Take some time for yourself

Think about your life. You dont want to waste years being fat and depressed, instead you wont eat but you will think about food all the time? Either way you will just waste the "best" years of your life and think about it with regret at 40. Eat as little as possible but dont think about it all the time! You will start to enjoy life and it will make weightloss much easier.

Start to change yourself from the inside

Even though you don't eat as much as you should to be considered "healthy", start cleansing your body with what you put in it.

When you eat don't let it be junk or processed food. Choose high protein&vitamin superfoods, such as: tuna, salmon, chicken,almonds, chia seeds, green granny smith apples...

Cut the diet coke - i know it hurts but it just slows your metabolism, makes you feel more depressed and even more hungry. If you have already developed an addiction try to drink it as little as possible until you reach the possibility to not drink it at all and replace it with water.

Water has a very important role in weightloss, metabolism and mental health. Do you ever wonder why junk food and processed foods like chips make you fat? It's because these foods collect abnormal amount of water in your body which leaves you dehydrated.

Drink herbal teas with drops of lemon in them. I highly recommend green and spearmint tea. Green tea speeds up your metabolism because of its high amount of caffeine, while spearmint tea helps with bloating and digestion.

Take care of your skin and hygiene

Makeup only covers the top layer of your face, it doesn't change how you actually look. People think that confidence and good looks come from skincare but your hygiene actually makes the biggest impact on how you feel about yourself.

I know that many people on here don't shower let alone wash their hair or brush their teeth, so stop lying to yourself. We all have these rough days, weeks, months and even years, but it's time to grow up. Good hygiene - especially oral hygiene, makes you loose weight faster. Eating disorder also damages your teeth. I hope I convinced your ass to get out of bed and brush your teeth now.

After personal hygiene there comes skincare and body care. Stop using acids especially on young skin, even if you are 30 do not use retinol and anti-aging products YOU DON'T NEED THEM ! It may seem like they are working but they just make your eyes believe that they work while they actually make your skin even worse. Stick to a simple routine:

Wash your face with face wash and cold water. This kills the bacteria and oils on the surface of your skin.

Ice your face. This depuffs your face making it appear slimmer. It also helps with reducing buckle fat and water in your face.

Use a gentle cream with oils in it. This won't trigger your skin and will heal it from the previous creams and skincare products that you used.

I also suggest wearing face masks 4-7 times a week, they can be homemade as well. You can make them from yoghurt, honey, coffee, flaxseeds etc...

Read romance, read literature, read your homework JUST READ!

There isn't anything better than reading to pass the time while you're fasting. You learn from books, you go to another world and escape from reality.

It is absolutely fine if you don't have the money to buy them, in today's economy books cost a lot. You can always join your school's or local library.

Reading just 15 minutes a day improves your brain which is really useful and important since ED ruins your brain. Reading can get rid of your brain fogs and help you concentrate better.

Move your body

We all know that moving your body can do wonders for weight loss even if you eat as much as you would normally.

Finding a hobby such as dancing or running makes the journey easier.

You have to be careful with choosing your hobby because they can transform your body completely. For an example: if you start playing volleyball everyday and start to get good at it you will gain muscle and your arms and thighs will get bigger, but if you start doing ballet your body will get smaller and slimmer in general.

If you want a ballerina body but can't do ballet, do pilates. Pilates exercises are similar to ballet exercises. I also recommend slow pilates to people who are not active at all but want to build strength and get more active.

Walking is a wonderful and easy exercise that burns many calories in a short period of time. I think that walking is the easiest exercise there is to lose weight.

Meditate. This will help you collect your mind and thoughts. Meditate before bed to get a goodnight sleep. Sleeping 8 or more hours a night amazingly makes it easier for you to lose weight.

Being ex military Terry always felt like he was on guard— being a light sleeper, always scoping the scenery out, early morning 6 mile bike rides but there was just something about you that put him at ease.

You were so soft, gentle, always finding the humor in something even if you did have a bit of a dark sense of humor. The scent of coconut always lingered on your smooth skin and your lips stayed pink and glossy no matter how much you licked them. 

The way you thought you could command him to do something even being nearly half his size when all he had to do was give you complete eye contact and you would fold like a lawn chair. All you had to do was bat those pretty brown eyes up at him and that man would build you a house anything to keep that smile on your face.

And in the evenings he loves sitting on the porch with you more specifically he’ll come find you wherever you are in the house, wrap his large arms around you and carry you listening to you rant about your day, or whatever book you were reading or whatever you see on social media.

“She dont want no puppy she want a big dog” you sing for the fourth time since he picked you up holding you with just one arm as if you weighed nothing and he just chuckles at you when you place a bunch of kisses on his face.

