After what felt like forever, you finally got home from your hair appointment. It didn't even take long, just a simple cut and style. But what made it feel like years was the fact that you couldn't wait to show Heeseung. He knew you were going out, but you never said anything about your hair. 

"Hee?" You called out. You heard his footsteps approaching the kitchen and he leaned on the doorframe, a few feet away from you. He looked at you with a smile and came a bit closer, examining your new style.

“When’d you do that?” He put one hand around your waist and used the other to (gently) touch your hair. 

“I just got home, when I said I was going shopping I actually had a hair appointment”

“It’s so pretty baby, it suits you so well” Heeseung pecked your lips and leaned back to get a better look at your hair. 

You could tell he definitely loved it.

Jay Park

“All done! Do you like it?” Your hairdresser asked. You smiled brightly and got out of the chair, thanking her and walking towards your boyfriend who sat on his phone in the waiting area of the salon. 

“Jay,” You called. “I’m all done, how does it look?” 

“He got up out of the chair and smiled. “Beautiful as always. Want me to pay?” You playfully rolled your eyes at his offer and grabbed his hand to walk out of the salon.

“I already paid, don’t worry”

“Then at least let me take you to dinner. You look so beautiful, you have to show it off somewhere!” He pulled you into a soft kiss as you exited the salon.

“Fine, lets go!”

Jake Sim

“Baby, what should we- Your hair!” Jake walked into your bedroom and the first thing he noticed was your freshly cut and dyed hair. Yes, maybe you should’ve told him, but where's the fun in that?

“Do you like it?” You looked up at him while he sat next to you on your bed. He grabbed a chunk of it to take a closer look. It was beautiful on you, the dark red highlights suited your features perfectly. It was just a bit jarring at first, that's all.

“It's so pretty, just caught me off guard” He laughed nervously. He really did love it though. He sat near you properly and continued playing with your hair, while you giggled at his actions.

“So you really do like it?”

“Nuh uh, I loveee it”

Park Sunghoon

“Do you notice anything?” You sat down on the couch near Sunghoon while he was watching some random show. He turned his head towards you and scanned your body a few times, before raising his eyebrow.

“New shirt?”

“You got this for me like three months ago?” You looked at him, your eyes basically saying ‘you can’t be serious’

“I know, it goes good with your haircut,” He smiled.

Your face lit up and you leaned in closer to him. “So you noticed? Does it look good?”

“It looks beautiful angel” He kissed your cheek and leaned back in his seat, going back to watching whatever he was watching while playing with your hair.

Kim Sunoo

“Sunoo, come here!” You yelled for your boyfriend, who was probably already doing his night time routine because he got tired of waiting for you to be done at your hair appointment.

“I'm doing my skincare, come in the bathroom!” He yelled back. You walked in and saw him with a face mask on and his hair tied into a little ponytail on top of his head. “Finally, you’re back! Lemme see your hair”

He turned away from the mirror to look at your hair. “Wow, it’s so pretty! Your bangs frame your face well” He smiled as he ruffled your hair. You hit his hand away from your head and backed up.

“Don’t touch, I just got it done!” 

Yang Jungwon

“Hey babe” Jungwon kissed your lips as you walked through the door. He knew you had just gotten your hair done, so he paid extra care to look at it a bit closer today.

“Your hair looks really nice! She did a good job” He gently twirled a strand around his finger, making sure to not mess up the loose curls your hair was styled into.

“Thank youuu” You smiled “It didn’t take long either, I think I’ll go back next time!”

“You should! That lady really knows what she’s doing, it looks beautiful” He patted your head and led you to the living room, where you guys cuddled and continued talking about your days while Jungwon played with your hair.

Nishimura Riki

“Nishimura Riki, what did you do?!” You shrieked. You knew your boyfriend could be dumb, but not this dumb.

“I’m so so sorry baby, it got in the way and I didn’t notice!” He tried to comfort you and say it didn’t look bad, but he was just making it worse for himself.

You needed some help cutting the tag off of your shirt, and Riki so kindly offered to help. While he was cutting the tag though, he didn't realize your hair had gotten in between the blades of the scissors. Now, your mid-length hair had a nice big chunk taken out of it.

“How do you not notice something like that?! I swear I’m gonna kill you Riki!” 

“Baby please, I’ll take you to the salon right now, I’ll even pay!” He grabbed your hand and caressed the back of it with his thumb to try to calm you down.

“Yea, you will! Let’s go” You basically dragged him out of the house and into the car so he could drive you to your hair salon.

Time skip

“All done! See, it’s not bad, you look amazing with short hair!” You hair dresser complimented as you both walked over to the front desk where Riki would be paying. Once his wallet was drained, he took your hand and you guys left the salon.

“See, I told you! You look so pretty no matter what, but I really like this style on you!” He smiled. You tried your best to not show that you agreed, but he could see the very obvious smile on your face when he complimented you.

“Maybe it wasn’t that big of a mistake!”

-CHAPTER 4-  

  I spent the whole night tossing and turning. How is it possible that Airport Guy was a part of that group? I still didn't had all that clear who my assignment was going to be but if it was him and his group... I was screwed.

    It's not in my plans to fall in love or get into any type of relationship while I'm here, working. But Clarissa always told me that in the matters of the heart, the brain has no say in it. I would be lucky if I was only able to sleep only like 2 hours last night. This is just a great way to start on my first day.

