maybe it's because i've been working on my own transfem stevie fic for ages now and so i have my own very specific headcanons, but going through the tag is truly . it's not the greatest experience. for me. there are surface level reasons for this and also far more insidious reasons.

like there is the matter of me not really shipping steddie or harringrove. this is surface level. i just don't like either of their characters and i find the fans of the ships and those characters annoying. this is life in fandom. it means that most of the time, if i want to read a fic about stevie, i must also suffer reading about eddie or billy, neither of whom i care about. again, such is life. it's fine. ship what you want.

but. but. i do not like how transfem stevie gets written a lot of the time either. whether it's in posts or fics. there's a lot of ideas ppl spout that they have not actually examined. many of which feature transphobia/transmisogyny. and i have to see them. and it sucks.

bc. like. why do so many ppl write stevie's bf du jour as gay. like this is often specified. eddie is a gay man who has just found out that his boyfriend wants to be a woman. wow how does eddie feel about that? i dont care. thats what a lot of fics are about tho. yay. eddie isn't even gay, its just a popular headcanon. altho some ppl believe in it so much they've convinced themselves there are hints of it in canon. there isn't. there are some ppl out there who do feel at odds with transfem stevie and eddie dating bc they believe so strongly in gay eddie. which is fine. eddie can be bi. or straight. i think a bi realisation is fun and i think its even more fun when the bi realisation happens in reverse to what is expected. but there are a number of works out there that still insist on eddie calling himself gay. when he has a trans wife. and i do not like that. it feels invalidating to stevie's identity as a trans woman. it's also. it's not about stevie. it's about how her boyfriend feels about his partner transitioning. most of the time.

i also do not like so many ppl feeling the need to explain why stevie and robin aren't dating in this au. like. there's a few reasons why so many of those posts rub me the wrong way. there's some that are obvious. i distinctly remember a post that posited a PANSEXUAL robin and stevie attempting to have casual sex. first off. there's zero need to specify a pansexual robin. it can just be regular old lesbian robin bc lesbians are attracted to women and. forgive me stating the obvious here but. trans women are women.

that's just one post. but there are MANY that state that robin and stevie do not and will never date bc it is "disgusting". that is often the word used. disgusting. it's meant to be funny perhaps? some joke about stevie and robin being sisters and incest is gross. okay. well they aren't sisters. personal headcanon time but i dont think they see themselves as siblings, canonverse or otherwise. i think they're just friends. and i dont like seeing all these posts saying that kissing, having sex with, or dating a trans woman is "disgusting". it upsets me. more than once ive seen robin being upset with/at?? stevie for being attractive to her and still somehow unavailable to her. bc ? she knows that she does some gross/embarrassing thing? they know each other too well? so they can obviously never date. which is. honestly it's just confusing. do you think couples dont know the other farts? that they don't know each other? but again the image invoked is that being with a trans woman would be gross or embarrassing. that's not a fun thing to hear about.

sometimes the reason given is that they've known each other too long. they spent so much time only thinking of each other as friends that it's weird to think about the other in a romantic light. okay that can happen. but again this is usually accompanied with robin being like. kinda mad at stevie for being hot as a woman. so she's attracted to her? but not bc she knows her gross habits too well. but maybe if she had met her now, and not before she transitioned, then they may have gotten together. so the fact that robin knew her as a man is putting her off dating her? wow. that has some implications. i've seen many reasons as to why stevie and robin can't date, except really the most important one: that they don't want to. they're happier just being friends. it never occurred to them to start dating each other bc they're happy with the way they're relationship is. but that rarely comes up. the fact that it would be gross comes up far more often.

you don't have to write about stevie and robin dating. or having sex. or being anything other than friends if you just want them to be friends. seeing this same idea repeated over and over again, that it would be gross for them to be together, just makes it feel like you are overcompensating. like maybe you do believe they could date and be very happy, which actually would be fine. it's a niche au and has very little to do with canon so i don't think it means that you secretly want stobin to date in canon. but honestly? the way ppl speak against stobin dating in this sort of au implies that they are still primarily thinking of canon steve. in a transfem stevie au. which i think colours the way they talk about stevie's relationships, not just with robin but also with other characters. i think they are thinking of canon steve pretending to be a trans woman. which is. well, do i need to say it?

