These are the names of just a few of the victims of October 7, those murdered by the horde of Nazi savages from Gaza, or those kidnapped and imprisoned within that moral sewer.

On October 6, all of these people were alive and minding their own business. They were living their own lives. Islamic terrorists from Gaza took that all away from them, leaving a permanent scar on their communities and the entire nation of Israel.

RIP Hushang Ebtehaj

On August 9, 2022, Hushan Ebtehaj, also known by his pen name Sayeh, passed away at age 94. He was, without a doubt, one of the greatest Persian modern poets. After the revolution, he was arrested for his ideas but they couldn’t silence him.

His poem Arghavan captured the feelings of millions of Iranians. He will be sorely missed and today is a sad day for us Iranians. He was our voice for so long. His poems moved and shaped so many generations, including my own. Students flocked to his lectures.

Sayeh, you were loved and admired but us and you will be missed. But you will forever be remembered not just for your poetry, but your ideas and vales. You were a beacon of light in absolute darkness. 

“When the tongue feared the lip, When the pen doubted the paper, Even, even our recollection dreaded to speak during dreams, We used to engrave your name in our heart Like an image on turquoise.
