FLASH REPORT OVERNIGHT: Hurricane Milton disrupts Veteran YouTube broadcaster in Florida [#OneNETnewsEXCLUSIVE]

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- A very popular 30 y/o YouTuber, and a male veteran personality named 'MoistCritikal', whose real name as 'Mr. Charles Christopher White Jr.' had his LIVE broadcast on YouTube brought to an abrupt end due to unexpected power outage caused by the extreme weather event of Hurricane Milton.

The storm, had only within the latest weather report earlier this week, been given a Category 3 measurement at 180 kilometers per hour (kph) as it took its toll on Florida, and in particular, the Tampa region. For the likeness, in the opening theme song of the now-exited American animated television series "Hailey's On It!" on Disney Channel when 'Hailey Alohilani Banks' travels by road from her house in 'Oceanside, California' to 'Orlando, Florida', roller skating in her shoes with cross-state borders illegally. Theoretically, for its between distance, MoistCritikal's place is close to about 90 miles southwest from Orlando to Tampa's place in this very same American state of Florida.

Hurricane Milton was moving rapidly inland, growing from tropical storm strength to become a Category 5 hurricane before landfall. The tempest had weakened to a Category 3 by Wednesday evening on October 9th, but it was still piling on menace in the form of powerful winds and heavy rains. It swept through west-central Florida late Wednesday, knocking out power and throwing around damage in that region.

Recently from two LIVE videos ago, MoistCritikal was previously broadcasted LIVE in an unlicensed fan-parody version of 'TCG Card Shop Simulator' under 'PokéMod by Redh3x' on his YouTube channel (which is part of Google's Alphabet). Released last month through the Steam console in mid-September 2024, the game simulates running a trading card shop when working personally in real life. It has recently become popular among fans with its engaging gameplay and nostalgic references, which were based on the Japanese anime 'Pokémon' (Pocket Monsters) on JOTX-TV 7's TV Tokyo. However, in his LIVE internet broadcasts, the stream was cut short, when a temporary local electrical power outage knocked out the power at his house in the early morning hours, provided by his electrical company such as 'TECO Energy' for example.

In the final moments before the regional outage, MoistCritikal continued speaking to his virtual audience, discussing the forming hurricane and possible impact. The stream cut off around 4am (Tampa local time), viewers were left fretting for MoistCritikal's safety.

Following the incident, MoistCritikal took to social media to assure his fans of his safety. In a captioned social media post to OneNETnews, he confirmed exclusively that he is safe, but later refused the next day to evacuate on Thursday morning, given such kind of this disturbing weather event of hurricane. Much sadly at this rate, possibly, he does not have a back-up generator and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) combined.

In conclusion, Hurricane Milton's devastating impact on Florida, particularly on the Tampa area, that has underscored the vulnerabilities of coastal communities to significant weather events in America. This irony compared to the opening theme of "Hailey's On It!" cartoon show, meant that between fiction adventure and real-life peril, there appears to be 90 miles' difference between Orlando and Tampa that never could have been brought about before, in the wake of Hurricane Milton. HOI is now available through streaming and purchasing season pass legally through video-on-demand (VOD) platforms from between 'Amazon Prime Video' and 'Apple TV+' until digital copies supply last in the upcoming lost media, after the show search catalog completely removed on both Disney+ and DisneyNOW.

As residents across Florida grapple with widespread power outages, electrical companies including 'TECO Energy', have issued public apologies for the inconvenience caused to their frustrated consumers. These companies are working tirelessly to restore power and normalcy to affected areas within a few days from now.

As Florida begins its recovery process, which can take years or months, the resilience of its communities, including internet personalities like 'MoistCritikal', will be put to the test, under his look-a-like of the reincarnation of Jesus. The days ahead will reveal the full extent of what Hurricane Milton has done, and the long road it has ahead to getting its sunshine back in the normal daily lives.

The relationship between you and Adam had kind of slapped him in the face. He’d never seen it coming. One minute you were his pain in the ass partner, the neck he was in love with. You were everything, a freaking hurricane of a woman. A whirlwind in his life that he never would’ve actively sought out yet fate must have known he needed.

He didn’t know how he got so lucky to have you. He ate a lot of teasing from the unit that involved everything from “Don’t screw this one up” to “Isn’t she too good for you?” He took it because he knew it was in good nature and maybe a part of him took some of it to heart because why was a woman like you with a screw up like him that couldn’t keep a relationship to save his life. It was just a matter of time before you realized it and he’d be stuck having to go back to just being your partner.