    My alarm rang at exactly 6 AM, and of course I just didn't want to wake up. But I made the effort and got in the shower. When I was washing my hair, the image of Min-Gi popped in my head. His smile was very captivating, I couldn't lie about that. I shook my head, I had to concentrate and focus on what I came here to do. I came to style and work on make up styles for a group that upcoming in the fashion and music industry and could break out big someday. No boy, man or anybody was going to be interfering in the path that I was planning for myself here. I get out of the shower, and wrap myself in a towel to do my skincare. Now that my entire luggage had gotten here, last night at 2 am its when the packages had gotten here, very convenient, all my skincare was here as well. Make up, was next and then the first outfit that was going to set me up for the rest of the year at the very least. I decided to do something a little more business casual so I grabbed a dress up blouse with a black corset, the buttons of the blouse were unbuttoned only the first two, then a pair of dress up pants with a flare cut and my louboutins. A black purse with the essentials that I need for today and headed to get a new sim card. At this point it was already 7:30 AM.

    "Ah, Soo-Jin great you're up. Where can I get a sim card that works in this country?" I said while moving my phone in my hand.

    She was having breakfast at the little isle in the kitchen. "Woah... You look stunning! Uhm, yeah. Just go to the convenience store that's right downstairs and ask for one. And a e-sim, it's just easier that way." She went back to her cereal. Since she was more like a part time employee, and my assistant/roommate, she didn't have to go to work right away and had to go to some classes or maybe she had online classes, I still didn't know.

    "Amazing! Do they speak english? My korean is not that fluent just yet."

    "Yes, the guy at the register should speak english." I look at the time and I have to get going. I mouth a thanks and leave. I take the elevator and go all the way down to the first floor. I say hello to the concierge as I pass him, and head straight to the convenience store.

    Since it was in like the building next door it was easy to locate and not hard at all to find. Since I was already going to buy something, I made my way to get a triangle kimbap and cup of ice with some coffee. It was a really good thing I researched a thing or two before my trip.

    "Annyeonhaseyo." I say to the cashier handing him my items.

    "Ne. Annyeonhaseyo." After that he talk a little bit more in korean and faster which I obviously couldn't understand. I just opened my mouth. "Ah, you must be Soo-Jin's friend. I'm Dong-Won, I'm a friend of Soo-Jin from school." He said in English.

    "Ah good, I'm sorry. It's just that my korean is not that fluent yet. I'm trying to get better." I chuckled in a little bit of embarrasment. "I need an e-sim card that I can activate as soon as possible." I said trying to indicate that I was in a rush but without being too obvious.

    "Sure! It would be 5000 won, cash or card?" He said while making eye contact with me. I couldn't help but notice how handsome he was. The deepest brown eyes, with a type of haircut that just suited him so well, his smile was so contagious.

    "Uhm... cash." I said while looking in my purse and handing him the money. "Wow, this is already cheaper than in the states I tell you." I laughed at my own joke. Stupid.

    "Ha, yeah, I guess so. Well, have a good day." He bagged all my stuff and handed it to me.

    "Well, it was nice to meet you Dong-Won, I'm Y/N. But now I feel I'm officially late for my first day." I started walking out the door while waving at him.

    "Nice to meet you too, Y/N" he waved at me goodbye. I called a taxi on the street, since I didn't have the time to learn how to get there on the subway or bus.

    "KQ Entertainment juseyo." I said in the best broken korean I could. At least the taxi driver understood me and I had enough cash in hand to pay for one. After just ten minutes, we had arrived. "Gamsahapnida" I pay and get out. The traffic here is definitely better than in New York. I let out a sigh and get onto the building for the big day in my adult life.

    "Hi. I need to get my picture taken for my ID badge?" I already knew that this security guard spoke english so that actually helped a lot.

    "One moment please." Again, input some digits in the phone but this time he handed me a card. "This is an entry card. Go to the first office on the left and give it to the person that will give you your ID and take your photo. Then head on to the 10th floor, where Ms. Jung will meet you and start your assignment."

    "Wow, ok thanks." I grab the card and scan it on the entrance turnstiles. I head to the first office on the left, where I'm greeted with yet another receptionist. "Annyeonghaseyo" I hand her the card and she just gestures me to follow her. I just do as I am told here, don't want to ruin things here on my first day. She takes me to a room with a pretty white-ish backdrop and a few lights.

    "Look here and smile" She told me pointing at the camera. Total high school flashback, as if I was back in picture day. But with a pretty great glow-up since then at least. After a couple of minutes, she hands me my ID with one of those stringy clips that you can attach to your clothes. I clipped it to my pants, that way its on display and in reach.

    "Thanks." I didn't exactly knew what to do next so I just headed out towards the elevators, and pressed number 10 to meet with Ms. Jung. But I stopped it from going up when I heard a 'hold the elevator' from the outside.

    It was him. Min-gi. In the elevator, with me. It was just the two of us in here. "Thank you." He said to me shyly. All I could do was just glance him a smile and go back to look at the floor. Why am I so nervous? He's just a guy... whom I am with alone in an elevator. It totally doesn't remind me of nothing at all. "So... You're here. Small world." Sure. It wasn't awkward at all.

    "And you're here. Thanks for the save at the airport, I didn't get a chance to thank you before." I looked up at him and finally made eye contact. His eyes were incredibly beautiful, his smile shines brighter than a million diamonds. His lips look so full and shiny... it just makes you want to kiss them.

