When you started this job, you were happy and so in love with your boyfriend. But now, your boss has got you questioning everything you used to know. You also had no idea how much of an interest he would take in your personal life, not that you minded, he only cared about you as an employee, and that's all it meant…right?

“How was the day, Y/N?” Your boss, Changbin asks, his back leaning against the wall of the elevator as you both ride down to the lobby. He crosses his arms, his eyes searching your face.

“It was good. How was yours?” You smile. Changbin smiles back at you. “Good, good. Are you still with Jeno?” He asks, raising his eyebrow.

“I am yes.” You say, your stomach turning into knots. You hated when people asked about your relationship lately, you weren't at your happiest with Jeno but you kept hoping that things would go back to being better between the two of you, but so far no such luck.

“Y/N…” He sighs. You look down at your shoes, but thankfully the elevator door dings before he can say anything. It had seemed like Changbin had wanted to tell you something for the last few weeks, but you were scared and you didn't want to hear it, not right now. You knew Jeno was out in the lobby, waiting for you and if he saw you down and anxious, he’d get mad and start asking questions. That’s something you needed to avoid. When the elevator doors opened, you instantly perked up, smiling and laughing.

“My goodness, Mr. Seo. You're too funny.” You say, a little too loudly, while you walk out of the elevator. You scan the room, your eyes landing directly on your boyfriend, who's leaning against the receptionist desk with a scowl on his face. You keep your smile tight and your eyes bright as you and Changbin walk up to him, forcing the worst fake laugh you had ever heard as the two of you approach him.

“What's so funny?” He asks, glaring at Changbin.

“Oh, um… Mr. Seo just told a joke about something that happened at lunch, that's all.” You smile, linking your arm with Jeno’s.

“I never knew you were funny.” Jeno mutters, giving you a small smile.

“I'm only funny when I'm around someone I like.” Changbin smiles. “Y/N. I'll see you tomorrow.” He says, waving to you before he heads back towards the elevator.

“Why do you have to work for him?” Jeno sighs, pulling you out of the building.

“I don't know what your hatred towards him is about, but you need to get over it.” You groan.

“It doesn't matter what it was about. What matters is I dont fucking like you working for him!” Jeno snaps. “I think you should quit.”

“I'm not quitting. Good pay, with benefits, paid time off, paid sick days, and raises? I'd be crazy to ever let it go just because you don't like my boss.” You say, removing your arm from his.

“I dont just not like him, Y/N, I fucking hate him. He's got a thing for you. So, I'm not asking you. I'm telling you, you need to quit.” Jeno snaps again.

“And I'm telling you that I'm not quitting. He doesn't like me. Get over whatever your issue is with him and leave me out of it.” You say, walking away from him.

More often than not your fights with Jeno always stemmed from any mention of your boss, and it all started after you had brought Jeno to the company's Christmas party, where Changbin and Jeno met.

“I want you to meet my boss.” You giggle at Jeno, pulling him towards Changbin. You thought the two of them were relatively similar and thought they would get along well, but your plan for the two of them to be friends was spoiled awfully quickly.

“This is your boss?” Jeno whispers, his eyes wide as he backs away from you and Changbin.

“Hello, Y/N.” Changbin smiles at you. His smile quickly turns to a frown as he looks at Jeno. “This is your boyfriend?” He asks. You nod your head with a smile.

“How long have you been together?” He asks, jaw clenched.

“Two years.” Jeno pipes up, giving a look to Changbin.

“Ah two years, really?” He laughs. “It's good to see you man.” Changbin smiles, pulling Jeno in for a hug.

“Does she know?” He whispers into Jeno’s ear before letting him go and looking at Jeno, who swiftly shakes his head no without you looking.

“You know, Y/N…We have a code of conduct here for a reason. I think employees dating pieces of shit should be added to that, yeah?” Changbin asks.

“Do you two know each other or something?” You drunkenly ask.

“Yeah. From the last place I worked. You know the one I quit.” Jeno says.

“Wait… is this who you'd come home and complain about all the time?” You gasp. “He was the reason you quit, wasn't he?”