That insecure streak inturn made his jealous streak worse. The worry that if another man flirted with you maybe you’d find someone better suited for you. He didn’t want to be a possessive ass, he knew you had a bad history with that so he tried his best to keep it in check but pretty much any man besides Jay or Kevin would make that jealousy peek up.

He was in his own thoughts and didn’t hear you call his name until you flopped down on his desk “Ruzek!” he blinked and cut his eyes up at you with a smirk “Yes ma’am” you nodded towards Voight’s office “We gotta go check in with your C.I.” he nodded because at least one of you was paying attention to your sergeant.

You cut your eyes at Adam as he rolled to a stop at a red light. “Are you sure you’re good baby? You seemed a little out of it and you didn’t sleep too well last night?” he glanced your way and smirked “Well someone being in my bed has a habit of keeping me up” you rolled your eyes but he saw the smile that pulled at your lips. “You’re ridiculous, you know that?”

He winked at you “You must like something about me” you shook your head as the light turned green and his attention turned back to the road, your reply of “It’s your perky little ass” made him crack up laughing, his mood lightening instantly. That was something you had a habit of doing, not just for him but for everyone in the unit, you could clock what someone needed from a mile away. Hell you could handle Voight’s mood swings and that was saying something.

Adam didn’t realize how bad that streak was getting to him until you worked a case that overlapped with the local fed office. A street fair had gotten bombed so it was a joint task effort. The working plan was every team from intelligence would be paired with an agent. You and him pulled Joel Markson. 

Joel was his height, Kevin’s build and couldn’t take his eyes off of you from the moment their team had been introduced to the unit. You’d taken the backseat, citing you were shorter than both him and Joel so it was only fair. The problem with that was he was driving so Joel kept turning in the seat to talk to you.

His eyes would flicker up to the rearview mirror and every time it was like you could feel him and your eyes would meet his, a smile pulling onto your lips before you would return back to whatever you were talking to Joel about. Maybe he was just being jealous for no reason. You were his after all, right?

You were sitting on top of Jay’s desk, listening to the special agent in charge and Voight as they did a final run down of the raid all of you were about to go on. You could feel eyes on you and looked up to see both Adam and Joel were staring at you. Joel was starting to get on your nerves. You were trying to remain professional but he was overly flirty and couldn’t take a hint you weren’t interested and you damn sure didn’t want Adam getting the vibes that he was hitting on you. Hence why you’d asked Hailey if she’d switch partners for the raid. She worked well with Adam and would watch his back. You worked well with Jay and she’d even played it off like she asked for the trade.

Once they were through talking Voight looked around at all of you, your team “Make it home” you cut your eyes back at Jay “Ready to rock Halstead?” he grinned “You know it” the agent with him was Leslie Moranz. She was a little over six foot and built like a literal amazon.

Adam watched Jay adjust your vest as Hailey helped him with his. “She’ll be ok. Jay has her back” he nodded “I know” Joel cut his eyes at them “What’s wrong Ruzek? Worried about your pretty little partner? She looks more than capable” 

Adam felt anger flame to life in his chest and Hailey’s hands in his vest was all that stopped him. “Not the time” she spoke low. He nodded, glaring at Joel.

The raid went just as planned and all you made it out with no casualties. That was the best you could ever ask for. You were helping Jay and Kim put away Intelligences gear when you heard someone walk up behind you. You expected it to be Adam but when you turned around it was Joel. 

You cut your eyes at Jay who nodded that he’d be right there. Joel smiled at you “Now that this case is over, can I take you out sometime?”

Adam had been headed down to find you about that time and managed to walk in on the end of Joel asking you out. He froze looking from you to Joel “Did you just ask her out?” Joel nodded “Yeah, what’s it to you?” 

Jay moved to grab Adam but Adam shrugged him off “Naw man, this asshole has been making eyes at my girl for two fucking days!” he turned to face Joel “You saw her picture on my phone. You saw her kiss me when we got in yesterday. What is your problem?”

Joel shrugged “Maybe she needs a real man” the moment the words left his mouth Adam punched him square in the jaw. He stumbled backwards as Adam shook his right hand out. “You son of a bitch, look at her again and I’ll kill you”

Joel shook his head “You assaulted a federal agent”  Kim spoke up “He protected his girlfriend and partner from sexual harassment Jay and I both will testify to that”

None of you had realized there was an audience to the entire altercation. Voight and the special agent in charge who was an old buddy of Voights. Voight shook his head at Joel “Get the hell out of my precinct” The special agent stopped him with a hand on his shoulder “And you’re suspended until further notice”

Joel hightailed it out of there and Voight told everyone to go home. You stood there across from Adam after everyone left. His eyes were on the ground, like he didn’t want to meet yours. “Adam?” he slowly lifted his gaze “Baby, I’m sorry..” you cut him off by launching yourself into his arms, pressing a kiss to his lips “That was so damn sexy Adam!”