“You better chill before you start something mama” he leaves a peck on your lips watching the way you look at him with so much love and admiration like he hung the sun moon and stars in the sky just for you.

Ignoring him you squeeze him tighter in a hug loving the way he kisses the top of your head pulling you closer inhaling his scent feeling the humidity kiss your skin the minute he walks to the porch swing. down south was always warm but nothing could beat the warmth of your embrace.

“Babe, you know how much I love you?” You smile up at him tightening your legs around his waist and he holds your face in both of his large palms pecking your forehead, then nose and finally lips.

“What silly little tic tac trend you trying to trick me into now?” He asks, reading you like an open book watching the way your jaw drops. He knew when you were sweet talking him and what for too— you had been singing that song that one specific part for the past two days. 

“Its tik tok! And what you think you know me or something?” You playfully scrunch your face up pushing your long dark curls that fell from your bun out your face. He chuckles, angling his head down to you watching you squirm instantly. No matter how long yall was together it was certain things he did that still gave you butterflies and made you nervous.

“Baby girl don't insult me, of course i know you” and he pulls you back to him tightly closing his eyes enjoying the sound of nature as day turns into evening. “And i know if you keep pulling away from me imma have to really pin you down”

Terrys love language actually was physical touch, loved having you in his arms, carrying you, waking up in the morning to you still cuddled up to him or when he’s making breakfast and your little arms wrap around his waist grumbling about him leaving you and the bed being cold without him. Or when it’s your turn to cook dinner and he steals kisses knowing you don’t like to be bothered when you cook, always successfully fishing when you swat at him for trying to steal food from the pot. So who were you to deny this time as if your love language isn't spending time together.

You finally settle in his arms, head on his chest yet halfway on his upper arm and he sinks further into the swing slowly rocking it back and forth, left arm running up and down your back unaware of your antics until something catches his ear.

“She dont want no puppy” the music plays and you try to sit up as if he made empty threats tightening his biceps around your shoulders, he definitely was not against pinning you down. “She want a big dawg”

Opening his eyes he looks down at you watching how contempt you look with him squeezing tightly around you not even bothered in the slightest only looking up when you see him looking at you through the camera.

“Ok ok im done go ahead put your old man music on” you giggle happily. you got your video and his muscles were wrapped tightly around you, even placing a kiss on his bare chest before laying back down. Ignoring your slick comment he puts on redbone by childish gambino and like clockwork your hands start running over his back and arms slowly and softly turning him into putty, unraveling his muscles slowly putting him at ease like you always do.

I recently received a DM from a fellow who was a junior mod in the Shipping Container server, & they’ve been gracious enough to allow me to use their words on the current happenings, covering the events of the 0303Emily internal happenings of the server at that time.

Now, you may wonder why exactly I’m bringing up the 0303Emily debacle, much less in association with Pansear?

Well, besides the fact that the accusations leveled against 0303Emily are baseless themselves (One example of why at the bottom of this post, completely ignoring the fact that Azriel was only a month or 2 away from being 18 at the time of the accusation while 0303Emily was just 20.), they indicate a trend between both accusations that further shows minimal actual PROOF & deliberate misinterpretations of situations to then twist things into a more negative light.

Now, the statement from the junior mod:

“first off, sorry this isnt really that well worded. i dont even know where to start with all this. i wanted to offer my view on things from the internals of the SC server and some info that might explain the origins of all this. ive wanted to talk about this for a while but im not a very confrontational person and i didnt even have a tumblr or twitter

i was a helper (basically junior mod that had bare mininum perms) on SC during the entire event, and while I did not participate in the decision because it was really complex and i was busy with finals but i did lurk the convo and read a lot of it. i dont have any screenshots of this because i left a few weeks later after the entire mod team basically dissolved and the server lost all its users.

basically a while back before the grooming accusations some kids (like under 18) on the server were going around looking up artists on furaffnity, e621, and other nsfw websites and then reporting it to the mods of SC and i think mainworld too. the mods were pretty "this isnt really our business" about it and told the kids to stop snooping, and that was the end of it.

a few months later still before the grooming the issue resurfaced with the same users going after nsfw artists, they were again told to mind their business but a few weeks later came back with the grooming accusations on top of it. the key thing here is that the mod issue was heavily centered around the nsfw art that emily had been making, along with several other users who were in nsfw servers that these kids had joined to snoop around. they logged thousands of messages from multiple users and sifted through them looking for anything that could be added to this report.

again i just want to emphasize that this was not at all about Emily and Azriel at this time. The entire report was about NSFW people were doing in private NSFW sites and places that the kids had to lie and sneak into because they were LOOKING for dirt on these people. It was not just emily but around a dozen users in our server that had been perfectly fine up until this point.

there was a lot of delay with getting this report finalized and the grooming accusation came later. however given the context this seemed to raise a few red flags for the staff because the accusors had been so intense about their search for info and the fact that the conversation between them was months prior, there was some question of if the accusors had coached or otherwise convicned azriel about them being groomed just to get more dirt on emily.

