Once again based (so loosely) off THIS Derry Girls scene. This takes place when Odette and Sacheo first go to Ishgard in search of a missing Yein. At this point, Odette has been following a very familiar moth which led her first to Sacheo, Yein's brother, and then both of them to Lia's front door. They had no meeting scheduled nor letter of introduction but Odette was simply so bubbly and insistent that Lucca had to acquiesce. And so our unlikely duo found themselves before the Lady Lia Amelune. Rough start. (Lucca is Lia's man servant. You can see him standing at the door in shot 3!)

All she can say is that the days following the events at the Royal Menagerie were long and bitter, her friends and allies distanced, and she had never felt more alone. She cannot speak of those weeks spent talking with Fordola. How churlish they were at first, riling each other up with insults and curses. How quick the hatred and the loathing was to rise… and how easily it fell away. They have too much in common, their backgrounds with Garlemald an unexpected mirror of each other. It doesn’t take much for Echo and Resonant to resonate and the memories to flood each other’s minds. To walk in another’s shoes is one thing. To wander through their past with an open invite is another altogether. Her past has remained buried for so long, the truth is addictive. With Fordola, she is at her most honest. With Fordola, she is free.

I've always thought of home. Not the place, the concept. What makes something a home for someone? is it the place they were born? the place they grew up? can you have more than one home? Not knowing where i came from, whether my roots lie within the storied history of ala mhigo and gyr abania, or the pirates of la noscea, or even a third option i've yet to consider has led me to not know where my home is for a very long time, a cold yearning for the concept to be in my heart Of recent however i came to realise something. Home is none of those things. It isn't where you grew up, or where you were born, its where you choose to be. Surrounded by people you care for. Friends or family found or blood related, or the person(s) you love Home can be anywhere, with anyone. And you can have many homes is what i've surmised, being surrounded by unique individuals i feel honoured to call my friends and family -Haellen Orestes

This honestly started as a little "Gpose with a bunch of NPC's or my own OC's haellen is canonincaly friends with and have a collection of nice pictures to go with a nice quote" but i kinda realised pretty quickly i was short on numbers for NPC's and personal OC's in some locations (which is funny considering one of them was the place she had spent most of her life) so i had to pull in some friends OC's. maybe i'll do some alternate shots with some friends OC's
