phase :”( they ended it with Steve in the 40s, the very first avenger and the decade it all began.

owo whats this......a lisa fangame? well, actually, a potential lisa fangame, but yknow.

lisa: the grim is a hypothetical lisa fangame abt 2 men, bentley n donald, who meet through a twist of fate. they accidentally wander on2 enemy gang territory n get attacked after hearing the cries of a distressed child n wanting 2 investigate. after slaughtering countless gang members, they finally find the source of the screams. a badly beaten n anxious little girl tied 2 a tree.

ben n don decide that they must find a safer place 2 raise the girl, named greer, no matter how hard it will b 2 do so. along the way they keep being confronted by the brothers, the enemy gang they stumbled across b4 finding greer, n the leader of the gang, simply known as “the true brother,” wants the girl all 2 himself.

bentley wickerbach

bentley wickerbach, also known simply as ben, is considered by most 2 b a starving artist, often doing graffiti on the walls of caves n such rather than taking care of himself. hes heavily inspired by the works of banksy, n has been since a young age. his mother died due 2 complications after childbirth, n his father died after a botched surgery 2 get rid of a tumor in the right side of his neck, leaving him 2 live with his aunt (she wasnt abusive or anything, she rlly did try. she was just extremely poor). art is a coping mechanism 4 the childhood trauma he had 2 go thru, n so he dedicates his life 2 it. hes brutally honest, serious, n tends 2 b sarcastic sometimes. also hes trans n gay bc yeah lol.

donald frances

donald frances, or don, legitimately cant b described in a serious way. i cant capture the essence of his being w/o saying “hes chaotic neutral n cursed as fucking hell” bc thats exactly what he is. hes just gay n likes pranking ppl. probably eats cereal w/ a fork. like, he just fucking stabs it in there. hes an absolute utter dumbass n thats why ben both loves n hates him. a complete fucking disaster gay. like if u look up disaster gay in the dictionary he’ll b there. n no, i never said as a picture.

greer (wow no surname)

greer is a mysterious case, being 1 of the only females left in olathe after the flash. shes young, n with that comes a natural curiosity 4 her age. the only thing holding her back is her debilitating anxiety. she struggles w/ trauma she cant remember thanks 2 the fact that the blows that were inflicted 2 her head during her time w/ the brothers caused very bad amnesia. she couldnt remember anything by the time ben n don found her, except 4 her own name. she uses a makeshift scythe made out of wood n an old, decaying tooth from a mutants carcass. she cant remember where her locket is from (yet again, thanks 2 her amnesia), but its very special 2 her. she babbie

the true brother

the true brother, being the main antagonist, is always there 2 try n slow ben n don down. hes cold, vindictive, n tough, making him a difficult opponent in battle. a very proud leader of his gang. hes always attempting 2 recruit ppl he thinks might have potential. yes, the skull is real. yes, those r teeth/claws on his shoulder pads. he may have some connection 2 ben...

the mysterious stranger

an ominous figure who has been following ben around. they dont ever try 2 actively hurt him, they just...stalk him. the skull they wear indicates that theyre affiliated w/ the brothers, but other than that they dont appear 2 b a threat.

other things:

the ability to graffiti things on2 walls n stuff. it wouldnt rlly add 2 the plot but yknow. it would b fun.

homoeroticism. lots of it.

exploration of mental illness and trauma. especially thru ben n greer.

u get 2 kill child predators. or, the brothers.

Aubrey is Beca's older step-sister but they're pretty close. Aubrey is overprotective of Beca because of???? (insert secret here). Chloe is Aubrey's BFF but they only met at Barden. When Beca comes to Barden and meets Chloe, Aubrey senses the connection between them. She's torn between wanting Beca and Chloe to be happy, keeping Beca's secret, and not wanting either of them to get hurt.

“Bree?” Aubrey knows that voice. Her heart nearly stops in her chest as she turns in time to see her step-sister, smiling brightly at her.

“Beca!” The blonde moves quickly and wraps her arms around the smaller woman in a bone crushing hug. It’s been a few months since she’s last seen Beca. Not since mid summer, anyway – when Aubrey had gone home to spend time with her father and step-mother and of course, Beca.

During that time, Beca had surprised her with the news that she’d be attending Barden next year, with Aubrey. However, the brunette had kept her arrival time a secret.

“I don’t mean to interrupt, but…” Aubrey pulls back at that, though she doesn’t release Beca entirely, her arm moving to loop itself with the tiny brunette’s as she offers her best friend a sheepish smile. Chloe just smiles brightly back, blue eyes darting between the two of them curiously.

