i’m so sorry if i seem a bit off or post less in the next week or so — i just found out my beloved 17 years old soulmate cat got diagnosed with bone cancer and he doesn’t have much time left. he lives in my family home with my parents still whilst i’m abroad so it’s double tough because i can’t be with him. i just need some time to calm down and make my peace with everything

Different game to BG3 but this still amuses me:

You encounter worshippers of Bane - they clearly mean to do you harm. The leader of the Banites approaches: 'The Banites demand gold to let you go.' [You reveal that you are also a follower of Bane, and in the name of the Black Hand, demand to be charged less for your freedom.]

Banites try and mug you for walking into their enclave and the party Banite can object: not to the mugging, to be clear. That's fair, but wow is this mugging overpriced. Bane demands you do your maths.

#Storm of Zehir remains one of my favourite games for rp reasons despite being a 3.5-4e transition thing #Like it's kind of a minor expansion and pales before MotB but god I love it #Also because it leaves the Sword Coast (at least for a bit) and also because dinosaurs #Can my druid have a dinosaur animal companion? No? not going to lie i do find it quite upsetting that so many ppl think that animals that arent immediately relatable to humans are completely incapable of thought or feeling. and thats the only thing that matters when it comes to animal rights arguments a lot of the time

#like the take of ohhhh Well this animal is smart and shows emotions!!! it might even be smarter than humans!!!#as if that matters literally at all #like the argument abt fish or hamsters or w/e being stupid (wrong) so it doesnt matterrrrr if they dont get cared for properly #as if its ever ok to mistreat animals.#in general the idea around smaller or less relatable animals being worth less is super frustrating #like if u post abt microwaving ur hamster when u were 6 everyones like ‘lmaoooo i did the same thing’#but if u posted that abt a dog….? Hey, so for the Human Au, how do think Julie would go about her life? Considering her personality in the website, I would think that he takes up different part-time jobs, but mainly likes working at the community center, mainly for the summer/after school programs where they can come up with and host fun activities for the kids!

no yeah that's pretty much what i was thinking! she bounces from job to job - she probably has a roster of seasonal ones that she rotates between. Julie really does seem like an every-gal yk? doing just one thing all the time would be soooo boring

i like the idea of summer / after school programs a lot actually! since canon Julie is big on games and fun, i'm sure she'd be a great choice for those sorts of things. i bet she works a seasonal summer camp in their county!

Since we got there in the book and she's finally made an appearance in the chapter, I went and redrew my favorite murder deer:

Fable ₊˚⊹♡

A doe, with such unnaturally white fur that it seemed to be glowing against the darkness of the trees, which threatened to swallow it whole if it stopped moving. It thrashed like a demon, as if it had a fire in its veins, its kicks grazing past the boys around it almost.. purposely. As if it meant to just scare them, not hit. If it connected, Rosely suspected it’d break bone. It appeared to be stuck, one of its hooves caught on a piece of the loose wiring. It froze for a moment, its ears perking up in Rosely's direction. The breath went from her lungs as it turned its head towards them, as if it’d felt Rosely staring. Its eyes had no pupils, only a greyed out milk color that consumed the entire of its visible eyeball. Blind magick deer. That was new.
