Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
to say you were bored was an understatement.
it was a regular rowdy saturday night in the outerbanks, this nights party being at a random kooks house on the figure eight whose name you couldn't quite remember
you were nursing a forgotten red solo cup of punch in your hand, crowd-watching to pass the time.
it wasn't normal that rafe actually succeeded in convincing you to come to these things. because as much as you liked chatting with spoiled self-absorbed kooks over disgustingly sweet punch, you'd rather stay cuddled up in your fluffy pyjamas and watch sappy romcoms on rafe's couch.
but nevertheless, here you were. dreading every decision you had ever made up to that point as you watched rafe from across the room. a blonde kook girl climbing over him and straddling his hips, sitting on his lap as he smirked.
you knew you really had no right being mad at him because you weren’t dating.
but from the start of your more than 10 year friendship, rafe made it clear that you were and always will be his.
so why didn’t that rule go both ways?
with all the thoughts bouncing around in your head, you failed to hear a certain blonde pouges voice echo around you.
you snapped out of your state, consciousness returning to your mind as a hand was waved repeatedly in your face.
“hey! you there princess?” a smile adorned the boys face, a ratty snapback placed backwards on his blonde hair.
“yeah, jj. right here” you joked, smiling brightly back at him as you brought your cup up to your lips.
“thought we lost you there for a bit princess? what’d you doing standing here all alone?” jj asked, surprised to see your constant kook king shadow nowhere to be seen.
“just people watching, the usual. where’s kie?” you quickly changed the subject, wanting anything to get your mind off of rafe.
“around here somewhere i hope. gonna’ try to round everyone up to we can get outta here. early morning for us cut goers tomorrow, fish to catch and things to steal” you giggled at his joke, earning an even wider grin on his face.
you always liked jj. you thought he was funny, and he was the most loyal person to his friends that you knew. and despite his manic tendencies, you trusted him.
“have a nice night j. drive safe!” you said, watching him wink at you before he disappeared into the crowd.
with jj gone, you were left to your own thoughts agian, which was never a good thing.
you glanced over again at rafe sitting comfortably on the couch on the deck. the light from inside illuminating his face as he leaned over to the table, picking up a small bag of white powder and handing it to a random touran.
you bit your lip as you noticed the same blonde from before clinging to his side, rafe seeming unbothered but making no move to push her off.
god, you couldn’t even imagine how rafe would react if he saw you speaking to jj earlier. so why is it that he can literally let a girl dry hump him in the middle of a party and you shouldn’t care?
you didn’t know why you cared though, because rafe is you best friend, nothing more.
right?
you didn’t have time to think about that right now though, you just needed to get the fuck out of this party right now or you were gonna explode.
an idea clicked in your brain and jj dragged a drunk john b towards the entrance of the house, kiara and pope following quickly behind.
you decided that this was now or never, placing your red solo cup onto a random table as you walked towards them.
“hey jj!” you called out, his head immediately snapping towards you. “you think you could give me a ride home?”
it was nearly 30 minutes later that rafe noticed you were no longer in your spot in corner of the house. business was coming to a halt as he sold his last few grams of cocaine, a heavy wad of cash safely resting in his back pocket.
his eyes scanned the crowd for your face, but you were no where to be seen.
and rafe was starting to freak the fuck out.
he knew you wouldn’t go upstairs to any bedrooms, or go out for an impulse swim in the pool. and he knew most of all that you wouldn’t just leave without telling him, and the notification box in his voice remained empty from your contact.
he ran his hand roughly through his hair, pulling aggressively at the roots and cussing to himself frustrated.
his eyes widened as he saw your friend in the crowd, interrupting what ever useless conversation she was having, because until he knew you were safe, nothing was more important.
he asked rudely where you were, watching as her face morphed into shock that rafe was talking to her. because well, if it’s not plotting on the pouges or selling drugs, rafe doesn’t interact with anyone but you or his friends.
“i-i im not sure. i saw her leave like a bit less than half an hour ago. i thought she told you, she always does”
rafe clenched his jaw, hundreds and thousands of thoughts running through his head. “was she alone?”
“n-no. she was with that jj guy and his friends” your friend murmured, nervous she was ratting you out to the scariest guy in the whole of kildare.
it was safe to say that rafe was fucking pissed.
it took him less than a few seconds to put his keys into the ignition of his jeep and drive illegally fast to your house. you liked to piss him off often when you were in a mood, but never with your safety.
rafe never fucked with your safety, ever.
he murmured venomous cusses to himself and he walked towards your house, the pebbles from your mothers perfect drive way crunching under his feet as he speed to your door.
he made a beeline to the entrance of your home, the white arches welcoming and the doorway dimly lit by the porch lights.
he planted his feet straight on the 'welcome home' door mat, lifting his balled fist up to the door and sending booming knocks to the wood panel.
his knuckles were white as he clenched his fists so hard together there was sure to be crimson-red crescent indents from his fingernails. he was fuming.
the click of the lock releasing from the door snapped him out of his thoughts, the door handle turning and the lobby of the inside of your house quickly coming into view.
he locked eyes with your figure immediately, a pink fluffy towel in your hand as you dried your hair. you were only wearing a pair of long socks and rafes shirt which reached more than halfway down your thighs, your face bare of makeup.
you jumped as you saw the look on his face, an anger prevalent in his stare that you had never seen directed at you. fuck. you were in some deep shit.
you parted your lips to speak, but nothing seemed to come out. for the first time in your life, you were scared of rafe. not that he was going to harm you physically, no, never that.
but you knew how much he cared about you and your safety. you just wished he cared that much about your feelings. you wanted him to see that.
"rafe" you said, your voice coming out as a whisper as you watch the lines on his forehead crease together as thousands of thoughts ran through his head.
"what the fuck were you thinking?" he spat as he pushed you as softly as he could into the house so he could close the door, worried the cold of the night was going to make you shiver.
you didn't have time to answer before he started again, running a hand roughly through his hair as he huffed. "you just left? you fucking left a party at night without even texting me, and you let that fucking pouge drive you home!"
you rolled your eyes at the last statement, this was all about jj? "so that's all you care about? me going home with a boy i've known since third grade who just so happens to live on the cut? you don't give a shit about me, you just care about this stupid kook pouge rivalry!"
"don't say what you know isn't true ma. you know i care about you more than i care about myself." he stated, nearly all the anger in him draining out as he saw your eyes begin to fill with tears. he couldn't handle seeing you cry.
"how do i know you care about me rafe? because you don't seem to show it." you sighed pushing yourself as far away from him as you could, your back pushing up against the wall.
"don't fucking say to me y/n. i've loved you from the moment i met you." you finally stopped looking at the floor, lifting your chin so you made eye contact with him.
"stop it rafe, you're being mean" you whispered, mostly to yourself more than rafe. you couldn't listen to him say how much he loved and cared about you for one more second. not when you still had the picture of him being essentially dry-humped in the middle of a party by a girl you didn't even know.
"ma i love you. you know that. you're my world, my favourite girl. why are you fighting this?" rafe said, trying to hold you wrist in his hand before you quickly pulled it away.
"bec-because you can't just say all this then turn around and have make outs with other girls right in front of me. it-its not fair." you spoke, the tears finally making their way down your cheeks in steady streams.
rafe physically flinched at your statement, his palms getting sweaty and his heart rate increasing into rapid beats. was he actually going to admit his love for you right now, like this?
"what are you saying y/n?" he asked, his voice cracking as his face fell. his mind racing with how many outcomes could come out of this conversation.
"that i love you, you idiot!"

spiderman!ellie x reader
synopsis: Y/n is still reeling over last weeks events when she goes over to Ellie’s place for the first time. She can’t believe she was able to meet Spider-Man again! (Psst! She still doesn’t know it’s actually Spider-Woman!)
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
“Hey, how come I’ve never been over to your place before?” you poke Ellie with your pencil, she sighs and leans back into her chair.
“Ah, you don’t wanna go there.. I live with my Uncle Tommy and Aunt Maria and he can be kinda, well, y’know ‘daddish,’” you giggle at her wording.
“But still, it’s no fair, you’ve been coming to my place for awhile and I don’t even know where you like and—!”
“God, fine, fine! If I knew you wanted to come over so badly, I woulda invited you sooner, gosh,” Ellie puts her hands up and lets out a chuckle, “You can come over tomorrow night, Tommy ‘nd Maria are gonna be outta town so, uh, I’ll send you my address or whatever.”
You nod and get back to work.
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
Fuck, am I too early? Do I seem to eager?? your mind is racing as you pace outside apartment 419, finally you put your fist up to knock on the white wooden door but before your fist could come in contact with the door, it swings open, revealing Ellie, her hair wet, white tank top, and loose basketball shorts, and her hand adjusting her glasses, “Oh, hey Y/n.”
Hey? Hey?? How could she be so casual when she’s looking, well… like that?? you’re internall screaming, your gaze drifts towards her forearm, you had no idea she had a tattoo. Almost like she could read your mind, she rubs her tattoo.
“Oh, yeah.. guess you wouldn’t know about this, uh, yeah, I got a tattoo like two years ago? It’s a fern with a spider,” she moves aside, “Come inside, you must be freezing.”
Her apartment smells like pine, tobacco, and fabric softener, it’s nice. There are horse paintings all over the walls as well as some movie posters. It’s a nice place, pretty big, well, bigger than your apartment, at least.
You turn to look at Ellie who’s just awkwardly standing in the hallway. You’re about to ask where her room is when she blurts out, “Water?!”
You jump a little, taken aback by the sudden statement, “Uh, y-yeah, I’ll take some water.”
The auburnette nods and rushes off to the kitchen, has she ever had anyone come over? The thought kinda makes you giggle, if you’re right, then that must be the reason for her being so awkward.
She comes barging into the living room and hands the water to you, still awkwardly standing in the middle of the room.
You can tell that you need to be the one to direct this evening, “So, wanna study out here or in your room?”
Ellie thinks for a second, “Uh, my room? All my stuff is there and it’s warmer in there than it is out here,” she rubs the back of her neck nervously.
“Alright,” you follow her to a room at the end of the hall, the door is slightly cracked and water droplets are trailing from it down the hallway, weird.
“Uh, this is it,” Ellie walks in, “Ah, crap, forgot to close that,” she rushes over to her window, wide open and rain is pouring in.
You giggle a bit, she can be kinda clumsy. You glance around her room, it’s decked out in movie and band posters, above her bed is a cork board with picture of a boy and a girl you’d seen around campus a few times, her desk is a little cluttered but for the most part neat, there are comic books all over her bed.
“Sorry, meant to clean before you came over.. but then I just got home like a few minutes before you and—.”
“Huh? No you didn’t, I was outside for at least five minutes,” you giggle, Ellie’s face drops.
“Oh, well, I meant to say it felt like a few minutes, y’know?” She scratches her nose.
You nod and take a seat on her bed, “So, shall we?” you pat the space next to you.
“S-Shall we what?” Ellie’s ears are red and her hand instinctively moves to her face to push her glasses up.
“Study?” you giggle, you had an idea of what she was initially thinking.
“Oh! Yeah! Uh, totally, totally… let’s study,” her ears are still burning bright red as she takes a seat next to you.
For the next two hours, the two of you studied your asses off until you got hungry which gave the both of you the bright idea of ordering pizza, Ellie suggested Hawaiian and how could you say no to that?
So, while the two of you were waiting for the pizza to arrive, Ellie told you all about how she used to be a delivery girl for the place so since then, they give her a 5% off discount, “Yeah, I know, right? The owner is so generous, one time h—.”
Ding dong!
Ellie groaned, disappointed she couldn’t finish her story, “I’ll get it.”
Now was your chance! You’re a pretty nosy person. You push yourself up off her bed and take a look around, opening drawers, until you come to one that’s locked..? You didn’t even know drawers could be locked.. hmm.. must be something pricey, whatever. You open up her closet and it looks like she did try to clean up before you came over, clothes are crammed into an overflowing laundry basket and there’s a pile of.. wet clothes..? Before you could bend down to inspect them, Ellie yells from the kitchen for you to get dinner, you hurriedly shut the closet door and make your way to the kitchen.
“Ah, this looks good,” Ellie mutters as she pulls out some plates.
While you wait for Ellie to get her slices, you take a look around, on the fridge are magnets from Boston, Wyoming, Seattle, and a few pictures. One picture stands out to you the most, it’s a picture of what looks like baby Ellie and a handsome looking man, “Hey, who’s that?”
Ellie, mid-bite looks over at who you’re talking about, “Oh, um, that’s no one, hey lets watch a movie, I got beer too,” Ellie is out of the kitchen before you know it.
You can tell she didn’t wanna talk about it so you weren’t going to push her to, you didn’t want to scare her off.
She puts on a movie but the two of you don’t really pay attention, to engrossed in each other.
Then, after a few drinks the two of you are talking about yourselves and somehow, the conversation gears towards Spider-Man, causing you to giggle and think about the events that transpired last week.
“It was like a dream, Els. Like, one second I thought I was donezo then the next, I’m soaring through the air, his arms wrapped around me! Ugh, I can’t get him outta my mind!!”
Ellie chokes on her pizza then takes another sip of her beer, “Y-yeah?”
“Then, he gently puts me down on top of this beautiful rooftop garden, which would’ve been nice if I knew how to get down haha, I was stuck up there for an hour and a half until a nice lady helped me down, “Ellie chokes on her pizza again, “It was so magical but the only thing was.. he was like.. really awkward about the whole thing.. when i said “Oh my god, It’s you,’ he responded with ‘Yeah, I-it’s me,” and then when he put me down he just stared at me for a bit then said ‘bye’ before taking a step off the rooftop.”
Ellie’s face is pretty red, the alcohol must be really getting to her, she wipes her mouth, “Come on, he’s not that awkward..”
You giggle, “He totally is! If I weren’t a loyal fan, I might have switched over to being Hulk’s fan.”
“No!” Ellie blurts out, the silence is loud after she says that, ‘Uh, I mean, no way..! Spider-Man is way cooler than the Hulk..”
You nod, “Mhm, totally.. besides I don’t care for all those muscles.. I like how lean Spidey is.”
Ellie suddenly jumps up, “I have to go to the bathroom!”
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
Ellie’s POV.
God, why is she just standing out there?? Does she not wanna come in?? My spidey senses can feel her standing outside the door and they can feel her foot beating against the floor, Should I go out there?? Nah, I should take these clothes off first, gosh, I really need to invest in some thermal wear for my next suit, this shit is SOAKED.
“Fuck, my room’s a mess.. should clean that up.. just gonna stuff those in here and lock that and fold that.. looks… decent..” i grumble, “Should get the door now, I guess…”
Now, let’s be cool and casual about this..
“Oh, hey.” FUCK. Was that too casusal?? Why does she look like that?? Why are her eyes so wide?? Ohh, my tattoo.
“Oh, yeah.. guess you wouldn’t know about this, uh, yeah, I got a tattoo like two years ago? It’s a fern with a spider,” rubbing my, “Come inside, you must be freezing.”
Why is she inspecting everything? What is this an apartment inspection, does it smell funny??
Ah, never really had anyone over that isn’t Dina or Jesse.. what do you do when someone comes over?? What did she do when I first came over… oh In know!
“Water?” that was cool right?? casual?? Why does she look so scared.. weirdo.
“Uh, y-yeah, I’ll take some water,” perfect! I know just the cup to give it to her in.. I think she’ll love this Avengers cup.
I hand her the cup and she takes a sip, not even noticing the cup, I frown a bit as I stare at the cup, sigh.
“So, wanna study out here or in your room?”
“Uh, my room? All my stuff is there and it’s warmer in there than it is out here,” agh, that robber really got me, my neck feels like it’s on fire, should put a heat patch on it later or ask Dina for a massage..
We get to my room and I can already hear the rain hitting the floor from down the fall, “Uh, this is it, ah, crap, forgot to close that,” I rush to close the window.
I apologize for not cleaning my room first, trying my absolute beset to avoid making eye contact with her.. why did she have to wear THAT shirt. Like, why a Spider-Man shirt of all things??
“So, shall we?” She pats my bed.. UHHH WHAT THE FUCK DOES SHE MEAN?? Like, DO I TAKE MY CLOTHES OFF OR..?
“S-shall we what?”
“Study?”
Ohhh…. “Oh! Yeah! Uh, totally, totally… let’s study.”
The next couple of hours go by smoothly, except my senses tingle a little every time she brushes against me and I have to keep fighting the urge to catch a pencil midair before it rolls off my desk..
I can also hear how hungry she is.. I’ll call and place an order.
While we wait, I tell her about the time I was a delivery girl and about my 5% discount and—
The doorbell, great timing, I push myself up off my bed and get it.
The pizza smells pretty good, I think, “Hey, Y/n, time to eat.”
I hear shuffling and she comes down to the kitchen, while I prep our plates, she takes a look around.
Wait, fuck, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please please—
“Hey, who’s that,” I know what she’s talking about before I even look over, I stuff a pizza into my mouth and gulp it down.
“Oh, um, that’s no one, hey lets watch a movie, I got beer too,” god, Joel please forgive me.
Not really wanting to think about Joel, I put on Curtis and Viper 2, even thought this is a FANTASTIC movie, I can’t help but talk to her instead, her words are better than any movie.
“It was like a dream, Els. Like, one second I thought I was donezo then the next, I’m soaring through the air, his arms wrapped around me! Ugh, I can’t get him outta my mind!!”
I tried, I really did try to direct the conversation away from this particular topic and yet, it still took me by surprise, almost making me choke on my pizza, “Y-Yeah?”
She continues, of course, she continues, “Then, he gently puts me down on top of this beautiful rooftop garden, which would’ve been nice if I knew how to get down haha, I was stuck up there for an hour and a half until a nice lady helped me down, It was so magical but the only thing was.. he was like.. really awkward about the whole thing.. when i said “Oh my god, It’s you,’ he responded with ‘Yeah, I-it’s me,” and then when he put me down he just stared at me for a bit then said ‘bye’ before taking a step off the rooftop.”
She makes me sound like a total loser! I was NOT that awkward.. and If I had known that she wouldn’t have been able to get down.. and it’s not like I CHOSE to step off the rooftop like that.. I just didn’t expect for the drop off to be so close..
Still, I must defend my honour, “Come on, he’s not that awkward..”
She giggles, “He totally is! If I weren’t a loyal fan, I might have switched over to being Hulk’s fan.”
“No!” I blurts out, FUCK, I DIDN”T MEAN TO SAY THAT, okay, okay, lets be chill about this, ‘Uh, I mean, no way..! Spider-Man is way cooler than the Hulk..”
She’s not serious right?? I kinda like having a fan girl like her.. I mean she’s cute and all but still, it’s better than the people who believe the whole ‘Spider-Man’ is evil and a spy from Russia..
She nod, “Mhm, totally.. besides I don’t care for all those muscles.. I like how lean Spidey is.”
“I have to go to the bathroom!”
I practically run to the bathroom, and pump my fist in the air.
LETS GOOOOOOO. Suck that, Bruce, she’s MY fan girl.
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
YOUR POV
After Ellie returns from the restroom, you help her clean up the dishes then, sadly, it’s time for you to leave.
“See ya tomorrow,” you smile and squeeze her hand before you leave and venture into the rainy night.
“Ugh, It’s so fuckin cold.. and no taxis! Of course!” you huff and keep walking, praying that the Subways are still working, then, the totally not crazy thought pops into your mind, lets walk through the cold dark alley that no doubtedly has diseases not yet known to man! Who knows, maybe this is how you’ll break into the medical field, not as a doctor but as patient zero!
As you giggle at your own jokes, a hand wraps around your mouth and pulls you behind a dumpster, a gruff voice whispers in your ear, “Gimme er’vything in yer pocket.”
You nod frantically, hey, it’s better to lose the twenty in your pocket rather than your life, yeah?
Just as you pull out your wallet, you feel his gun press against the small of your back, “Yer a purty lit’l thang aren’t ya?”
The blood in your veins freeze and so do your movements. Fuck, you always thought that if this ever were to happen to you, you’d be like Aileen Wuornos and like totally kill him but now, now you’re a deer caught in the headlights, his gun moves lower..
Then before it can dip into your jeans, his body is flying into the wall and is that.. Spider-Man?? Spider-Man is on top of him in seconds, pummeling his fist into the street vermin’s face over and over, grunts elicit from the masked figure then when you can no longer hear the man’s cries. Spider-Man walks over to you then in the blink of an eye, he’s gone..
“Missed me?” you hear a raspy voice say from behind you.
You jump and whip around, Spidey’s face is inches from yours, he’s hanging upside down, and you can’t see it but you’re pretty sure he’s smiling.
“Ah, you scared me!” You swat at his chest.
He chuckles, huh, his voice is a little higher than you thought it’d be, “My bad, my bad.”
“What’re you doin’ here? Stalking me, Spider-Boy?”
He chuckles, “I wouldn’t have to if you didn’t attract danger as much as you do, hell, I should be gettin’ paid for this, it’s basically overtime.”
You roll your eyes but your smile betrays your annoyed act, “Yeah, you want a reward?”
Spidey nods, you take a step forward and gently pull down his mask, he gasps and grabs your hands, trying to stop you from pulling it down, you reassure him, “Don’t worry, Spidey, I wont take it all the way off.”
He nods and loosens his grip, allowing you to reveal his lips, they look so soft, his face is a lot smaller, too.
You take a step forward and press your lips against his, the pillowy soft pink lips fit your perfectly.
You pull away, “How’s that for a reward?”
“That was, uh, thanks,” he pulls up his mask and stands right side up, he waves and is pulled from his spot, swinging away on his webs.
You touch your lips, the touch of his still lingering on yours..

