You’re completely enamoured with his smile, so much so that it’s the boys’ running joke. You could be hanging out, the band all together, but at one point you would just always stop partaking in the conversation. Why? Because your eyes are fixated on your boyfriend’s bright smile, those beloved heart-shaped lips, pearly white teeth completely on display. He’s laughing and nearly suffocating from the lack of air, and you’re just sitting there with the dorkiest smile on your face, not planning on taking your sight off of him anytime soon. Not even the boys’ teasing can stop you from doing this, because seeing Jisung so happy and free is better than any medicine or drug.

And honestly, who can blame you when you've seen the same smile fading on a rough day? When you've heard the forced little versions of his laugh? When you've seen those bright eyes filled with tears? Jisungie’s honest smile is and will forever be one of your most treasured sights because then you know he's okay. You know he's happy, having fun and feeling comfortable. You know there's nothing that can stop him then. And no matter how much the boys tease you for it, none of them means it. They all know how precious it is to have Jisung laughing and beaming, and they all know that most of the time you're the reason. So damn, yes, you're allowed to enjoy it and stare as much as you want.

Funny little story for y'all

Once went on a coffee and antiquing date with a guy. He was really nice, none of this is said to disparage him or anything.

So we were chatting about tattoos, he asked about my (unfinished) sleeve. I told him it was based on a poem from the Lord of the Rings books.

"Wow, I've never seen or read Lord of the Rings. I can't imagine liking any media so much I'd want it on my body forever, that's cool."

I asked him about his tattoos. He showed me his favorite.

I was practically weeping, I was laughing so hard in this dingy antique store basement. I couldn't fucking breathe. He was so confused but I somehow managed to communicate "that's from lord of the rings."