He laughed then returned the kiss before pulling back “Oh yeah?” you nodded “It really was. He’d made me uncomfortable to the point I asked Hailey to go with you two on the raid in hopes that you wouldn’t get distracted. I couldn’t imagine the man I love getting hurt because of me” you hadn’t realized what you said until his eyes widened “The man you love?”

You covered your face with your hands “Did I say that outloud?” he gently pulled your hands away from your face, a gentle smile gracing his “Yeah, you did. Now’s the time you give me the opportunity to tell you I love you back” “You do?” you asked, a smile slipping onto your face and he nodded “Yeah, I do”

"Why haven't you told me?" You asked and he ducked his head "I know I don't got the best record with relationships.." you cut him off with a kiss before saying "I don't care about your past Adam. I just want your future"

What would an implied happy ending for Upstead look like to you?

Calling all Chicago Fire season 6 finale/7 premier viewers!

If you didn't watch that era of Fire (or you need a refresher), it ended with Gabby leaving Matt in Chicago to work in Puerto Rico on hurricane relief efforts. It effectively split up their marriage because Monica Raymund was leaving the show, but Jesse Spencer was not. One of their final scenes at the time was her asking him to join her, and he refused.

I think an implied happy ending for Jay and Hailey could look a lot like this, just with the opposite outcome. I think Hailey is already set up as being more and more disillusioned with her life in Chicago. Intelligence, Voight- they aren't what they once were to her. She looks isolated and exhausted by it all. She could hear from Jay at some point in the coming episodes, whether we are privy to see/hear this or not. He would say that whatever work he is doing or did (What is it? Who knows? Not us!) led him down a new path, and he wants her to join him. Hailey would take a little time to weigh her options but ultimately leave to be with him, and the audience would fill their own details where the writers don't give them.

We all know these OC writers aren't shy about repeating storylines across these shows, so this route wouldn't surprise me at all. It could be a way to close out both Jay and Hailey's stories, give somewhat of a logical ending, and not leave any loose ends to regroup for season 11 without them.

Regardless of how the episode pans out and what happens next with Upstead, this is my take on how I would like it to go, so I wanted to write it down and share it.

The New York Pops: 21st Century Broadway at Carnegie Hall Review

Last Friday night, I attended The New York Pops' performance at Carnegie Hall in New York City. When arriving into the building, you can sense how incredible iconic this building is, especially it was built in 1891 and it is now 132 years old. A six level tier of gold rimmed balconies enclosed the rotunda of the theatre with a beautiful glass chandelier shining above the red velvet seats below. Before the show started, we as audience heard the orchestra in their best clothing, warming up with their instruments, playing several notes from variety songs that was going to be performed. Then the music director Steven Reineke arrived to the stage, leading the orchestra to play the overture from Mel Brooks' "The Producers" the Musical. The orchestra and Steve delivered an outstanding performance that left us audience feeling extremely excited for the next two and a half hours.

After finishing a song, Steven welcomed us and introduced the next performer, Hailey Kilgore. Hailey is a Tony-nominated actress known for her role in 'Once On This Island'. She began her performance with a beautiful rendition of "All that Matters" from the musical 'Finding Neverland'. She then delighted the audience with a fun and energetic performance of "Fabulous, Baby!" from 'Sister Act' the Musical. Next, Javier Munoz (Lin Manuel Miranda's in 'Hamilton' and 'In the Heights'), joined the stage with Hailey. The duo performed a lovely rendition of "When the Sun Goes Down" from the musical 'In The Heights', showcasing their harmonious voices blending together. Before Javier sang "Proud of Your Boy" from Disney's 'Aladdin', he explained that the song holds meaning for parents and anyone with children. Next he finishes his singing segment of his performance with a heartfelt rendition of "Love Who You Love" by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty from the musical 'A Man of No Importance'.

Derek looked sharp in his blue tuxedo as he took the stage. His first song, "My Petersburg" from the iconic creative team of 'Anastasia', Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty and Terrence McNally. It was absolutely glorious to listen to and watch, as he transformed into the beloved character Dmitry right before our eyes. He followed it up with a jaw-dropping and heart-wrenching rendition of "Perfect" from Alanis Morrisette and Glen Ballard's 'Jagged Little Pill'. He portrayed the character Nick Healy who is faced pressure with of his parents pushing him to be successful in academic and sports. Despite the show's short run due to the Covid pandemic, Derek's performance rightfully earned him a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actor in 2021.