synopsis: you and minjeong’s casual sexcapades
pairings: Kim minjeong x fem!reader
cw: smut, cheating, rich housewife!reader, milf reader, minjeong is a lover girl
MEN DO NOT INTERACT
it’s a Friday night, your husband is gone for a business trip and won’t be back until Sunday. Your daughter is curled up in bed and you’re sitting on your couch until you hear three loud knocks at your door. you open it to see that it’s in minjeong and you internally scream.
“minjeong…what the fuck are you doing at my house? my child is here. ” you say
“i wanted to see you. is that an issue?” you eye her up and down before eventually letting her in. her hair is cut into a wolf cut, layered type of bob. she has on a white shirt and black jeans and a black jacket to top it. she slowly looks you up and down as you’re wearing a white see-through nightie with nothing underneath it, obviously not expecting someone to show up at your home.
“and you look so good right now.” she says, casually
“you can’t keep showing up here uninvited, you’re lucky that my husband isn’t here.” you mumble
“i know and im sorry, ok? i just missed you lots. i can make it up to you.” she mentions innocently though you can decipher between the facade that she’s carrying.
“not right now, my daughter is asleep.” she smiles and you look at her, confused.
“let me take your husband’s place.” she says bluntly
“no.” you reply
“he doesn’t even fuck you good. if he did, we wouldn’t be in this position.” she challenges you to see if you’re going to crack, which you do. in every situation she’s always 4 steps ahead of you and it pisses you off because she’s right every time.
she takes her jacket off, tossing it onto your couch so she can take a seat and make herself comfortable.
“I don’t mind you staying but please stay quiet, I don’t want my child waking up and hearing us.” you mention
“ok then.” she mumbles, smirking at you as you stand there.
“what?” you ask
“are you going to take me up to that lavish bedroom of yours or are we gonna do it in the open right here?” she questions
“let’s go upstairs.” you head upstairs, purposely swaying your ass from side to side as Minjeong follows you. she looks down, instantly looking back up so she won’t be distracted.
“love this cute little room, could be ours..” she trailed off as you opened the door for her.
“watch it.” you mumble as she pushes you onto the bed. she gets on top of you and instantly kisses your lips
“so fucking sexy.” she says in between kisses. you grab on her boobs through her shirt before you two pull away, breathing heavily. you both sit up with her being in your lap.
“take this shit off.” you pull on her shirt and she pulls it over her head.
you unclip her bra, throwing it to the ground and you take one of her nipples into your mouth
“what the- fuck..” she silently whimpers and you continue sucking on her nipples before she pulls away.
“y/n i want to eat you out, instead.” you release your mouth from her nipple and you agree to what she says.
“spread those legs for me.” she murmured softly
“o-ok.” you mumble quietly. you slowly pull down your gown and she watches you. you start from your shoulder, to your collarbone, down your stomach, and eventually, down your legs. discarding the sheer clothing item to a section of the room. you lie down with your back pressed up against the headboard.
“fuck that’s perfect.” she whispers as she lowers herself down to your heat, minjeong blows on your clit and you shudder from the feeling.
“m-minjeong-” “wait your turn.” she says, sternly
after what felt like forever, she finally latched her mouth onto your clit and started sucking the life out of you.
“a-ah fuck.” you mumble silently, keeping in mind that you two aren’t home alone. minjeong continues sucking on your clit as she slowly enters two fingers into your needy cunt, thrusting them in and out at a slow pace as she eats you out. you throw your head back, watching the scene of winter eating you out..it’s engraved into your head.
“yes yes…please minjeong.” you moan out and she chuckles, the vibration of her chuckle leaving an affect on your clit.
“fuuuck.” you moan as you throw your head back up against the headboard. your loud pussy squelches as she thrusts her fingers in and out of you.
“damn babe.” she mutters as your juices leak down her hand, encouraging her to speed up.
“oh my goodness..” you whimper aloud. minjeong eats your pussy as if it’s her last meal. your legs shake and convulses as she eats you out. your whole body trembles as you cum all over her pretty face.
“f-fuck.” you breathed out and she pulls away, getting up to kiss your lips.
“God I love you.” minjeong mumbles in between kisses, you wrap your hands around her neck as you make out with her.
“mmh i love you too.” you mutter and you eventually pull away from her lips.
“y/n, let me marry you.” she says
“minjeong..I can’t.” you reply
“I’ll wait…for however long it takes.” she says
minjeong sucks on your perky nipple as she looks at you with pleading eyes, almost begging for you.
“minjeong..I’ll see, ok?” you respond and she smiles, her cheeks flushed with a pink hue before she kisses your hand
“thank you.” she mutters
“but you gotta go..like now. we can chat about this later.” you say sternly
“fine.” she puts her shirt back on, fixing up her disheveled hair. you put your nightie back on and you walk her out.
“I’ll miss you.” she says as she’s standing in the doorway. you rub her hand and you kiss her lips passionately, letting her know that you mean business.
“i know and I’ll miss you too but next time you can’t show up like this, do you understand me Minjeong?” she nods her head, understanding you crystal clear
“now go, don’t worry about me, i will be fine. worry about yourself for these next few days and i will message you, ok.” you hand her the jacket that she left on your couch.
“thank you.” she mumbles and she kisses your lips one last time before you two part ways.
you close the door, not realizing that your daughter was behind you the entire time.

pls write a short blurb about a really overprotective matt🙏
disclaimers: drinking, swearing, suggestive comments, creepy men!
Tumblr media
when matt pulled up to the party that you were at, within ten minutes your frantic texts about this guy watching you like a hawk despite the triplets’ house being twenty minutes away, you were more than relieved. but the tension in your body couldn’t melt away, even with your back pressed against matt’s chest with his hands holding your hips, his thumbs rubbing along the skin beneath the hem of your shirt.
you stepped away to head to the bathroom but matt’s fingers hooking into your belt loops as he tugs you back to him, prevented you from doing so.
“where are you headed miss lady?” he teases, trying to ease the tension in your body, his hands lifting to your face while his thumbs smoothed over the tough creases forming along your forehead as you try to calm down.
“i need to pee really bad but i don’t know if i should go because i think he’s over there.” you whisper, finally feeling your guard melting as you lean into matt’s touch.
“lemme take you, i don’t want you to leave my side tonight, okay sweetheart?” matt hums, taking your hand in his as he leads you toward the hallway of doors, opening the first two before finding the bathroom, leaning outside the door as a guy walks by, eyeing matt down as he looks for you.
“have you seen a girl about your height, a sleeve of tattoos on her left arm, and in a white skirt?” the man asks, his voice causing matt’s to click in anger.
“you mean my girl?”
“my bad man i didn’t know she was taken.”
“but you did. she told you quite a few times, and if you don’t back the fuck off, i’ll rock your shit.” matt sneers, frustrated by his boldness.
“okay whatever i’m outta here.”
as you stood outside the door, listening to matt’s conversation, waiting until you hear the man’s voice fade before stepping out.
“you wanna get outta here? lemme take your mind off tonight.”
“what have you got in mind?”
“you sitting on my face.” matt smirks, watching your eyes widen slightly and your cheeks turn pink before you turn around and walk down the hallway, tossing a cheeky grin over your should as you call out,
“whatchu waiting for pretty boy?”