Changbin smiles widely. “You quit?” Changbin laughs. “Did I get under your skin? I wonder what I could have possibly done. Or maybe it was because you were a shitty employee who did shitty things.” Changbin smiles, pretending to gasp, covering his mouth.

“Y/N, i'm not feeling well. Let's go.” Jeno snaps.

“You can go.” Changbin laughs as Jeno begins to walk away. You stand there, drunk, confused and torn on what to do.

You turn to leave but Changbin calls you back. “Y/N. You know you don't have to leave. I'd like for you to stay.”

“Y/N! Move it!” Jeno snaps, waiting

“I… I should go. I'm sorry about this.” You whisper to Changbin, quickly running towards your waiting boyfriend.

“Stop being dramatic, Y/N!” Jeno yells after you but you ignore him, continuing to walk away. You had originally planned to go back to Jeno's for the night, since you had some work clothes there already but now you wanted to just go home. You waved down a cab, leaving without him, he didn't even send you a single text the rest of the evening. You were not going to message first.

Unfortunately, you weren't a stranger to his childish behavior, this wasn't the first time and sure as hell wouldn't be the last time either but it had been 7 months of Jeno complaining about your boss and it was getting really fucking old.

“Good morning, Y/N.” The receptionist smiles at you as you walk into the building. You give her a small wave as you make your way to the elevator, scanning your card to send it down to you. Once it's there, you step on, humming to yourself as the elevator takes you all the way up to the 25th floor, the robotic voice letting you know you're on your floor. You step out and head directly for Changbin's office, setting your things down on your desk that was right outside his door.

Changbin had probably been the best boss you'd ever worked for. He was sweet, kind, funny, supportive and not to mention extremely good looking. If Jeno asked you, it would be a straight up denial, but you did have a small crush on him. But if you spend 8-10 hours with a man like that, you're bound to have an innocent little crush. It's not as if he would ever reciprocate your feelings anyways.

“Y/N.” Changbin says, opening his office door.

“Good morning, Mr. Seo.” You smile.

“Can I see you for a moment?” He asks, walking back into his office.

You nod your head, walking into his office, closing the door behind you. You sit down in the chair across from his desk, crossing your legs along with your hands in your lap.

“Are you okay?” He asks, adjusting his tie.

You tilt your head slightly, giving him a confused look. “Yeah?” You laugh. “Why wouldn't I be?” You wonder.

“I heard… Well, I was told that Jeno was yelling at you on the street yesterday. And I just wanted to make sure you were okay.” He says.

Embarrassment immediately covers your face, making you cover your face with your hands. “I'm so sorry, Mr. Seo. Please don't worry about me. It's nothing.” You say. Luckily your desk phone begins to ring, giving you a chance to excuse yourself. “I should get to work.” You say, leaving his office as quickly as you could.

You tried to avoid Changbin’s gaze the rest of the morning as much as you could. You really didn't want to continue the conversation. It was embarrassing enough that people overheard your argument with Jeno. You didn't want the sympathy looks too.

“You know, Y/N.” Your coworker, Jamie begins. “Mr. Seo has been glancing over at you, all fucking day.” She giggles. “It's been weeks of him just staring at you.”

You look over towards his office, seeing him sit at his desk through the big windows. He was working through a pile of paperwork, but every few seconds he glanced up, in your direction. The second your eyes locked, you turned around, redness covering your face once again.

You needed this day to end right now. The afternoon went slower than a usual Friday. You still hadn't heard a word from Jeno and honestly, that hurt. You felt like he didn't care about you in the slightest, the fact that he was wrong and he still hadn't reached out to apologize made you feel worthless.

Once the clock hit 5 o'clock, you were ready to leave and do absolutely nothing for the weekend. “Y/N.” Changbin says, clearing his throat, leaning against your desk. “You've had a hard week.” He sighs. You nod your head, agreeing. “I'd like to take you out for a drink.” He says.

You're surprised, this was the last thing you expected, but honestly what else were you going to do? And you liked spending time with Changbin, he took your mind off the shit with Jeno.

“I'd like that.” You smile. You grab your coat and your purse, following him to the elevator, feeling giddy like a child on Christmas.

“Come on. This is a great wind-down place.” Changbin murmurs, opening the door for you. You walk in and immediately hit with the smell of alcohol. You loved that smell. You start looking around but Changbin steps in front of you, turning you towards a table, pulling out a chair that faces away from the rest of the bar.

