"Sowing Life"
Taghm (Seed Sowing) Festival.
Taghm marks the start of the spring (agriculture) season in Gojal Hunza after several months of the bone-chilling winter. People of the valley after Taghm festival formally start farming, including irrigation of agricultural lands.
The Taghm festival starts with the preparation of a local cuisine called “Semn” in a cooking procedure dubbed in the Wakhi language as “Pirkiten.” Other traditional foods prepared during the festival include “Mul” and “Bath.”
The most interesting and exciting part of the Taghm festival is the Tumang, during which members of the “Shogun Putuk” (initiators) tribe officially announce start of the cultivation season by setting fire to leaves of a plant called “Yarz” and by throwing wheat seeds on the roof of an old house from inside the house through an opening in the ceiling called “Ricin” in Wakhi language. The next big thing in the Taghm festival is a game that features a man attired and acting like a bull. He entertains the audience by performing different playful acts.
After the game, the start of farming season is demonstrated with the Shogun Putuks ploughing the field in a traditional way (with the help of bulls), and small children being introduced to farming in a process called “Sk Spunder Khack.” The festival goers then eat the dishes prepared and brought in one place from across the village.
The people of Gulmit in particular, and those of Gojal Valley in general, have perfectly preserved the Taghm festival for centuries now.

Imagine People Asking You “What Are You Using?” Every Time They See You...
"I Never Expected The 'Younger Woman' Lying Naked In Bed With My Husband... Would Be My Older Sister!"
I never expected the “younger woman” to be my older sister...
But when I came home to find her in bed with my husband, I was forced to acknowledge what I had ignored for too long, that...
Deep wrinkles covered every corner of my face...
Fine lines encircled my eyes and mouth...
My skin had become dry, crinkled, and weathered...
Dark spots were peppered across my cheeks...
And if all that wasn’t bad enough, my sister – who is 7 years older than me – looked a decade younger.
The worst part is...
I blamed myself for my husband's wandering eye...
I spent two years seeing the disappointment in his eyes whenever he looked at me.
Disappointed I didn’t look like the same twenty-year-old he fell in love with.
But as strange as it is to say, I’m grateful it happened, because...
Catching My Sister & Husband In The Act Led Me To Uncover A Simple But Incredibly
This discovery is a mysterious “youth protein”...
That can help anyone, regardless of age, health, or life circumstances...
Visibly slow down the signs of aging – and start enhancing their youthful glow.
After just a few weeks of discovering this “youth protein”...
My friends started asking me what I was using on my skin...
And called me a complete liar when I told them “absolutely nothing!”
But it’s true.
I don’t use any creams or harsh, synthetic treatments.
Actually, I warn every woman I meet against trying those chemical peels...
My skin was red and blotchy for months after that! Instead...
This Discovery I’m About To Share With You Has Brought Renowned Anti-Aging Doctors And University Research Departments To Their Knees.
Humbled and in complete shock by how a simple evening routine featuring a mysterious “youth protein”...
Can help erase the appearance of unsightly lines and wrinkles...
Boost your skin's elasticity for a revitalized, youthful firmness...
Improve age spots for more evenly-toned skin...
And make you feel like you stopped aging 10+ years ago.
This Strange “Youth Protein” Is The Sole Reason I Now Look 15 Years Younger Than I Actually Am!
As you'll see shortly...
It’s a lost remedy as close to the fountain of youth as one can possibly imagine.
Something I discovered during a strange encounter with an age-defying woman in Hunza Valley, Pakistan.
This “youth protein” isn’t some weird superfood pill or powder.
And it’s got nothing to do with collagen.
This is something completely different from anything you’ve seen or heard before.
Science
is just now catching up to its anti-aging superpowers...
And how
this stunning “youth protein” immediately begins to reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles...
Promote firmness and elasticity in the skin...
And improve the brightness and radiance of your look for a youthful glow.[1]
Just Using This Simple Evening Routine, Featuring An Almost Unheard Of “Youth Protein”, Was All I Needed For Porcelain-Like Skin.
‌When I looked in the mirror, it was as if I had taken an eraser to the unwelcome blemishes and wrinkles forced on me from getting older.
‌And instead of looking tired, I started looking and feeling years younger too.
‌The lines I used to spend an hour trying to cover up in the morning, suddenly began to fade.
‌The saggy skin around my cheeks and under my chin lifted and became firm.
‌I even started getting carded when I ordered wine every so often...
‌Just like when I was 21!
I Even Surprised Myself One Morning When I Walked By The Bathroom Mirror Going From This To This:
‌If you’re like me, people used to notice you when you walked into a room.
‌But now they look past you like you’re invisible.
‌Or, maybe you don’t feel desired by your husband or partner...
‌And are grappling with visible signs of aging...
‌And even contemplating weird “solutions” such as “vampire” or “placenta” facials...
‌Well, before you take extreme measures...
‌Read this page until the very end, because I promise this simple evening routine will work wonders for you... naturally!