Finding Refuge.
Chapter two.
Surviving a Zombie Apocalypse with Terry Richmond
Tumblr media
“I’m so sorry, Raelynn. The position has been filled.”
Raelynn Matthews looked into the eyes of the receptionist standing behind a sleek front desk. The stillness within that corporate building in Downtown Atlanta left an eerie feeling she was intensely familiar of.
“E–Excuse me?” Raelynn finally found the words to speak, “I–I–I–don’t understand.”
The nonchalant receptionist stared back at Raelynn with a cool expression and a slow blink.
“I received an email from your company for a job opportunity. You have an opening here,” Raelynn displayed the email to the receptionist, “So help me understand…”
The sunken, almost lifeless eyes of the receptionist flicked down to her iPhone and then back to her face.
“That email was sent two days ago. We don’t wait around for a response. If you wanted the job, you’d have shown up within the allotted timeframe.”
The even, condescending tone of the alabaster bitch sitting before her was about to bring the evil out of Raelynn.
“Are you being sarcastic? The date says March 25th. Today is March 25th—”
“I’m trying to be nice here. What would you rather me do? Go grab one of the big boys and have him tell you what I just told you?”
Emerald green eyes stared into Raelynn’s coffee brown orbs. The receptionist with a nameplate that reads: Monica Caudle, started packing her patchwork satchel, prepared to leave Raelynn standing there. The sound of dress shoes against polished, concrete floors echoed around her as her fingers covered in various silver rings twitched against the desk’s surface.
“You know your way out—AHHH! WHAT THE FUCK?!”
Somehow, Raelynn’s hand smacked against Monica’s Big Gulp cup and spilled the contents of a blue slurpie all over her white capris and black, pointed toe, ballet flats. Monica leaped up and almost tripped from the velocity of her sudden movements. The blue, icy-cold liquid drifted all over her desk, soaking very important documents and Monica’s AirPod Pro case.
“ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!” Monica screeched, “I OUTTA SLAP THE FUCK OUT OF YOU—”
Whoops,” Raelynn twisted her full lips and gave a single shoulder shrug, “My hand just…has a mind of its own.”
“I’m calling security—”
“Call them, I don’t care. You deserved it. I’m sure you’ve gotten by so far in your miserable life being nasty and rude to people. Today is the day you feel how it feels to be treated poorly. And it doesn’t help the fact that you’re so ugly on the outside. It matches that rotten core of yours.”
Raelynn beamed at Monica. Monica stared at her with her mouth agape.
“Think about what I’ve said. Really think on it, Monica. I could have done worse,” Raelynn placed her large, black, Telfar bag over her shoulder, “Have a good rest of your day!”
Turning, Raelynn walked away, ready to get so far away from that building. She refused to allow herself to cry over it. Maybe it was a sign for the heavens above that this job wasn’t for her. She was still in college working towards a certificate in medical billing and coding. Other opportunities were on the horizon.
Raelynn had a temper, one she couldn’t control when in situations. Slowing down, breathing deeply, and taking a break before responding were methods she tried to use to reduce her anger. Practicing relaxation skills and developing new anger-management strategies may also help. She just started therapy, so it was an adjustment for her.
A black girl from Decatur, apart of the 14.57 percent of African Americans within the eastern suburb. Her foster parents had her attend the best schools, put her in many clubs from ballet to karate, and made sure she got a full ride to Spelman.
You may have heard the expression “children are resilient,” promoting the idea that children can overcome and conquer hardship and trauma. While it may be comforting to believe in the rhetoric of childhood resilience — that children are immune to adverse experiences and won’t be damaged by trauma — it’s far from the truth. Raelynn suffered heavily from PTSD. She was neglected by her biological parents and abused by her mother’s boyfriend at the age of seven.
The cigarette burn in the center of her chest was a reminder. The sensation of piping hot water against her skin brought back memories of sitting in a hot tub after receiving a beating, the whelps on her skin so painful she couldn’t stand the heat against her skin. Nights without a meal because she ‘disrespected her mother’s man’. Going to school at the age of nine with a black eye was enough to have her 4th grade teacher call CPS.
“Take her, I can’t afford her anyway. One less thing to be concerned with.”
George and Tonya Williams adopted her. George was a Veteran and Tonya was a pediatric nurse. They drove all the way from Decatur to take her back with them. George was a very disciplined man. Very straight and very structured. He was like a drill sergeant. Tonya was loving and often times smothered Raelynn. They built a picture–perfect daughter to their liking, and Raelynn felt she didn’t have a say in the matter. Although she was forever grateful of them, she wished they could understand.
Raelynn became rebellious. She skipped school, got suspended multiple times, fought often, and stayed out way past curfew. It was a cry for help that fell on deaf ears. Eventually, George started to regret adopting Raelynn. And just like her mother’s boyfriend, he hit her. Slapped her in the face. Slapped her while her foster mother watched. Thankfully, she was of age to leave them both behind and figure out what she was going to do.
She left Decatur and moved to Atlanta where she worked two jobs to make ends meet, got her license, made poor dating choices, and partied till she couldn’t party anymore. It did nothing but numb the pain. She tried reaching out to her biological father, but discovered he had passed from colon cancer a year prior. Her mother was no longer with that abusive man but she was living in South Carolina with extended family until she got back on her feet.
Before stepping off the curb and into the street, Raelynn stopped herself, realizing what she was about to do. Was she about to…walk into incoming traffic? She took two wide steps back and closed her eyes. That wasn’t the answer. Raelynn noticed a bench and took a seat. She sat her bag down next to her and retrieved a small note pad and a pen with purple ink. Raelynn removed the top to the pen with her teeth and started jotting down what had just happened.
After what felt like an hour, Raelynn stood from the bench and walked safely across the street to her parked car and climbed inside. The drive back to her shared apartment with her roommate took longer than usual, cars bumper to bumper. Raelynn opened the door to their two bedroom apartment and dropped her shoes off where she stood. Walking inside, she spotted her roommate, Ashley, an art major with the beauty of a pageant girl and the body of an IG model. Ashley was wearing a matching, pale–pink pajama set with her honey blonde knotless braids cascading down her back.
“Raelynn? Did you see the news?” Ashley glanced over her shoulder at Raelynn with light–brown eyes, “look…”
This is a worldwide emergency broadcast; a viral outbreak has been reported and is spreading quickly. The virus is a fast acting strain and is passed through bodily fluids from the infected. Once bitten or contaminated in any way, it attacks your bloodstream and brain. The symptoms of the infected include profound sweating, fever and nausea.
Raelynn’s eyes were hooked to the screen. Ashley stood from the carpet and began ringing her shaky hands as fear rushed through her. Life was about to get interesting. So, a worldwide pandemic? Great. What else can go wrong? They were behind in rent, she couldn’t get another job after being fired from her job delivering packages from Amazon. With a pandemic, she’d have no way to pay bills and survive.
Call up George and Tonya. Move back home to Decatur, she thought.
“It’s probably one of those distractions, Ashley. Just like all of that Area 51 bullshit—”
“Shhhhh! Listen!”
Ashley turned the volume up on their wall—mounted flat screen.
The virus is fatal and there is no cure as we speak; we have reports coming in now that the infected that have passed are rising and attacking the non–infected. Please stay in your homes and do not get close to anyone sick, in severe cases that you need to protect yourself, the only way to stop them is damaging the brain. Do not try to come to emergency services or hospitals and wait for more information…
“Rae…”
Ashley was starting to have a panic attack right before Raelynn’s eyes. The intense fear and anxiety she was experiencing made her dizzy. Ashley almost lost her balance and fell face first against the carpet. Raelynn dropped her bag and rushed over, slowly lowering Ashley to the sofa. She wrapped her arms around her shaking body, rubbing her back in soothing circles. Ashley’s hyperventilating began to slow down.
“Ash, it’s okay…it’s okay—”
“I need to call my mom and my sister! I need to know that they’re okay!” Ashley shouted hysterically.
“Ash, Ash, please, calm down—”
“NO!”
Ashley shoved Raelynn, causing her to fall back against the couch while she stormed off down the hall. Raelynn shot up from the couch and followed Ashley, angered by her rage against her when she was only trying to help. She stood within the doorway of Ashley’s bedroom and watched her pack an overnight bag with random pieces of clothing.
“So, you’re just going to go out there when they just said to stay indoors—”
“I need to be with my family, Raelynn. They’re all I’ve got left. I don’t expect you to understand that—”
“HOLD ON,” Raelynn charged inside of Ashley’s room, “I was only trying to help you! If they’re saying it isn’t safe to go out, then why would you?—”
Raelynn wasn’t prepared for what just happened. Ashley bent over in front of her and vomited all over her bedroom floor. Raelynn rocked back on her heels to avoid it from getting on her. The putrid smell of her stomach contents filled the cramped space and Raelynn couldn’t stand there any longer.
Ashley looked up at her with a sweaty face and spit hanging from her bottom lip. They locked eyes and the silence between them was almost chilling.
The symptoms of the infected include profound sweating, fever and nausea.
“How long have you been feeling like this?” Raelynn questioned.
Ashley avoided Raelynn’s penetrating gaze.
“Ashley, how long?”
Ashley wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. She rushed past Raelynn and into their shared bathroom to grab cleaning supplies. Raelynn watched her scrub and clean, the scent of bleach mixed with vomit toxic to her senses.
“Do you think you were infected—”
“Shut up right now, Raelynn.”
“I need to ask these questions! Because if you are…if you are…”
Raelynn disappeared down the hall to her room. Fuck what that news anchor said on television. If Ashley was indeed infected, she would attack Raelynn and do the exact same to her. She packed an even bigger bag, grabbing all the important things she needed before heading back to Decatur.
Speaking of Decatur.
Incoming call…
“Tonya?”
Raelynn glanced down the hallway, the sound of Ashley scrubbing catching her ear.
“Raelynn, honey, is everything alright? Did you hear what’s happening? Are you safe?”
“Uh…” she lowered her voice and cracked her door, “I don’t think so…my roommate is sick…she just threw up everywhere.”
“You need to come home. Get out of there fast. I rushed home from work because the hospital is in an uproar. The things I’ve witnessed…come home, Rae.”
“How does George feel about all this?”
“…George wants you home too. Leave now and let me know when you’re on the way. I love you. Please be careful, Raelynn.”
Beep.
Raelynn started to feel her own sense of trepidation. She continued packing, and when she finished, she opened her door, silence ahead of her.
“Ashley?”
Nothing. Just an eerie silence.
Raelynn hated the unknown. She hated not knowing what she was walking into. That hallway was her only chance of leaving that apartment. Mustering courage, Raelynn gathered her things and began walking the hallway. Before she approached Ashley’s door. She stopped, reaching inside of her Telfar bag, gripping the handle of her licensed gun. She made sure to bring it with her if what the news was saying was true.
In severe cases that you need to protect yourself, the only way to stop them is damaging the brain.
Raelynn stepped in front of Ashley’s door and it was empty. She’d left. Raelynn exhaled, hoping that Ashley wasn’t infected. She was on her way to her mother and sister. If she’s infected, she would definitely do the same to them.
Not wasting anymore time, Raelynn left the apartment behind and as she exited the complex, her eyes moved back and forth, taking in the sight of people rushing and screaming and crying. She hadn’t been in her apartment for an hour and already there was mass hysteria. She jogged with her bags to her Honda Civic, popping the trunk and throwing her bags inside. Raelynn made sure to keep her eyes focused around her. She hopped in her car and slammed the door shut, thankful she was safe.
We’re gonna die!
It’s the apocalypse!
Those words stuck with her the entire ride to Decatur. She could only hope it wasn’t true. Maybe she was asleep. Maybe she needed to be woken up from this growing nightmare.
——
3:00 pm
The town of Senoia
located 45 minutes south of Atlanta. It was established in 1860 , the land was purchased by a Reverend. Cotton and Peaches where the agricultural products shipped from this area. There are still plenty of farms, now they have lots of honey farms and other fruits. The town was named after a captain's wife from the civil war.
Terry walked into that town with a shotgun flung across his body and a crossbow in his hand. He wore his favorite jeans, a grey T-shirt beneath a flannel shirt, and a beanie on his head. His hazel eyes took in the appearance of the charming little town, small shops surrounding him. The sound of shuffling feet startled him so he ducked low behind an abandoned, faded blue sedan.
It was a small group of zombies.
Terry silently watched while fixing his crossbow to shoot. He steadied his breathing, something he’d learned to do over the months. No use in making it known that he was highly anxious. His eyes peeked through the dusty window at the zombies moving along with weak attempts to stay on two feet.
It’s crazy to think that these were once everyday people. Waking up, going to work, driving, laughing, making love…
They stumbled around, moaning and groaning.
Rauuuhhh…guhhhhhhhh…
Another method that allowed Terry to keep the zombies away from where he hunkered down was to bait them. He’d tie dead animals to a wooden board and hang them in various locations within the forest to keep his scent away. It worked, because if they caught a whiff of him, they’d go crazy. He had to do it every several days. A lot of work, but worth your life.
When they were far enough away, Terry remained low, his eyes casing the area like a hawk. Solid back against a brick wall, Terry retrieved his walkie talkie from his back pocket. He’d made it to the first landmark Rae told him about.
“When you find the history museum, radio me and I’ll tell you what to do from there. Good luck, Terry.”
He was still unsure about Rae.
“Why are you helping me?” Terry questioned her hours prior.
“Because…I know what’s it’s like…and we have to have each other’s back, right?”
He’d like to believe that. Terry refused to travel in a pack. He refused to trust anyone else besides his cousin. But, with Mike gone, he had no choice but to let his guard down just a little. Only a little this time. As soon as he finds Mike, he’s leaving everyone behind. Including Rae.
“Rae, this is Terry, come in.”
Terry moved further away until he was hiding beside a dumpster, crouched low.
“Rae, what’s your 20?”
He couldn’t stay here any longer. What the fuck was she doing? His head snapped to the right when he thought he’d heard something.
Terry whispered a low “fuck,” before jogging as quickly and quietly as he could across to the other side.
“Rae, come in, I’m too exposed. You got me open out here.”
“Terry, Terry, I’m here, sorry…”
“What the fuck was that?” Terry whispered aggressively into the walkie talkie.
“Signal strength down. I’m trying here, Terry. Are you at the landmark?”
“Yes, yes. Now, where to go from here?”
“Travel north. You’ll notice train tracks straight away. Stick close to the trees. When you reach a tunnel, I’m waiting inside for you.”
“Will you? I need your word, Rae.”
“I promise. I wouldn’t lead you astray.”
Terry moved. He hadn’t been in this position for at least two months. His well, structured game plan to remain hidden most of the time was being tested. It took Terry about twenty minutes to find the tracks. He stepped over carefully and did as Rae suggested: sticking to the trees. Ignoring the twigs and pointy greenery scraping his skin, Terry could see the tunnel straight ahead.
“Argh!”
Terry dropped to his knees when the back of a gun collided with his head. He dropped his crossbow and turned around on his hands to see who had attempted to knock him out. He was resilient. it would take a lot to put Terry Richmond down. Not even a taser could subdue him for long. He’d withstood a bullet to his back. His bright eyes stared up into the eyes of a wild—looking white man with overgrown facial hair and thin, oily, dirty blonde hair.
“Who the fuck are you?!”
Terry wanted to kill this man with his bare hands. He was going to draw attention to them.
“Get that gun out my face.” Terry warned.
“I don’t recognize your face ‘round here. We don’t take kindly to outsiders in Woodsbury. You could be infected…”
“Yeah, well, I’m not. And you’re right, I’m not from around here. But I damn sure don’t owe you an explanation. After all, you don’t own this town.”
Click.
Terry acted quickly and charged the man into the bushes. They wrestled, rolling around in the dirt. Terry took his arm and pinned it back, causing the man with rancid breath to wail in agony. He wouldn’t keep still. Terry had to put him in a choking headlock with his bulging bicep.
He squeezed.
The man tapped his arm frantically.
“You wanna go to sleep? Drop the fuckin’ gun. Do it now, motherfucker.” Terry spoke through clenched teeth.
The man loosened his grip on the gun. Terry gave his throat one more painful squeeze to let him know he meant business before releasing him. Terry picked himself up from the ground while the man tried to catch his breath. He picked up the gun and placed it on his hip.
“This mine now.” Better move along before they come find you after making all that noise.”
Terry snatched up his crossbow and adjusted the shotgun around him as he walked, with one final look of pure hatred down at the man, he continued on his way and fast. Terry lifted his forearm and studied the bloody abrasion with fierce eyes.
He wanted to scream. He couldn’t afford to walk around with an open wound. If anything, that man he was fighting back there could be infected.
Terry took off running as fast as he could, darting between trees like a track runner. Up ahead, he came out onto the train tracks and sprinted into the dark tunnel. He slowed his footsteps and pressed his chest into the wall of the tunnel, exhausted breaths billowing from his mouth.
He didn’t have a second to gather himself before he had his crossbow aimed at the face of a woman.
Ebony skin a deep brown with a dewy appearance.
Heart shaped face with eyes coffee brown and a flared nose decorated with a hoop ring.
Lips full and lush.
Hair styled in thick, rope twists that reached her waist
She had her hands raised in surrender. Those entrancing eyes didn’t look away for a second.
Staring down the length of his crossbow, his eyes that appeared green drifted down her tiny frame. She was wearing a hoodie beneath a thick, utility jacket. Her lower half was dressed in a pair of skinny jeans and her feet were covered with dirty high–top Vans.
His eyes locked with hers again, and he slowly lowered his weapon. She released a shaky breath, the sound settling his nerves. He held the crossbow to his side and parted his dry lips to speak.
“Rae?”
She nodded her head, her own eyes taking him in from head to toe.
“Terry…”
She reached behind her and Terry’s eyes followed cautiously. Raelynn held up a hand to calm him down.
“I’m just grabbing the walkie talkie,” She displayed Mike’s walkie talkie, holding it out for him to take, “Here…figured you’d want this back—”
“Show me the worksite where you found it. Maybe there’s a clue there that’ll lead me to Mike—”
“That’s not a good idea…”
Terry tilted his head down at her short body. Rae had to crane her neck to look at him.
“That’s my family, Rae. And we had a deal. Did you forget that?”
Rae’s eyes darted down to her feet. Terry released a sigh.
“Fuck it, just point me in the direction and I can be out your way.” Terry said with a frustrated voice.
“It’s not that I don’t want to help you, Terry. It’s just…there’s guys from this group that are pretty dangerous…they’ve been on the hunt for anyone that could be infected and they’re killing them on the spot.”
“Hmm, is that so?” Terry looked left and right before his intimidating eyes fell on her again, “I just took down one of those guys not too far from here. I ended up with this,” Terry raised his arm to show her, “And I’m not tryna stick around to get infected. Got something on you to wrap me up?”
“Yes,” Rae started walking backwards towards a door, “This way—”
“Stop.”
Rae paused.
“What’s down there?”
“Our refuge. You coming or not?”
Terry hesitated. He looked around him one last time before following Rae through a door, darkness the only thing he could make out ahead.

Nico wakes up with a mouthful of hair.
“Are you serious.”
He sticks out his tongue, trying to get it out of his mouth without spitting on it, giving up after about four point three seconds of trying. He wriggles his arm out from where it’s pinned between his body and Will’s, flicking the last few strands off his tongue. For good measure, he kicks the first thing he can reach — his boyfriend’s thighs, go figure — in protest.
“Please, no,” Will mumbles tiredly, batting blindly under the cover until he slaps on big hand over Nico’s ankle, squeezing. “Please. I got in at three thirty last night. It’s barely seven. Please.”
Nico sighs, relaxing his muscles. Will presses a brief kiss to his shoulder in gratitude, face buried in his chest, sinking boneless into him.
“The whole knowing the time without a clock thing will never stop being weird,” he mutters, pressing a kiss to a freckled forehead. He rubs his hands over Will’s bare shoulders, digging his thumbs along the knotted muscles, and smiles as he groans, trying in vain to plaster somehow closer to Nico, practically melting into him. “Gracie keep you up all night?”
He shifts as he nods. “Harley, too. Poor things just want someone to hold their hair outta their face and rub their back, they’re so miserable.”
Nico hums in sympathy. It’s flu season — hitting the little kids, mostly. Will has been on his feet for days trying to mitigate symptoms, soothe aching bones and sore throats. There’s not too much he can do for the flu, but the kids are miserable and they trust him, so his presence is more of a cure and a comfort than anything.
“Kayla there now?”
“Austin and Lou. Kayla’s on after lunch; Piper’s with her.”
“Good.” He squeezes his shoulders again, leaning down to press a long, lingering kiss right between his eyes. He leans into it, sighing. “Sleep for a bit, okay? I’ll come check on you, but I don’t want you up before 2.”
“‘Kay,” Will sighs, unconscious again by the time Nico’s wiggled out of his hold. For a moment he stands, watching him: his bare, broad back, spattered with dark freckles and moles, dipping at the base of his spine and covered barely by the soft, white sheets; arms curled up all the way around his face in Nico’s absence, bicep squeezing his cheek, pursing his delicate Cupid’s bow; long, light eyelashes fanning over round cheeks; even, steady breathing, in and out, in and out.
Golden hair, of course, frizzy and messy and poofing out around his head; haloed in the early morning sun.
He’s barely able to tear himself away to go shower.
———
“They’re everywhere,” says Kayla in disgust, peeling a long, curly strand off her shirt. “I haven’t been in the same room as him in two days. This is a brand-new shirt. How am I still somehow covered in his hair?”
“He’s like a dog,” Austin explains. Nico snorts. “He sheds, and at first it’s subtle, here and there, you get used to it. The suddenly two years go by and people are complimenting the fur coat that was not fur before you bought it.”
Gracie sticks out her bottom lip, eyes watering. “Will is not a dog, he’s a boy!”
Austin groans, muttering something about favourites and annoying older brothers and where was this energy when I ate the last secret cabin twinkie and was accused of being a ratbag, huh, Gracie, where was my defense squad and annoying older brothers again. Gracie is unmoved by his whining, glaring at him with big green eyes — ever her oldest brother’s defender.
Nico hides a smile in his hand. No wonder, with how Will dotes on her. On all his siblings, really, but only Yan and Gracie are young enough that it doesn’t embarrass them.
Kayla and Austin, on the other hand. (At this point, Will enjoys embarrassing them in front of their friends as much as the actual doting.)
Kayla, weak to her sister’s pouting, pokes her playfully in the side. “I’m only teasing, Gracie-girl. Of course Will isn’t a dog.”
“Except the shedding, and the constant yapping, and the fact that if you don’t let him loose to run around for a while he goes batty, and of course the following Nico around like a lovesick pup—”
“Thank you, Austin,” Nico interrupts, clearing his throat. He sends a quick prayer of thanks to his father for hair genetics covering his flaming ears.
Austin snickers. “Anytime.”
After three years it’s futile, but sometimes Nico really considers rescinding his doctor’s note. Is sitting here during meals really worth his peace? Is it?
“He really does shed, though,” Kayla says after a moment of silence. She pinched yet another hair off her shirt, sighing. “Like, not to agree with Austin or anything —”
“Hey!”
“— but, like, damn. If he’s been there, you know it.”
Nico snorts. “Tell me about it. I keep finding hair on my pillows, it’s driving me insane.”
It does drive him insane. He finds it in the shower — although to his credit Will really does try to get them all there — and in his hairbrush, on his clothes, his sheets, his mattress. The floor. Once, notably, on the shrine in his cabin, after which Will had panicked and sprinted to the pavilion to scrape an entire pot roast and pray not to get smited, leaving Nico to laugh himself to tears at the base of it.
Too late, he notices the total silence at the Apollo table, the wide eyes boring holes into his head, the loose, dropped jaws.
“What?” he says, shoulders curled defensively.
As soon as the word leaves his mouth, realization dawns on him. He chokes on a grape.
“You two didn’t tell us?” Austin demands. “How long has this —” he gestures vaguely at Nico and at the infirmary, which, he assumes, is meant to represent Will — “been going on?”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he wheezes. With his rapidly asphyxiating brain, he attempts to summon his boyfriend, still conked out, via sheer force of will. GET THE HELL UP AND COME RUN DAMAGE CONTROL, he screams silently.
Predictably, this does nothing.
Kayla shrieks. “Oh my gods, look at his face! They’ve been doing this forever!”
Nico bangs his hands on the table, trying at once to convey his protest and also hi, hello, children of the god of medicine, I am choking to death, fix please. Neither signal gets picked up, inhabitants of the table erupting an a screeching series of questions so loud that other campers notice, understand, and approach, equally as screechy.
“Will and Nico are together?”
“Holy shit! Since when?”
“I thought they’d never get out of the pining stage!”
“Don’t they hate each other?”
“Bro, are you stupid? Do you not know what bad flirting is?”
“Hey, is di Angelo turning purple, or is that just me?”
Throwing himself into the nearest shadow, Nico disappears.
———
“Get up, get up, I fucked up, I fucked up!”
Will shoots straight upright with a gasp, force of his own body sending him careening right over the side of the bed. He goes down in a tangled heap of cursing and yelping and ow, fuck, shit-damns.
“What happened?” he demands as soon as he’s free from his fabric prison. He rushes (stumbles) over to wear Nico is still wheezing, hands braced on his knees, for dizziness now as much as to catch his breath. “Neeks, woah, slow down for a sec. Deep breaths with me.”
He tries to follow along to Will’s exaggerated breathing, steady, long inhales and exhales. A calloused hand touches the curve of his neck, warmth blooming under it, and suddenly his airways are cleared.
“Thanks,” he manages hoarsely, breathing back somewhat under control.
Will squeezes his hand. “No problem.”
There are several pillow creases criss-crossing on his cheeks, making him look soft and sleepy, although his eyes are alert, crinkled in poorly-concealed amusement. His hair is somehow more mussed than when Nico left him this morning.
“What happened?”
“So I. Um.” Nico clears his throat. “Your bother was roasting you for shedding like a dog. I, of course, had to join —”
Will rolls his eyes, mouth twitching. “Of course.”
“— and I mentioned super casually that I get your hair all over my shit, right? And, well — well.”
“Well?” Will prods, when Nico cuts himself off. Chancing a glance, Nico finds he doesn’t look angry, or nervous, or disappointed — and of course he wouldn’t. Not for something as silly as this.
He is gonna laugh, though. Nico hates when he’s righteously clowned.
“Well, I.” He lowers his voice to a mumble. “May have said something about all of your hair that ends up on my pillows.”
For a moment it’s silent. Nico keeps his eyes trained away, although he leans into Will’s touch, his hands in his face, the side of his neck, the warmth thrown off his sleep-addled body.
He’s almost startled by the giggle.
Almost.
“…Oh, you dumbass.”
He tries very hard to look annoyed as Will cracks up. He taps his foot, crosses his arms, and tries very, very hard to frown, but Will’s laugh has always been the most musical thing about him, and he loves to serenade. And Nico is very weak to song.
“Stop laughing at me,” he snaps, without heat.
Will’s cheeks puff up from the force of him trying, face going red around the edges.
“I’m trying, Neeks, I am —”
“Not very hard.”
“I am, I am.” Valiantly, he draws in a deep breath, only breaking into giggles twice before managing to hold a somewhat straight face. “Nico,” he says, suddenly very close and very warm, “I love you.” He presses a kiss to his forehead. “And I love sneaking around with you —” the bridge of his nose — “and making out in dark closets —” his cheeks, both, quickly, one after the other — “and behind the Big House —” the base of his jaw — “and in the —”
“I get it,” Nico interrupts, flushing. He can feel the curve of Will’s smile against his skin.
“My cabin, if it’s empty,” Will murmurs, kissing the underside of his jaw, his neck. “Yours.” Slight nip of his teeth. Nico gasps.
“Will,” he whispers. His knees start to shake. “Will, c’mon, we gotta —”
Will presses a kiss square to his Adam’s apple, lingering. “We’re in yours quite a lot. I’ve gotten used to it, honestly, Neeks, I —”
The door bangs open, making both of them yelp. The matching screeches to not help the general air of panic and sitcom level foolishness.
“Oh my gods, you really are porking!”
“Get out, Kayla!” they both yell together.
“Jesus,” Will curses, forehead resting on Nico’s shoulder.
Nico bites his lip. Will shifts, turning to meet his eye.
They last two whole seconds before losing it.
“Three years of sneaking around without so much as a soul finding out,” Nico huffs as Will snickers. “Three whole years.”
Will pecks him loudly and exaggeratedly on the cheek. “And endless more in the open.”
“You’re such a goddamn cheeseball.”
“And yet you’re in deep, deep love with me.”
“…I am.” He cradles his face, pressing a kiss, finally, to his lips. Will presses back, smiling. “I love you.”
“I love you too.”

