You know, whenever I see the discussions around Jack Marston possibly getting drafted in world war one, I can't help but physically ache at the thought of it.

Jack Marston, born into a gang that honoured freedom above everything, forced to sacrifice everything he has left for war.

Jack Marston, a boy who read about knights and soldiers, now forced to become one in another fight he never asked for.

Jack Marston, raised to be away from a life of violence, but now the world has found a way to drag him back in.

No matter what happens, Jack would have to face a really tragic dilemma. Does he go to war and sacrifice the legacy of freedom he was raised with? The life his family died for? Or refuse and be labeled a criminal, putting his parents to shame and repeating the same cycle his father went through?

It just tragically mirrors the struggle he’s always had - trying to find his own identity outside the legacy of John Marston, and the violence that came with it. But he's being pulled back in, no matter what he chooses.

He was never made for the violence that shaped his parents' life.

I am really not much for designing any kind of graphics but I ended up thinking of something potentially for the size spells that Jayce ends up having to take. This being the shrink formula, but they have growth ones too. The main use being for folks who need to fit into their human glamours for hours at a time. I'm not sure still if some of that might have changed storywise with how it works for him personally, but it's still a fun concept nonetheless. Went with an Alice kind of brand but def think it could have a better name lol

I just feel in a magic modern world they'd probably have some kind of magic products that are still legal and regulated also available in stores and pharmacies for the average folks that aren't just doing black market Tracker stuff.

My biggest frustrations with the anti-vegan posts that garner thousands of notes on this app are they tend to always be points actively discussed in vegan spaces since their creation.

Veganism varies by circles and isn’t a protected word, so is absolutely used by Instagram dieters and misanthropes who have never considered the oppression of humans, but veganism has also has (and has had for decades) active discussion about the requirement to support human and social liberation alongside that of non-human animals. All leftist vegans I know firmly agree that non-human liberation of the environment and other animals is not going to happen and is futile without just as much focus on all the other injustices in a capitalist society. That includes a holistic boycott whenever possible of products and enterprises that harm humans alongside avoiding animal produce .

Of course like, the tumblr users making these posts probably haven’t seen these vegan circles or discussions because they’re not in them, and the health dieters and non-intersectional single issue focused activists are pretty vocal and infuriating, but still. It’s so infuriating to see people bringing these up as a gotcha towards veganism based off things that vegans have greatly in depth discussions, prioritising the voices of those whom are minorities, for so long.

This is a really stupid question considering everything that's going on in the story but... Did Valtor had any kind of care and attention when he was tidying up Bloom's space?

It's possible he just picked the highest room in the highest tower and cleaned the place up... but HE'S SO OBSESSED WITH HER. And in my head, he thought of every little thing: -Each sheet and pillow is handpicked; -The chairs and table were ordered just for her; -The armchairs are padded with magic geese feathers, idk.

One day while Valtor is walking in the Palace, he sees a beautiful vase and takes it to her room and puts flowers in it. He does that twice a week with different little decorations.

HIM ASSEMBLING THE MENU OF FOODS THAT APPEARS FOR BLOOM, it's so stupid and so funny. He hires a nutritionist to put together a diverse sequence of dishes with all the necessary nutrients.

I think it would be kind of a way of his to deal with her absence, as he believed he **would** find her at some point, he always remembered to take care of her rooms until Bloom could enjoy everything he got for her.

"... he doesn't need to sleep, Darcy! He needs to decide if she would prefer tiramisu or something savory for afternoon tea on the wednesday of the second week!! It's urgent, what if he finds her now and this is not ready?!! unacceptable!!!" - Valtor, year one without Bloom.

Specifically, after he has his little long-awaited torture/interrogation date with Sky, he stops spiraling so much and basically recenters himself on the inevitability of Bloom's capture. Now that he doesn’t spend every waking moments in a prolonged panic attack, he can busy himself preparing for Bloom's arrival! It’s meditative, really. He's doing so well. He is so stable, now. If you touch any those hand-selected color-coordinated pillow cases he will eviscerate you, Stormy.

Apparently my name is being thrown around in anti spaces so, while I don't want to give it any attention, I do want to reiterate a couple of things:

While it is impossible to prevent every person under 18 from inhabiting the same online spaces as I do, I take as many precautions and measures within my power to make sure that I, and others, are safe by putting "minors DNI" in my bio, blocking accounts with ages under 18 or no ages at all, and avoiding any contact with people who I do not feel comfortable speaking to.

In that same vein, I rarely engage in pro/antiship discourse in public. I respect the boundaries of people who do not enjoy the way that I participate with fiction and expect that they treat me with the same courtesy. I have no desire to debate or discuss my consumption and participation with fiction, media, and fandom.

I have been in this fandom for over a decade. I have seen the many stages of its life and the ways that people within online spaces treat one another. Throughout this period, I have been a fervent believer that everyone is entitled to and RESPONSIBLE for their own consumption of media and fiction. Further, I have always advocated for supporting artists, both at fan and franchise levels, by supporting the official work and the livelihoods of the people who are the backbone of this creative space. Collaboration and coexistence are essential to the health of fandom spaces.

If you are unhappy with your online experience, it is your responsibility to facilitate and curate spaces that are safe for you to exist and play within.