Stepping into the land of enchantment, I embarked on a transformative journey through the northern areas of Pakistan. With a heart brimming with anticipation and a mind ready to be captivated, I set foot in this magical region known for its breathtaking landscapes, towering peaks, and warm hospitality. Little did I know that the next few weeks would be a life-altering experience, immersing me in the beauty and culture of Pakistan's northern gems.
Hunza Valley: My adventure began in the fabled Hunza Valley, a place straight out of a fairytale. Surrounded by towering peaks, I found myself in awe of the majestic Rakaposhi and Ultar peaks that seemed to touch the sky. As I wandered through the terraced fields and apricot orchards, the warm smiles of the local people embraced me. Exploring the ancient Baltit Fort, I delved into the rich history and cultural heritage of the region.
Skardu: Journeying further, I arrived in Skardu, a gateway to heavenly landscapes. The turquoise waters of Satpara Lake reflected the surrounding snow-capped peaks, creating a postcard-perfect view. The thrilling ride to the world's highest cold desert, the Katpana Desert, left me speechless as I stood amidst the golden sands, marveling at nature's artistry. Skardu became my base for embarking on treks and adventures, each step leading me closer to discovering my inner strength.
Naltar Valley: In the tranquil embrace of Naltar Valley, I reveled in nature's kaleidoscope. The vibrant meadows painted a picture of serenity, while the snow-crowned peaks whispered tales of ancient glory. Skiing down the slopes during the winter season was an exhilarating experience, leaving an indelible mark on my soul.
Fairy Meadows: Nestled beneath the watchful gaze of Nanga Parbat, Fairy Meadows cast a spell on me. The emerald green meadows stretched endlessly, as if inviting me to leave the ordinary behind. Camping amidst the tranquility of nature, I witnessed the sun painting the mighty peak in shades of gold, a sight that etched its beauty into the depths of my being.
Khunjerab Pass: Crossing the highest paved international border, Khunjerab Pass took my breath away. The vastness of the Khunjerab National Park unfolded before me, with snow-capped peaks standing as guardians of the wild. Observing the rich biodiversity and catching a glimpse of the elusive Himalayan brown bear filled me with a profound sense of wonder and reverence for our natural world.
As my journey through the northern areas of Pakistan drew to a close, I carried a piece of this paradise within me. The splendor of Hunza Valley, the awe-inspiring landscapes of Skardu, the tranquility of Naltar Valley, the enchantment of Fairy Meadows, and the majestic beauty of Khunjerab Pass all left an indelible mark on my soul. Beyond the picturesque vistas, it was the warmth and kindness of the local people that made this journey truly unforgettable. I left with a renewed appreciation for nature's wonders and a deeper understanding of the diverse cultures that call this region home. The northern areas of Pakistan had opened my eyes, expanded my horizons, and gifted me memories that will forever reside in my heart.

There! I said in the past that i should totally make a personification for Hunza Valley, so here he is!! He represents the northern-most region of Pakistan (province gilgit Baltistan) Hunzai people are also called Burusho people, and their origins are a much debated topic. I can’t give a clear answer to which group they belong to, therefore i’ll associate them as they are, i.e Burusho group. They follow different sects of Islam and inhabit the Northern-most region of Pakistan. Burushos as a people group are also found in neighboring regions of Chitral and Kohistan (both of KPK). The Valley is naturally very beautiful and the crime rate is near zero!  The people of that region are very healthy as they consume domestic grown organic food and have high life expectancies. (Though this also means less infrastructural development, as that region is hard to travel to due to the slippery snow and mountains but Hunza Valley is also a popular tourist spot.)
Hunza’s character is rather mischievous and that of fun-going. He likes messing around with other districts and has a easy going attitude.
Now that Hunza is in the Picture, we can fully grasp the two extremes of Pakistani ethnicity-groups >:D

Snow Leopard Chasing Ibex | The Hunt The Cycle of Life
WWFPAK Celebrate World Wildlife Day with this rare footage of a snow leopard hunting an ibex.
Captured by Muhammad Osama, Wildlife photographer and filmmaker, the video shows a snow leopard chasing and feasting on a Himalayan ibex- giving us a glimpse of the cycle of life.
This snow leopard footage comes after the WWF team saw a herd of about 50 Himalayan #ibex near Khyber village, Hunza Valley - a common prey to the snow leopard population living in the area.
To restore a natural balance, the predator and the prey both contribute towards a healthy ecosystem, on which people and livelihoods closely depend. Only when this cycle of life continues, we can ensure sustainability for forests, people and wildlife.