“Chloe, this is Beca– my sister. Beca, this is Chloe–”

Chloe holds out her hand eagerly. “The best friend.” She interjects excitedly. “I’ve heard a lot about you!”

Beca smiles bemusedly for a moment, staring down at the hand hanging between them before she finally takes it, shaking it hesitantly. “Uh– cool. Nice to meet you, dude.” She raises a brow at Aubrey who looks away with a small grin.

“Oh, don’t worry!” Chloe chirps with a wide grin. “All good things.”

Beca chuckles. “I’m sure.” Her lips curve into a crooked smirk. “I’ve heard about you, too.” Aubrey watches as Chloe raises her brows expectantly. “Oh, don’t worry.” Beca starts, her smirk growing. “All good things.”

“Well, obviously.” Chloe says in a ‘duhhh’ sort of tone. “I’m aca-awesome!”

“And humble, apparently.” Beca quips in amusement. “Also, we’ve got to talk about both of your apparent annihilation of the English language. ‘aca’ is not a real prefix, guys.”

“Aca-scuse me?” Aubrey shoves Beca playfully.

“Oh it totes is!” Chloe says, nodding her head sagely.

Beca just smirks. “Wow. I can feel my IQ dropping just standing here.”

Aubrey scoffs and rolls her eyes in amused affection. “Please, like you had any to spare in the first place.”

The smaller woman feigns a gasp, hand going to her heart. “You wound me with your words, Posen.”

Meanwhile, Chloe watches with a mixture of curiosity and amusement.

“Shut up Mitchell.” Aubrey shakes her head, but her expression soon turns to one of concern. “Now, why didn’t you tell me you were coming? Do you need help finding your dorm or unpacking? How did you even know where to find me?”

Beca’s smile turns soft as she places a reassuring hand on Aubrey’s arm. “No worries, dude. I’m good to go. I’m already unpacked over at Baker Hall. First floor, room 6. As for how I found you– Bree you’ve been talking about this– activities fair thing nonstop, every time we talk on the phone or skype.”

“Speaking of–” Chloe says before Aubrey can reply. “You should totes join. Bree says you’ve got an amazing voice and you’re crazy talented.”

Beca raises a brow at Aubrey who shrugs like, ‘so?’. “Don’t look at me like that. You are crazy talented.”

“See? So, you should totes audition. We could really use you.” Chloe says, taking hold of one of Beca’s arms. Aubrey internally winces as Beca’s body visibly stiffens. Sometimes she forgets how… personable Chloe can be. She prepares for Beca to rip her arm away, but to Aubrey’s surprise, she doesn’t.

Instead, Beca just kind of stares up into Chloe’s eyes, body slowly relaxing, while Chloe stares back, smile bright and completely oblivious to Beca’s unease.

“Please?” Chloe pouts, giving the arm in her hand a gentle squeeze.

Beca blinks after a moment, cheeks tinging pink as she stumbles back a little. “I– uh– I’ll think about it, red.” Aubrey is torn between being concerned and amused. Her step-sister is kind of a useless gay when it comes to pretty girls and Aubrey usually teases her relentlessly for it, but this– this has the potential to be a nightmare waiting to happen. And not because she thinks Chloe would break Beca’s heart– no, Chloe isn’t the type. She loves without reservation, she loves hard. No, it would definitely be Beca who did the breaking– and most likely not on purpose, either.

Plus, she cares deeply for these two people, and the last thing she wants is for either of them to be hurt. She pushes these thoughts aside, though– choosing to hope that something like that doesn’t happen.

“You better!” Chloe finally releases Beca’s arm and turns toward their table to grab a flier before thrusting it into Beca’s hand.

Beca ends up auditioning, much to Aubrey’s (delighted) surprise. What Aubrey isn’t too delighted about is that Chloe seems all the more smitten with Beca. It’s why she keeps a close eye on her step-sister during hoodnight. Her protective instincts really rise to the surface when Beca becomes visibly uneasy as one of the new Treble recruits approaches her.

“– It’s inevitable. You’re one of those acapella girls and I’m one of those acapella boys, and we’re going to have aca-children together.” Aubrey hears the Treble-boy say as she walks up beside Beca.

Beca makes a face. “Yeah, no, dude. I don’t see that happening.”

“How do you know if you don’t give me a chance?” The Treble-maker pouts, wobbling a little, clearly on his way to drunk.