    And breaking me from that spell was a little ding. We had arrived to the 8th floor, his floor. "Sure, I guess I'll see you around." Min-Gi got out of the elevator and waved back at me as the elevator doors started closing. I'm not the kind of girl to just daydream about guys I just met. So, this totally caught me off guard. I had arrived to the 11th floor, the styling floor, where I would be a team leader from today on. Ms. Jung was waiting for me at the elevator doors as soon as I was ready to step out.

"Good, I'll be your help and guide for your first day. Since Soo-Jin has to be in school until 2 in the afternoon, I'll be your help until we can find someone else to take over. Now first, we need to come up with a concept for their new comeback..." She was talking and walking with me guiding me through the office while handing me papers. Most of them were translated to english for my sake, and were prettyeasy to follow through.

"That's alright. To follow an idea of what the concept is though, I need to listen to at least a demo." I said to her while writing down some notes on the drawn models I had in my hands.

"That's no issue... just head down to the 8th floor and ask for Hong-Joong, he's the team leader and head producer. He should have some ideas and concepts ready for you. Now this will be your office." She opened the door to a gorgeous, penthouse like office. All decorated to how I would've done it. I was sincerely starstruck.

"Wow. Ok. Tell the boys that I'll need them in the conference room in 20 minutes to take their measurements. And talk styling points." I told Jung.

"Right away Ms. Hart."

"Y/N, please. I don't do formalities like that." I said so she could relax. We looked like the same age anyway so being called Miss, just seems really weird.

"Then, I'm Ji-Hyeon." She said smiling to me while closing the door to my office. My office. I still couldn't believe what I was saying. I sat in my chair and did some twirls before landing on my desk, as happy as I could ever be.

Another updateeeeeee

I tweaked Brandi Broke and her sons: Dustin, Beau, and surprise baby boy you get when you load their household for the first time in the Sims 2 (I always named him Ricky).

I think I'm also going to upload their pink trailer home for you guys as well, that way you can just download everything and go right into game!

My goal for Dustin was to make him look a little awkward: I wanted an Axe body spray and Monster Energy for breakfast kind of vibe, so I hope that was achieved. He is not using face wash, he is cranky and smokes weed in the bathroom lmao. As a tween playing TS2, I always thought Skip and Dustin looked a lot alike, and I wanted that likeness to read.

On the other hand, I wanted Beau to look like a perfect mix of Brandi and Skip (Beau was always my favorite, and I'm a chronic teen Dustin Broke hater I'm sorry lmao). I wanted there to be an even balance of whimsy, gentleness, and melancholy conveyed with Beau. Ricky has a dirty and haphazard look because I think he would be quite the daredevil. In TS2 he is the only child that favors Brandi the most (having her black hair) while having Skip's green eyes. I wanted both of the younger boys to look like they're wearing hand-me-downs that don't fit quite right (not pictured but Beau's shorts are too short, and Ricky's shirt is quite loose and hanging off of his thermal undershirt that matches Beau's socks which I imagine came in a set, but the shirt is too small for Beau now). I also wanted all the boys to have haircuts that look like Brandi is the one cutting their hair.

For Brandi I just opted to make minor tweaks to make her look more unique - the biggest change is the droopier doe-esque eyes, which I think suited her super well, and I updated her hair. Idk what it is about her but I just think she's sooooo pretty.

Waistcoat

It is becoming apparent that 1. our wonderful @coffeedrgn87 can find a prompt in every situation and 2. When a dragon says “please write” a hedgehog scuttles to their write nest as fast as their tiny legs will carry them.

So I present to you “waistcoat” inspired by my sims toddler, my favourite dragon and loosely the @drarrymicrofic prompt “seven”. Teddy centric with background drarry, featuring a genderfluid Teddy.

Seven

Standing in the mirror, Teddy ran through look after look, unable to settle on one for the first time in decades. They were always so sure of themself, always knew what they wanted to look like on any given day. Whether it was short hair or long, masculine features or feminine, dresses or suits, they always knew what they needed.

Except for today

What were you supposed to wear, supposed to look like, for the double funeral of the only parents you had ever known.

They could hear them both in their head, whispering their advice.

“Comfortable and casual,” Harry would say. “No use looking good if you don’t feel it.”

“Suave and sophisticated,” was Draco’s motto. Teddy didn’t think they had ever seen Draco in a pair of jeans, let alone trainers.

Suddenly, as if their fathers had placed the idea into their head, Teddy knew what to wear. Turning to his closet he pulled out a freshly pressed shirt and his favourite waistcoat, along with his comfiest jeans and the trainers Harry had bought him only last month.

Let people say what they liked, Teddy knew that it was what their fathers would have wanted, and that was more than enough for them.

Six

Teddy stood tall at the front of the Church, trying not to let his emotions get the best of him before the ceremony had even started.

But, afterall, it wasn’t every day that you got to officiate your grandchild’s wedding.

He had given himself a tidy haircut today, a silvery blonde so as not to take attention away from the brides. Between that and the emerald eyes he had chosen, he could have passed as the son of the two men seated in the front row. He could tell that they had already noticed, Draco rubbing Harry’s back as the latter attempted to stem his tears.

Teddy and Draco shared a smirk. It seemed that Harry would never grow out of his emotions after all.

A quick check of his watch told him that he had a few more minutes, so he left his post to approach his fathers.