Well the SC mods were tired of the NSFW artists being reported and considering the number of people being reported (again, more than just emily) and the methods the accusors had taken, decided that this was basically tantamount to stalking and kicked everyone involved.

What you see on tumblr is the response to that. They went and said "SC is run by groomer zoophiles" and everyone who had a hate boner for pansear jumped on board and it went nuclear.

I dont really know if this helps but i am just tired of sitting here being unable to speak about it because i dont have a following and i really miss pansear.”

I want to further emphasize this part:

“again i just want to emphasize that this was not at all about Emily and Azriel at this time. Minors actively invaded adult-spaces, willingly & ACTIVELY exposed themselves to adult content EXPLICITLY to ‘dig up dirt.’

So, with that in mind, why would they stop at that? Why would they stop at something so trivial as faking screenshots? Multiple members have actively made threats to people accused & they care not about spreading a falsehood (Just look at Pansear’s old Tumblr handle!).

And here’s the example I said I’d give earlier. Azriel starts the conversation with mention of the horrors of some NSFW content from the fandom & then gives an example. 0303Emily follows up with a shared experience. This is some of the ‘proof’ that was presented in the doc Azriel & Co. put forth.

This doesn’t even mention any of the other discrepancies in their own ‘proof.’ The ‘Zoophilia’ allegations are once again Anthro on Anthro characters engaging in sexual acts, just like the allegation against Pansear.

I saw this video the other day of this girl who became a millionaire selling claw clips designed to look like teeth (her audience was dentists) but then she expanded when they were a hit so she has like cute claw clips designs for a dozen of professions. i wish i could remember her name. BUT all i remember thinking that stuff like this is so pluto in aquarius coded and we’re going to keep seeing people become successful more and more through their specific interests and hobbies.

she was truly self made and her passion for art changed her ENTIRE life (even though people told her it was a dumb idea). Pluto is gonna be in Aquarius for a long ass time and we know the significance it has on social changes, the collective, the government, community etc etc. This is a time for innovation and transformation, and with Uranus’s energy on your side, you can truly step into a future where you lead the charge in creating something new and lasting ⚡️

the point is your weirdness, your out of the box ideas, the shit you think is straight up weird or maybe mee maw and pee paw call “useless” IS GONNA COME IN FUCKING HANDY!!! people are changing their entire lives everyday online and/or by finding their niche. so whatever “weird” idea or hobby you have, keep investing in it !! im not saying bc it will bring u money instantly (although thats always a plus) but bc it will bring you OPPORTUNITIES.

Dont be afraid to experiment with your style and image, especially in the moments where you are feeling the urge to try something different! Step into leadership roles that call to you! Volunteer for projects that require someone open-minded or that align with innovative (like new companies, organizations or small owned businesses that are producing/ delivering new kinds of products or services).

Invest in learning new methods of communication you have been interested in (like buying that new camera or learning how to code or finally starting that youtube channel). Use your platform to reach more people!! This also reminds me of someone who disrupts the status quo with innovation in education like maybe writing new curriculum thats more aligned to our modern generation or any other platforms/ media that are up and coming and useful to students??

uranus in the 4th house: focusing on moving forward with your ideal home environment in mind. visualize it and focus on the ways you can start putting in into action! dont be afraid to start over and re-design! think about the ways you want your environment to be emotionally and physically stable for you and what its gonna look like (eco-living? smart homes? communal living?) this placement reminds me of those people that buy mansions or plots of lands with a group of friends and put their money together to help grow and live together! She was HAPPY creating it, it was a hobby first (5h) and then people told her it was useless or strange and she kept going anyway and she got to profit it from it, especially through social media (the 5h-11h axis). trust me when I say there is something out there for everybody. EVERYBODY.

uranus in the 6th house: pluto in aqua will urge you to break free from outdated systems and explore new ways to stay productive and healthy!! The traditional 9-5 might not appeal to you and thats okay because it doesnt to a lot of people and they have created their own way. Think about the tech-driven approaches you want to explore in your daily life (apps, the media you use, how you use tech in regards to your health). Think about how tech can help your productivity and your health!! This reminds me of my coworker who bought like this ultraface ring (I think thats what its called) but she loves it and its super high tech and fancy and shit and it monitors a lot of her health and its motivated her in her routines! The way we motivate ourselves looks different! You can move forward by exploring the most flexible options for you.

uranus in the 7th house: you can move forward by redefining what partnership + relationships actually mean to you. now more than ever its time to focus on partnerships where there is a sense of independence and equality. lk its not the usual advice you give but you do generally give advice and off that thread you reblogged earlier about like joining your local community could you answer, or know of somewhere that would have the answers on how to actually do the suggested actions like.