i also can't believe i need to say this but ppl who want to ship a lesbian and a man together will just do that. they already don't care. why would they jump through those hoops of genderbending a male character when they could just write what they want to write? no one is stopping them. you can post whatever you want on ao3, for better or worse, and if you actually delved into the tag you would see that the way transfem (or even cisfem) stobin is written is very different from canon stobin. there are completely different kinks going on. it's as asinine as believing that men will dress up as women to attack women in bathrooms, imo. like. they don't need to do all that, they can just attack women in bathrooms. and they often do. that thought might be too harsh but i do believe it's the same sort of sentiment.

i think that's sort of the crux of my issue with a lot of transfem stevie content. the idea of canon steve is too forefront in her creation. she is a woman but still male enough to date a gay man and also still male enough to not date a lesbian. and it's not about her. it's not about stevie. it's upsetting. i don't like it. i think transfem stevie deserves better.

MORE MAINSTREAM KEVIN PARKER!!!!!!!! i do love tame impala's older/more niche sound just as much as i love him "selling out" (whatever, i will defend his minions and elvis tracks until i die and i will MEAN it) so i am STILL excited for this album even though the roll-out of singles has been consistently awful. but i guess dua lipa is a slow riser always (however long did it take her to peak on charts with 'dont start now'???). plus obviously DANNY!!!!!! YAY FOR DANNY!!!!!

its been a really good spring so far, with so many of my faves releasing music, and obviously that includes sebastian. i remember watching the runway show this was made for, but for some reason i didnt hear the whole track - maybe it was just highlights or something? i really love the synths in this one. its unusual for him to bring the choral singing in the start instead of the climax of the track, but its really well done (as always)! i wish, i wiiiiiiiiish there was something happening about the new album, too.

charli's really being weird recently about everything but goddddddd this slaps so good. im usually not that big on gesaffelstein but i do love ag cook so much. its going to be such a good clubbing record like literally.... its crazy she STILL gets labeled hyperpop. i also like club classics, but b2b is TRULY superior out of this double drop....

the beat of this one is just stuck in my head at all times. its cute! fun! perfect for spring. theyre soon to release their debut album, i need to remember to check it out. while its not SOTY material so far, its just cool and pleasant.

more dance sounds - i like this one a lot! really catchy. ive never really been into 1tbsp but yeahhhhh with this one, i get it.

ok i for sure posted this one before, but its ok bc it got like 0 or 1 likes or something. starwolf is a band im really hopeful for!!!! their 2020 album was pretty interesting, but its their three last singles that got my ears all perked up. some daytime disco vibes in them, and its really cool considering i was somewhat.... underwhelmed by poolside's last album. so, i feel good about starwolf now! fingers crossed for summer, as it would be a perrrrrrrfect record to replay over and over during hot sunny days.

and SUUUUUUUUUUUCHHHHHHHHH a spring favorite for the end. kind of getting lost in this one.... number one song i keep thinking of during sweet sunny walks recently. unbelievably cute. 10000% recommend.

Okay. I'm gonna indulge in some haterism for a second cause I've actually poked around the ASOIAF genderbending tag quite a bit. Unfortunately, a lot of those fics? Lame as hell. There's a preponderance of genderbent Jon Snow, which I think is totally cool! Very interesting genderbend to explore because of how much it changes the trajectory of his story. But then the character isn't really written as Jon at all? Maybe I'm just picky about characterization, but oftentimes fem!Jon just becomes this cookie-cutter "strong/feisty" female protag and it's like...

Sorry. I'm being mean. Obviously, there is no singular "correct" take on a given character, as we're all influenced by our own experiences and perceptions. My take on Theon isn't the exact same as yours, or goddcoward's, or Ashen's, or GRRM's. A unique Theon exists in all our heads, each one a bit different from the others.