“One last check?”

Draco chuckled, reaching forward to straighten Teddy’s waistcoat and bowtie just as he had so many times before. Harry managed to refrain from ruffling Teddy’s hair, settling for a hand squeeze and “Go get ‘em tiger,” before Teddy returned to the altar, just in time for the procession to begin.

Five

Oscar chuckled as Teddy ran to their closet and began rifling through their waistcoats.

“It’s a hospital, love. No one will expect you to wear a waistcoat.” He ran his hand down his lover’s back. “In fact I’d say they’ll be expecting just about anything but a waistcoat.”

Teddy huffed a laugh as he pulled out his favourite, a deep blue with tiny emerald flecks. “Well, then they don’t know me very well, do they?”

Oscar pulled them closer to him, pressing a kiss to their hair. “I suppose not.”

Teddy kissed their husband, soft and slow, before retreating to the bathroom to get ready.

After all, it wasn’t every day that you met your first grandchild.

Four

Teddy was pottering around the house, tidying here, dusting there. It had been a while since she had had a day as free as this one, and she was enjoying the peace.

The children were at Hogwarts and Oscar had left that morning on some mysterious errand, leaving her to her own devices. Teddy didn’t always enjoy being on her own, but she had needed it today.

Now, however, she had had enough of her own company and was eager for her husband to come home.

As if her thoughts had summoned him, the Floo flared bright green, dying back down to reveal her husband, a satisfied smirk playing across his lips.

“And just what have you done?” Teddy tried to play it straight, to restrain her laughter, but to no avail. She allowed Oscar to sweep her off her feet and dance her around the room, both giggling all the while.

“I brought you a present,” Oscar said eventually, letting go of one of Teddy’s hands to reach into his pocket.

“Maybe I should have asked first,” he said nervously, “but I wanted to give you something that you didn’t expect.”

“I’ll love anything you get…me…” She trailed off as she pulled the paper away to reveal her gift.

Nestled in the folds of tissue paper was the softest, prettiest waistcoat she had ever seen. But more than that, it was cut differently than her others; more generous in the chest, tailored in at the waist.

“Is this-”

“I thought you should have one for every version of you,” Oscar replied softly, gently wiping her tears away.

Forever after Oscar would tease her for the fact that her first words were “I bet even Draco doesn’t have one of these.”

Three

Teddy looked down into Anna’s perfect little face, unable to believe that someone so perfect was theirs. There would always be a part of them that mourned the first three weeks of his daughter’s life, but she was safe now and they and Oscar were going to love her forever.

The door opened softly behind him, and Teddy didn’t need to look away from his daughter to know who it was.

“With her blonde hair and pointy chin, anyone would believe she’s your actual grandchild.”

Draco knelt beside the rocking chair and reached out to run a finger down the baby’s face.

“She is my actual grandchild. You of all people should know that blood doesn’t equal family.”

Teddy huffed a laugh. “True.”

Draco stood for a moment, before kneeling back down, a tiny garment now in his hands.

“I thought she should have one, since you did.”

Two

Teddy had known from the time she was fifteen that she would be wearing a dress at her wedding. Before then, she had wavered between a pretty dress and her beloved waistcoats. But watching her Aunts Pansy, Ginny and Luna sway together at their wedding, each in their own perfect dress, had made up her mind.

Whether Draco liked it or not, Teddy would have the swishiest, softest dress she could find. She had expected Harry to object too, to extol the virtues of a comfy pair of jeans and loose shirt, however he had been her staunchest advocate.

So here she was, a father on each arm, her unruly blonde hair cascading down her back as her dress floated around her feet with each step down the aisle. Oscar stood under the Wealey’s biggest tree, eyes shining suspiciously as Teddy approached. There had been a time where she had doubted this could ever happen, doubted anyone would ever love all of her. But Oscar loved her in a way she had only ever associated with her fathers — quietly, unconditionally, and all-encompassing.

Later, Teddy thanked Merlin for Pensieves, as the whole ceremony seemed to pass in a blur. Before she knew it they were back in the Burrow, rose petals clinging to her hair from over enthusiastic relatives, wrapped up in the tightest hug she had ever received. She let herself sink into Oscar’s embrace, let herself feel every emotion running through her veins. She hadn’t known what to expect in this moment, but it was more than she could have ever imagined.

After both a second and an age, Oscar pulled back, leaving a final kiss on her hair. “I got you something for the party,” he said, running a hand down Teddy’s cheek. “You don’t need to use it, but, well, I thought you’d like the option, at least.”

Stepping aside, Oscar waved to the bed behind him, upon which was laid a pair of wash-worn jeans and the most exquisite waistcoat Teddy had ever seen.

“I know you know this, but I wanted you to really know, today of all days, that I love all of you. The good, the bad, the serious, the silly. The femme and the masc.” Teddy reached out to wipe the tears off her husband’s face.

“I know, silly. And I love all of you too, even the sappy bits.”

Later on, Teddy would dance with her new husband in her soft, swishy dress. But she would bid her parents goodbye in her brand new waistcoat, just as she had on each September 1st.

One

Teddy rifled through his trunk, searching for the perfect first-day-at-Hogwarts outfit. Harry had set out his comfiest jeans and favourite t-shirt, but it just didn’t feel right. He would be meeting the people that he would spend the next seven years with, he needed to make the right impression.

The best impression.