Aubrey chooses that moment to make herself known, looping her arm through Beca’s and shooting a glare toward the boy in front of them. “She’s not interested.”

A frown mars the boy’s face. “Who are you? Her keeper?”

Aubrey steps in front of Beca and towers over the Treble-maker. “No, but I am her sister, and not only that, but I’m also the captain of the Barden Bellas and it’s against the rules to… fraternize with a Treble-maker.” She narrows her eyes and inches forward a little more. “And I’m pretty sure I heard her say that she isn’t interested.”

“Bree–” Beca tugs gently on Aubrey’s arm. “It’s okay. I got this.”

Aubrey glances behind her, taking in Beca’s slight half smile and the way she gives her a soft little nod. After a moment, Aubrey nods back and steps aside, but crosses her arms and glares at the puppy-faced boy from behind Beca.

“Listen, dude. See, it’s not going to happen, because I’m like– really gay.”

It seems to take puppy-face a moment to process Beca’s words, but Aubrey sees the exact moment that he realizes. And if Aubrey weren’t trying to be intimidating right now, she’d laugh at how his stupid face drops in embarrassment and what she assumes disappointment.

Beca on the other hand, seems to be holding her breath, muscles taught with tension; ready to bolt. It breaks Aubrey’s heart and she vows that if this stupid boy says something mean, she’ll punch him. Or at least give him a verbal lashing.

But then Jesse offers up a sheepish smile. “Oh,” He scratches the back of his neck and glances away. “Shit, I must’ve come off as such an ass. I’m sorry.” Aubrey blinks. Was he–? That… that wasn’t the reaction she was expecting.

Apparently, neither was Beca. She stands there, looking unsure of how to respond. But before either of them can even think of a good response anyway, Jesse’s smile turns bright. “We could be lesbros!”

“Oh my god, dude.” Aubrey watches as Beca’s body relaxes slightly, her tone full of cautious amusement. “No way. We are not being that, and if you ever say that again, I’ll smack you.”

Jesse seems unperturbed as he shakes his head. “Nope, it’s happening. We’re lesbros. I’ll be your wing-man, and you’ll be mine– it’ll be great!”

“You’re drunk.” Beca says, a small smirk creasing her lips. But Aubrey can still see the hesitation in her posture and she frowns.

“Nah, I’m just tipsy.” He goes to take another sip of his drink and frowns. “Empty,” His frown turns into a full blown pout which Aubrey thinks looks ridiculous on him. “Time for a refill. Do either of you ladies need a drink?”

This time Aubrey steps up. “Uh, no… but, thanks.” She tries to smile politely because this dumb treble was nice, but she still doesn’t like him. Or his stupid puppy face. Jesse shrugs and turns away, heading down toward the keg.

Beca sighs audibly and Aubrey watches as her shoulders droop. Concern washes over Aubrey and she takes her step-sister’s elbow. “Hey, you okay?”

“Uh– yeah, yeah. I just–” She frowns, running a shaky hand through her hair.

“I know, I was expecting more of a scene.” Aubrey frowns at the way Beca trembles slightly. “Can I walk you back to your dorm?” Beca looks like she wants to refuse, but instead she gives a jerky nod. So Aubrey loops her arm through Beca’s a leads her away from the amphitheater.

Beca sighs and lets her head drop against Aubrey’s shoulder. “Thanks. I think the build up of it has my anxiety really high.” She admits quietly.

Aubrey knew that. She was– is afraid it’ll send her into an episode, but she doesn’t point that out. Instead, she wrap an arm around Beca’s waist and presses a chaste kiss to the other’s temple. “You did good.”

Unbeknownst to the both of them, someone watches with a worried little frown on her face from her perch on one of the higher amphitheater seats.

me thinkin' about how i've grown up with exo and watched as they lived and learned and developed as professionals and humans, overcoming the struggles of a poor debut concept and scandal after scandal with their tenacity and love for each other

Then thinkin' about how Kyungsoo, a somewhat aloof, awkward and weird boy who decided to be bold and try out for SM after old people at karaoke competitions told him to and he made 8 brothers for life who love him dearly and support him and his antics and his acting career and call him cute no matter how much he says he isn't good at anything and that he's boring and Manly and how he has starred in a full-ass movie and is partially credited as breaking the "idol-actor" stereotype and writes love songs with chanyeol on the DL that chanyeol reveals on his lives and wrote the lyrics to a lovely, comforting song for us before leaving to join the military so he can become an even bigger star in multiple films once he gets out