But! Genderbends are so much more fun when you can see the underpinnings of the character you know, and there are moments where those aspects really shine through. And it's like OH!!! (pointing vigorously) THERE THEY ARE!!!! Otherwise, why not just write an OC, or adopt a minor character with very little canon characterization? (Admittedly, this can become a problem when you start collecting minor characters like Pokemon cards. I am my own evidence of this phenomenon.) If it ain't Jon, then why have it be Jon at all, y'know?

ngl female Joffrey has been rattling around in my brain lately... 👀fem!Joffrey would definitely be betrothed to Robb, which would be a complete and utter shitshow (appreciative/affectionate). Joffrey as a true mini-Cersei has such insane juice to it as a story idea, especially considering that Joffrey never liked Cersei all that much lol... the mother-daughter dynamic would be BONKERS.

Back to Jon though:

First, you're definitely right that fem!Jon wouldn't be seen as much of a threat to her siblings as Jon was. She would probably be married off pretty quickly once she came of age, as high as possible for a woman who was bastard-born. I don't see Catelyn liking her per se, but Catelyn wouldn't have the same misgivings about her as she did about Jon. Since fem!Jon probably wouldn't become the vessel of the wildling/Others plot, she might have an interesting role to play if she went south... to marry Robert's royal bastard Edric Storm, perhaps? I could see Robert "having his Lyanna" by marrying fem!Jon and Edric. But then shit hits the fan with the usual plot of AGOT, and maybe fem!Jon gets taken hostage by the Lannisters in King's Landing? Or gets caught in Renly's shit since she was with Edric at Storm's End? I am NAWTTTT talking myself into writing another fic. Go to hell. I need to finish Sow the Tide first.

fem!Robb (Robyn between myself and goddcoward) is even crazier. Catelyn would NOT be fucking happy to have Ned's spitting image hanging around Winterfell, while all her sons are under 10 and have the Tully look. I could see Catelyn successfully arguing that Jon should be fostered out, perhaps in the Vale (as a favor on the part of Jon Arryn)? Like, oh, Ned, you and Robert became such good friends fostering together in the Vale... that way, Jon is waythefuckoverthere and can't make any allies in the north.

I'd love for Robyn to have some of the same anger and pride, and she'd probably be similar to Catelyn in that she was raised as the heir for a good bit of time before the "real" heir came along years later (Bran+Edmure). Also, Catelyn would absolutely NOT trust Theon around Robyn. Not At All. Kinda fair though? Robyn would also be older than Sansa was in AGOT, so I think she'd be at least a little bit more worldly and pick up on Joffrey's... Joffreyness. Robb/Robyn are still dutiful characters, but I think there would be a lot more immediate friction between her and her betrothed. Double genderbend Throbb is my true love, however (Quobyn my beloved).

well, i'll get to it then. the rainbow is answered so i'll just do the other two! i will /try/ to be concise but again, no promises.

💞what's the most important part of a story for you? the plot, the characters, the worldbuilding, the technical stuff (grammar etc), the figurative language

considering who's asked this question, i suppose the fun answer would be vibes. and i guess that encapsulates what is the most important part to me---the mood, the tone, the themes they just need to feel right to me. i personally enjoy writing more emotional, character study-esque, introspective fics which is partially from my literature background in literary analyses. don't get me wrong, plot and characters and world-building is fun and all, but i think the emotional crux of the fic is most important to me which is why my tags are less technical or setting-based, and more like 'angst' or 'hurt/comfort' which tends to deal with the emotional gravitas of the work.

i think part of this is done through figurative language, so language is important to me. i think, first and foremost, i'm a poet and that translates to my prose and my fics, which tend to be more poetic, metaphorical filled with grandeur; purple prose if you will.

so yay emotions!