Teddy was so focused on finding the right outfit, he wasn’t aware of the giant mess he was making behind him — nor of the two men leaning against his doorway.

“What’cha up to, Teds?”

Teddy squealed, jumping back to glare at his Godfather, who was trying to hide his own snickers in Draco’s shoulder.

“Trying to find a suitable ensemble for tomorrow,” he replied with all the gravity he could muster.

“Oh, Merlin, he’s definitely your kid,” he heard Harry mutter, which he thought was quite rude. If he was anyone’s kid, it was Harry’s. The fancy certificate in Harry’s office said so.

“What’s wrong with the clothes I got out for you?” Harry asked. “I thought you liked those clothes.”

“I do, for everyday wear.” Teddy was careful to emphasise the correct words, as he had heard Draco do many times. “Draco says you need to dress to impress.”

Teddy was pretty sure there were tears coming out of Harry’s eyes now, which he thought was a bit ridiculous. Sure, Teddy didn’t want to wear the clothes Harry had chosen, but he didn’t think that warranted crying.

Before he could step in, however, Draco had stepped into the room. “Right, let’s find you the best September 1st outfit, shall we?”

In the end, they all settled on a compromise. The next day Teddy boarded the train in his comfiest jeans and favourite waistcoat, and continued to do so for the next seven years.

Zero

Teddy burbled happily on the baby mat, blissfully unaware of the argument happening above him.

“He’s a baby,” Harry hissed. “He needs to be comfortable, not wear that…monstrosity.”

“Monstrosity?” Harry quickly shushed Malfoy, lest Teddy startle and begin to cry. “I’ll have you know that this is the finest infant waistcoat in London! Not that you’d know anything about style, Potter.”

“He’s six months old! He won’t care what he’s wearing!”

“No, but I do!” Malfoy’s gaze softened slightly. “I know you don’t like me, Potter, but the fact is that Teddy and I are related, and Andromeda wanted him to have as much family in his life as possible. I promise I won’t teach him the Dark Arts or anything.” His last words were more rueful than Harry had expected, and he snapped his gaze up to meet Malfoy’s.

“I know you won’t,” he replied softly.

“Additionally, you may be the Saviour, Potter, but you are still an eighteen year old boy. The Wizardgamot needs to believe you can look after Teddy, and thus he must be well-dressed for his Adoption Hearing.”

“I highly doubt some old Wix will care what a six month old is wearing, but fine. He can wear the waistcoat.”

Malfoy preened.

“But, I get to choose the bottoms.”

Fantastic idea. Let's give it a shot! I would love to see if a creator could and would be able to create a maxis-match classic Ballet Workout Set. Including two simple Tutu's one classic short the other one long. A classic leotard, wrap top, wrap skirt, ankle leg warmers as well as a pair of thigh high ones. All in classic ballet colors black, white and pink. ;) Nothing fancy! If the creator wants some examples what I mean I could provide pics. But that would be so dope! ❤️

#SSSWish I'm half Filipino, but I hardly see any Filipino content in the Sims Community. I would love to own a Maxis Match Barong or Maria Clara dress for formal events in the game. I think it would be a great way to add more representation in the game, especially when I know there are a handful of PilAms and Pinoy players. #SSSWishlist hello! I would love if cc creators can consider making more patterns for Kimono/Yukata (traditional Japanese clothing). I find the in-game versions kinda bland, and there are not many floral Kimonos even though its commonly seen in Japanese festivals. Would appreciate if there's Japanese hairstyle cc with big flowerly accessory to pair with the Kimono too! Same for the male Yukatas, just not floral print maybe. If it's not too much, children's version is also appreciated!

For the SSS Wishlist, I would Love to see a set of three to four hairstyles, all with the same texture. My wish is to have more swatches for the snowboard and skis. If there could be more LED designs, interesting designs and the swatches for kids for T-E boards. It would be great.

The other wish would be to have more Kimono designs in Maxis Match and/or recolors with more patterns. There are so many patterns that I have seen while looking at real life kimonos and there are so many patterns, styles and colors that are missing in the game.

This seems like a fun idea! What I have been wanting for ages (like since TS2 era ages) is a hair style that completely covers one eye, like Violet at the start of The Incredibles. Most of the peekaboo bangs hairs I've seen are a little *too* stylish and I mostly just want one where someone is clearly trying to cover up half their face with it.

#SSSWish - I would love to see a someone put together clothing that accurately reflects the Starfleet uniforms seen on the television shows, "Star Trek: The Next Generation" (collar version), "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" (colored shoulders) or the later movie uniforms (grey shoulders w/ colored undershirt). I've seen people asking for these uniforms for quite some time now, and I think, if done well, they could be a popular download. A separate chest combadge accessory would be nice too.

Hey there, that #SSSWish thing is a super cool idea! I do have a wish too - I would love to see the EL utility jumpsuit converted for male framed sims. It can be unlocked by creating an override and unchecking the frame restrictions in S4S, but then the body changes to a female frame. So if anybody out there could do that properly, I'd be extremely grateful :3

#SSSWishlist i know i already saw some people here ask for more yukata/kimono swatches here and i would like the say i really do think we need them (not just for the adults but the younger ages too, id like for the toddlers kimono not to have the hifu? vest as well but that sounds more complicated). 