Then thinkin' about how bbh, an outgoing boy who flicked lights on and off to make his friends giggle, met a friend for life, kjd, on the very same day they both were to audition to get into a group that was about to debut, how he worked hard to break down barriers in the group and became the moodmaker, and how people thought he was bad at dancing because he hadn't had time to train but actually every solo dance he's been given he's slayed to the point that he became the CENTER FOR CBX, how he worked hard to learn piano in a very short amount of time to play The Answer for his EXO-Ls, how even after an early scandal in which is privacy was invaded he still looks at us with such love and protection and is NOW an amazing solo artist who texts the exo group chat saying he misses them so much

Then thinkin' about Suho. Kim frickin' Joonmyeon. The underdog of the entire group. Born rich, charismatic and well-educated, could have been ANYTHING but CHOSE to train for SEVEN YEARS due to his love of music. You guys. When Baek and another member got into trouble for cussing while playing video games sometime in 2012-2013 and a sasaeng threatened to reveal the voice clips of them cussing purportedly to apink members, joonmyeon texted her personally, so cold, so professional, "are you blackmailing us? If you release the clip you won't be forgiven" big fuckin dad energy, worked so hard on his singing and dancing yet still asks not to be given too many lines or placed center too often, gives up his seats for his members ALWAYS, accepted their first awards show win alone stoic and professional as the boys broke down in the back room after the news of kris leaving broke, now has multiple solo songs and acts and is literally set to be higher-level management at SM due to all his hard work, definitely puts out that goofy mom energy but is actually extremely intelligent, protective and the go-to guy for all the members and this para has no point i just think kim joonmyun deserves everything

Remembering that chanyeol has a famous sister and is a multitalented instrumentalist that didn't actually need to become an idol, but he did because he wanted "brothers", how he skyrocketed an entire foot from debut til now, how he's all teeth and ears and big anime eyes and legs and he's confident and happy after years of struggling w his weight and self-image, makin music and writing lyrics and modeling for tommy hilfiger and riding scooters in paris and despite the fact that he can't dance he tries, despite the fact that he didn't audition to be a rapper he became one of korea's best, how he turns into a little kid every time he's around any small animal and just tries to cuddle and feed it as he coos in his Low Man Voice, his tough raps but then his soft exo station song SSFW, and now exo-sc with his bestie and ACTING!!!

Thinkin' about Xiumin. Xiumin who came in as a vocalist and ended up being one of the best dancers in the group (even tho he hits the highest notes!!!). Xiumin who is the oldest and wisest but is still willing to throw that ass back to havana to make cbx laugh. Xiumin who is korea's pick, who kids and ahjummas alike fall for. Xiumin who is beautiful and quiet and humble and supports his brothers from the sidelines, who is so loving and caring, who released an adorable solo that matches him so well and is now winning fckn awards in military training for being so goddamn amazing. Xiumin who attends TVXQ concerts and supports all of his fellow celebrities. Mark's dad. Amazing man. Says he has no friends outside of exo but literally everyone loves him. Dedicated his formative years to the group even when he wasn't spotlighted like he deserves to be and-

Lay. That's it. That's the paragraph. He came in not speaking Korean and is now one of the top-grossing musicians in all of China. Breaking barriers. Learning languages in a matter of months. Solo albums out the wazoo that he composed. Coming back to wish Kyungsoo goodbye even though he hasn't been on a stage with them in years. Didn't leave, although I'm sure he was mistreated just as much as the members who did. All of exo loves him so fucking much.

Kai. Kai who could have been a professional ballet dancer, could have been a full-time model, debuts as the SCREAMO BOY in mama. Gets made fun of for his skin complexion. Is shy and embarrassed for the first 2 or 3 years of exo interviews, and is still pretty shy and introverted. But boy became the fucking IDOL'S IDOL. FANCAMS GOING VIRAL LEFT AND RIGHT. SUSTAINING INJURIES, CRYING WHEN HE MESSES UP AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT DANCE ROUTINE TO "I SEE YOU". Is such a perfectionist to the point of pushing himself into constant injury, and besides that has had his personal life broadcasted all over the news MULTIPLE times even though he's so shy and withdrawn irl. People cry to meet him, now. Front and center of every exo dance. A dancing god and the reason half of NCT auditioned. I cannot emphasize how proud I am of Kai, who is only a few months older than sehun yet has had to grow up so fast as the face of the group. Solo during the olympics with plantar fasciitis. Model who stuns at every Gucci show in new and experimental designs.