sooooo first things first, the group consists of a hippie vault dweller (Joel), pre-war ghoul park ranger (Nettle), a girlfailure cowgirl (Andy), and a stubborn bos aspirant (Victoria). I'm literally kicking my feet in the air thinking about them rn

my character is Anderson (Andy for short) and wait. you're gonna love this. SHE RIDES A MECHANICAL HORSE. that's right folks, a giant giddyup buttercup!!!!! it's an absolute pain in the booty ass to draw but it's soooo worth it because it's cool as hell like I'll have to post some of my doodles soon so you can see

now, with 2 points in charisma, she's so. so bad at talking. she fails at pep talks, cannot rally a crowd to save her life, and always says the wrong thing at the wrong time. it never stops her from trying tho! one example of this is after Joel's vault was raided by the "legion" (WHAAAAT!!!! "what does that mean??" you dont get to know yet! cause I don't even really know yet 💀 anyway) she looks at the vault door on the ground and goes "well, you know what they say! one door is... um... blasted off it's hinges and... uh........ another...... um.......... opportunities!!" I LOVE HER !!!!!! I could talk about all the terrible ways she says things all day it's so freaking fun

HOWEVER. somehow, (luck?), it always works out one way or another. no matter how she butchers a speech, no matter how awkward an interaction is, it WORKS. tho people don't react the same way that they would to a more charismatic person, of course. it makes her more lovable, and people listen! for some reason.

she's not stupid, though, I want to make that clear. she's very smart when it comes to things other than talking 💀 with 8 intelligence points and tag skills in repair and science, she knows what she's doing! I mean, she built buttercup all by herself! the brotherhood keeps tabs on her because of her tech capabilities!

speaking of the brotherhood... her interactions with Vic(toria) are SO everything. I like to call Vic a bos pos because she really is a little piece of shit (lovingly) LOL and Andy just. torments her. like somebody threw a snowball at Vic in the vault (it's winter btw) (the dwellers weren't happy with her) and she was like. 'I'm going to handle this with dignity and grace. I am not going to react' and then Andy THROWS ANOTHER just to poke the bear. like girl 😭 or how they all need to use the bos terminals and so Vic is like "ok be normal guys let me do the talking" and before she can, Andy BURSTS through the doors like "I DEMAND TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER" which she would not fucking say that normally but to embarass Vic? absolutely. especially since everyone there already KNOWS her and they're like 'Andy. David is literally in the other room. I don't get paid enough for this.' (and then she proceeds to call him Dave like they're old friends and Vic wants to kill herself and/or Andy at the same time)

now, what's ALSO fun is the interactions between Vic and Nettle. they HATE each other. I mean, obviously, cause Vic is the typical bos type of racist, but also because Andy tries SO desperately to keep things civil like "one big happy family" which we're actually seeing process with recently so !! yay !! Vic got radiation sickness one day and Nettle silently offered her some radaway like awww look at them go :3

Joel is another beast entirely. he doesn't know SHIT about the wasteland (typical vault dweller really) (which is also perfect because his player also doesn't know shit LOL) so he has us 3 idiots to rely on just because we happened to be nearby when his vault opened. his original goal was to set up supply chains because his vault's crops were dying and they have plenty of water to trade, which we dealt with pretty quick, but then we returned to find THE LEGION!!!! subsequently, his dad was stolen, the president (overseer, our dm hates when we call him the president but we do it anyway) was also stolen, and his life was turned upside down! yay!

so now, obviously, our goal is to save Joel's dad, the president, and whoever else the legion stole ! ngl it's been over 2 months since our last session 💀 but that just means I have more time to doodle things that happened previously! 1. they tease eachother constantly. but its intellectual sounding as FUCK. instead of going "youre short" they go "you appear to be vertically challenged, i love how it matches your mental state" 2. they do little study sessions together n they eat tea and biscuits n fake british accents 3. they have a pet snake together. his name is jerryl. fune has him on weekends. you will not recieve any other details. 4. fune spends most of her time staring at her drawing tablet n natsuki just spits out ideas at her which she WILL make into a poem later 5. fune has a litrle crush on natsuki (canon) but natsuki is oblivious n ir would be rlly funny in like acomedy show its like imagine phineas and feeb and that 1 girlypop 6. they are basically troy and abed(intellect edition)