“What would you like to drink?” He asks.

“Double vodka and cranberry please.” You smile. Changbin nods his head, walking up to the bar, leaving you to look at the wall, but not for long. He came back quickly, drinks in hand, setting yours down in front of you.

“So.” He says, glancing over your shoulder. “Have you heard from Jeno?” He wonders.

You take a big swig of your drink, shaking your head. “Unfortunately not. Nothing since I left him on the sidewalk yesterday. I just don't understand.” You sigh.

“Do you mind if I ask what the fight was about?” He asks. You finish your drink quickly, just in time for the server to bring you another one, taking your empty glass and replacing it with a full one. You take a big swig of your new drink, looking Changbin in the eyes.

“To be completely honest. It was about you. It's always about you.” You groan. “He really hates you. And he won't tell me why.” You say.

Changbin laughs. Loudly. “Figures. We've never gotten along. Even at the last place. Especially not near the end.”

“Will you tell me what happened?” You ask, taking another sip. Changbin drinks his beer, setting the bottle down on the table. He takes a deep breath.

“I want to…I just don't know how…” he pauses.

“What the fuck is this?” You hear from behind you. You turn around, seeing Jeno standing there, glaring at Changbin.

“What are you doing here?” You ask, standing up. You try to get his attention but he's so focused on Changbin, he barely notices you're there.

“Why are you here with my girlfriend?” Jeno snaps at Changbin.

“She's stressed out. Because of you.” Changbin answers. “I was being a good friend, trying to help her because her boyfriend is a piece of shit.”

Okay because I keep seeing these posts, I am just gonna cartwheel in here and say something.

It is not inappropriate to be attracted to real people.

Like, entirely setting aside the question of if you think a fantasy character block men is hot, if you are looking at the photos of a real streamer and you've got hearts in your eyes, I can't overemphasize how normal that is. You're good. Don't worry about it.

These people are funny, and they have good voices, and we watch them be entertaining for hours at a time. This is prime real estate for a little crush. And having a crush is fine, the question is about your behaviour once you have a crush.

And like, no. Being attracted to real people is not weird. That's arguably less weird than being attracted to fictional characters. The only question is like, once you know that you want to smooch the real person, how do you then treat that person and the people around you?

Seeing a photo of a famous person and thinking "oh hell yeah I want to hold their hand": this is a celebrity crush. I am aroace and I've spent enough time in some people's streams that I start to go "oh man I wonder if they'd like if if we played D&D together" (medusa-flirting). This has happened to regular people looking at attractive famous people probably since someone in the cave man clan was a particularly good hunter and got praise for it. Thoughts in your head don't hurt people. This is fine.

Seeing clips of a famous person and having sexual thoughts about them: this is still a celebrity crush. Your average boring office worker does this with movie stars. Half the people on the bus are doing this with instagram influencers. Runnning a nice r-rated movie in your head is fine, and doesn't hurt anyone. Thoughts in your head still dont' hurt people. This is still fine.

Collecting photos of a famous person and going GOD they're hot to your friends where the famous person won't see it: still a celebrity crush. There is a standing joke in I don't know how many healthy relationships that your partner gets a certain amount of freebies where you could totally cheat if it's Idris Elba, because it's IDRIS ELBA, that's not cheating that's just sense. You can aknowlege someone's sexiness to your friends, and even joke about it, and you're not being predatory, and you're not being inappropriate. Desire is not a crime. People can publically talk about being attracted to a person, and as long as they're not making it that person's problem, they're fine. Having a "hot people" tag on your blog with careful photos gathered from someone's public instagram where they deliberately posted photos of themselves looking hot? I can't over emphasize how fine this is. If people don't want to see hot people on their dash I guess they can unfollow? But you're literally being totally appropriate still.

Getting a nice private group chat with friends who like to talk abouta famous person and talking about how you'd like to knock him up: Look, what else are group chats as adults for? Are you seeing a trend here? As long as you are keeping your attraction to yourself and not making it other people's problem, as long as you're not bothering the real person with it, as long as you aknowledge to yourself that this is never going to happen and this is just a fun fantasy, this is just like, how attraction works. See pretty person, talk about pretty person, have fun with the fictional imaginings you're having— as long as you're not forcing this imagining on someone else, making it their problem, trying to make it real, as long as you know the difference between fiction and real life, you're fine.

