My pal @kbthebearcat and I have been playing around with (and ultimately developed brainrot for) an Iron Giant AU featuring the kids from our ongoing RP, so I ended up sketching what Cricket might look like as a human since she'd essentially be filling the role of Hogarth. I also designed a couple extra outfits for fun, specifically based on my ideas for human Cricket's favorite outdoor interests and activities!

Cricket has something called acro-facial vitiligo, which is a pattern of vitiligo where skin cells on the face, hands, and feet lose pigment (as well as the knees, elbows, or armpits in certain cases). It's supposed to serve as a visual equivalent for the dark patches of fur found in her canon rat design. I always enjoy trying to preserve some aspects of the canon character when creating things like this ^^

Finished Cricket after like a few months, which means I finished reading her book, I'm on Sundew next. Went with a Greek theme for multiple reasons (mostly cause I've been listening to Epic: The Musical on repeat). But I also had to give it alot of thought about what culture the Hivewings would be the most like if they were human. Obviously, there are a TON of parallels to a certain political climate in Germany around 1940, but that's basic, and Pantala is a very tropical continent, and Greece is in the Mediterranean. Both the Hivewings and Ancient Greeks had massive empires that dominated others.

This is a gift for @bruhstation's cstm anniversary!! Thank you so much for creating Casa Tidmouth!

The blog was 70% (at least) of the reason of why I first started getting into the ttte fandom and also the reason why I actually got back into art. I'd found the account when I had lost a lot of inspiration in drawing and it motivated me to create more pieces!

Cstm and the ttte art community also made me get back to social media too!! (Made this acc to follow train peeps and was originally supposed to be about ttte before I got obsessed with witch hat hehe)

The blog got me into reading/watching chainsawman and witch hat atleir aswell

Thank you also for making my friends think I'm crazy over talking about cstm and human train shenanigans. Though one of my friends now succsesfully simps for human trains so :D.

Yeah, they're a bug, tattoos are a bit complicated. They can't swim because they're an insect. Their ancestry is Cricket and their blood type is green. They don't know what a car is.

I need everyone to go and read A Psalm For The Wild Built by Becky Chambers for a comforting, cosy and hopeful science fiction story. It's one of my absolute favourite books and it's wonderful.

The main character is also agender and uses they/them pronouns!
