Louis Cartier, who boasted of his extraordinary sense, left behind numerous legacies. The design using platinum, which was rarely used before, revolutionized the jewelry world. Shinsegae Department's Centum City branch in Busan is the biggest. After construction is completed, the Gwangju branch will become Korea's second biggest department store. It will be called Gwangju Shinsegae Art & Culture Park, and construction will start next year. Shinsegae Department Store announced Wednesday it will build additional facilities on a 132,230-square-meter area next to the venue. It is currently on a 37,000-square-meter piece of land. The Shinsegae Department Store in Seo District isn't considered a mega shopping mall, but it will be expanded to become one. The company announced in July a mega mall project on a 310,000-square-meter (3.3-million-square-feet) plot of land in Buk District, Gwangju. Hyundai Department Store is also planning to build a mega shopping mall in the city. Kang Gi-jung, the current Gwangju Mayor, also promised one for the city while running in local elections in June. President Yoon Suk-yeol pledged a mega mall in Gwangju during his election campaign in March. Gwangju is the only major city in Korea that doesn't have a mega shopping mall, and that fact has become a political issue. "We will do our best to finalize creating a construction master plan and go through necessary administrative procedures so we can start construction," said Im Young-rok, CEO of Shinsegae Property, at a press conference Wednesday. A specific timeline for construction wasn't presented. A water park and an entertainment center, where visitors can play sports and games, will be built at the venue. Around 300 brands will open their stores in the Starfield mall. COEX in Gangnam District, southern Seoul, and other Starfield malls are some examples. Mega shopping malls are bigger than regular malls and department stores, having various facilities, such as theaters, restaurants, outdoor parks and hotels. The mall, tentatively called Starfield Gwangju, will be built in the Seo District, Gwangju, near the Eodeungsan Tourist Complex, according to the Emart subsidiary. It also comes with a premium cinema for kids and popular eateries such as Lobster Bar and Nakwon Tesando.A rendering of Starfield Gwangju Shinsegae Property is building a mega shopping mall in Gwangju, joining the race to develop retail of scale in the city. The complex has Sports Monster, a facility where visitors can enjoy about 30 different sports such as basketball, volleyball and indoor climbing. Visitors can enjoy Aquafield, a combination of Korean spa and waterpark, and a separate kids-friendly seawater premium swimming pool called Kids Splash. The pet-friendly shopping complex also provides pet owners a special playground for their pets.

Starfield Anseong that is jointly invested by Shinsegae Property and U.S. Shinsegae is officially opening its fourth Starfield shopping mall complex in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province, after two days of preopening, making its name as the largest shopping theme park in southern Gyeonggi area, according to the company. Minie, your bio says you are an actor. Anything in which we can see you? And if you don't mind me asking, how are your co-stars reacting to your gainings? Did they say anything to you?
Oh wow. I am getting quite a lot of questions and I love it! I didn't think you guys would be that interested but I am happy to share.
I am actually both an actor and a model! So you have probably seen me advertising for some well known brands before like Fila, Louis Vuitton, Hyundai and many more. *cough* I love the food ones the most though. Especially when McDonalds casted me for their new sauces and burger. I purposfully 'forgot' my lines just so that I'd get a new burger and could bite into it again.

As for my acting, it also involves a lot of companies for which I show my visuals rather than full blown movies. I have acted in a few shows and a few movies such as the special Lotte Duty Free show, but I wouldn't say I am a big acting celebrity, hehe~
I'm like that annoying face and voice you keep hearing if you have to wait during a commercial break that tries to sell you all kinds of things, thats why people know me so much. My co-workers are more into acting, really.
As for my co-workers, most of them are funnily enough my best friends, so I hang out with them a lot. They don't mind me gaining and mostly even try to feed me because we just kind of do that to each other with good food! You might even know one of my friends! His name is Kim Taehyung, he has played in a very popular Kdrama before called Hwarang and also is a very good singer.
But yeah we will see! My manager isn't all too happy about my gaining though. (no one can stop me though mwahaha~)
it just amuses me to no end that bts have song tracks for games (heartbeat, a brand new day, all night, dream glow) and commercial ads (lotte dury free: you're so beautiful, hyundai iconiq, ks telecom (ft jessi), coca cola, k'hawah, etc.) that slap so hard that they could pass as album tracks

How BTS enjoyed their rest on the set (archive)
A video of the boys unboxing the phone was posted on Samsung Korea’s channel. Haru Haru posted the English translation: #1, #2, #3, #4, #5
They quickly appeared in a video at the Galaxy Unpacked August 2020 to unbox the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2. A picture of RM could also be seen earlier in the show. A longer video was posted on Samsung’s channel the next day.
SUGA reimagined Samsung’s famous music “Over the horizon” (longer version on BANGTANTV) in 2021 and made a new version in 2022. Weverse magazine took the occasion to write an article about SUGA as a producer.

