☆。I know I haven’t been on here in the longest time, but I’m sorta back so here’s a Klaroline one shot as an apology. Please don’t hate me 🫣

SERIES ONE: KLAROLINE
𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗕𝗘𝗦
&
𝗛𝗬𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗗 𝗞𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗦 𝗠𝗜𝗞𝗔𝗘𝗟𝗦𝗢𝗡
"Okay favorite color?" Her voice was light and airy as she called the next question. Klaus leans behind her combing his slender fingers through her bouncy water curls. Humming softly to an older classical singer he favored.
His young blonde turns her head a little to retrieve his attention again—-not that she ever lost it, but he hadn't answered quickly like her last few turns.
The original chuckles lightly and kisses her hair, "that one's easy, it's yellow."
Caroline shakes her head but hums when he massages her scalp with his firm hands. She lets her body sink deeper into his spread legs, feeling her hands wave and sway with the bathtub water. Klaus's finger graze the tip of her temple before he pulls them back lightly.
"What was my youngest brother's name?"
The question itself didn't float around so hotly or discomforted as it once did in the first year of their relationship. At first he wouldn't answer any questions that she'd asked—-involving his past sibling. Always reminding how she didn't need to dig into something he'd never cared to talk about, which caused arguments and very emotional tears.
That was then though.
He hears her heart pump slightly more, a known excitement coursing through her delicate skin. He knew how much she enjoyed talking about 'the Viking days' with him. Always finding deep enjoyment in his stories of how he once lived his very old and tedious life.
"I personally love calling him Henry, but his name was Henrik." Her head tilts with a speckle of sass in her tone, knowing he'd be smirking behind her. It was true Caroline loved calling Henrik—-Henry or little hen, saying if he was still alive they'd be best friends. Making bracelets, playing with their magic, still remaining their fragile human selves,  and playing innocent jokes on the rest of his dysfunctional family.
Klaus smirks--as she'd known. Thinking about how much a simple human girl could shift his dark and immortal life. So much of him he'd thought had died along with the his last human heart beat, she'd pulled out of his cold blocked off heart.
He continued to wonder where she'd been when he was human and begging to find a love such as the kind they'd experienced currently. Well of course he knew that she wasn't even a seedling when he was flesh and fragile skinned, but it never hurt to question.
The still hot bathtub water waves against her shifting to lean her head back toward his bare chest. Humming when his hands wrap to cover her bare---soft skin, pulling her closer in between his legs.
Klaus leans down to plant sweet lipped touches across her next, slowly tasting the salty taste of the lavender bubble bath. Nobody would or could ever understand his affection for the short blonde that leaned up against his chest in a fathomable way.
None could understand how badly he breathed her oxygen, ingesting the sweet tangling smell of her everything. Klaus had always lived to be the eternal bachelor, until the day she'd run into him while he was walking through the wood in mystic falls. Trying to plot ways to get the doppelganger to break his curse.
He remembered how she criticized him on being a weirdo for walking in the woods at nearly  eleven at night. Her hair had been  wet from the lake that she'd been taking a late night swim in, speckles falling down her neck, just above the beating line that pumped the invigorating liquid he'd feasted upon only hours before from a bystander.
It was like his heart skipped the centuries worth of beats it had over the thousand years. Watching her chest rise and fall ever so gently as she breathed in the thing he'd no longer needed. Caroline had been the first breath he'd breathed since before the sword went right into his heart.
That was the night he'd felt a crack run down the barrier of his heart when she'd smiled at him after he walked her up the white boarded porch of her mother's old home. Klaus had fallen quicker than he'd ever felt one could fall.
He trails his lips up her soft baby like skin, towards the under bone of her neck that connected to her ear. Nibbling at the skin there, then planting a tender kiss against the never there mark.
"Your turn, sweetheart," his voice whispers, listening to her barley sounded hum in return.
Caroline sighs gently, "What's my middle name?"
He doesn't ponder on the thought, she'd known that he knew every simple detail about her. Including the cloud shaped birthmark that was underneath her left breast, or the star tattoo that resided on her right ankle.
Truth was she loved hearing him say it, regardless if it was when they would disagree on something and he'd bluntly burst out the name to grab her attention in a less physical manner. Or when he'd say if she was testing his patients in the most loving---but childish ways.
"Elizabeth."
Her body tingled in the most deliciously delicate ways. Hearing each syllable fall from his fine wined lips, having the feeling of being held by the most dangerous man to walk among the world. The power that came with his detailed and vibrant accent every each of words he'd spoken to her, but the name---oh the name, it made her want to bury herself underneath the tongue in which he'd used it.
Nothing ever made a name so simple as Elizabeth could ever sound so special, so tender, so earnest, as Klaus saying it in the presence of her finely pierced ears. Caroline had imagined living her life until age's of normal humans came to take her away, a astounding journalism career, a husband she'd met by an accidental bump in a supermarket, marriage, two beautiful children--maybe even a dog, and the love that followed with the wish.
But being with an immortal hybrid who'd burn down the world for a scratch against her peach colored skin, for a wrong head turn to curse profanities against her clear mind, or even the simplest of coffee mistakes. A man who breathed in her skin, her eyes, her soul, it was all so delicate.
So alluring and fictional, she'd be with him until the universe said 'no mas'. Till her old timed out coral blue eyes seen nothing but bur without a pair of reading glasses, and he still looked like the gorgeous man he timelessly was.
simply perfection, in both senses of mind.