Tied down
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Abby anderson x female! reader
MDNI
Warnings: squirting, restraint(Abby’s sports bra), dildo use, Abby slaps readers face.
You lay or your bed hands tied together behind you using Abby’s sports bra, tierd from already cumming 3 times tonight as you watch her rummage through your drawers.
“oh what’ve we got here” she questions, as she pulls out your clear dildo, you’ve long forgotten about the toy since you two got together but the memories of you using it on yourself imagining it was Abby pushing the thick length into you makes your slick drip onto the silk bedding beneath as you. abby throws the toy onto the bed besides you and starts to remove her boxers, the sight of her blonde happy trail leading down her toned stomach to her pretty pussy that’s literally dripping onto her inner thighs never fails to make your clit beat faster than your heart. she walks towards you, and presses a soft kiss to your lips you instantly moan into her mouth wanting to deepen the feel of her pink lips on yours but she pulls back laughing when you lift your head desperately trying to reattach your mouths but her huge hand presses down on your chest pushing you deeper into the mattress “oh you’re so desperate angel”she mocks.
Abby makes her way between your legs and bends down to suck and lick on your inner thigh her teeth grazing your sensitive skin makes you squirm, she reaches for the faux cock and brings the tip to your vulva and slowly runs it up and down your slit, you squeeze over nothing “aww baby you’re so cute” abby brushes the tip across your clit and you gasp “tell me what you want princess” she coos still leaving wine stained marks onto your inner thighs.
You cover your face with your palms and whine in protest but abby grabs both your wrists in one hand and brings them down then grips your chin pulling your face down to look at her in her icy eyes, she can see that you’re on the verge of tears “need you mama” you whine bucking your hips to get closer. “not good enough” Abby dismisses your pleas.
You hated when she made you tell her what you wanted but god was it worth it every damn time so you let her hear you “want you to fuck me, make me cum all on your dick mama, I need you.” knowing you’ll get whatever you want.
Abby steps back and you start to panic “abby, please.”
“don’t worry baby i’ll fuck you” she reassures as straddles your abdomen, you gasp at the feeling of her cunt on your stomach “just gotta get it wet first”.
she leans against your bent knees and push the tip in only, teasing herself. you need to touch her “abb-”
“shut up” abby says softly and you whine in response bucking your hips up, you accidentally push the whole dick inside her “ahh fffuck” her eyes roll back and hips buck.
Abby leans forward and you think she’s gonna kiss you and so you close your eyes…SLAP! Her palm harshly connects with your cheek and you yelp in pain as she squeezes your face “stop being a brat”. you look away submissively, tears brimming your eyes “good fucking girl” she coos placing a kiss to your lips.
She gets into her original position and slowly pulls out and pushes in again, your mouth waters at the sight of her dripping onto your abdomen, she slides it in and outta herself repeatedly and all you wanna do is make her feel good. Soft grunts leave her lip at the feel of your dick stretching her cunt. you wanna touch her so badly “plea-“ she slaps your breast hard and you buck into her again and she moans as your abdomen pushes the dildo in thurther inside, her hand laces around your throat cutting off your oxygen, her other hand comes down to rub her drenched bud, leaving your dick inside. You can see her pink cunt throbbing, her hand comes down from your windpipe and thrusts into herself hard in while rubbing her clit in circles, white coating the bottom of the silicone she ruts her hips against you, her head thrown back and grunts leaving her pink lips “uhh uh huh ahh!” your trying your hardest to bust outta abbys fucking bra and touch her anywhere “fffuck fuck fuck” her voice raises in pitch, you give up, you know how she sounds when she’s about about to cum ,her eyes connect with yours “cum for me mama” you plead. your cunt is squeezing on nothing, clit twitching at the sight, you buck your hips up seeking any friction and she squeals your name tears falling from her pretty eyes as she squirts all on your cock and chest, some landing on your mouth and you lick your lips moaning at the taste of her.
chest still heaving abby closes her heavy eyelids and collapses onto you, your cock still inside her, you can feel her pretty clit still beating against your abdomen, her heavy breaths turning gentle against your chest, you relax into her touch closing your eyes and taking a breath, the smell of sex filling your lungs.
a moment passes
“abby?” you whisper
silence..
“Abby!”
“yeah baby” she grunts
“you gonna untie me now?”
“to tierd” she states, eyes still closed and face between your chest.
“abb-”
“shhh”
“fuck” you whisper under your breath.

The vastness of the palace made you feel even more alone than you already did. Being trapped in this room all day and night was starting to become unsettling. It is only a few days and still, you haven’t even made contact with the man who is holding you in his possession. Coriolanus Snow, the young president, had taken you as his own. Little did you know that you are just merely a part of his collection. The collection of girls he had taken home, held captive, then released when he wanted a new one. And to keep these women quiet, money and the veiled threats of losing your life or a loved ones. He was no stranger to keeping his promises. So when he saw you at The Gamemakers Gala, you became his prey. He had taken you home to the palace and made you his.
You were sure it was only two days, but still waking up groggy, confused, and unsure of your location can make time feel like a burden. But a maid had told you two days ago, so you went with it. Apparently he has every intention of seeing you, but based on the light outside the window, evening is setting in, so you’re not sure. You had no more tears left to cry as you lay and waited for dinner. You’re not sure how much longer it is, but eventually someone knocks on your door. You pop up, and a maid enters the room. She rolls in a mahogany tray table with fresh polished silverware, and a plate cover to match.
“Your dinner” she announces
She reveals a freshly seasoned sirloin steak, with the most perfect mashed potatoes you’ve ever seen, topped off with fresh cut chives. And he even sent you a slice of chocolate cake. It’s truly the most perfect plate you’ve seen and it was only your second dinner here in the presidential palace. Despite being held captive, Snow was keeping you well fed. You nod at her and begin digging in.
“He wishes to see you after dinner. I’ll wait outside to escort you.”
You look up at her in shock and then another wave of surprise hits you as she hands you an outfit. It was a black two piece. A halter top and pants with the slits of the leg cut out, like a two legged skirt and a pair of lace up, black heels She then hands you a bag with some foundation, mascara, lipstick, and a compact. You take it and she leaves, locking the door. You sit there, fearful and confused. What was he planning on doing to you? Why is he dressing you up like a doll and fattening you like a pig? You look back down at your dinner plate with a new found disgust and push it away. Fuck it. If you don’t finish your dinner, you don’t have to see him. You’ll say you’ve fallen ill, which you practically have when the reality of your situation comes crashing down on you again. You toss the outfit and makeup onto the bed and cross your arms.
A few moments pass and before you know it the maid is knocking again. You assume she’s checking on your progress but she simply walks in with a white envelope in hand. She gives it to you without a word, leaving the room, locking the door again. Your name is printed in fine calligraphy, a deep blood red. You turn it over and notice the, white, wax seal, engraved with a rose. You shakily open it, and reveal a note. It reads:
My dear,
I’ve seen this little show before. I always find it charming and I of course love a good game, however, I know you will not win. No matter how hard you try. This being said, I of all people know how to use hunger as a weapon and trust me your body will crave it soon enough, or I could ask the chef to cook for one less person while you’re in my care. It’s up to you.
Don’t keep me too much longer.
-C.S.
Fuck. He’s watching you. A new wave of consciousness creeps over you and you frantically look around the room, then realize he is probably still watching and stop your movements. You sit on the bed, look at the meal and sigh. Your stomach is growing given lunch was soup and some bread. It was a rich chicken noodle, but not filling enough. He must have planned that too. All a part of the game he was apparently playing with you. You begrudgingly take up the fork and knife, slicing up the juicy meat and biting into it. Of course it’s divine, and a small moan escapes your lips and you scoop up some mashed potatoes.
You take your time to eat though, making him wait even longer for you, despite his request in the note. Maybe you can win this game. In your own little ways. You eventually finish your meal and stare at the outfit and makeup bag. You sigh, seeing that this may be the only way out. You touch the fabric, it’s so silky and smooth. It dances on your fingertips and you can’t help but want to at least try it on. You know once you do that, you’ll be truly trapped in his game. You sigh and want to cry, but hold it together. Now that you're painfully aware he’s watching you, you know the only thing that will please him next will be to do as you're told. Or starve until you die apparently. Would he really do that to a citizen of Panem? You figure he just might, considering you’re this far into his plans. You take the outfit in your hand and walk into the bathroom attached to the room.
As you change, you wonder if he’s still watching you. You hope not. You’d hope he’d give you that privacy, then again you still don’t know what he has in store for you. Given that he’s making you change outfits, it seems like he wants a surprise. Like a gift being presented to him. As you strap up the heels, you take a look at yourself in the mirror. You take a deep breath as the tears start to well in your eyes. Now is not the time to fall into a mess, he wants you beautiful for him and you need to be to make it through this. Once you get a better layout of the palace and his room, you’ll be able to formulate a better escape plan.
You knock on the door and the maid opens in. She is now accompanied by two armed guardsmen, which you assume is to keep you from running. You hold yourself high as you walk out, even though your fear is still sitting in the back of your mind. Without a word, the two men and the maid walk you through the palace. It’s just as beautiful as the pictures you’ve seen. Tall ceilings, marble floors, wide windows, grand staircases. He truly has it all. You follow the group down a long hall, walls decorated with pictures of Panem and Snows of the past. Based on the pictures you see now, he looks a lot like his father. Finally, they arrive at a set of double doors, the same mahogany as the tray table. The maid knocks twice and opens the door. She stands aside and you walk in. The walls of his room have the same white marble as the floors outside, adorned with gold plating. The floors match the door and in front of you is an empty desk and red armchair. Standing beside the wide window, with his back to you, President Snow spares a quick glance over his shoulder, giving a satisfied smile.
“You found your way.”
“I was escorted.”
“That’s not what I meant dear. You look stunning by the way.”
“Well you did pick it” you scoff
“Is that a little attitude I detect?” He clicks his tongue at you “tsk tsk oh my dear, you really want to play like that hmm?”
“I don’t want to play any games, President Snow. Just please, can you tell me why I’m here? Why was I stuck in that room alone for two days?”
“To monitor your health. The drugs I gave you can sometimes make you nauseous for a few days.”
You temper your breathing. So you could have been there for much longer without realizing it. When you woke up that next morning, not in your own bed, in a room completely foreign to you, you did feel slightly groggy, highly confused and had no memory of the night before, which you chalked up to drinking. But no, Snow had drugged you and kidnapped you. And now here you stand, face to face with him. You don’t even remember meeting him until now, now something tells you that you did a few days ago.
“Well why am I here?”
He smirks and walks around to you. You don’t let your eyes leave him. It’s hard not to when his piercing blue ones practically beckon for you to stare into them. They call you, keeping you focused. Now that he’s closer up, you can see the handsome features you’ve only seen in newspapers. The same face that would sit on your coffee table and sometimes be used as a coaster, is now staring at you intensely. He eyes you, and you watch them trail down your body.
“Come closer to me.” He beckons, curling his index finger.
You nervously waltz forward, looking down nervously.
“Look up at me. Did you forget your manners?”
“No…” you breathe, now close enough to be able to touch him.
“No? What did I just say about manners my dear?” He chuckles
“No, President Snow.” You tremble
He reaches out, holding your chin, making you look directly at him.
“Good girl. You’ll learn. Consistency is key after all.” He trails the pad of his thumb against your lower lip and coos at you, almost forgetting his own manners as well. He clears his throat, and removes his hand.
“You want to know why you’re here?” He continues
“Yes, President Snow.” You nod
He smiles at you and tilts his head.
“You’re learning. That’s good.”
He pauses
“I brought you here because I think you’re special. Maybe you are even special enough to keep…”
“To keep, sir?”
“Mhmm” he walks around you, examining you. He brushes your hair back behind your shoulder and wafts in your scent.
“I assume you showered this morning? You smell nice.” He continues
“I did. I used the body wash that was available to me.”
“Good.” He smiles
There is a moment of silence while he continues to look at you. He walks to face you again and you look back up at him quickly.
“So here’s how this will work, you will live here, with me, in the palace. We will start dining together and you will accompany me to events if necessary. People won’t be suspicious since they assume that I was a president of integrity that made sure you got home safe and sound after the gala. They will assume you fell for my chivalry and I under the spell of your beautiful face.”
“For how long?” You stutter
“Well you see, I don’t have an answer for you on that. See I said you can’t win earlier and that wasn’t entirely true. You can win this game.”
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, I’m looking for a First Lady of Panem. I believe you could be qualified to fit that role, but I like a good trial run with things.”
“So you kidnapped me, because you want me to be your wife.”
“That’s a strong word, but if everything works out then yes, but if not you will be properly reimbursed for your time, a non-disclosure contract will be drawn up, and you’ll be free to live as you please…as long as you don’t go around talking about this, then you’ll have bigger problems. Do you understand?” He raises an eyebrow
“Yes, President Snow…”
“Good. When I’m not around, the maids will tend to you, and you will from now on have armed guards with you at all times. When you sleep, they will guard your room.”
“I understand.”
“You are very lucky either way. I do believe most women would love to be here right now, hand picked by their president. I have fine taste you see, and that applies to the women I make mine as well.”
“What if I win,” you start, putting win in air quotes “then doesn’t that mean I stay here. With you…forever?”
“That’s right my dear, you’ll be by my side, rule over Panem with me.”
“What if I don’t want that?” You mumble, fearful of his answer
He steps closer and smiles at you. He takes a lock of your hair and rubs it between his thumb and forefinger. He drops it and smooths it out along your collarbone.
“Oh, I’m sure you will. Once you see what this lifestyle has to offer, you’ll try to be my most perfect girl.”
Your eyes widen and your heartbeat speeds up. You have nothing to say, as if all language has escaped your brain.
“Do you have anything else to ask me?” He smiles
“Why not just find a wife through normal means? Meet someone and get to know them?” You quiver again
“Why would I do that when it’s in my complete power to pick and choose. It’s easier that way too, I hate courting somebody, that silly dance people do. Does she like me, does he think I’m pretty, blah blah blah. All nonsense if you ask me. I know I like you. Like you enough to see if you're a good fit. All I really have to do is get you to like me. It’s better that way. You got to the store to buy things like apples, well I picked mine straight from the tree. I don’t go through anyone for the things I want. I just…take it.”
“And you won’t hurt me?”
“Hurt you? Of course not. Why would I want to hurt a beautiful thing such as yourself. He smirks.
He walks back around you again and stands behind. He places his hand on your shoulder, brushes back your hair and leans into your ear.
“You should know how beautiful you are. To me you are divine.” He whispers, his hot breath fanning the shell of your ear.
He rubs your shoulders tenderly, thumbs moving along your spine. Then unexpectedly, you feel his lips press against your neck. He applies a fair amount of pressure, leaving several kisses behind as he pulls back.
“Did that hurt?”
“No sir.” You breathe
“See. Like I said I don’t want to hurt you”
He returns his lips back to your neck, his hand creeping up to your jaw to push you more aggressively against his mouth. Your breath hitches and heartbeat speeds up. You want to turn him away, push him off and scream that he's an absolute monster, but your body begins to betray you. A slow heat creeps up your body, your cunt beginning to throb. You purse your lips, controlling your breath as he continues to attack your neck.
“Tell me, what can I do to make you happy while you’re in my care. I do truly desire your comfort as much as I desire to find a proper First Lady.”
“I want to be able to speak to my family. Do they know where I am?”
“Right now, they assume that you are away for work, and got called up to model the latest dresses for future Hunger Games contestants this summer. To them, you’re in District 2 for a few days.”
With that you snap and push him away, flinching as he tries to kiss you again. In response, he clutches your arm and pulls you back to him. He tightens his grip, teeth grazing your ears.
“Or I’ll send them another letter saying you were found dead after the gala, popped some pills looking for fun and took your last breath instead.” He grits harshly
“You said you don’t want to hurt me.” You whine
“I don’t want to. But I most certainly can.” He growls
“Please, I don’t want this please just let me go instead, I’ll take whatever money you offer, I don’t want this!” You begin to cry
“Let’s be honest, you don’t know what you really want. If you did, you’d be begging to stay. So I’ll show you. I’ll show you everything you could really want and more”
He once again surprises you, kissing your cheek, softly letting your tears roll onto his lips. He holds you more gently now, and you can feel your body wanting to melt into his arms. You start to stifle your tears and he soothes you.
“I have a feeling you just might be the one. You’re not like the others so far…”
“Others?” You mumble
“Mhmm. They aren’t around anymore. Like I said they got their dues instead. They know what happens if they speak up. I think you should really think about what it means for you to be my prize. Because like I said, even if you lose the game, you still belong to me.”
He kisses your jaw, hands settling on your waist. He coos into your ear, stroking your hair. You sniffle and look down at the floor. He moves his hand and tilts your head back up.
“You’ll be able to talk to your family soon enough darling. I promise.” He kisses your cheek again.
You shutter against him, more cries desperately wanting to escape your lips, but the way he continues to stroke your hair, soothes you. You suddenly feel so conflicted, accepting his comfort, but wanting to turn him away.
“In the meantime my dear…” he moves his hands back to your waist and squeezes your hips. Your body tenses at his actions and he moves his lips back down to your neck. You are somewhat frozen, trying your best to focus more on the pleasure he brings you.
“I’d like to get to know you better. Show you how beautiful you are? Hmm would you like that?” His left hand trails up your body, stopping just as he reaches your breast. You quiver at his touch, and turn to look toward him. Your eyes are full of fear and Coriolanus can see it. He sighs.
“Or perhaps another night. I’ll let you get more settled in…” he kisses your cheek one last time, before stepping in front of you. You look up at him and nod. With the pad of this thumb, he wipes a tear away. He calls out for the maid and she opens the door.
“I think we both shall retire for the night.” He tells her.
He holds your chin one last time, and you face him fully.
“I expect to see you at breakfast tomorrow. What do you like?”
“I’ll eat anything you give me.” You quiver
He gives you a faint smile and a simple nod. He sends you off with the maid and armed guards back to your room, watching you as you go. Once you return, you are left alone again and remember that he can watch you in this room. Which he is. As soon as you left, he poured himself a glass of whiskey and turned the video feed back on. He watched you enter the room. As you sit on the bed, trying not to cry, then look over into the bathroom and huff. You stand back up and storm in, closing the door behind you. You let out a huge sigh of relief. You were sure he would be persistent, not stop and until he truly got what he wanted. Which is you. You sink down onto the floor, bury your face in your knees and let out a slow, soft sob.