BUT for my wish i would like to see some proper tabi socks in the game, for all ages + genders, and also for the geta sandals to be made available for children and toddlers. My Super Secret Wish is a mod, or even a tweak of an existing mod, that stops toddlers from shying away from hugs they ask for during the “Check Toddler” interaction. It is *so* irritating to see a toddler respond to a❓with a ❤️ and open arms then step back, often with a 💔, and push the adult away. I’ve tried to stop it with MCCC but no luck.

One of my favorite parts of the game is creating a restaurant or a vet clinic, but the employees are impossible to keep satisfied and they all eventually quit. It would be nice if there was a way to keep them permanently satisfied, or at least make it easier. There is a mod for this but it is extremely outdated and doesn't work anymore. If anyone could update it or make a new one that would be great! 😁

I was hoping someone could create an edit of the Snowy Escape female shirt with the turtle neck underneath and open/unbuttoned shirt, here is a link. If they could make it so that the turtle neck and shirt can be different colours, like having the turtle neck have an option under accessories to change colours that overrides the original turtleneck’s colour would be amazing! Hi ! There is quite a few things I’d like, but I narrowed it down to three “small” things:

- An accessory top with a high neckline and no sleeves - just to hide cleavage - maybe with some lace at the edge ? and several grey and pastel colors please.

- Some accessory prints for shirts, like those tukete has, maybe some aimed at kids and toddlers too ?

- Makeup for kids. Some people let their kids wear makeup in real life, but adult cc makeup don’t look right on kids, so if anyone is interested in trying… I’d like eye-shadow and lipstick, with some discreet options (but you can go all out too of course).

Hello! i’m not sure if its just my game bugging but the male child tiny living hair is broken and i don’t know where to start on fixing it. i tried to find a fix online but found nothing. in my game the hairline for that hair is so bad and its unfortunate cause it used to be my fav child hair. if someone that mods or makes cc could fix it or make a default replacement, i would forever be grateful.

My wish is for a mod that allows you to select a sim that's in a pose and make them take a picture without having to come out of their pose and go to the camera. What I would really like is just something cute for boys! Hello! This #SSSWish is such a fun idea~ Personally, I'd love if someone updated the Plantsims mods that have broken over the numerous updates. Like, G1G2's Revamped Plantsims, Triplis' Plantsim Interactions, and Simonch8's No Cooldown & Trait mods. I've always loved Plantsims since Sims 2 & 3 days, but my knowledge of modding (and especially updating mods) is near nonexistent, so I can't do this myself. #ssswish This is such a lovely idea! There are so many fun wishes! What I’d like to have (and I think would also be useful for other Simmers) is a wedding themed recolor of the “large pile of presents.” I usually put one of those piles in my wedding venue so that the bride and groom can “open presents” together. But the colors that are on the original are not what you usually see on presents at weddings. (I usually opt for the one that is mostly purple, since purple and lavender are my favorite colors.) What I’d like to have are recolors in white, white/gold, and white/silver. Maybe some white/pastels (especially lavender, pink and blue. The white/pastel recolors would also be nice for having a party that you call a “baby shower” especially if yellow and light green were also available. That kind of party isn’t in the game, but it should be!)

I don’t see the #SSSwish I submitted on your public list (I forgot to use the hashtag before) so I’m submitting it again. I would love to see a mod, or tweak of an existing mod, that stops toddlers from pulling away from a hug after they asked for one in response to a Check Toddler. The toddler will hold up its arms with a ❤️ in the speech bubble then step back and refuse the hug, and the relationship takes a hit. I tried MCCC’s tuner to stop it but it didn’t work.

i would love some…chinese cc haha! With snowy escape there’s more build items that can be used, I’ve noticed there tends to be a lot of Japanese inspired cc even before that pack, but not a lot of things from other parts of Asia, especially ancient cultures or cultural items like instruments (decor), clothing, furniture (lohan beds), etc. I’ve gone looking but most of what I’ve found is locked behind chinese-only forums and is usually alpha…I just think it would be cool to see some mm stuff from other places esp as fandoms get more globalized

This is an absolutely fantastic idea! I haven't been able to look around lately but I noticed that most rings/hand accessories aren't compatible with SkinDetail eyelashes. My wish is exactly hand accessories, specifically wedding rings, which don't conflict with SkinDetail eyelashes. It may be helpful to know that plumbobteasociety managed it in their RRS pack. Summary: In which Elias and Peter make a bet and Jonathan Sims is courted by both the Eye and the Lonely. 

“Archivist giving you trouble?”

Elias’s fingers are at his temple, his eyes closed in what could be called contemplation but is more likely irritation. Peter’s not fond of the woman, quite the opposite, but her ability to rile the man up is unparalleled. He can respect that.

“Should’ve offed her long ago, I say. Getting on in years, isn’t she?”

“And aging me right along with her,” Elias grouses, letting out a much aggrieved sigh. “It’ll be a while yet, but I do have plans for her.”

“And someone else, I see.” Peter’s eyes scan over the files on his desk- personnel files, each with an attached photo. He snatches one from the stack before Elias can protest and makes a show of squinting at the page. “Jonathan Sims. Bit young for you.”

The photo shows a young man barely out of college and desperate to be taken seriously, judging by his haircut and ill-fitting blazer. The flash must have caught him by surprise- he looks disgruntled and confused, eyes squinting ahead. It would almost be endearing to anyone who wasn’t Peter. “Well, he’s more to your tastes than Gertrude ever was. Best of luck.”