Going up to someone's chat and talking about their dick: This is where you cross the line.

Putting NSFW work in someone's fan art tag. Wearing a shirt with porn on it to a meet and greet. Untagging your fanfic so that people who want to read g-rated works about someone are confronted with e-rated works. Asking one of their friends about their relationship status and if they smell good. This is the bad stuff. Don't do THAT. Keep it away from the real person.

The problem is not the attraction, the problem is forcing the attraction on other people. Like, use your brain. There's a segment of attraction that you can put on main, and then there's a segment that you can put on main but you'd better be sure that the person you're talking about is not going to see it, and then there's a segment you should keep for the group chat, but that's just a very basic sliding scale of "how sexual am I being" correlated with "how private am I being about this". If you want to run a full on porn video in your head starring Wilbur Soot, you're not bothering other people with that, you're not being inappropriate. That becomes inappropriate if you are a) putting that in tags where people who don't want to see the porn video would see it b) talking to Wilbur Soot about it. Those are the boundaries. Wait also c) talking to Wilbur Soot's friends about it, don't do that either.

If the person you're attracted to is an adult famous person, like, people being attracted to them is just part of the landscape. I promise an adult celebrity is not sitting in their room being traumatized because people might be thinking about them romantically or sexually. Putting it up in their faces? Bad. Very bad. I hate it. Don't do it. But I see people freaking out about thoughts. Thoughts aren't real. They do not exist in the real world. You can do what you fuckin' want in your thoughts and you are not hurting people.

It was weird for a bit; weird cant even be the word. you and kyle were bestfriends and kyle had liked you. it was awkward to say the least but he confessed and for the first time in a while someone had said yes to his confession. it already sparked so many feelings that you could probably have had him right there. while gaz has relationship problems its safe to say hes just as possessive as the others, once hes got a hold of you its a while before he lets go. hes clingy like soap and loves hard like price. he’s different because he will kill for you if needed, whether you be civilian or military personnel no matter what’s happening kyle loves too much to let the person he cares about go. he shares because, again, its your choice and hes into whatever your into. though his tolerance is low; hes only sharing because its what you want. he would never willingly share if you didn’t want to and would never ask you if you wanted relations with another person.

Tom´s wife was sitting on the breakfast table with one leg propped up on the chair, wearing one of his jumpers and a teacup in her hand, smiling to herself and only having kissed him good morning and asked if he wanted tea. It angered him. Of course it did, she was always and every day the biggest chatterbox in the morning, excited about the day. He sometimes joked that it annoyed him. He hoped she realized the joke. He lived off her feeding him her presence. And who smiles like that, does he have a stain on his tie? Did she pack him heart shaped-sandwiches? I mean what else could´ve-

Nothing ever really will, he believes, though he´ll find a word for word description of his thoughts many years later. The book is now in about 14 pieces, torn apart, unreadable. Something wet runs over his hot cheeks. The knee-part of his grey slacks is ruined by the wet grass. He thought he´d suffocate inside.

Dearest Tommy,

I think I said everything I meant last night, though my devotion to you is hard to word.

it basically all comes down to implications, and forming interpretations based on reality while taking several factors into account. for example, wallter always acts extremely formal and polite, which is a facade that clearly breaks when he talks to people he genuinely doesnt like, like unpleasant and mark, where hes suddenly incredibly rude while still keeping that same formal tone that never wavers. i know people who act like that in real life and they are fake ass bitches who would say the most hurtful words anyone has ever said to you with a kind smile on their face.

plus yeucc has said that wallter is canonically a really selfish and self absorbed person. plus there is dialogue between wallter and drretro (my favorite) where wallter asks drretro about how her career as a doctor is and she replied "the best part is being able to help so many people 😸" and wallter just went "...well, the money is nice as well!"

another reason why i interpret him as such a deeply violent person though is mainly because i dont think he feels much empathy for others nor himself, and has a really fucked up worldview.