b. STORYLINE

our story begins in a library.fune is reading n shit n natsuki comes up 2 her n is like "what book r u readinf" n they nerd out n instantly click and then they text and.hang out again n beckme best friends but.natsuki kept being distant n then they eventually moved in 2gether n every other nighr natsuki has someone new in the house n she has a weapon collection n her room is like not whag ud.expect it 2 be like at all considering how timid n shit both her n natsuki r yk?? they have a talk.ab it n irs resolved(hint hint nudge nudge) n anywayz fune keeps finding weird things n hearinf weird things like she finds a crumpled photo of tbem in the trash & sees a glint of like an eye in the closet door but she ignores it n it escalates n fune kicks her out but ir makes ir worse adn nqtsukis begging her to be let back in bur she doesnt and then.theg try to ralk it out in a public space and instead of talking ab shit natsuki talks ab books n her most recent poems n all tbe stuff she loves ab funes mkst recenr art n then funes walkikg to the bus n she thought natsuki got in her car n left already but she DIDNT and she's following her and natsuki taps fune on the shoulder n pulls out a gun but her hands all shaky ad shes crying rlly hard n instead of shootign her she shoots herself n theres a note that reads...."and i hold the gun in my handsand i pull the trigger but where does it point?i don't remember.i love you - natsuki"n funes confused and sad and grieving n then she finds out that natsuki has a bounty on her head bc when she was younger she did a bunch of fucked yp shit in a different country n she fled n didnt want fune 2 find out and couldnt figure out a better way to stop it bc she was worried fune would turn her in but she physicallt couldtn do it so instead yk........she.....yk... n fune is filled with all this regret & shit n js stops everything she xant draw anything other than vent art n cant get out of bed basically can only feed jerryl yk?? BUT then she does a sbit ton of research n stops the bad guys !!!!!! yay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (aka i couldnt think of a better way to end it.sorry😓)

starting with the first album Cry Baby: if you watch the cry baby mv, it starts off with a woman giving birth. after the baby is pushed out, the mother winces "eugh, she's a crybaby!" as you can tell, the father is not present in the room. the only male is the baby's older brother (unnamed) who was given the birth certificate. so, hearing this from his mom, he names the girl Crybaby. the nurse who holds Crybaby has black eyes and it's not explained why yet, but there's an assumption that she gave Crybaby powers because she has the same black eyes (ill go into this more later)

crybaby does not have a picture perfect family. her dad's a cheater, her brother does drugs, and her mom is an alcoholic. in the sippy cup music video, the mother finds out about her husband cheating on her, so she murders him. crybaby sees her father's dead body to which her mother ties her up against her bed and gives her a drink (from a sippy cup). we're not sure if crybaby just forgets about this happening or not.

fyi, the EP's and deluxe songs are not part of the lore

crybaby gets older and falls in love. she feels like she's going around and around like a carousel so they break up. simple as that. she falls in love AGAIN with the "alphabet boy" who always teased her about being dumb. it may or may not be the same boy in training wheels, but whatever. in training wheels, crybaby feels as though she wants to take the next step in her relationship (having sex) but the boy doesnt, so they breakup.

now its her birthday, yay! and no one comes. everyone thinks she's a weirdo so nobody came to her party. she throws out her decorations and goes out for groceries. there's a creepy wolf-guy in the ice cream truck who's following her around. the cashier at the grocery store hands crybaby a tiny bottle of blue liquid. crybaby decides to buy an ice cream cone from the guy who put like drugs or something in it and she passes out.

crybaby wakes up in a FREAKING TOY BOX and is ordered to make cookies 'or else'. the wolf guy watches her on cameras. the blue liquid that the cashier gave crybaby is found and she decides to put it in the cookie batter. the cookies are done, the creep eats them and dies, yippee!

in the pacify her music video, this is the first time we see crybaby use her powers. she has a crush on a boy who's also liked by a 'basic bitch' as crybaby calls her. crybaby impresses the boy by pulling off her head. id be impressed too tbh. anywho, the basic bitch gets annoyed and takes off her clothes, showing him her body. the boy is whipped and decides to leave with her, leaving crybaby heartbroken.

she goes home and thinks about getting plastic surgery to be prettier so boys will like her. she watches a movie that shows she doesnt need plastic surgery OR boys. crybaby learns to love herself.

in the last music video for this era, Mad Hatter, this is where crybaby realizes she's crazy. the cashier from tag youre it shows up with black eyes. at the end, crybaby wakes up with the same black eyes.