“You heard from Ty yet?” Dina sat on the couch weighing the marijuana on the scale.
“He called and said he gonna be late.” Her friend Jordan replied back as he was scooping the white powder into little baggies.
Dina’s phone chimed continuously, her frustration starting to become more apparent. She grabbed her phone rolling her eyes only making Jordan curious.
“Who blowing up your shit D?”
“You know that girl I said I was talking to? The fucking hot one.” He nodded his head in response.
“She’s so fucking clingy man, I deadass told her I was gonna be busy for a bit n here she is fucking calling and texting me.” Dina was talking about you, the hot ones are always crazy right?
“Just turn your phone off.” He suggested but that only made her give him the ‘are you stupid’ look.
“And what if Ty calls?” Dina ran the little business she had going on but Ty was the delivery man, he was important.
“What she look like?” Dina seemed excited for this question, she grabbed her phone and scrolled through her camera roll before showing him the picture of you all dolled up for her on a date.
“She’s fucking gorgeous but fuck she’s annoying.” She put her phone away bagging the little pills and separating them in a pile.
“She looks young, probably is annoying.” See Dina was the only one who was allowed to call you annoying, she stared at Jordan making him a little fearful.
“She is young, only five years older than her, she said she gotta thing for older women.” Dina chuckled.
Suddenly there was a couple of knocks at Dina’s front door, Jordan was quick to pull his gun out. She waved her hand at him to hide it at least, walking over to her door she opened it ajar only to see your pretty self behind the door with a glass pan in your hands.
“Y/n? Why- what the fuck are you doing here?” She pulled you inside quickly locking the door.
“I’m sorry D, I didn’t mean to bother you but I baked you some brownies.” You were so innocent, only wanting to bring your favorite girl something sweet.
“Are you fucking dumb? Did you not read my texts?” She was dumbing you down, you looked at her with guilty eyes.
“M’sorry Dina, I was trying to—“ “Shut the fuck up, how did you even get here?” You flinched a little with how aggressive she was becoming.
“I have your location..” You were biting the inside of your cheek, avoiding eye contact with her.
She grabbed your face, squishing your cheeks so hard they pressed against your teeth, her fingers digging into them it started to hurt.
“How dare you not respect my privacy, I do so fucking much for you and here you are disrespecting me.” She grabbed the pan out of your hands and roughly threw it on the table.
“M’sorry, please I didn’t know you would get so mad.” Your fingers wrapped around her wrist that had a deathly grip on your face.
“You see my friend over there?” You looked over at Jordan and nodded your head.
“He was ready to blow your fucking brains out, I didn’t want you over here because you could’ve fucking died.” She jabbed her finger at your head like you were stupid.
“Sorry Dina, I won’t do it again.” You farrowed your brows feeling the tears build up in your eyes.
“Oh you’re sorry? Show me how fucking sorry you are.” She snaked her hand behind your neck and dragged you over to the couch, throwing you down on it.
“Jordan, fuck outta here.” He listened to her, quickly leaving the place.
“Get on your fucking knees whore.” You couldn’t even deny the fact that Dina degrading you didn’t leave a pool in your panties.
Not wanting her to making even more pissed off you listened, quickly getting on your knees on the hardwood floor. Dina grabbed your chin forcing you to look up at her with those pretty doe eyes of yours that she loved to see roll to the back of your head.
“Open.” She demanded, you parted your lips sticking your tongue out, Dina hovered over your face spitting into your mouth.
“Swallow.” You were her bitch, listening to every command that she barked at you.
“Take off your fucking dress, this pretty little dress that I bought you.” Her hand clashed against your face catching you off balance.
“You’re being so mean.” You pouted slipping the dress off your body leaving you only in your panties.
“Oh I’m so sorry Sweetheart.” You could feel the sarcasm biting you in the ass “I couldn’t give a single fuck.” She chuckled.
“Unzip my jeans and let me fuck your stupid little face.” Your fingers were quick to undo her pants, her flesh colored strap slipping out.
“Relax your jaw and open as wide as you can.” There was a hint of sweetness in her voice but that quickly vanished when she slapped her cock against your tongue.
Her fingers tangled in your hair pushing your head down on her strap, you felt the tip of it hitting the back of your throat making you gag, tears slowly slipped from your eyes as she started fastening her pace. Your nails dug into her clothed thighs looking up at her through your wet lashes.
“S’pretty like that.” She licked her lips, groaning every time the strap pushed bask against her clit.
You felt your spit spill down her cock to your chin, she pulled your head away having you inhaling for air, the string of spit connecting from your lips to her strap drove her crazy. You quickly wiped your mouth with the back of your hand, Dina leaned down giving you a sloppy kiss.
“On the couch.” She licked her teeth watching how eagerly you switch positions from the floor to the couch.
“Nah, face down ass up, I don’t wanna see your fucking face, pissed me off.” She pushed your back in even more, your ass wiggling in her face resulting in her slapping it so hard bruises were going to form.
She teased your soaking slit with the tip of her strap, gathering up all your arousal before slapping your ass once again making you whine out in pain.
“Gonna teach you not to invade my privacy like that again you fucking slut.” Without warning she thrusted the strap inside your gummy walls.
“Ooh fuucck…” You gasped, your eyes rolling back feeling her cock stretch you out so nicely.
Dina had wrapped her hands around your hips holding you in place as she fucked you mercilessly from behind, every gasp from your lips had her slapping your ass.
“So fucking tight baby, whose fucking pussy is this?” You could hear the grin she had on her face.
“Fuucking yours, ohmygod it’s yours Dina.” The way you moaned her name only clouded her mind even more.
The whole apartment was filled with the sounds of your screaming, hips clapping together and your squelching pussy Dina was drilling into like her life depended on it. She wrapped your hair around her fingers pulling you back against her chest, her teeth biting your earlobe.
“M’gonna cum Dina, fuck i’m gonna cum!” Her hand trailed down to your needy clit rubbing it in tight circles.
“Aww, gonna cum baby? Beg for it.” Her words made you clench around her strap only giving her a reason to thrust harder.
“Please— mmghh… please can I cum? Please let me cum Dina.” You pleaded, the feeling in your stomach only becoming stronger.
“Good girl, good fucking girl.” She kissed your neck the tip of her cock kissing your cervix so fucking good.
“Cum— thrust.. for— thrust.. me— thrust.” You were chanting her name over and over again your orgasm fell through your body.
“Yeah, wear my name out baby.” Her strokes becoming sloppy, letting you ride out your orgasm.

PART SEVEN
(2/2) — (1/2)
The sound of heels could be heard angrily clicking against the winery floors. Alina’s eyes were burning with tears that wanted to be free, but she wouldn’t blink. She didn’t dare blink. She pushed the double doors open, moving down the brick steps. Once in the soft grass, she kicks her heels off and lifts her dress from the Earth. She glided—no, stomped across the field to that white house the groomsmen were in. She was a woman on a mission.
Alina scaled the four steps, taking two at a time as she climbed onto the porch. The screened door would swing open, hitting the wall as she entered the house. The men all stopped talking, smiles vanishing at the sight of her. “Now, Lina—.” Mike starts. She and Theo locked eyes, and he immediately knew what she was there for. She pushes through everyone, lunging for him. The men all shout in response to her, Mike being the one who catches her. He pushes her back into the group of men, now pointing for the door. “Get her outta here, bruh, we not doing this shit today!” He says, as Shawn dragged her out of the house. Theo watched as Alina vanished through the door, bringing his glass to his lips. Mike turns to look at him, lifting his hands in disbelief. “You need to fix this before the wedding.” He says. “I don’t need Tasha finding out about this.” He says, walking to the kitchen.
“Get off of me!” Alina says, shoving Shawn back. “Tell him to bring his ass outside.” She demands.
“Lina, you can’t do this right now. It’s your best friend’s wedding day.” Shawn says. Alina points at the window of the house.
“Did y’all tell him that too, or is this isolated to me?” Theo steps out from behind Shawn, his eyes on the enraged woman standing before him. He steps off the porch, his hand wrapping around Alina’s arm. He pulls the woman off towards an old garage to the side of the house. They said nothing to each other as they approached the withered door of the garage. He pushes it open, gesturing for her to go in. She yanks her arm from him, stepping into the dusty space.
Theo steps into the garage, closing the door behind them. “So I take it your little boyfriend told you what happened?” He asks.
“My little boyfriend? Theo, I need you to play somewhere safe when it comes to that man.” She warns him. Theo laughs softly at the threat, shaking his head. “I’m serious!” She exclaims.
“Why, because I gotta deal with you? I’ve dealt with that temper before, girl, that ain’t nothing.” He says, dismissing her threats. “I simply mentioned that we were engaged. That wasn’t a lie. Hell, I didn’t know it was a secret until today. That’s your fuck-up, not mine.” It was true. Theo was just moving accordingly. How Josh reacted to the news had nothing to do with him. Anything that happened after that, though? “Be honest. What did you think would happen when you brought him in there? Were you even thinking about that?” She wasn’t. All she was thinking about was the fact that she wanted Josh to make friends with the guys.
Alina peers down at the floor, her arms crossing over her chest. “I didn’t tell him we were engaged because I erased that entire chapter of my life. The moment you did what you did, you meant nothing to me. You weren’t my fiancé, you weren’t my friend, you were just a man I unfortunately knew.” She finishes, looking up at him. “The word fiancé should have never left your goddamn mouth.”
“Lina, that’s not how that works!” He shouts.
“Says who? Were you the one hurt by this?” She asks. “You didn’t love me like I loved you. I was ready to commit to you, and you made me look stupid!”
“And I apologized, damnit!” He exclaims. Alina becomes quiet at the booming of his voice. “I will spend my entire life apologizing to you! I had a moment of weakness twelve years ago and had a child on you. It happened, and I apologized. I don’t regret my daughter, but I do regret what I did to you.” He finishes. Alina turns away from him, her eyes shifting to the ceiling. She was fighting tears again. “Was I hoping when I saw you today that I would be able to make things right with us? Yes, but you showed up, and I got to see you with someone else who isn’t me for the first time ever. I got jealous.”
Alina lifts her hand, shaking it. “You don’t get to be jealous, Theo.” She says, turning to face him again. “That man loves me, has loved me for two years, and patiently waited for me. He’s not going anywhere, and I don’t want him to. So, whatever you got going on, it needs to stop the moment we leave this garage.” She says. It was now his turn to be silent. He stares at Alina, his shoulder slumped in defeat. She takes a few steps to the side, moving around him for the door.
“My greatest achievement was having you love me.” She pauses at the door at his words. She slowly turns around to face him, her eyes finding his dark ones. “You telling me that’s all gone? Every bit of it?” She sighs softly.
“Theo, a part of me will always love you.”
“Then why can’t we…try again?” He asks, taking her hand into his. “What’s those few weeks compared to our four years?” He continues.
“Everything, Theo. They’re everything.” She says, pulling her hand from his grasp. “I don’t want to know you how I did anymore.” Before he could even say anything else, she slipped out the door. The sun forces her to squint, her hands carefully wiping at any tears that might’ve fallen.
Josh paced the gravel of the winery parking lot. He was trying his hardest to remain calm but was failing miserably. “She told me to leave, Uce. She don’t want me here.” He says into the phone.
“Man, take your ass back inside that wedding. Lina don’t mean that shit.” Jon says, trying to assure his brother that the things the couple said to each other had no meaning. “As for her ex, he’s lucky I’m not there, we’d jump his ass.”
“Jon—!” Trin exclaims. “You aren’t helping!”
Jon smacks his lips at her. “Yes, the hell I am! I’ll get on a plane right now! Say I won’t.” He shouts back. There was a scuffle in the background and sounds of protest from his twin brother. “Move!” He exclaims. Josh stops pacing, his eyes shifting up to the trees above him. He was now shaking his head at the couple on the other side of the phone. There was a serious matter at hand, and they were playing around.
“Josh—Will you back up!” Trinity shouts into the phone at her husband. “Go find that girl and talk to her.”
“Can’t.” He says, glancing over at a few people who were passing him. “Wedding is about to start.” He says.
“Then you should stay and talk to her. Don’t leave that place mad at each other.” She tells him. He begins to nod his head. Trinity was right.
“Yeah,” He nods. “Yeah, you’re right.”
“I know I am! Now go make things right with my sister.” She says, making Josh smile. There was movement on the other side of the phone before Jon spoke again.
“Say the words, and I’m on a plane, lil bro! Say the words—!” The call ends with three beeps. Josh slips his phone back into his jacket pocket with a sigh. Let’s get this shit over with, he thought, marching towards the back where the ceremony will be.
Alina and the rest of the wedding party lined up in the main hall of the winery. Each bridesmaid had a groomsman. She, unfortunately, had Theo—Together, they were the maid of honor and the best man. The lost lovers stared ahead, a noticeable space between the pair. She didn’t want to have to touch him until she had to. “Alright, everyone,” The wedding planner spoke, walking to the front of the wedding line. “We got five minutes till the wedding starts. Remember, count to five before you step out to walk. Do not power walk down the aisle. The photographer needs to be able to get clear photos. Tasha and Mike are spending too much money to receive blurry images of you beautiful people.”
Her eyes land on Alina and Theo, now noticing the gap between the two. She takes Alina’s arm, linking it with his. She then smiles proudly at the pair. “You two look great together.” She winks, moving down the line to check everyone else. Alina smiles at her to be polite before letting her smile drop when she leaves.
“Lina, can we—.”
“Leave me alone, please, Theo. Thank you.” She snaps quietly. No one around them knew what had transpired that day, and she wanted to keep it that way. She could hear him suck in a deep breath and sigh. Music began to play from outside the building, a sign the ceremony was about to start. Mike and the Reverand are spotted making their way down the aisle from the windows of the doors. The sound of cheers and applause is heard over the music now.
The wedding planner quickly walks back to the front of the line, peeking out the window. She squeals at the sight of Michael. “Tasha, Mike has made it to the end of the aisle!” She exclaims. Tasha was at the back of the line, a large bouquet in her hand. Her head was down as she swayed from side to side. She needed to say a quick prayer before she stepped out there. “Y’all ready?” She asks Alina and Theo. Ready to get this over, she answers in her head. Alina nods slightly, now taking a deep breath of her own. The coordinator pushes the door open, signaling for the pair to go. A smile will spread along Alina’s face as she and Theo stepped out into the opening.
The pair walked at the desired pace of the wedding coordinator, their eyes darting around the crowd. There was only one person she was hoping she would spot among the attendees. When she caught sight of red curls, her smile softened to one of genuine happiness. He stayed. Josh turns just in time to see her walking down the aisle. They hold each other’s gaze until she passes him. Once at the end of the aisle, Theo and Alina break apart. Theo goes to stand behind his best friend while Alina stands alone for a few moments more.
Instead of paying attention to the ceremony, Alina was too busy watching Josh. He hadn’t let up on his staring either. It was evident they both regretted everything that transpired between them today.
As a couple, it was the first time they’d really argued, and quite frankly, they didn’t want to do it again. Josh didn’t like it when she was mad at him; he also didn’t like to be the cause of her tears. The break of her voice and the pain in her eyes at what he said was enough for him. He’d never do it again—that was his vow. “Do you, Michael, take Tasha to be your lawfully wedded wife? Will you honor and cherish her; love, trust, and commit to her, through joy and pain, sickness, and health, until death do you part?” The reverend asks Mike.
“I do.” He says, nodding.
“And Tasha, do you take Michael to be your lawfully wedded husband? Will you honor and cherish him; love, trust, and commit, through joy and pain, sickness, and health, until death do you part?” Tasha smiles brightly up at her husband, nodding slowly at him.
“I do.” She whispers. The reverend calls for the rings, prompting Alina to look away from Josh and pass off Mike’s ring to Tasha. She’d give her best friend an assuring smile before glancing at her feet. The couple begins the exchange of their vows, putting their rings on each other’s fingers. Alina peers up at Josh again, finding his eyes still on her. He didn’t care about anything that was happening right now. He should probably pay attention, but he just couldn’t.
“I love you.” She mouths to him, earning a wink in return. That prompts her to smile and return her attention to her two friends.
“Tasha, Michael, it is with great honor that I stand before you, by the power vested in me by the Almighty God up above and the beautiful state of Georgia, I proudly pronounce you Husband and Wife! Michael, you may now kiss your bride.” The crowd erupts into cheers as Mike pulls Tasha in for a loving kiss. “I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Vasser, everyone!” The newlyweds turn to face the crowd before walking down the aisle hand in hand. The wedding party would follow after. The most stressful part of the day was now over.
The reception went as planned, with introductions, first dances, and speeches. Everyone laughed, and a few people cried, but everyone was happy—well, not everyone. Josh had yet to talk to Alina. She was too busy socializing and catching up with old friends. He didn’t want to take her from that, considering she’s barely home these days. So Josh went and grabbed a drink from the bar and stepped outside. She’ll find him when she’s ready.
Josh stood in silence, taking in the night sky. The Moon was full and dimly lit the area around him. He brings his beer bottle to his lips, taking a few swigs. Footsteps approached him, causing the twin to look over his left shoulder. He had hoped it was Alina but was greatly disappointed when it was Theo. He looks away, his top lip curling slightly in disgust. They stood side by side, their eyes fixated on the open. Josh wasn’t going to say anything. He had nothing to say to that man.
“I asked Alina to leave you.” He confesses. Josh’s hand around the bottle he held tightened. This man just doesn’t let up, he thought.
“What she say?” Josh asks, looking down at his shoes.
“No.” He answers.
Josh scoffs, shaking his head slightly. “Checks out.”
Theo looks over at him. “I asked her if she still loved me. She said she did.” He turns to face Josh. “I love her too—.”
“Man, you don’t love that woman,” Josh says, pivoting to face Theo. “If you did, you’d let her be happy. Instead, you out here pressing me.” Josh looks him up and down. “You already had your chance, and you blew it. Now it’s my turn, and I ain’t ever coming off that one.” He says, pointing inside the reception hall. “You out of your damn mind if you think I’mma let some fuck up from her past force his way back into her life.” Theo’s head drops at his words. He would bring his hand to his face and pull it down the front, sighing softly.
“You thought she’d want to play house with your ass again? Hell no!” Josh was through being cordial with this man. He had received nothing but disrespect from him since he was made aware that he was her ex-fiancé. For Alina, he tried to be on his best behavior, but it was nearing the end of the night, and he wasn’t going to leave this venue without speaking his mind to Theo. He’s been asking for it. “Ay, and on the real, Uce, if she wants to be a Mother, all she gotta do is ask me.”
And that was the final straw for Theo. He’d swing, his fist connecting with Josh’s left brow bone. The punch would cause Josh to stumble to the right, but he quickly regained balance, lunging for the man who threw the first punch. He slams him into the railing of the steps they stood on before wrapping his arms around him and tossing him down the steps.
Alina had just finished talking to Tasha’s grandma when she started looking for Josh. She’d move through the dancefloor, passing by chatty guests and dancers. “Hey, have you seen Josh?” She asks Cassie. Cassie shakes her head, but Shawn, her husband, looks around the room to see if he spotted him. His eyes would pause on the outside just as he saw Theo throw a punch.
“Shit,” He says, getting up from the table. Alina and Cassie wore expressions of confusion until they saw the other groomsmen running for the door.
“Where are they going?” Cassie asked.
“I don’t know…” Alina responds. Cassie stands to her feet, now walking with Alina to find out.
Outside, the scuffle had gone out into the grass. Theo recovered from being thrown and knocked Josh to the ground. Currently, they were rolling around. Punches were thrown while Josh had him in a tight headlock. Thick legs wrapped tightly around his waist, the hold resembling Joe’s Guillotine.
“Ay, Ay, Ay, Josh! Josh! Let him go!” The groomsmen approach the fight, prompting Josh to let go of Theo. They begin to separate the two, pulling them both up to their feet. Alina had just stepped outside when she saw them trying to pull Josh off of Theo.
“Are you fucking—?” She mutters, now rushing down the steps to the fight. Four men restrained Josh, while Theo was by two. Shawn stood in the middle, his arms extended to keep them separated. Josh sported a bloody gash on his brow where Theo first hit him, painting the left side of his face red. Any bit of anger she had went out the window the moment she saw him.
“The hell’s gotten into you today, man?” Shawn shouts at Theo. It seems to be the question of the day. “I’ve never seen someone be so determined to get his ass whooped by a professional fighter—Samoan at that!”
Alina approached Josh, turning his head to assess the gash. “Lina—,” Theo calls for her.
“Theo, I will slap the shit out of you.” She threatens, turning to look at him.
“And if she breaks a nail, I’m beating your ass,” Josh shouts from behind her.
“Joshua.” She snaps, looking at him. Dark eyes find hers when she calls his name to silence him. She looks at the men still holding her battered man. “Let him go, he ain’t gonna do anything.” She tells them. Hesitantly, they release him, and she snatches his arm up. She pushes through the crowd, dragging Josh around to the front of the winery. She was off to find a bathroom away from the party.
Josh struggled to keep up, his hand going to the gash on his face. He hisses in pain. “Can you slow down?” He asks. She doesn’t say anything. He peers down at his hand, seeing the blood for the first time. That causes him to stop, halting her in her tracks as well. Alina turns in time to watch his face shift between anger and disbelief. He laughs softly, shaking his head. “I’ma kill him.” He says, nodding to himself.
“Pull your arm away from me and see what happens.” She warns him. They’d stare at each other in silence before Josh huffs, allowing her to resume dragging him inside the building. She pulls him up the stairs and into the bridal room, leading him into the bathroom. “I saw a first aid kit up here.” She says. She closes the door behind them, moving to the closet to grab the medkit.
Josh jumps onto the counter, patiently waiting for her to tend to him. “I promise I wasn’t looking for a fight.” He says. Alina doesn’t respond to him right away, forcing the room into silence. “I was waiting for you so we could talk, and he came out there bothering me.”
When she finds the box, she opens it, retrieving a band-aid, alcohol, and ointment. “I believe you.” She says, walking over to him. She examines his appearance, taking in the bloody sight he was. She’d sigh before unbuttoning his white shirt. “This is ruined.” She says.
“I’m sorry.” He apologizes, shrugging out of the shirt. She shakes her head in response, reaching over to grab one of the clean face towels on the counter. She’d turn on the sink, allowing the water to run over her hand until warm. “Can you say something?” He asks, watching as she chooses to remain silent. The water became warm quickly, prompting her to wet the white washcloth. “Baby.” He calls.
“Will you let me take care of you?” She asks, turning off the sink. She squeezes any excess water out of the cloth before bringing it up to clean his face.
“I am,” He starts. “I just want to hear your voice.” And make sure you’re not mad at me, he thought. She glances down at his pleading gaze before leaning in to give him an assuring kiss. That kiss was all he needed to know that everything was alright with them. He smiles softly at her, his hands moving to her hips. “I love you too.” He whispers to her. “That’s from earlier.” He adds, making her grin.
“Stop touching me before you ruin my dress.” She says, removing his hands. She reaches down to grab the alcohol wipe packet, ripping it open in the process.
“That means you’ll have to take it off, right?” He bites his lower lip as his hands return to her hips. She steps back.
“I am not fucking you at this wedding.” She says.
“The car is in the parking lot, honey.” He offers, making her laugh. That was a new term of endearment for her. It was always Baby or Lina. Now it was honey. She licks her lips at him before stepping back between his legs. “Hell, You got me out here fighting exes and shit, I’m getting something.” Alina rolls her eyes.
“Shut up.” She tells him. She lifts the alcohol wipe to the cut, lightly dabbing it. He’d hissed slightly, flinching away from her. “I’m sorry.” She whispers. “I’m almost done.” She promises, reaching to grab the ointment packet. She was happy she didn’t have to drive him to a hospital for stitches. Josh’s hands start wandering again, moving around to her backside this time. She sucks in a shaky breath, pulling his hands from her body. She’d give him a warning glare.
“It’s mine!” He exclaims at her.
“How much did you have to drink?” She asks.
“I had a beer.” He answers.
“Just one?” Josh stares at her for a moment.
“Maybe two.”
Alina grins, reaching down to grab the small bandaid from the counter. She opens it, pulls off the paper on the back, and carefully places it over the cut on his brow. “I should have told you about Theo.” She says.
Josh began shaking his head, not wanting to talk about it. “You had your reasons. I shouldn’t have reacted the way I did.” He says, trying to take accountability for what happened between them.
“Yeah, but it was warranted. I shouldn’t have sent you in how I did, though. That wasn’t fair to you,” Alina drapes her arms over his shoulders and leans into him. Their foreheads would touch. “and I’m sorry.” She whispers, pecking his lips twice.
“As long as I can go home and love on my lady tonight, I’m okay.” Alina would nod slowly, leaning in for another kiss. Their lips would meet for a lengthier kiss filled with every bit of emotion they felt today. Her manicured fingers would travel along his bare skin, traveling up his neck to cup his jaw. Her thumbs gently caress his cheekbones; her fingers gently scratch his beard. It earns her a hum of satisfaction. They would stay like this for several moments before they were interrupted by a loud knock on the door. Lina pulls away from Josh, her attention now on the door. On the other hand, Josh was fixated on kissing and nibbling on her neck.
“J-Just a moment!” She exclaims, her eyes closing when he finds that sensitive spot below her jawline. Alina giggles, finding herself quickly falling into his trap. She pulled his head back, halting him from going any further. Her boyfriend’s eyes glazed over with lust as he watched her, his bottom lip tucked between his teeth. That was a gaze that would send her knees immediately. God, he looked good. “We should go.” She says finally, moving to let him get off the counter.
“I was waiting for you.” He says, taking her hand. He’d lead the pair out of the bathroom, earning looks of confusion from the wedding guests who were waiting for them to come out.

