a lot of "why are we hating on fernsong he's a good boy :(" energy pops up whenever people start getting more critical or petty about ivyfern but it's like. no i truly get it. he is her personalityless nothingburger heteronormative husband she was unceremoniously slapped together with for next gen kids, and the fandom LOVES him because of one scene that implies the bare minimum of decent fatherhood (not even shown on screen. doesnt come to fruition) that suddenly means their offscreen relationship is queering up gender norms or whatever and the best leap for feminism in the series. if i was an ivypool stan id be bitter about that too wtf

Keeley blinked. Stared at him for a long moment, like she was trying to determine if Roy was being serious or not. “I don’t now, babe,” she said eventually, “we never really had scones. Never really talked about scones either.” Something in her voice suggested that maybe she thought this was a proper state of affairs, which was obviously fucking nuts and only went to show that her and Tartt’s relationship had been a fucking farce. “Why do you ask?”

“No reason. Just fucking like him, though, innit? Contrary little twat, fucking incapable of being right about a single fucking thing.”

Another long pause. “I didn’t know you felt this strongly about scones.”

Roy grunted. He hadn’t known either, really, but he must be. He was certainly feeling strongly about something.

Had PC Hana go through all kinds of temple shit just to see Jordan's scenes one more time cuz my other PCs were well past it (Loaded a previous save after that. She really is no material for the temple lol). And god...They actually have so much personality in the Kylar manor rescue scenes, and even afterwards.

I found myself feeling bad for them again and reminding myself why I like Jordan so much in the first place (Though Sirris still has me in a chokehold).

The way they can be so expressive in certain occasions. Wincing, getting flustered, being overprotective and sometimes funnily clumsy.

I wish we had more scenes with them, more hints as to why they have their hands tied when it comes to helping PC with some things. They are both an oblivious prick and a huge sweetheart.