K-12 - crybaby now goes by she/they pronouns (her uniform is purple) it seems that crybaby's dad is out of the picture, however, her mom is still an alcoholic. she cant even drive crybaby to the bus stop. its her first day of sleepaway school so she goes on the bus. the same boy from pacify her is there and makes fun of her gap-teeth along with the other kids on the bus. this girl kelly throws a paper airplane that says 'gap toothed bitch'.

a character by the name of angelita is there. SO heres the thing. the woman who plays angelita is the same person who played the same exact person who played the cashier with black eyes. angelita also has the same powers of crybaby so i personally believe that after the mad hatter music video, they become friends.

a handsome boy comes onto the bus and catches both crybaby and kelly's eyes. crybaby tries to impress him but kelly screeches everyone's fucking ears off and brandon (the boy) goes to sit with her. kelly smirks like a bitch and claims brandon.

crybaby and angelita get to their first class late, and sit down. they're quick to realize that the teachers do not care about them. kelly bends down infront of brandon to catch his attention. crybaby doesnt like this and gets jealous. so at recess, kelly starts swinging at crybaby who uses her powers infront of EVERYONE and chokes kelly with her braids like a girlboss

her and kelly both get in trouble. crybaby finds out that staff force students to take pills to control them so they won't be able to leave the school grounds. she then uses her powers and sees that the principal is firing a transgender teacher who wished to be addressed by the correct pronouns.

they somehow acquire the same liquid that was used to kill the wolf guy in tyi/m&c (probably got it from angelita) to poison the principal. this fails, however, as the staff are able to revive him using a needle. crybaby then is used as a puppet to their classmates and teacher and eventually becomes a literal doll.

she gets sent to the nurse's office where angelita uses her powers to turn her back into a human. unfortunately, the nurses dont give a fuck. they shove liquid down their throats when a magical door opens, revealing an angelic being.

we learn that the creature's name is Lilith. this character is very important because they tell the girls that they've had many bodies/lives before this one, basically telling them that they're immortal. the girls are exhausted. in the beginning of the film, crybaby mentions having a dream with someone named lily 'or something'.

the door closes and that is all we see of lilith.

crybaby goes to drama class and one of the boys thinks that girls cant do the same things men can. when its time to perform, crybaby realizes that everyone is hypnotized by the principal/staff. they are able to awaken everyone and show them whats happening.

every single student runs into the principal's office and rip him apart limb by limb. and he's calmly swept away afterwards. now his son, leo, takes over the school.

celeste, a new character is introduced. celeste is a new friend of the girls' who also has the same powers they do.

one night, crybaby lays awake and talks to lilith in the sky, begging to be done with life already. lilith tells her to accept what shes going through and things will get better.

lunch time, this is where shit gets real. crybaby is getting lunch and this motherfucker kelly wants to be all buddy buddy. she invites crybaby to sit with her and her barbie doll friends (they all have blonde wigs) the girls are fake and full of it so crybaby backs away from them

as she's standing up for herself, a boy (who was shortly seen earlier) named Ben watches crybaby in awe. he realizes he has a crush on her. as crybaby is dancing on tables, she meets Magnolia who also has powers tehe. they notice that one of Kelly's barbie doll friends is also magical.

the girl is unpeeling an orange, looking depressed. the girls plan on how to get her with them, seeing as she's one of them. they decide to have a food fight. crybaby throws a sandwich which begins the chaos. kelly unfortunately snatches up Fleur (the girl) into the bathroom where fleur begins to throw up oranges.

fleur has been forced by kelly to eat oranges to stay skinny and look good. crybaby rips out her eyes and hands them to fleur, so she can see herself through another's eyes. they tell fleur that all bodies are beautiful.

the new principal Leo, sees the food fight and demands to know who started it. kelly's bitch ass snitches on crybaby and she gets sent to detention. a needle is injected into crybaby during detention, however, crybaby breaks out.