If you can identify local specific interest groups then how do you make contact with them properly so you dont come off like a creep or a tourist? How does going to clubs or gigs or just like shops result in one becoming part of a community or making friends through that? What do you even say to your neighbors to not seem like a creep when you may have nothing in common other than living nearby?

Theres endless advicde online that basically just says Get Out There!! but doesnt go through the process of making it work properly which is the actually hard part. Again I understand if yourr not going to answer the questions personally but just if you know somewhere else to ask or find things

when you get there, you talk to people. about anything. the activity you are both mutually taking part in is a good starting point. again, that's not creepy.

you talk to your neighbors about anything you want. topics of neighbors I have shared with my neighbors include complimenting their pets, comparing notes on our yards, remarking on their Halloween decorations, and speculating about the house across the street where seeming 900 college students live together and do bad skateboard tricks.

I know it sounds scary or whatever but like. the way you become part of a community is by talking to people and taking an interest in their lives to get to know them.

"why is it a triangle" you questioned, gazing at the peculiar museum entrance.

"it's a pyramid, and im not sure actually," johnny said, grabbing your hand as he led you through the crowd.

the louvre was packed. you're not too surprised though, you came on a saturday in the middle of fashion week. of course it's busy.

"do you want to do the guided tour or just wander around," johhny asked, looking at a map he grabbed as you walked in.

"um let's just wander around, those tours are boring anyway."

"but they give you cool a 3DS" johnny pointed toward a passing group who sure enough had Nintendo 3DSs hanging from their necks.

"okay you can grab one and just tell me any interesting information."

once johhny got his tour all set up, the two of you weaved your way through the sea of people, doing your best to look at the art as you passed.

"johhny look at that statue," you pointed at the back side of a marble carving across the room, "why he kinda caked up."

"oh my god he is," johhny gaped at the figure's butt, gabbing his own for comparison.

"wait can you take my picture with it please," he asked, not waiting for a response, shoving his phone into your hand and running over to the statue.

"whatever you want weirdo" you mumbled, taking a few pictures for your boyfriend.

you didn't get a chance to question him further before he was quickly typing on his phone.

"now we wait," he sighed, putting his arm around your shoulder.

sure enough, within half an hour, nctzens were pouring into the louvre. they circled around johnny, causing a major distrubance in the walkway.

johnny motioned with his eyes for you to enter the mona lisa exhibition room as he started signing albums and photocards. you slipped past the group, making your way towards the painting.

the room was relatively empty at this point, with the other patrons and security guards occupied investigating the ruckus outside.

you hesitantly stood in front of the smiling woman. were you actually about to steal the most nortious painting in the world?

"fuck it."

grabbing the frame on both sides, you pulled her off the wall, lowered her to the ground, unlatched the frame, rolled up the painting, and ran.

"JOHNNY I GOT IT!" you yelled as you ran to the exit.

"CEZENNIE WE'RE GONNA MOVE THIS OUTSIDE AND THE FIRST FIVE PEOPLE OUT THE DOOR GET A PIECE OF MY CLOTHING!"

the mob rushed outside, desperate to be one of the lucky few. you managed to get lost in the crowd, avoiding security.

once outside, johnny stripped down to his underwear, throwing them haphazardous to the wolves. in the issuing chaos, both of you were able to safely get the car undetected.

I need to eat drywall nostalgic chill is so good GGRRRHAAAHHHHHHHH FIGHTING FOR THE SPOT OF MY FAVORITE FIC EVER RN. Anyway I wanted to ask what ur process is when writing fic? Especially something so lengthy and lore-heavy like nostalgic chill. Been trying to cook up some hsr fic myself but I get so overwhelmed by the sheer amount of world lore ..

thank u for asking such a fun question!!! my process is very losey goosey, specifically for this fic, but ill try to explain it as best i can

the (VERY) rough outline for this fic has been planned out since long before i actually started posting it, with it getting more detailed near the end (a few of the final chapters have already been drafted, actually)

on the path towards the end ive spread out a few plot points which are either just cool things i want to write about (like all those damn fights) or important character stuff (like the bailiu heart-to-heart and every single jing yuan reality check)

when i start a new chapter, ill usually already know where i want it to end, often one of those pre-planned points. ill spend a few days (or even one or two weeks) thinking about how to continue the story, and then once i have an idea ill like, ill sit down and start writing.

