Asthma comes in mutaple severity's and each asthma attack comes at it's own strength. Normally outside of asthma attacks you should be able to breath fine. Even if you only have stacks rearly or mild symptoms doesn't mean you don't have it. Breathing problems can be annoying to extremely dangerous. the normal amount of time you should be struggling to breath is none.