Sehun. Oh fuckin' Sehun. Ran away from recruiters because his mom told him not to talk to strangers, and now he's modelling for every major fashion campaign, is on the cover of vogue, has his dream dog and certifiably has the biggest dick of all exo members. Became a main dancer through hard work and practice even though nobody ever talks about how hard osh works bc he's sort of overshadowed by kai. Insecure about his singing voice but makes crowds go wild every time he even croons out one beautiful, dulcet line. Babied by junmyeon, kissed and coddled by all the exo members, still has Big Baby Energy but is debuting in a group with his fellow chaotic neutral yeol and looking all sexy with his swooped back hair and his 0 follows on insta. Sings in We Young and raps his little heart out. His solo during concerts still shake my very uterus and im pretty sure he's gay. That's how powerful ohs is, and he can only go up from here.

And finally my baby boy kim jongdae. Chanyeol once said Jongdae is so nice that he comes off as stupid and that is absolutely positively true. Boy is the manifestation of the john mulaney quote "you could pour soup on my lap and id apologize to you". Is a ray of fucking sunshine whose only goal as he was singing in that video from high school was to "become a singer". It's his passion. It's the reason he LIVES. He prays to jesus before every concert but worships music. One of THE best vocalists in the game with the cleanest and most controlled voice, sings in the shower, sings in the car, sings while walking to pet some deer, sings because he loves it and now he's a soloist with his own album out and another in the works, and not only that, he dances his feet on fire in CBX and exo routines and remains steady to hit those high notes. Duets abound because everyone loves him. Will tell a bitch to back off when talking about his private life bc he's probably a husband with 6 happy, healthy children at home. Started out as the nervous boy chasing a dream on that fateful day with bbh and became the nation's pick, sings CONSTANTLY, yet is still so humble he opens up a yt channel just to cover other artists' songs. MCs for Baekhyun's solo and shows up to all his performances to monitor. Heart of gold. Smiles when he's hurting. Deserves this solo career and deserves the happiest life this world can provide him.

Words aren't enough to express how grateful I am for these men, how proud I am and how much I just want them to know that we know how hard they've worked to get as far as they have. Compare them to any other group, even other SM groups, and it's clear that their passion, drive, skill and professionalism is unrivaled. They are all born artists and musicians down to their core, and with that, they're all kind, sweet people who are who they are because they debuted as 18, 19, 20, etc year old men 7 years ago and have grown up together, suffered together, celebrated together and loved together. They've switched up sounds, concepts, gone experimental, have created some of the most beautiful ballads and harmonies music has ever seen, and they strive for nothing but the best. ALWAYS. They have never disappointed me, and they never fail to inspire me every time they show the fruits of all their labor (as well as multiple creative people and teams that come together to create EXO) onstage as one.

How do you feel about the last person you hugged? That hug with Gabie was almost four weeks ago, buuuut she’s my girlfriend and I love her a lot, and I can trust her with everything. Do you ever say 'OMG' in person? Yeah but I try to lessen it now because I think I’m literally the only one left who still has the tendency to say the initials hahaha. Who was the last person you really felt like punching? This fucker named Sam Morales. A trans woman – this’ll be important later on – tweeted out their story about how Sam catfished her for 8 months and even recruited her friends to join in on the catfishing, and apparently it was all borne from Sam’s homophobia and transphobia. The girl revealed that Sam was bullied by gay boys when she was younger, so it sparked a lifelong hatred for LGBTQIA+ individuals and ever since then she’s been targeting just them for her catfishing. When the woman told her story, a lot of other LGBTQIA+ folks came forward with their similar experiences with Sam and her cronies. It’s a big deal because as it turns out, Sam has a pretty reputable position in the local media industry, has rubbed shoulders with important celebrities, and has done ads for companies like H&M that we unknowingly pass by everyday, so it’s been infuriating having to hear someone use her position to abuse those already in a marginalized position, and having to use her childhood trauma to traumatize others. Are you taller for your age, shorter, or average? Average for a Filipino, shorter if we’re talking global lol. Did you tell your last girlfriend/boyfriend that you love them? Yeah I make sure to remind her everyday.