WIP Wednesday-Bad Habit pt. 2
WIP Wednesday Continued....
While on vacation after his WrestleMania loss, Roman comes to Smackdown looking to talk to Savannah, who he hasn’t heard from in three weeks. Upon arrival, he sees Carmelo at the show with Savannah and makes a point to remind her just who has her heart.
Tumblr media
Three Weeks Later
Roman’s Pov
“I can’t believe she is here with his ass,” I hissed watching Savannah and Carmelo backstage.
“Well, he is her man, what do you expect? I’d be around too if my lady’s ex was still tryin’ to get with her,” Jimmy said as I shot him a look.
“Ain’t no tryin’ to get wit her, Savannah knows what time it is and I have no problem reminding her,” I said confidently watching the couple walk over to talk to Paul.
“You know he’s getting drafted to smackdown with us,” Sefa said as I frowned at him.
“Excuse me? What the hell you talkin’ bout?”
“You heard me, Savannah told me they were drafting him to smackdown. So, when you come back from this well needed vacation, be an adult,” Sefa said a little bolder.
I couldn’t tear my eyes away from the so-called happy couple and it made my blood boil.
Now, I gotta deal with seeing this motherfucka every week following Savannah around like a lap dog.
“I ain’t gotta do shit but get my girl back,” I said looking at the photo on my phone of Savannah and I.
“Uce, you had your girl, but you were chasing something else.” Jimmy said as I growled.
“I wasn’t ready then and we both agreed to the breakup. I mean we stayed friends,” I said as Sefa rolled his eyes.
“Oh, so you ready to be in a relationship with Savannah now?” Jey asked as I nodded.
“Yea, I am. I know what I want and that’s Savannah, it’s always been her.”
I heard Savannah’s laugh and looked back and saw Carmelo kissing her on the neck, making her blush as our boss looked on in amusement.
“Melo! Stop,” I heard Savannah laugh he scooped her up in his arms stealing a kiss as she caressed his face.
What the fuck in she is doing with this clown? There is no way he is pleasing her like I can.
I felt disrespected watching them, I mean a couple weeks ago she was in my bed, screaming my name at the top of her lungs.
“Aye, we gotta get ready for the show, stay outta trouble,” Jimmy said as I smiled.
“Oh, I’m good fam… I’m about to head to my dressing room to watch the show,” I said still eying Carmelo and Savannah.
“We’ll see about this shit,” I muttered pulling out my phone shooting Savannah a text.
Savannah’s POV
“It’s really good to have you on board,” Paul said as Carmelo smiled, completely on cloud nine that he was finally on the main roster.
“I just want to say thank you for the opportunity and I won’t let you down,” Carmelo said as my text alerts went off, the familiar tone letting me know Roman was near.
“Who is it bae?” he asked as I nervously cleared my throat, quickly responding to Roman's message, with a question of my own that he didn't take it too kindly.

“Uh, just Trin letting me know she would be home tomorrow, and we could go shopping,” I said feeling horrible about the white lie I just told.
I mean Trin did text me that about thirty minutes ago, so it wasn’t a complete lie.
“I’m up soon so I’m going to go get my mind right,” Carmelo said as I smiled truly proud of him but those texts from Roman had me on edge.
I almost felt guilty for Kissing Carmelo before he went off into gorilla to prepare for his match.
Knowing I was playing with fire, I started toward my office ignoring Roman’s request.
Just as I tried to open the door, Roman wrapped me up in his arms holding me close, dropping a tender kiss on my neck.
 Damn him….
"What are you doing?" I hissed as he chuckled at my attempt to flee from his arms.
“You just refuse to follow directions, don’t you?” Roman whispered as I looked around to see if anyone was watching us as he caressed my stomach.
“Roman, why are you following me? Someone might see you,” I said in a panic removing his arms from around my waist as he shrugged.
“I don’t give a damn what people think Savannah, but how you gon’ ignore my text and sneak off,” Roman said as I ignored him and went into my office, hoping he would get the hint but to no avail.
“I’m not doing this here with you Roman,” I whispered as he followed me into my office, slamming the door and locking it.
“You have been avoiding me for three weeks. Your gonna talk to me, 'cause this shit is getting stupid now.”
“Don’t be slammin’ my damn door! I told you I’m not doing this with you here, I’m working! I hissed as he scoffed.
“Oh, but we are doing this here.  You can’t talk to me, the man you love, but you really like out here in front of our coworkers, and family with this motherfucka.
“Don’t do that..... Acting like I’m doing something to you or I broke your heart. You ended it, not me!” I screamed losing my cool.
“So to punish me you paradin’ him around, throwin’ it in my face, letting him kiss all on you n shit,” Roman hissed as I threw my hands up in the air in frustration.
“I didn’t parade nobody around; he has a match tonight!” I hissed pissed off at his assumptions and the pure nerve.
“Stop playin’ with me Savannah, dump the pretty boy, and let's start over. This shit has gone on long enough, I’m sorry, ok.”
“I don’t belong to you Roman; you can’t tell me what to do. We aren’t toge-” his lips crashing against mine stopping my rant.
“You do, and I belong to you,” he panted as we clawed at each other’s clothes.
It has been three weeks since we’d seen each other and we both were feenin’…..Bad.
“I’mma show you who you belong too and it ain’t him,” Roman growled, wrapping my legs around his waist, and carrying me to the couch.
“Show me then,” I taunted as he growled. Ok, maybe I took it too far. This was dangerous, we were at work, and anybody could walk by and hear us, but we didn’t care.
After he laid me down on the couch, I watched him with bated breath as he went to the counter and grabbed a towel.
“What are you doing?” I asked as he laid the towel out it out beside me.
“Take the dress off, lay on the towel, and don’t make me tell you again.” His powerful sexy voice made me clench my thighs together.
“It’s going to get messy, and I don’t wanna waste a drop. Cause I ain’t stoppin’ till you cum in my mouth, and all on this dick,” he declared with a groan.
Tingles began to wander throughout my entire body as I slid over onto the towel, taking my dress off, knowing he meant business.
The look of pure hunger in his eyes as he eagerly sank to his knees, ripping my panties before burying his face in my welcoming center as I groaned in pleasure.
He was always this way, eager to please me, and to prove a point.
What was the point you ask?.......I belonged to him.
“Roman, we can’t keep arguing and keep ending up like this,” I moaned as Roman devoured my pussy with his mouth without a care in the world as I tried to catch my breath.
“I told you I ain’t stoppin’ till you cum in my mouth,” he moaned caressing my thighs, gently lappin’ up my juices as my body arched up against his mouth.
“We gotta stop this!” I yelped closing my eyes as he continued his assault on my wet and tender pussy, working me into a frenzy as I fought to surrender my all to him once again.
“Savannah, look at Daddy,” he moaned as I willed my eyes to his, seeing that familiar gleam of pride gracing his handsome face.
Proud that he had me at his mercy, proud of the fact that he could have me any and every way he wanted.
Proud that he could have me whenever or wherever he wanted.
“Roman, wait a minute,” I whimpered pushing at his head as he raised his head slightly, replacing his mouth with two of his fingers. Though giving me a breather, he was focused on getting what he came here for.
His passionate gaze held me captive as his fingers curved against my g-spot. I gasped at the new sensation as he licked his lips watching me in awe.
“Yeeaa, you talkin’ all dat shit, but you know Daddy knows every inch of his pussy and you love it,” he moaned as my body trembled in gratitude.
“Now what do you need to tell me?” he asked, his voice deep and mesmerizing.
“Thank you, so much Daddy!” I exclaimed gripping his hand as he went deeper.
My earlier thoughts long removed; this was dangerous but so fuckin’ good.
“Your welcome baby, I love pleasin’ you,” he whispered as my body moved against his fingers. My body betraying my mind as I licked my lips.
Seeing the remnants of my essence dripping from his beard and lips was stirring something deeper within me and he knew it…
He knew it because he knew me, and he loved that shit.
“Mmhm, you see it don’t you? You love to see all dat good, good, drippin’ from Daddy’s lips and beard, don’t you?” He asked.
His fingers masterfully thrusting against my g-spot. “Yes! I love it, Daddy. Oouu, I do.. So much!” I cried.
“Uh huh, you love it cause’ it means Daddy been puttin’ in dat good work, don’t it?” Roman groaned licking his lips in anticipation of what was to come.
“Yes! Fuck, yes! “I screamed as I felt my body beginning to ache with need.
“You need Daddy’s mouth, and fingers don’t you?” He whispered as my body trembled with need as a strangled cry escaped my lips.
“Tell me Savannah, will that make my pussy cum for me?” he asked as I fell deeper under his spell and didn’t want to be rescued.
“Uh! Yes!….Roman, yes! Please…. Make me cum!” I cried, not too proud to beg nor care who could be walking by as he growled in satisfaction as I bent to his will.
“All you had to do was ask… Stop fightin’ it, Savannah. Let me give you what we both want.”
“Which is what?” I gasped, wanting to hear him say it as he smirked, nipping at my inner thigh.
“Me makin’ my pussy cum,” his deep voice confessed as he went back to work, his mouth devouring pussy whole as I screamed in pleasure.
“You’re going to cum in my mouth,” he moaned as I gasped feeling the end near as his words exciting me even more.
“ Mmm, I plan on it.”
“And then…..You gonna Cum all on dis dick,” he moaned against my sex, as he continued to lap up my juices eagerly.
His passionate gaze burning a hole in my heart and soul as he took me to the edge.
“Roman, shit!” I gasped grabbing the back of his head, as he continuously swirled his tongue around my clit, sucking, and nibbling on the sensitive nub. His fingers teasingly curving in and out of my hot wet center at a steady pace.
His mouth sending toe curling vibrations down my spine.
Suddenly he wrapped my legs around his head, going even deeper.
Shit, he ain’t playin’ right now.
“W- Wa- Wait, it’s too much…Mmm, Roman!” I screamed clawing at the back of his head as his grip tightened around my thighs.
His strong arms holding me over his mouth as he quenched his thirst.
“Shhh…….. Don’t fight it, I know just what you need…..And trust me, it’s never too much,” he moaned.
Gripping the sheets, I looked at him in awe, biting my bottom lip trying not to scream so loud as he took me higher and higher.
He looked so fucking sexy on his knees pleasuring me selflessly as I finally relaxed my body, surrendering all and welcoming all he had to give.
“Yea, that’s it…… Relax and give in to what you need,” he moaned as I writhed beneath him unable to think straight. My moans getting louder and louder.
“Oh! Fuck! Roman...Mmm, baby!.”
“Mmhm, dats it… Give dat shit some sound, 'cause’ I know it feels good,” he moaned, on a mission to blow my mind.
Carmelo who? What was this hold Roman had over me that I couldn’t resist.
“Mm, oh, Roman! I….I.. Mmm!” I screamed as he growled knowing I was close.
“I know it baby, my princess is doing so good, you almost there,” he praised as I cried in pleasure falling apart in his arms as a satisfied primal growl escaped his lips.
“Yes! Fuck!” I gasped as my body arched of the couch from the intense pleasure as he snatched my hips back to his mouth.
“Mmmhm, don’t run….. This is all for you, enjoy it.”
“Yes! Oouu, fuck!” I screamed as my orgasm continued to wash over me.
The slurping sounds coming from his mouth as he drank my essence turned me on even more as I moved against his tongue.
“Mmm, Fuck! I’m so proud of you, givin’ Daddy all dat good good.”
My state of euphoria intensified as he moaned welcoming my waterfalls, sopping me up whole as my body trembled, trying to come back down to earth.
I was emotionally and physically spent, and he loved it. His moans as he cleaned me up will definitely be etched in my mind for all eternity.
Fuck, he was so good, and he knew it.
“You’re such a good girl, fuck.” He praised wiping the remnants of my essence from his beard with a sly smile.
“I can’t believe you,” I gasps as he chuckled, pleased with himself slightly lowering his sweatpants.
“What, you looked so good, I couldn’t help it. It’s been weeks,” he said slowly gripping his dick and rubbing it along my sensitive slit.
“Roman! We don’t have…..Ah!” I gasped as he slowly guided himself inside me inch by glorious inch.
“Yess, that’s my girl, look at you takin’ it all…. Fuck, yea…Take what’s yours….Take all dis dick,” he praised as I ran my hands down his chest meeting his thrusts.
His grip on my hips tightening as he thrusted in and out at a moderate pace as I purred beneath him.
“Does he dick you down like me?” Roman asked sinking deeper as I clawed at his chest moaning in pleasure.
“Don’t ruin it, please not now,” I gasp not wanting to discuss Carmelo at the moment.
“I know he don’t, you know why?”
“Why?!” I gasped as he angled his hips hitting my A-spot, a spot only Roman has been able to find.
“Cause’ this pussy mine, and she only gets this wet for me…Yea….She only squirts for me,” Roman gloated as tears weld up in my eyes from the amazing pleasure.
“Roman, I’m close,” I gasped as he looked at me with hunger in his eyes.
“I know, so am I, but I need something from you first.”
“What babe?”
“Tell Carmelo it’s over and marry me,” he whispered against my lips as my eyes snapped open at his request.
“Wh..What?” asked unsure if I heard him correctly as his mouth overpowered mine as we shared a deep kiss. Only parting to catch our breaths.
“Marry me, Savannah,"” he moaned wrapping my legs around his waist as he began thrusting with wild abandon rendering me a writhing mess as I melted into his powerful embrace.
“Roman!” I cried as our lips met in another passionate kiss. “Fuck, I love you so much, Savannah,” he rasped, his declarations of love making me fall even deeper in love with him than I already was.
“I love you too,” I cried, his thrusts becoming more frantic as I blushed, hiding my face in his neck, holding onto him like a lifeline as the sounds of him swimming in my welcoming ocean filled the room.
“Uh! Shit!” I gasp in shock as I felt him smirk against my neck.
“Uh huh…. My pussy talkin’ to me real good, you bout to cum for Daddy, I know it?” he groaned, nipping at my neck as I heard a knock at my office door.
“Savannah you in there?” I heard Carmelo say as I froze.
“Roman, stop,” I whispered as he grasped my chin making me look at him.
“I already told you I wanted you to marry me. You think I’mma stop just cause’ your lil boyfriend is outside?” he asked, never stopping his deep thrusts rendering me speechless.
“Savannah, I ain’t stoppin’…. I want him to hear,” he whispered as I gasped at his words.
“Yea, I want him to know….I want him to know who you belong to,” he groaned going deeper as my back arched against him in shock and pleasure, painfully biting my lip trying to keep quiet.
When Carmelo finally stopped knocking, my phone began vibrating and it bout scared me out of my skin as I saw Carmelo’s picture on the screen.
“Look at me Savannah,” Roman demanded caressing my face bringing my attention back to him as the panic began to sit in.
Did he hear us? Did he leave? Is he waiting outside?
“Hey, I heard him leave, it’ ok.  Just focus on us,” he groaned running his thumb across my bottom lip as I felt the room spinning, my head thrown back in pleasure, gasping for air.
“That’s it, there’s my beautiful girl. Let go baby,” he whispered swallowing my cries as we came together in an earthshattering orgasm.
How do we keep ending up here?
As we came down from our high, the guilt began to set in as Roman tenderly reached up and wiped my tears.
“Savannah, I want you to know as much as I wanted him to hear us, I would never put you in a situation that could hurt or embarrass you.
"I know," I whimpered as he kissed my forehead caressing my arms.
“I meant what I said, I want you to be my wife,” he said with conviction as I nodded trying to control my tears knowing I would eventually have to make a decision.
I was thankful our secret was safe for now, but I couldn’t keep going on like this.
Damn, I just kept digging myself in a deeper.