this is because of the fact that wallter seems to love and care about concrete more than any living person, and he is also completely oblivious or seems to just not care about the changed his body is having, instead seeing it as a positive thing.

like, you can joke all you want about wallter not having anything in his house except for concrete and some wonderbread, but knowing that hes a ceo and HAS MONEY to get a nicer place, that would be horrid in re life. we KNOW this is an active choice of his to live in such inhumane conditions, especially supported by an idle dialogue saying that he's not one for interior decoration.

i can 100% see that realistically extending to his interactions with other people, and having a poor sense of the limits of the human body, when he himself relates more to concrete than any sort of humanity. mixed with the fake ass bitch attitude i talked about earlier, this paints a very ugly picture of a person. you can probably see where im coming from

Hey I am so so sorry about how long it took me to get to this. I have been thinking this over quite a bit, since this is in fact a very serious thing. (I also have been really busy, which hasn't helped in the speed at which I answer asks)

Firstly, thank you! I am always so happy when people find my art/content as entertaining as I do!

Secondly, in regards to the judgment.

Unfortunately, no matter what you do, someone will judge you. But when you want something enough, when you care about something enough, you will find places and groups where that judgment lessens. I have found my place here, a place where, although no one knows my irl name, they know me by a name I answer to. Although no one knows my face, they do know a truer face of myself than many do in real life. People here know me and often know a more freeing part of me.

I think being here, on Tumbler, has been so freeing and overall rewarding. I know you may be scared of the judgment, but there are ways to lessen it. (I will give tips on how to do this later on)

Although our community has its faults, it is kind at heart and truely is trying to do what they think is best to keep others safe. Although many disagree with the methods, it always comes back to the fact that we want to have a safe place to express ourselves. This, our community, in reality, is a decently safe place.

That being said, I know the fear of harassment is very real. So if you guys want my tips on how to avoid harassment, here are some things I've found:

Dont post political views (outside of DNI lists) on your sfw vore blog. This often can lead to people who dont agree with your view on said matter to seek you out for hate. I have seen this time and time again, I whole heartedly recommend a dedicated blog to that stuff, or even creating a new/separate account for it.

Dont spam tags. This is basic, but often overlooked. Make sure you tag your posts right, or people may block you because you did post something triggering and they saw it.

Dont reblog Willy nilly. This can lead to mishaps, such as accidentally rebloging a post from an nsfw blog. Try to make sure you are rebloging from people you know are safe.

Dont threaten, even jokingly, anyone unless you make it 100% clear it is a joke. This goes for your friend, others, and even people who are mean to you. This is often overlooked, but can easily come to bite you in the ass when your words are used to make you look violent and sporadic.

If people criticize you, even unjustly, try to at least think about where those words may be coming from. I have someone call me a pedo in the past, and although I am very ace, I understand it was probably coming from a place of hurt. Whether it was their hurt or someone they knew, it was probably a subject that was important, and if they see any of the same trends as when they/another was hurt, they will point it out. Dont get angry and aggressive, no matter how much you want to. If you need to, step away.

If troll annons start invading your ask box, either turn off annon or stop answering. Answering annons like that too often only fuels the fire, trolls, not haters, but trolls specifically feed off of your reaction. There is nothing for you to often grasp onto in those moments since the face you are talking to is faceless. So, either scarcely answer trolls, or dont answer them at all.

Dont get involved in community discourse when possible. Unless your hand is forced or it is an unavoidable matter, it is best to stay out of discourse. If you still want to know what others thing/help in a muxg safer way, often, I will message others I trust about their views on the matter (or if they are involved asking if they are doing ok), but rarely anything beyond that. Its difficult, seeing people you know be in the rough situations, but often stepping in when not necessary leads to more problems than it does help.

Please note that these are just some of the things I do that help me. Other people may have their own way of keeping harassment away from their blog, but this is mine.

side note: diana 100% thinks that lucas is athy's long-time bf so she's always joking with claude that lucas is finally gonna drop down on one knee any day now and claude, being a super big grump, is just "at least its not that alpheus kid"

little do they know that lucas became a legit in-law (although they still invite him for family dinners, and when its mentioned that athy's parents treat him as family, lucas's parents and grandparents take that as a CHALLENGE)
