Wild thought: Choi Jong-In is canonically very charming, so imagine if all of the members of the Hunters Guild have found him attractive and have had a puppy crush on their guild master at some point

I'm back! And back with these Guild Ball members, too. I used the wrong varnish for this one, which is a bit sad, but otherwise I'm just as happy with this one as with the first one I made. I'm also really finding a love for basing. It's so much fun.

This year I'm introducing several more of my characters, some new and some old! Jessica is a definite older one!

Jessica is a very important character in Mark's story, and is there for him at his lowest as well as being absolutely instrumental to the hunter's guild. (That place DOES NOT run without her.) While she may look a bit severe at times, she's only really cutthroat when it comes to sharp business dealings. She holds herself very professionally and doesn't accept nonsense from the more rambunctious guild members, but most know her as being extremely warm and caring, often staying late hours, and incidentally keeping a kettle on whenever night-teams of hunters are set to return. She has the highest respect of everyone at the guild-- higher even than Mark as the guildmaster in many cases because of her more frequent communications with all the teams, and if anyone even thinks about being improper towards her there would be a small army worth of hunters overnight who would stop it in it's tracks

Many guild members are extremely badly off when they first join- street urchins, orphans, criminals, and otherwise disenfranchised people who have been abandoned in one way or another and struggling to find any kind of foothold in the city. Jessica is often the first friendly face they see, with a welcome packet and a warm drink.

Hunters Guild: Worldwide gang whose members consist of humans of all races. This gang is completely against the supernatural beings. They take part in all the illegal activities and some of the groups even participate in the distribution of cocaine and heroin. But their main focus is to take down the supernatural one by one. In my homebrew world, one of the major clients for the Hunters Guild requires rare meats of monsters for culinary purposes. Someone recommended this anime as inspiration: Delicious in Dungeon. Looks like fun.

So I was looking at the Hunters Guild's intro again

And it could be a translation issue and continuity issue, but it's interesting how it says that the Hunters Guild is the only one to have recruited two S-Ranks when the Fiend Guild had four at first, and the White Tiger Guild also had at least two S-Ranks (still don't know what happened to Eun-Seok before the third Jeju raid).

So one theory I had was that maybe in the Fiend Guild's case, the other S-Ranks besides Tae-Gyu were not exactly "recruited" since they were the founding members. The same thing applies to the White Tiger guild with Baek Yoon-Ho and Min Byung-Gyu being founding members.

Then, Choi Jong-in could have started off as a member of the Hunters Guild (correct me if I'm wrong and Choi Jong-In did create the guild since I haven't gotten there in the novel yet) because the game dossier only says he got a license, which he could have gotten so that he could take over as guild master of the Hunters Guild. And Cha Hae-in joined later too, so she was also recruited