Hilton Garden Inn
Savannah's Room
Carmelo’s POV
“Where you goin’ baby?” I asked knowing exactly where she was trying to run too…The shower….
“I’m going to take another shower,” she said casually trying to pass me as I stood up blocking her path to the bathroom.
“You don’t need another shower, especially since I haven’t even got you dirty yet,” I whispered taking her in a passionate kiss as she whimpered against me.
“Mmm, babe, I need to shower,” she moaned as I pulled her closer.
“Aye, I love the smell of you, not soap,” I moaned moving my kisses to her neck knowin’ it would drive her wild.
“Carmelo, babe,” she trembled against me.
I knew she slept with Roman tonight, and I wanted to be angry, but I couldn’t….
Why?
She was never mine to begin with, she was his. I knew it from the beginning but tried to make her mine anyway.
Working her into a frenzy I pulled away, admiring her beauty.
“Why did you stop?” Savannah gasped as I caressed her face.
“I can smell him,” I whispered as Savannah stilled in my arms, fear adorning her beautiful face.
“W- Wh-What are you talking about?” she asked dumbfounded as I sighed.
“You took a shower at the building trying to hide it, but I can still smell his cologne on your dress," I said as the color drained from her beautiful face.
When were you going to tell me you slept with him?” I asked, as Savannah's eyes instantly filled with tears as I confessed my knowledge of her secret.

Snippet - Cooties - Forward but Never Forget/XOXO
Tumblr media
Vi and Jinx reminisce about a lazy summer day...
Forward but Never Forget/XOXO
"Lose me? Or lose Powder?"
The question was posed lightly. But Vi sensed its weight. A spray of white sparks showered from the crane, the only light on the horizon. Vi's eyes burned, the way they did after a hard fight.
And the only way out was to fight harder.
"I miss her," she said, and the admission burnt a hole through her chest. "I miss the girl you were. The girl I could cheer up with a stupid joke, or a game, or just by braiding her hair. I miss knowing I could keep you safe just by tucking you into the crook of my arm."
Jinx stayed silent, her little finger twined with Vi's. Her warmth bled into Vi's skin. But it was a ghostly warmth, and Vi, suddenly afraid, longed to seize her sister's hand in both her own.
To hold on with everything she had.
"I remember the last time we came here," Vi went on. "You, me, Mylo, Claggor and Ekko. It was late afternoon. The sunlight was starting to bend in that wobbly way it does when you're running out of day. But the water was still warm, and I could see the sparkles on the surface. You and the boys were in the water, and I was watching from the ledge. I'd just had the crap kicked out of me in a street-brawl. There were bruises all over, and the chems in the water felt like salt rubbed in the cuts. But seeing you—laughing and splashing around—I just... I wanted to soak it in. Almost like I knew it'd be the last time."
Vi's eyes misted. She squeezed Jinx's pinky as tight as she dared.
"After, I must've dozed off. When I came to, the sky was all red. There was a little moon peeking behind the clouds. Mylo and Claggor were still swimming, and every stroke looked like a flame. I couldn't see you or Ekko. For a moment, I panicked, thinking maybe you'd drowned. Then I looked up, and there you both were, sitting right on this walkway. Both your heads were real close, and you were whispering to each other. There was something in Ekko's hands. All round and glittery. He was passing it to you. And then he—"
Jinx didn't move. But Vi swore something, a subdermal shiver, ran through her.
"He kissed me."
"He did." The mist in Vi's eyes blurred the cityscape—a rainbow caught in a raindrop. "A minute later, Mylo and Claggor started hooting. I realized they'd put him up to it. You burst into tears, and Ekko got all flustered, and I jumped to my feet. Mylo was closest to the ledge, so I grabbed him by the scruff, and dunked his ass under. Then I did the same to Claggor. By the time I was through, the two of 'em were coughing up a puddle. You'd run off, and Ekko was chasing after, babbling about how sorry he was, and that Mylo and Claggor'd told him if he didn't do it, you'd get a real kiss from a real boy, and wouldn't that be the saddest thing in the world?"
This time, a shiver did go through Jinx: a twinge that could've been a ghost-bite of laughter. Or tears.
"It was already the saddest thing in the world," she said. "He was showin' me a gyroscope he'd made outta a doorknob. But instead of a ball bearing, there was a glass marble inside. It was all sparkly, like a star, and had these different colors swirling around. I was trying to get a better look. Then Mr. Hot Lips went and planted a wet load of cooties on me. All while Mylo and Claggor howled like hyenas in the back. I was so angry. And, and confused. I nearly shoved him off the ledge."
"But you didn't." Vi's voice was husky. No tears, but close. "You ran straight to me."
"Straight to my Safe-Spot."
Vi squeezed Jinx's pinkie again, an impulse of tenderness. Together, they looked out at the dark water of the reservoir, a swipe of charcoal against glittering amber and gold.
"By then, Ekko was so scared, I thought he'd wet himself," Vi recalled. "That's the only reason I didn't smack him senseless. Instead, I gave him the what-for. He didn't say one word. Just stood there, sweating bullets, waiting for his doom. He was only ten, but I swear, he looked five. So did you, the way you were clinging to me. Like a pair of drowned kittens. But after I'd wound down, the first thing Ekko did was go up to you, super-serious, and tell you he was real sorry. He swore he'd never do it again. And when you looked at him, all doubtful, he held out the gyroscope, and said, 'D'you want it? I made it for you.'"
Jinx's eyes had gone half-lidded. Her profile, touched by the secondhand radiance, held a pensive prettiness. "I remember. I took the gift. And when he tried to give me a hug, I slugged him in the arm."
"He deserved it."
"Totally."
Vi could see the crooked little smile at the corner of Jinx's mouth. Her own, at a matching angle, ached with the bone-deep familiarity of it.
"The whole way back, I gave Mylo and Claggor the stink-eye. They were terrified I'd tell Vander what they'd done. So they hauled our gear without a peep.  I followed, with my arm around your shoulder. Ekko brought up the rear, all quiet and gloomy. By the time we got to the Drop, I'd worked myself into a good head of steam. I was ready to kick those two jackasses out of our room for the night. Before I could open my mouth, Vander hurried out and told us to get our asses indoors. There were Enforcers in the Lanes, and there'd be a shootout." Her smile faded. "We spent the night barricaded in the basement, with gunfire raging outside. Ekko stayed over too. You'd both made up by then. I remember, you were huddled together, the gyroscope spinning between you two, its colors flickering over the walls. You didn't care about the bullets. You were—happy. As happy as two kids with a brand-new toy. After, Ekko fell asleep in the hammock. You curled up against me, still holding the gyroscope. As you drifted off, all I could think was: I'll protect her. Always. I'll be her Safe-Spot, no matter what."
Jinx’s dipped lashes struck shadowy crowns against her cheeks. Her lower-lip quivered, then stilled. "No matter what, huh?"
"I just mean... I miss it. The certainty." Vi swallowed. "I miss that I didn't have to fight the whole damn world just to be your big sister. Because the truth is... you don't need me. Not anymore. The past's gone, and it's not coming back. There's only one direction. Forward. Some mornings, right when I wake up, I can almost buy it. Like we've got a second shot, and we can make it work."
"But?"
The query was posed without rancor. But its implications sunk like a stone in Vi's heart.
"But..." Salt clogged Vi's throat, and it hurt like hell. "But the next minute, I open my eyes. And the past's right there, and I can’t forget. I can never forget. Because you're not in the crook of my arm anymore. You're moving at light-speed, and I'm trying to keep up, and I can't. Not with the deadweight on my back. So much of who I am, built on who I used to be. The girl who kept her word, and kept you safe, and made Vander proud. And every day, I fall short, because the only way to move on is to let the deadweight go." The salt was pooling behind her lids, too; a wash of light and dark. "I can't do it. I can't let you go. Because if I do... I let go of myself."

back at the office.
Tumblr media
“Well, at least you two are on a first name basis, now. Improvement!” Mercedes pokes Mya in her side. She swats at her friend’s hand in feigned annoyance.
The pair are seated on a park bench across from the office, munching on fruit before they have to clock in for the day.
“Girl, gon’ somewhere,” she says with a laugh, “We work together and that’s about it. He’s probably not even from here!” The aloof tone of her voice betrays her actual feelings.
“Ma’am, that accent is thicker than chunky peanut butter out the freezer. Of course he’s from here. Or at least near here! Plus, I seen him at the poetry spot downtown, he could be pretty decent,” she says casually, while chomping on a chunk of watermelon.
“And just what the hell are you doing at a poetry spot? Last book you read had a big cat on the front,” Mya jabs at her friend.
“First of all, fuck you,” she’s interrupted by Mya’s snort of a laugh. “Second of all, didn’t I tell you? I met my new boo down there,” she finishes with a shimmy of the shoulders.
“How many felonies does this one have?”
“I’m gonna let that one go ‘cause I’m in a good mood. And if you quit being a punk, you can snag yourself a man, too.”
“I’m not a punk. I’m just not in the market for a man right now.” She shrugs as Mercedes rolls her eyes.
“Chile, a lie don’t care who tell it. Ray Charles can see you want his ass.”
Mya can’t contain the burst of laughter that leaves her lips.
“Why would you say that??”
“I'm just sayin’!” Mercedes continues through her own laughter.
“I’m not ‘bout to play with you today,” she dabs the tears that formed at the corners of her eyes. Glancing at her phone, she notices she’s dangerously close to being late.
“Oh shit,” she pops up from her seat grabbing her things, “Savannah’ll have our heads if we're late again.”
“Please, Savannah loves us. She’ll fire that shiftless ass Colin before she fires you,” Mercedes responds as she gathers her things at a more leisurely pace.
“Either way it goes, I’m not tryna make a habit outta being late.” She says, as they make their way inside.
“Nice of y'all to join us,” none other than Savannah herself greets them both just as they punch their timecard in the lounge.
“Hey auntie!” Mercedes cheeses, before heading out.
“So, what lil’ boy done caught your attention and got you showing up late now?” Her boss teases.
It never fails to surprise her how nothing gets past her boss, not that he was the reason for her tardiness.
“Nobody. Only thing that has my attention is work,” she lies casually, trying to breeze by her and back towards the lobby.
“Hmm. You sure it’s not that handsome young tender with the strong arms that’s always breakin’ his neck to catch a glimpse at you?”
Her ears perk up at the new piece of information, and she deftly pivots on her heels.
“He does?” she responds a little too earnestly for her own liking. Clearing an imaginary blockage from her throat, she adjusts her tone.
“He does?” She repeats, cooler this time, as she tucks a freshly straightened, cherry red tendril of hair behind her ear, a nervous tick.
“Mhm.” The all-knowing smirk on her boss’ full lips makes Mya’s cheeks redden even further.
“All the time. I’m surprised he hasn’t asked you out yet. Must be shy like you. Lord knows if I wasn’t married and old enough to be his mama…” she trails off.
As if her poor cheeks couldn’t get any rosier.
“Alright! I’m gonna start workin’ now.” She starts to back her way out of the hall toward the printer room to save herself further embarrassment.
“Hey! You're coding, for the next hour. Grab the big stack of card stock from the back to refresh your signs, before you get started.”
Grabbing her tools for the day, she heads to the big printer in the middle room, closing the door behind her.
She’d taken it upon herself to color code the system, helping everyone navigate through it just a little easier, as well as replacing the faded, white company signs with brighter, more colorful ones.
Pulling up her stool, she gets started.
A knock sounds at the door, before Isaiah steps inside, heading towards the supply closet.
“Mornin’, didn’t mean to interrupt,” coming out with a stack of copy paper in hand, he looks up to see the pretty brown girl with bright red hair that’s had mind jumbled for the last few weeks or so.
She looks up from the screen and smiles. “Mornin’,” she responds, “I’m knee-deep in this screen, I didn’t even hear you come in.”
“S’alright. Just came to refill the printer.” He replies, gesturing towards the big contraption she was currently sitting in front of.
“Oh! Let me move out of the way, sorry.” He chuckles, watching her grab her laptop and work on her feet, before he moves in to refill the tray.
“It’s alright. What you workin’ on, today?” He asks, printing a few documents.
“Coding the system to make it easier for everybody. Then, I’ve gotta redo the signs, out front. Savannah’s finally letting me loose in here.” She giggles, typing away on her keyboard with one hand.
Gathering his paper, he moves out of her way. “Sounds like a project. Can I see?”
“Sure!” She sits her laptop down and shows him the screen as she types away.
“Our plans are in green, projects are in pink and tasks are in blue, now. Holidays are highlighted, as well employee birthdays. Ooh! I really loved doing that, because I get to choose different colors for that, as well.”
He hums a laugh. “This your avenue, yeah? Projects?”
“Projects can be fun,” she turns toward him. “Imagine if she let you use photoshop on the ads that you create? It would take them to the next level!”
“You’ve seen one of the ads I’ve done in photoshop?” He asks.
“Mhm. It was up on the main computer, the other day. I didn’t know it was yours, until I saw the little eye you placed in the corner.”
“Yeah,” he laughs. “It’s like my watermark, for now.”
“It’s cute. But, your ad was nice!”
“I appreciate that. Especially, coming from you.” She blushes, as he heads toward the door.
“See you later?” He asks, hope burning behind his brown eyes.
“See you later.” She nods, mirroring his smile, before they get back to work.
About an hour and a half later, all ten of her fingers are cramped to hell and her back is killing her, but she’s finally finished with her project.
Closing the door behind her, she sighs and heads towards her own office, bumping into Savannah.
“Oh, Mya! The system is running so smooth, now! And the signs look wonderful!” She praises.
“Thank you! I’m always happy to help!”
“So am I.” She smiles.
“What do you mean?”
“I may have put a bug in someone’s ear about someone.. you can thank me, later, sweetheart.”
“A…what? Savannah, what are you talking about?”
“Your secret admirer is about to become not so secret, anymore.”
Her heart begins to beat triple time.
“Oh, God… I think I’m having a stroke.”
“Oh,” Savannah starts laughing. “You are too much, girl! Just relax! I know he’s pretty, but he’s a sweet man who’s sweet on you!”
Isaiah conveniently walks down the hall, his sight set out for Mya.
His eyes light up as he spots her talking to their boss.
“Afternoon, ladies.” He greets. “Can I steal Mya away?”
“As long as you give her back,” Savannah pats his shoulder, before heading back down the hall.
“Hey,” she waves, that intoxicating cologne of his hitting her nose.
“Hey,” he smiles, stuffing his hands in his pockets. “I was kinda hoping that you would join me for lunch.. that is, if you didn’t already have anything planned, of course.”
The corners of her mouth lift into a smile. “Well, seeing as we like the same kind of food, I would love to join you for lunch. Let me just grab my wallet.”
She moves for her office door, until he speaks, again. “I was actually hoping that I could buy your lunch, as well.”
“You’re doin’ a lot of hoping, today.” The smile never leaves her lips.
“Looks like I’m doing a whole lot scorin’ today, too.” He humbly brags.
“Does this work for you, often?”
“I don’t know. This is the first time I’ve tried.” He laughs.
They share a laugh. “Lead the way.”