“Enough!” Elias hisses as he grabs the folder from his hands with surprising intensity, those cold, strange eyes narrowed in contempt. His gaze lingers on the file for a moment, staring down at the attached photo as if it reveals something Peter can’t see. Oh, this is a serious contender. Peter wonders what makes him so special. It’s an idle, curious thought; Elias rarely displays such cageyness, preferring instead to keep his cards close to his chest with a knowing smirk. It’s insufferable.

“Tetchy about this one,” he comments, watching as Elias carefully slots the file underneath the others, as if to guard it from Peter. “Any particular reason?”

Elias tenses for one brief, almost imperceptible moment, shoulders encased in a crisp, tailored suit rising at most a centimeter but Peter sees it. Elias has his eyes but for all his lonely solitude Peter can read people. He can find weak spots and exploit them, tiny insecurities laid bare and magnified. And then Elias relaxes, leaning back slightly in his chair as his eyes flicker to Peter’s with a contemplative smugness. There he is. “He’s afraid of spiders.”

That’ll do it.

“Special indeed.” Peter whistles lowly. The Mother’s not to be taken lightly. He can see the draw; few are marked by the web, and even fewer escape with their life. He wonders why she let this one go; from the one photo he’d seen, Jonathan Sims looked utterly unremarkable, which makes him all the more intriguing. Perhaps he should pay him a visit. Recent college graduate, taciturn countenance. Knowing Elias’s predilection for orphans and loners, the boy has little to no social connections. The Institute has always attracted these types, though he risks the ire of its head if he claims it as a hunting ground.

His face must reveal his musings, for Elias’s own hardens. “Whatever you’re thinking of doing,” he says, each word with a clipped precision. “Don’t.”

“You think so little of me,” Peter laughs, raising his hands in a conciliatory gesture. Always suspicious, that man. Rightly so. “I would never interfere with any of your plans.”

He can feel the Watcher’s gaze as he strolls through the halls, taking his time to peer in doorways and flash a pleasant smile at the confused staff. He does not run into Jonathan Sims, nor did he expect to. Elias’s irritation is a satisfaction all its own.

For now.

There is a man in the courtyard. 

Objectively, this courtyard is open to anyone, be it staff or guests of the Institute. Objectively, it’s a rare, beautiful day and people should take advantage of it. Objectively, Jon doesn’t have a ‘spot’ he can claim for smoking and insist on being alone. But Jon’s scowl and the wafting scent of cigarette smoke is usually enough to drive people away. 

But this time, there is a man in his spot. Jon is not pleased with this development.

He’s tall, stocky in the way a middle-aged man usually is, though there seems to be some muscle lurking underneath his baggy coat. Is he some sort of vagrant? He’s pale, unhealthy so, and it puts Jon on edge. 

But that’s not the most irritating thing about him. That honor goes to his whistling. 

Jon takes his smoke break at precisely ten each morning. Ten. Who whistles this early? Certainly not any sane person. No, that’s an activity best left for mid-afternoon or dusk. Mornings are for silence and work, not playtime. This is obscene.

So why, pray tell, does he still go to his spot? He could easily sit on the bench in the center, there’s no one there this early, no one to bother with his little vice. But habits are hard to break, and Jon’s a man who likes routine. He doesn’t want people thinking he can be pushed around. So he walks over, trying to ignore the shiver he gets in the midmorning sun on a perfectly temperate day. Jon doesn’t meet the man’s eyes as he moves closer and despite his trepidation, something is starting to put him at ease. His scent is so familiar, cold and crisp like the foggy mornings of his childhood. His grandmother’s house, not so far from the sea. It brings a sharp pain to his chest as much as it soothes him; she passed months ago and despite their distant relationship, it’s still a sort of grief. Perhaps he didn’t visit her enough in the end. She didn’t deserve to die alone.

Breaking himself from his maudlin thoughts and taking his place at the wall, Jon fishes a cigarette from his pack and lights it in a smooth, practiced motion. The nicotine soothes his fried nerves and he can almost ignore the man in that old jacket whistling some jaunty tune and trespassing in his spot. There’s no greeting, no nod of acknowledgment. Jon smokes his cigarette to the stub until it's acrid odor all but wipes away that familiar scent, and he leaves.

He finds himself humming all afternoon.

Jon’s an interesting fellow.

Peter can see the remnants of the Web clinging to his shoulders in an almost possessive shroud. The Mother is usually more subtle, but this one screams mine, mine. Elias will have his work cut out for him, that’s for sure. But his machinations have always bordered on unnecessarily complex- the man enjoys a challenge. Enough time under the Watcher’s gaze and you’ll start to think it home. 

And yet the man still calls to him. There’s a vulnerability in the way he holds himself, how he stubbornly clings to his little spot and yet makes himself small. There’s Lonely in him, Peter can feel the itch of it in his skin. He could snap him up quite easily if he tried. But he’s always favored a longer game when he can find it; it brings so much satisfaction to see a soul slowly eaten away until it fades, unremembered and bereft. There’s a quiet dignity to it, and Jon would wane so beautifully.

On his third visit, Jon breaks his silence.

“Why are you here?”

He’s got a pleasant voice, if a bit posh. Jon thinks it probably makes him sound older, but he’s yet to land on a confident enough tone. He’ll get there one day. In any case, he’ll be perfect for reading statements. Another point to Elias. 