In the afternoon received Estée Lauder handy text message on August event cosmetic products and sample coupon. Went to the Hyundai Department Store Sinchon branch by town bus. At the Estée Lauder shop bought the night synchronized essence 1+1 product and eye cream and foam cleansers. Received good cosmetic samples and eye cream samples and pouch and the department store handy app coupon discount. Gave Estée Lauder mds Dutch Cracknels cookie dessert. At the Clinique shop bought skin care cosmetic products from new Clinique shop manager and received moisture essence free gift and good cosmetic samples and cleansing balm sample and eye cream sample and the department store handy app coupon discount. In the next month will give Dutch dessert for Clinique shop new manager. At the department store restaurant Chai 797 ate summer season Chinese style noodles with chicken. At the Aveda shop bought cleansers and received cleansing jell sample. At the Olive Young store bought teeth care products. At the Subway store bought sandwiches for me and mom and pineapple cookie. The issue of Zhang Yixing (aka i’m tired of people saying that he’ll leave EXO)
So.
Every once in a while I see posts about Yixing leaving EXO or that he should do that or asking why he didn’t yet or that SM is getting us ready for him to leave.
Just......

Do you have any idea about diplomacy? Like at all? Because that’s what he and SM are doing. Surprise surprise, not everything is SM’s fault! (well, Yixing overworking partly is, but he could always say ‘no’ to new schedules)
How come, you ask?
Well, we all know about the situation between China and South Korea, right? It’s not good, even though the ban was dismissed. Everybody is walking on eggshells.
“Yeah, but other Chinese idols can be with their Korean bands, so what stops him?”
Let’s face it, none of those idols are as popular as he is. Those are just facts. You can open your fridge in China and you’ll find Yixing there (literally, he’s the face of ice creams)
Just look at all those things he did before 2017 and this year. Pretty big list, right? He’s one of the most popular people in China nowadays, everybody loves him, everybody wants him everywhere, because he brings his fans with him, so they’re just using him to have more views (I’m looking at you, Go Fighting). His popularity is so big, that the youngest citizens are looking up to him, he affects future generation of adults.
The most important, he still is The Hunan Province Communist Youth League Publicity Ambassador. That means he’s involved in politics. Pretty much, I would even say.
Now.
As I said, we know the situation between Korea and China isn’t the best. I would even say that they have small Cold War (ever heard of that?). And it doesn’t affect only k-pop industry, but all of South Korean businesses, small or huge (i.e. Hyundai, one of the biggest automakers in the world had to cut half of their Chinese productions, same with Kia; Chinese tourism agencies were told not to bring tourists to South Korea; do you know Lotte duty free? If you’re k-pop fan then you do. Well, they have to close their Chinese shops because the government said them to)
Basically, the politics affect every each part of our lives, even the smallest ones. Stop acting like it doesn’t.
So, when you know this, imagine Yixing openly being with South Korean band. Doing something that the government doesn’t like. Easy way to lose fans, right? And SM can’t let this happen. Because it’ll kill their Chinese market. It would even mean banning the whole company from China. They just can’t lose so much money, that’s why it’s easier to let Yixing be in China, promote himself here and gaining new fans, who’ll then know EXO and earn them more and more money.
“But isn’t it easier to just let him go solo in China under SM?”
Well, it probably is. There’s just one tiny problem.
Yixing doesn’t want to leave EXO.
I don’t know why you don’t believe him when he says that he’ll never leave them. He loves this band, he loves his brothers, he wants to spend time with them. He loves us, his EXO-Ls.
And sure, it’s possible for SM to just make him leave EXO, they probably have this small thing in his contract that they can change it as they want as long as they inform him. But he doesn’t have to agree. He can say “Look, I don’t like it and I’d rather leave the company if you don’t want me in EXO anymore, because once I leave, I’ll have 586486894054 others that will treat me better.” and SM can then be like “Well, we’ll sue you then”. But even if it would ever happen, he has money, he can get the best lawyers in the world and he would probably win this. But! There’s one problem with it, because of which SM can’t do it. They would lose millions of fans of EXO and Yixing, EXO would be literally done in China for losing 4 members. And the company can’t afford this.
tl;dr Yixing earns SM too much money for them to lose him
But look for the bright side! We see signs of Yixing coming back, more and more of them! He’s promoting EXO quietly, as much as he can without it being criticized. We can hear EXO songs in Go Fighting, he likes their posts on Instagram (and you have to remember that ig is banned in China), EXO is finally mentioning him, he even wore his EXOPlanet jersey while promoting Maple Story 2 (they put a sticker on “EXO” part to cover it though, but who has to know knows).