“So, where exactly are you from?” Mya asks, biting into her sandwich.
The pair had decided to head over to Panera for a quick lunch.
“I’m from Texas. Dallas, to be exact.” He replies.
“Ah. I told my friend that you weren’t from here, I knew it!” She giggles.
“How’d you tell?”
“Well, no offense… but, your accent is rather thick. They don’t really sound like that, down here, too fast.”
His smile takes over his entire face at her comment. “None taken. I’ve gotten that, a lot. I like the accents out here, though.”
“Well, at least y’all sound like you come from somewhere.” She rolls her eyes.
“What do you mean? You’re from here, ain’t you?”
“Yeah, but I don’t sound like it.” She frowns.
“Yes you do,” he snorts. “You got a lil twang.”
“You’re only sayin’ that.”
“Honest,” he holds his hands up. “You do. It’s subtle, but it’s there.” He assures.
“Really?” Her brows raise. He nods.
“Mhm. Don’t trip, pretty.” He says, popping a chip in his mouth. She blushes.
Catching the three minute warning on her phone, she begins to gather her trash.
“Almost time to head back?” He eyes her movement, reluctantly doing the same.
“Yeah,” she sighs, “rest of the day’s filled with paperwork.”
“Well, we can’t all be God’s favorite and color code the system in the mornings.” She laughs at the crack he takes at her.
“It’s not just about making it pretty, mister big  arms.” She playfully rolls her eyes.
“My broadness distractin’ you, little lady?” He asks, amusement coloring his tone.
Yes. God, yes.
“We should head back.” She stands up from the table to toss her trash. His eyes travel to her derrière.
“Mm.” He remarks to himself, standing from the table to throw his own trash away, before they head back to the office.
Making plans to catch back up once the day was finally over, Mya sinks down in her chair.
Her phone begins to ring.
“Hey, mama,” she answers, turning her laptop back on.
“Hey, baby. You alright?”
“Yeah, I’m just ready for the workday to end. It started pretty great, though.”
“Yeah? What’s going up at Vannah’s that’s got you in the good spirits, besides the angel, herself?” Her mother speaks fondly of her beloved boss.
“She’s finally taken me up on my offer to brighten up the place!,” she cheeses like her mother could see her face. “I started color coding the system to make everything easier to navigate, because it was starting to give me a migraine! Nothing on this earth should ever be that dull.”
Her mother laughs. “You are something else. But, that’s amazing, sweetheart. I always knew you’d be able to showcase your talents.”
“Thanks for always believing in me.”
“Always. Now, who’s this boy that Mercedes was goin’ on about?”
Sighing aloud, she sits up in her chair. “I gotta call you back. We’ll talk about it later, I promise.”
“Is she in trouble?”
“She’s about to be. Love you.”
“Love you too, baby. Bye bye.”
Hanging up, she quickly facetimes Mercedes. “Look, I know you and my mama are cool and all, but why would you tell her about Isaiah?”
“Girl, I honestly just told her that you got a crush on somebody, like you always do! And she was like “is he cute?” And I was like “do you know your daughter? The men are always fine!” And she laughed and that was that.” She shrugs.
“You two are gonna give me grey hair.” Mya shakes her head, beginning to type away at her keyboard.
“Now, I know you FaceTimed me to spill somethin’, so please get on with it.” Mercedes laughs. Her infectious laughter grows as Mya turns her attention back to her best friend.
“Ooh, I knew it!”
“Cedes, be quiet,” Mya giggles,” he asked me to join him for lunch and offered to pay for it! So, we went to Panera and talked. He’s from Texas, by the way.” Mercedes’ mouth falls open.
“I was wrong??”
“You were! I told you, too!” She whisper yells. “He’s from the south, but it ain’t here.”
“Well, I’ll be damned. So, you got you a Dallas cowboy, then, huh?” She says, the look on her face makes Mya wanna hang up on her.
“I really don’t like you.” She tries to hold back the smirk.
“It’s okay! Cause, I really love you!” She cheeses. “And, that’s cute, seriously. He bought you lunch and made you fall in love!”
“I’m not in love!” She laughs.
“What was in that sandwich? Bacon?”
“Mercedes.” Mya calls, it falls on deaf ears.
“That bacon must’ve been extra crispy.”
“It was. Goodbye.”
“Ride ‘em, cowgirl!”  She quickly hangs up, shaking her head.
“That girl is a mess.”
Grabbing her keys, she locks her office door behind herself and heads towards the front of the building to wait for Isaiah, like they’d planned.
“Yeah, she’s great.” He smiles, telling his friend and coworker, Jane, about Mya.
“I knew you two would hit it off. She’s been eyeing you for a while.”
“Well, she wasn’t alone.”
“Don’t I know it. You’ve talked my head about her for months, Isaiah.” She laughs, patting his shoulder.
“That’s what friends are for, right? Don’t I listen to you when you go on and on about uh, whatever his name is, this week?”
She rolls her eyes. “Tell your girlfriend to enjoy you, cause I’ll be killing you, soon.”
He laughs. “Don’t be me like that, Jane Doe. I’ll catch up with you later.” They hug and part ways.
He finds Mya with her head in her phone. He walks over, her eyes locking with his as he approaches her.
“Hey, pretty.” He greets, enjoying the view of her reddened cheeks as she twists her lips up.
“Hey, handsome.”
“Can I walk you to your car?” He offers.
“Sure.” She accepts, allowing him to lead the way, opening the door for her. She mentally checks manners off her list.
“Thank you, Isaiah.” She unlocks the driver side door.
“You’re more than welcome. Before I let you go, I’d like to ask you somethin’.”
She leans against the car door. “What’s up?”
“I been meanin’ to ask you, if you’d like to accompany me to this new spot, Friday?”
Completely taken aback that he was actually asking her out, her immediate yes jumped out, before she could contain herself. Their smiles are identical.
“I would love to. What kind of spot are we talkin’?”
“S’called Tropic. You know, one of those clubs with the disco lights, like we’re still in nineteen seventy-five and the drinks got them tiny umbrellas in ‘em.” He chuckles, rambling on as she dazedly stares at him.
“Sounds like fun.” She cheeses.
“It’s a date, then," grabbing her hand into his own, he softly caresses her skin. “I’m looking forward to it.”
“Me, too.” Her voice came out smaller than she liked. He doesn’t tease her about it. Kissing the back of her hand, he releases her. “I’ll see you tomorrow?”
“I’ll see you tomorrow.” She nods.
Waving goodbye, he heads to his own car, leaving her to slide inside of her own and squeal.
“A date?!”

Passionate and Deeply
~Chapter One~
Y'all might actually hate me for this chapter, but you can let me know what you think.
Just a gentle reminder that this story will eventually become 18+. MDNI please.
If you didn't read the prologue, it's here. Enjoy!
A few days passed, and it was now the end of February. I haven’t seen Ford for a whole week since we met. According to Susan, I just missed him the other day.
I wonder… was he looking for me?
No, it couldn’t be. No one sought after me.
He’s probably busy anyway with his paranormal investigations. He doesn’t have time to think about lil ol’ me.
Nevertheless, he did give me his address and said to stop by whenever I wanted to talk about the paranormal.
I was finished with my work for the day, and we only had like one more hour of sunlight before it was total darkness, so I decided to go visit him. I mean, why not? It’s not like I have anything better to do.
I got all bundled up before heading out the door. As I locked the door, I noted that the icicles around my home appeared to be… moving?
I shook my head and looked at the icicles again, but they were completely still.
Sheesh, I think I’ve been working too long. Now I think the icicles are moving.
Maybe getting out of the house will do me some good.
Thankfully, his home wasn’t too far from mine. But… I did start seeing weird signs shaped as arrows that said, “To the Mystery Shack,” and “Amazing!” as well as “Enter!”
Where did he live, exactly? And why were there so many bizarre signs leading to his home?
By the time I got there, there was a young man sitting on the porch of the home, talking with…
Ford!
He was fully bundled up with a maroon jacket lined with faux fur, and dark jeans with dark brown winter boots.
“There you are, Ford!” I called him, rushing over.
He turned around and raised an eyebrow. “Uh… what? Do I know you, kid?” He asked in a raspy voice.
Oh no! I wonder if he caught a cold? Although, it sounds like he’d been smoking for a while to have that kind of voice. I didn’t notice it during our time at the diner.
“Come on, Ford! It’s me!” I told him my name again. “Don’t tell me you forgot me already!”
“Kid, listen! I told you I don’t know who you are! Now leave us alone and get outta here!” He said in an even rougher tone, and he turned his back to me.
I sighed sadly. I guess he really doesn’t remember…
“Wait a sec, girl dude! Mr. Pines, why are you being so mean to the nice lady? She’s just looking for your brother,” the man on the porch spoke. He wore a dark green jacket, grey sweatpants and black winter boots.
“What…? Brother?” I asked. This man looked identical to Ford!
Twins…?
The man sighed and turned around. “I’m not Ford. My brainiac brother is inside. I’m Stanley Pines, but you can call me Stan,” he introduced.
“And I’m Soos, Mr. Mystery himself! I, along with my wife and grandma, live here with Mr. Pines and his twin brother,” Soos introduced.
I smiled. “Well, it’s nice to meet you Soos… and Stan.”
“You too, girl dude!”
The door then opened, revealing a young woman who appeared to be the same age as me, but she was heavily pregnant. She wore a long sleeved lavender dress that fell to her feet, and white fluffy slippers. She had light brown wavy hair that was pulled up in a ponytail, hazelnut brown eyes, and tan skin.
“Soos? Mr. Pines? Dinner’s ready!” She told them.
“Finally! Thanks Mel,” Stan said, leaving the three of us.
Well at least I found people in my age range. The woman, who I assume is Mel, turned to me. “Oh, hello! Soos, who’s this?”
Soos introduced me to her. “And this is Melody Ramirez, my lovely wife, and soon-to-be mother of my child,” he said.
I smiled. I could feel the love radiating from his words about his wife. He truly loves her.
“Nice to meet you, Melody,” I said.
“You as well,” she said. “Hey! Why don’t you come in for dinner? We’re having meatloaf tonight!”
“Oh… I wouldn’t want to impose…” I trailed off.
“Hey, don’t worry about Mr. Pines,” Soos said my name. “He’s a little rough at first, but he’s one of a kind. Plus, his twin brother is here, which is who you really wanted to see, right?”
I nodded. “Yes…”
“So come in! I’d hate for you to be left out in the cold,” Melody told me.
I smiled and nodded as Soos went in, and I went in after him, instantly feeling much warmer. I took my shoes off, and once I finished, Melody and Soos gave me a strange look.
“What is it?” I asked.
“This isn’t a shoe free home. You can keep your shoes on,” Melody told me as Soos went to the table.
I shrugged. “Mine is. I suppose old habits die hard.”
“As long as you’re comfortable. Come on, let’s get you some food,” she said, guiding me to the dining table.
An elderly woman, who I assume is Soos’ grandmother, happily dished out food, and I saw Stan and Ford side by side, seemingly bickering. Soos was at the head of the table and started eating the food in front of him.
There was meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, kale, broccoli and asparagus. There was a large pitcher in the middle that was steaming.
This truly looks like a feast.
As I approached the table with Melody, I heard what the bickering between Ford and his brother was about.
“But you told me I ought to make some more friends! I finally made another one and you’re irate over it?!” Ford said incredulously.
“Poindexter, I said find a friend, not someone you can fuck around with,” Stan said.
Ugh, he’s one of those guys.
“Ay! Language!” The grandmother scolded Stan. “Not in front of mi bisnieto!”
“Sorry toots,” he told her before turning to Ford. “But I’m serious, Poindexter. If-“
“Um, Mr. Pines-“
Stan cut Soos off. “Not now, Soos! I’m tryin’ to-“
Soos cut Stan off. “But Mr. Pines, she’s right here!” Soos cried.
Both Ford and Stan looked at Melody and myself, and went wide eyed.
“Well… shit,” Stan said.
“Stanley Pines!” Abuelita scolded him.
“Sorry! Sweet Moses…”
Melody turned to me and smiled sheepishly. “I’m sorry about this. It’s normally not this noisy. Or rude,” she told me apologetically.
I shook my head. “No harm done,” I told her.
Melody sat down next to her husband, and Abuelita begrudgingly took a seat next to Stan. Seeing four empty seats, I took the one next to Melody. I wonder why there’s so many?
Actually, Ford did say his niece and nephew visited, so maybe it was for them.
Melody and I dished out for ourselves, and we began eating, along with the rest of the family.
“I just wanted to thank you for inviting me into your home,” I told them.
“Anytime, cariño. It’s nice to see that my granddaughter-in-law has a friend who she can share things with,” Abuelita told me.
Aww, she’s so kind. She reminds me of my own grandmother. I miss her…
“Actually Abuelita, she’s a friend of Ford,” Melody corrected her. “Although I wouldn’t mind being friends.”
“It would be nice to have a girlfriend here, I agree,” I told her.
“Oh? Wow, you must really like her to invite her here Mr. Stanford. Never invite anyone to our home, except that hillbilly man,” Abuelita remarked as she continued eating.
Ford doesn’t appear to trust people. I guess that’s one thing we have in common.
Except that hillbilly man she spoke of. I wonder who he is.
Ford scratched the back of his head. “Why, yes. I believe that she would make a great co- I mean female friend,” he replied.
“Oh, that’s so wonderful!”
“So,” Soos said my name in between bites of his food. “What brings you to our wonderful town?”
I smiled. “I’m here for work,” I told him.
“Yeah, what kinda work you do?” Stan asked.
“Stanley, it’s ’what kind of work do you do?’” Ford corrected him.
“Poindexter I swear if you start with that grammar shi-“ Stan cut himself off when he noticed Abuelita was glaring at him. “I mean that grammar thing, we’re gonna have some problems!”
Ford rolled his eyes as I told everyone what I did for work.
“Oh, so you can travel and still maintain the same kind of work? That’s cool!” Melody said.
I smiled. “Thanks.”
“Listen, let me cut to the chase,” Stan told me. “How long ago did you meet my brother?”
“About a week ago,” I said.
Stan turned to his brother. “Normally I’d be happy for you, Sixer, but I don’t like this,” he told his brother.
“Stanley, why is-“
I drowned out their bickering and quickly finished my food. I thanked Melody, Soos and Abuelita for having me, and Melody went to see me off.
“I’m sorry about that again. You’re always welcome back here… with or without those two.”
I chuckled. “Thanks, Melody. I hope to speak with you further at a later time.”
“Me too. I hope this doesn’t taint your experience of Gravity Falls. It’s a wonderful town, I promise,” she told me as I donned my winter boots again.
“Thank you, Melody. Have a good night. Rest well,” I told her.
“Thanks! See you around,” Melody told me as she waved.
I waved back as I stepped outside, and began trekking home. The wind was cold and bit at the exposing skin on my face.
I knew I should have brought a face cover.
“Wait!” I heard a familiar voice call my name.
I turned around to see Ford running up to me. He caught up to me and gave me an apologetic look.
“I’m sorry for what my brother said about you. He should have never said those demeaning words to describe you,” he told me.
I shook my head. “It was coming from a place of concern, so I understand,” I told him as we kept walking to my home. “I mean… I’d be a little surprised if he was on board with our budding friendship. Honestly… I’m surprised I’m not too young for you.”
Ford raised an eyebrow. “Why would that be a problem?” Ford asked.
I shrugged. “I don’t know. You hear stories about young people like me taking advantage of older people? I think that’s what your brother is afraid of…”
“I’m sure you’re very smart dear, but I am rather intelligent. I would know if you were trying to take advantage of me,” Ford told me.
I gave him a half smile. “That’s the thing, Ford,” I told him. “You can be as smart as Einstein, Newton and Tesla combined, but emotions can cloud your judgement no matter how smart or how dull you are. Maybe… maybe your brother is right. Maybe we shouldn’t pursue this friendship…”
We arrived at my house, and he turned to me. “Is that what you want?” Stanford asked. “Please, look me in the eye and tell me that this is what you want.”
I looked at him, and… I can’t tell him that.
Maybe it’s because I’ve gone without having any close friends for so long, but… I really, really don’t want our budding friendship to end. It’s been so long since I had a friendship that I actually felt good about.
“I-“ I cut myself off.
The chime of the icicles interrupted me. I looked away from him as I saw the icicles come to life. And… I wasn’t going crazy! They really are mice!
“Ahh!” I cried, startled that the icicles turned into mice. We both heard a beeping coming from him. Ford turned around and looked at what I saw, and he breathed a sigh of relief, his breath manifesting in a small bit of mist escaping his mouth.
I looked at him in confusion. How the hell was he not freaking out?
“Well, I finally found it. The anomaly we were looking for,” Ford said, taking out a tablet and taking a picture of the ice-made mice.
What… the hell?
I was absolutely dumbfounded. Was this a part of his paranormal investigations?
“Is that… what?” I said in shock.
This was the first time I heard him genuinely laugh. It was… it was pleasing to hear.
“I’m sorry they gave you a fright. These little guys were what I was looking for,” Ford told me, softly caressing one of them with his index finger. These little icicle mice were rather… affectionate? It rubbed its tiny head against his finger.
“So this is what you do,” I said. “You never answered me in terms of what you did, after all.”
Ford scratched the back of his head. “Ah, that is true. I suppose I do owe you.”
I looked at him expectantly, and he turned a little pink. I looked away in order for him to feel more comfortable. I have been told that my gaze is a little jarring.
“In short, you were right to say that I am a paranormal investigator,” he told me. “I am also a scientist and adventurer.”
I smiled. “Ha! I knew it!” I said, watching the little icicle mice curl up with each other to create one large icicle.
It’s so interesting how… they even exist.
“I just hope… the experience with my brother doesn’t dissuade you from coming to see me again,” he told me. “I meant it when I said you could come and see me whenever you wanted to talk about paranormal topics.”
I smiled at him. “Thank you, Ford.”
He gave me a kind smile in return. My smile dropped, and he gave me a concerned look, almost as if to ask me what was wrong.
“Why didn’t you tell me about your brother when we were in the diner?” I asked.
Ford sighed. “To be frank… I try not to talk about him. Not because I’m ashamed of my brother, but…”
I nodded, gesturing for him to continue.
Ford scratched the back of his head. “Well, perhaps I can tell you at a different time.”
I nodded. “Whatever is most comfortable for you.”
“While I have you here…” Ford trailed off. “Why did you give me the exact change of the bill? Even after you went on that tirade about needing me to be a gentleman?”
I raised an eyebrow. “It most definitely was not a tirade! I said one sentence!” I retorted. “But, with that being said… I would be comfortable telling you that at a different time.”
Ford nodded. “I see. Perhaps instead of you dropping by unannounced, we set a date for when we can speak about our favorite topic,” he told me with a smile.
I gave him a small smile. “At long last, a solution!” I said playfully.
Ford chuckled. “Friday almost always seems to be a good day for spending time with others, if my people watching is anything to go by.”
I chuckled. “This Friday it is,” I told him. “I didn’t realize you were such a stalker, Ford~”
Ford blushed when I said this, and scratched the back of his head.

Zopa zopa zopa
Why the hell do I always do that? I always make people uncomfortable and put my foot in my mouth! This is why I can’t keep any friends! Now this nice man doesn’t even want to meet up anymore.
Thankfully, he did crack a smile and chuckled, which relieved some of my anxiety.
“Goodnight,” he said my name. “Rest well.”
“Goodnight, Ford. You too,” I told him. I waved to him as I went inside and closed my door, and it wasn’t until then that he started walking back to his home.
Also, what the hell was he talking about when he said that house was eerily quiet? That was a lively home!
Whatever. I’ll bust his chops about it later.
For now, I sleep.