How do you know the last person you hung out with? We went to the same school for 14 years but we were personally introduced to each other in Grade 7. If you went to the beach right now, what would you bring? A pair of bikinis, a beach robe, sunscreen, flip-flops, the bottle of soju my dad just bought for me this morning haha, my wallet for extra cash, and Gabie. Where did you get the clothes you wore today? My shirt is from the school intramurals for when I was a sophomore and my bitch of a teammate insisted that we have our own table tennis ~jerseys, even though we didn’t really need it. But she didn’t take no for an answer so I relented and now I have this dumb shirt that wasn’t even free. My shorts are from some store and I just bought it cos I needed it as part of a costume a few years ago, so now I just wear it around the house. Sure, there’s a number of people - Pia, Summer, Hannah, Kate, Reiven, etc. When's the last time you were on neopets? 2007. Someone wakes you up at 3am, what's your first thought? Ok first of all, big chance I’d still be up by then lmao. But hypothetically, if I was woken up that late I’d be...groggy at first, then when that fades I’d be a little pissed. What's the last time you got in a vending machine? Bottled water. What was the last thing your parents got mad at you for? My mom got mad when she found out I lent my new UP varsity jacket to a friend even though it was to help out that friend, who had to walk through the rain but didn’t have an umbrella -_____- I don’t remember my dad getting mad at me recently. Have you ever had a bathing suit fall off of you while swimming? Yep but it was always while swimming at the beach/in the sea so I was thankfully always hidden haha. Where do you go when you skip school? If I wanna skip the whole day I just stay at home. But if there’s one or two classes I feel like cutting in the middle of the day, I stay at my org’s common area which is somewhere in the college. Do your pets have favorites? My dog definitely loves me more than anyone else in my family. He still growls at each of them at times. Do find flirting over IM easier then in person? OMG noooo I hate doing stuff like that on IM/text. I can’t even sext, I find it too awkward having to type out actions or parts of the anatomy shjdgfdjfkdhg. What were you thinking about five minutes ago? I was playing Mario Kart on the Switch that long ago so I was most likely concentrated on not fucking up and ending on the off-road area. Have you ever heard the last person you laughed with swear? Yes. If the last person you called were in the hospital, would you visit them? For sure. I’d bring my dad’s quarantine pass and go through all the checkpoints. Are there any dirty dishes in the room you're in? Nope. How many people could sleep comfortably in the room you're in? It’s the dining room so it’s not the most conducive for sleeping... but uhhh I guess around 10-15 can fit here, as long as we remove the dining table and chairs and replace everything with mattresses. Would you like to have a treadmill in your house? I wouldn’t mind if we had one. What's the longest you've ever liked someone without telling them? I only seriously liked Gabie and it took me arounddd 11 months. Do/did you prefer your english or math teacher? I’m not taking either subject anymore. Would you rather live with your parents or your grandparents? Parents. I love all my grandparents, though. I just feel like the generation gap is strongest there and that we have a different set of religious and political beliefs, and so staying with them long enough would only drive me insane. Where were you 3 hours ago? I was in the living room playing the Switch. Did you prank anyone on April fool's day? That’s tomorrow, and no I don’t plan on fooling anyone in my family.

Can/Did you get away with skipping class? Sure did. The only time it backfired was when I cut my Psych 101 elective around 10 times? And my final grade was 1.75. Totally deserved it. When is the last time you were on a swingset? Last December. One of my titas has a playground at their place that I grew up playing in, so I rode the swing for old time’s sake. At sleepovers, do you usually sleep on a bed, couch or floor? Depends on what the friend has to offer. I sleep with Gab and Angela on their beds and when I slept over at Laurice’s she offered us mattresses on the floor. Rita had a couch in their guest room that I called dibs on. When's the last time you wished you could just disappear? Why? Last Thursday when I became the target of bullying in a private group consisting of people in my high school. It didn’t last very long but it still reopened some wounds/trauma I closed long ago, so it sucked for a while. What's the sweetest thing a gf/bf can do to get you to forgive them? Getting me finger food that I like, like Mini Donuts, Potato Corner, or Auntie Anne’s hehe. Do you dislike when surveys ask to describe your underwear? Yeah a little bit lol. It’s uncomfortable but I answer them the best I can anyway.

What was your last sent text about? I haven’t had load on my phone for a couple of weeks. I don’t really need them these days because I’m stuck at home anyway. What would you do if the last person you hugged proposed to you? Ask them if it’s a dare. Who do you talk to the most in science? In my last science-related class (though it was 2 years ago lmao) I was talking to Alliyah the most cos she was the only one I knew in that class. Did you check to see how much fat/calories was in the last thing you ate? No. I know it’s unhealthy, though. If the last person you kissed gave you roses, what would you do? Right now? I’d get mad that she violated quarantine rules just to do that, but I’d be appreciative anyway. Do you need to wash your hair? Not yet.