this cutie patootie Ben slips a love letter into crybaby's locker (i love him sm) leo's creepy ass is watching the cameras and sees this. luckily for leo, the letter was anonymous and crybaby had no idea who wrote it. the squad (crybaby, angelita, magnolia, celeste, and fleur) plan on how to escape the school.

not knowing that leo can hear them, they decide to plan OUT LOUD INFRONT OF THE LOCKERS SMH

angelita tries to seduce a teacher (ew) and ends up getting spelled into this little creature thingy but crybaby saves her yay ok anyways

THIS HOE LEO TELLS CRYBABY HE WROTE THE LOVE LETTER THAT BEN SENT AND ASKS HER TO A DANCE WITH HIM WHILE BEN IS LISTENING UGHHH I FEEL SO BAD

ben was waiting for the right moment to ask crybaby to go with him and this poor baby hears her accept. the only reason they say yes is because leo is the enemy and she wants to keep him close (keep ur friends close and ur enemies closer yadaydada)

now at the dance, kelly realizes her friends are just as fake as she is (this doesnt rlly matter). anywho, crybaby wasnt supposed to be at the dance, she was supposed to be at leo's office trying to hijack the system or whatever. so when she shows up, the squad is confused.

they confront her and crybaby confesses that they got into the dance by leo. crybaby apologizes but the girls think she only accepted leo's offer because she liked him. crybaby runs away to the bathroom, realizing she fucked up the plan.

a ghost comes up behinds her and says "hey, dont beat yourself up"

anyway leo went onto the loudspeaker and confronts the girls' plan. so he forces them to dance. he takes control and makes them dance forever. the doors are locked and no one can leave.

crybaby uses her powers to transform into a sexy woman to seduce leo. she locks leo in his closet (in his office) and unlocks the door and breaks the spell on the students. everyone rushes out of the school except for ben. ben realizes that crybaby isnt with her friends, and runs to the office

crybaby is on a balcony, trying to think of a way to get out. ben joins her and shows her that he's also got powers. and they both blow a giant spit bubble over the school as it ascends and they both jump off the balcony. the school floats away into outer space yay

ok sorry i frogot that we see lilith again. her door/portal appears. everyone goes through it except for crybaby and angelita. angelita asks, "you coming?" and crybaby doesnt answer, the move ending there.

sorry brash introduction. obviously we still dont kniw much about the lore yet for this album/era, but heres what we do know:

crybaby is a freaking creature. it's speculated that she is a nymph as there is a song called "nymphology" OR she is a faerie, seeing as though she has wings. crybaby's new form is pink skinned, green hair, two pairs of eyes, and big ears

"how did crybaby die" you may be thinking. we're not sure yet. she probably did go through the portal OR kelly couldve done something. in the class fight mv, kelly writes a note to crybaby saying "you at recess" and adds a skull. recess is the last song in K-12. so we have no idea as of rn.

some people believe that the reason the creature/nymph has two pairs of eyes is because the other pair are angelita's. at 1:05:54 of K-12, they both guess that they couldve been conjoined twins in one of their shared lives together.

anywho, crybaby is able to fly out of their grave, into the world. it's not the same world as K-12, however, we have no idea where she is. in the mad hatter music video, crybaby is friends with four large stuffed animals. these same animals appear in the death music video. some think that they are her friends (angelita, magnolia, fleur, and celeste).

its hard to decide what relates to the lore and what doesnt because melanie is coming out with separate music videos for the movie.

in tunnel vision, there are different heart shaped stones with words that remind us of other eras. "fill their cup" reminds us of sippy cuo, when crybaby's mom shoves liquid down her throat. "give them long hair" when crybaby uses their hair to choke kelly. "make them tall and skinny" for fleur when eating oranges. "make them smile all the time" relating to show & tell and/or detention mv where all the students are smiling. "give them their flowers" maybe when crybaby died? "chase them for a photo" show and tell ."you made them very upset" crybaby being a crybaby. there are more than this but these are the ones i think make sense