typically, a good idea will be the easiest to write for me. if i get stuck anywhere before reaching the end of the scene, ill usually just scrap it immediately and start over. i try to make each chapter one unbroken scene, so a reached plot-point isnt necessary for the chapter to end.

like, for the most recent 2 chapters, the plot-point ive been writing towards is jing yuan meeting the master diviner, which was a VERY important thing that needed to happen before anything else. of course, everything is also following an overarching goal, which is mostly just jing yuans character arc, and that is built towards in the narration between major events. also worldbuilding i guess.

on the research side, i dont have much to say? my grasp on the xianzhou lore is already pretty solid (its my favourite area) so a lot of the research i do lore-wise is just double-checking that i have my facts straight. also, reading the xianzhou lore is good for inspiration, if im really lacking in that, which is unusual but not impossible.

i dont think my process is especially unique? its definitely not very structured, but thats unusual even for me. idk tldr i think of cool stuff i want to write about and then fill in the gaps between those cool stuff. tis fun

Lunar: So the mod wanted me to rate the Main Characters of TSAMS. So that's what ill be doing. Disclaimer these reviews will be biased as its my opinion on them. Im rating off of looks and personality.

Sun: 7/10

Lunar: A kind, sweet fella who has been through so much yet still manages to keep a mostly positive outlook. That's something i gotta give him credits for, his design is mostly bland ill give him a 7/10

Moon: 7/10 @the-old-moondrop

Lunar: A smart and respectable animatronic. He has also been through a lot and he likes helping his family, he is not afraid to say the truth even if it hurts. Although he may have not been the best person in the past he has changed and he does not expect Sun to forgive him. His design is more interesting than Sun's but ill give him the same rating as his brother, a 7/10

Eclipse: 7.5/10 @aftonparttwo

Lunar: He is smart and manipulative, although he blew up his brother and caused trauma to many, he has recently been less evil as he used to be but he still can be annoying. His design is interesting so 7.5/10

Bloodmoon: 4/10

Lunar: @escapetheslaughter dont get mad at me for this rating dad. Their character is interesting but he is stubborn and pushes people away, he has literally killed innocent children and families, he's probably killed thousands. He is a ruthless killer and is very blunt. His first design was mildly interesting, his second design in my opinion suited his behavior more. You can easily tell he is a sick twisted animatronic. I will give him a 4/10

Ruin: 10/10 @sillytwofaceboi @ruin-loves-tea

Lunar: A very intellgent and a master manipulator, he knows how to play an act well. He is a patient and calm fella, he was a great "villian" in my opinion. I would say Ruin is more of an anti-hero rather than a villian. His design is also very good, i love how he has red eyes and arm sleeves on one side and blue on the other, it suits his 2 faced personality. He gets a 10/10

Jack-o-Moon: 9.5/10 @gremlininthedark

Lunar: He has a good heart but is also very blunt he doesnt sugarcoat and he protects the ones he loves, i gotta respect that. I do love his halloween - esquie design it really suits him. He gets a 9.5

Earth: 7/10

Lunar: She is a sweetheart and cares about her family, it is tragic to see what shes been through and the fact that her father is an evil being. Her design is pretty. She gets a 7/10

The Creator: -infinity/10

Lunar: He is a pure evil bastard. His design is also bland. -infinity/10.

Killcode Moon: 9/10

Lunar: He definitely had the biggest redemption arc, he went from a murderer to an actually kind being. He is like that 1 grandpa who is a sweetheart. Design wise pretty good. 9/10

Dark Sun: 4.5/10 @dark-sundrop

Lunar: Also a master manipulator and incredibly smart lad. He is definitely the most threatening villian in the show so far. His character is unique and he is rather charasmatic. His design is boring. He gets a 4.5/10

Nexus: 5/10 @insane-nexus

Lunar: His villian arc felt rushed in my opinion, his personality- hes a piece of shit. Design wise, very goofy looking but him in the thumbnails it is interesting, i like the mouth. He gets a 5/10

Solar: 9.5/10 @solar-the-mechanic

Lunar: The nice Eclipse, I do not have to say much abt him. He is a good soul and did not deserve what hes been through. I can see why he is so loved. His design is also loveable. He gets a 9.5/10

Lunar: Basically the personification of trauma. Design is mid. He gets a 6/10