Tony Award Winner from 'Oklahoma', Ali Stroker joins Derek on stage, and they sang "You Matter to Me" from 'Waitress'. I really would love to see her and Derek together in another show on Broadway at some point in their career, their chemistry was so adorable for words. And I absolutely loved Ali's mind-blowing performances of "A Summer in Ohio" from Jason Robert Brown's "The Last Five Years" and Justin Paul and Benj Pasek's "Waving Through The Window" from 'Dear Evan Hansen". I couldn't believe how insane of her breath control she had while sitting in the wheelchair, and singing so ever effortlessly and so incredibly beautifully! My goodness! No wonder why she won a Tony Award. After her piece, the show paused for a fifteen minute intermission.

Once we came back from the intermission, the orchestra began to play the lively tune of the overture from 'Curtains' the Musical. After that, the four performers returned to the stage and sang a gorgeous rendition of "Purple Summer" from 'Spring Awakening'. Then it was Javier's turn to sing "Hurricane" from one of the most known shows on Broadway, 'Hamilton'. Once after he was finished, Derek joined him onstage - singing "Dear Theodosia" from Hamilton. It was so captivating and meaningful, especially now Derek has a little boy. Before Derek sang “Goodbye” from 'Catch Me If You Can', he told us the story where he saw a boot of Aaron Tveit in 'Catch Me If You Can' during its out-of-town run in Seattle, so Derek and his piano accompanist made an arrangement for his concert in Los Angeles. Marc Shaiman heard him singing this song via a Google alert and asked Derek to send a recording for as Aaron’s standby before coming to Broadway through a facebook message. With him alone singing solo pieces from each show, definitely made me wish that he would return to Broadway soon. Even though, he spent nearly 14 months on Broadway for his time as Christian in 'Moulin Rouge' (including his brief hiatus), the months went by so fast though! But I know most of us Derek fans and Broadway fans are waiting patiently now, it will be worth it once he returns with the show that is completely in his own creation, like 'Anastasia' and 'Jagged Little Pill' for example rather than replacing someone else in the show.

For Ali's final solo piece, she sang a hilarious song called "Diva's Lament" from the Broadway show 'Spamalot'. Through her rendition, Ali aimed to provide a sneak peek of what audiences can expect from the song, as well as potentially the entire show, which is scheduled to make its return to Broadway within the month. To commemorate Wicked's 20th anniversary, Ali and Hailey gave a stunning duet of "For Good" from the show. I would love see these duos in 'Wicked' in the future! Hailey gave a outstanding performance of "I'm Here" from 'The Color Purple' that left a lasting impression on the audience, resulting in a five-minute standing ovation. The chorus concert members of Susan E. Wagner High School joined Derek, Ali, Hailey, and Javier for an encore performance of "You Will Be Found" from 'Dear Evan Hansen'. The combination of their young voices blending with the quartet and the orchestra created a truly beautiful and such moving musical experience.

Overall, I really enjoyed the concert so much. It was awesome to go to see The New York Pops' concert, which featured a variety of Broadway songs from the early 2000's to 2023. It was amazing to hear different singers perform throughout the show. I know last year and even this year has been such a whirlwind but he had two amazing years, accomplishing so many goals especially making his debut at the Carnegie Hall. Hi Everyone!! These three are my new CMC next gens for my Blossom Love AU. Cinnamon Apple's parents are Apple Bloom and Fran Bow. Lilly Blossom's parents are Sweetie Belle and Hollow Knight and Hurricane's parents are Scootaloo and Frisk. Cinnamon Apple is very kind and super understanding. He's always trying to see both sides of an argument in order to have both parties reach a good conclusion. Cinnamon Apple was gifted his crystal necklace by Phoebe (Samurai Jack and Itward's Daughter) in order to protect him and anyone near him from kamalas and other dangerous creatures. Lilly Blossom is super sweet and really helpful. She tries her hardest to also be an amazing singer just like her mother. Hurricane is super fast and somewhat competitive but never to his friends. He's loves to fly whenever he gets a chance. Hurricane is also transgender as he used to be a girl named Hailey before he transitioned to a boy named Hurricane. His parents and his friends accepted Hurricane for who he is and always will. Hurricane got his scars when he was trying to save his friends from a cragadile but thankfully he survived with minor injuries. Credit goes to Selenaede for the bases that I used and to the creators of My Little Pony:Friendship Is Magic, Fran Bow, Hollow Knight, Samurai Jack and Undertale for creating the characters and the shows and video games that I mentioned. I only take credit for my next gens and the Blossom Love AU. I hope you guys like them.