“No idea what you mean,” he replies with a smile and he can see the boy is startled. He clearly wasn’t expecting a cheery answer, which Peter finds a bit insulting. He’s not that rude. “Just taking in the fresh morning air like yourself.”

“I’m smoking.” Jon waves his cigarette as if Peter had yet to see it. “In what world is that fresh?” 

“Suppose I’m used to it,” he shrugs, leaning more casually against the wall and meeting Jon’s intense gaze. It’s heavy, though not so much as Elias’s is. You’ve got the Eye in you yet. He’s had practice with these types. “Sailors are fond of cigarettes, when they can get them.”

“Is that why you smell?” Jon blanches, as if realizing the rudeness of his question. Peter pauses, unsure of what he means. He’s showered, he’s not dirty. “I-I mean, it’s just- you remind me of the sea, is all.”

The words make him freeze. He shouldn’t be able to pick up on that, Peter’s been careful not to slip too far into the fog. He’s perceptive. Peter doesn’t usually like being seen, or in this case, smelled, but Jon’s an interesting case. He wonders how he’d fare on the Lonely’s shores.

“Smoking kills, you know.” He ignores Jon’s question, relishing the way his eyes narrow. “Nasty habit.”

“Hear secondhand’s just as bad,” he replies with a snarl, dropping his cigarette and stamping out the dying embers with a scuffed brown shoe “So maybe you should find another spot to loiter.”

“You’re right.” He abruptly turns to leave, not sparing a glance back in Jon’s direction. Best to keep him on his toes. It’s a cloudy day and Peter’s feeling quite hungry. For once he has business that keeps him in the city, why not have a little fun in the meantime? 

His phone vibrates in his pocket. It’s a text he won’t answer. He never does, and to be quite honest, he doesn’t really know how.

Elias Bouchard: What are you playing at?

Peter chuckles to himself, slipping the phone back into his coat. 

What indeed.

It’s been like what, three weeks? Yeah. I wasn’t really in the mood for doing this.  Tired, stressed out, sad, lonely...senior year is a blast for sure :D 11/10 would recommend.

Speaking of loneliness...I’ve recently mentioned it a lot but I’ll just say it again. Lately I feel so alone and sort of disconnected from everyone here, I don’t know why. I’ll admit one thing - I guess I’m even kind of jealous, I see all those simblr friendships and then look at myself and wow. I don’t really talk to anyone, do I. A few people from time to time. I mean, I’m a dumbass, so I’m not really surprised but...anyway. Please continue commenting, keep sending your reactions, asks, anything, you’ll make my day. Also, ships. I want to have ships with other people but I’m too afraid to ask. If you want to ship your sim with my sim, you’ll have to take the first step because I’m an anxious dumbass :D

On another (much better) note, I’ve finished working on the first arc of Regan’s storyline. I don’t know when you’ll see it since the queue is so slow (I might speed it up in a month or so), but yeah. I’m there and ooh boy. Stuff is happening. You might hate me for what I did. But maybe not. Just saying. I kinda want to scream about it already.

TL;DR: I’m an anxious dumbass who loves comments and wants to make some friends. The first arc of Regan’s storyline is finished.

I was so happy when I posted this because damn, I love her so much. I wish I could give her a story, but that’s impossible because I already have a lot on my plate. Like I always say (well, like I’ve been saying since the quads), never do big generations. I guess I would enjoy seeing her in someone else’s game though. Someone’s heir’s spouse or something. Hmmm. 🤔

I've actually spent years trying to get which is my favorite fairy only to realize it's always been Bloom�� I can't even say why

And the first 4 seasons definitely were the best - the villains and stories were cooler and stuff and I remember how thrilled I was to watch the fairies' Entchantix (was it called so? ) transformation for the first time

Guys you have no idea how much I love these reactions because when I was growing up, people made fun of me for loving this show. I was scared it would backfire here as well. And it didn’t, yay! :D

I used to love Bloom when I was little. Then in middle school, Tecna became my favourite. I could somehow relate to her, I don’t know. She was kinda different and weird, I’m kinda weird too, I felt like they often overlook and ignore her, same here, she was into computers, I was into computers, etc. I even wanted to have her original haircut because I loved her so much :D You know, the one from season 1-4, the one so similar to that Fitness SP hair (which I used here).

As for seasons, my favourite was definitely season 4, I looooved the idea of Earth fairies, not to mention the villains were so cool too. Same with Valtor in season 3. Damn. I’m not thirsty for cartoon villains, I swear. But like if they were real people, they’d look so good. After season 4, things went super downhill, but I was still watching it because I had hope it could get better again. Nope. It didn’t. Still, it can’t take the good memories of the first four seasons away.

Man, I could ramble about this forever :D

I knew this was going to happen sooner or later. I got a few more asks about this but I didn’t post them because I’d reply the same thing. I just DON’T KNOW when the save is coming back, stop asking, anons! It’ll happen at some point. But yeah, I kinda saw it coming, because I’ve posted ts4 for so long, it was fun, gen 6 right now isn’t very fun. I mean it. I’m not happy with the beginning of it, but I know it’ll get better.

Thank you guys for your words. I think this is important for every simblr out there: Post whatever you want. It’s your blog, your game. People might like something more, but in the end you have the final decision. If you want to switch to ts3 because you love ts3, go for it! Maybe some people will leave but eh. Whatever. You don’t need people like that anyway, right?