omg how long has it been, sorry for the wait to the people who actually took interest in my au ;-; the semester started and boy i’ve been struggling haha
Tumblr media
@ohboiidunno Ty! That means a lot to me :) Here’s some random tidbits! The idea is that when Wheatley accidentally smashes Chell into the depths of Aperture, she finds a high security room with a human body in some kind of suspension chamber. When she frees the woman inside, it turns out be a very pissed off GlaDos.
After initial fighting, Chell and GlaDos make an uneasy truce, and set off to both regain what they’re owed: Chell her freedom, GlaDos her facility.
(this whole au is me taking Blue Sky and making GlaDos go through it. kinda. more or less.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
@cloveraex Glad you like it! I really wanted a design that would fit what she could have looked like in her last moments as a human: hair shaved for easier access to the brain, various sutures, emaciated, and much older than we see her in the portrait. I think Glados would like to look all elegant and manager-like, but that's not how it goes in my au hehehe

Live laugh laboratory sketch part 2 electric boogaloo! White woman who lived through 50s AND the 90s’ farmhouse chic? She owns no less than one of those live laugh love signs, even as a white woman that’s now an evil menacing robot. I’ll be honest, I loved this sketch so much, I just HAD to render her, even though I haven’t rendered in a year; she’s just so pretty!!!
I love me a silly evil ‘puter! Drawing a super goofy AM and GLaDOS comic next while I finish up my portal cosplays! If I could draw humans at all, I’d do a little piece of Doug giving this to human Caroline and Cave trying to figure out where the hell the painted panel came from, pissed as hell. 😂
(If anyone wants any edits for a fanfic cover/custom wording to make reaction memes/reddit reaction posts/just to be silly/etc, just shoot me a DM! I’d be happy to! If you want to repost it, please ask first and give credit! Reblogs, comments, and likes, on the other hand, are always appreciated! 🧡)

[Imagine description: Drake Hotline don't like/like meme: panel 1, Characters doing things because the plot demands it or just because they are EVIL and SCARY. Panel 2, Characters acting based on self-interested goals, often without reference to the main characters.]

“how was ur time with my therapist (….) because it was a great risk leaving you alone with her”
It's really ironic how klaroline stans will jump to remind people of Klaus not noticing dead Cami in his bed (mind you, while he was sleeping, a status where your sense of smell is reduced, and it's important for me to remark he was hugging her and looking in peace, something we've never seen him do with any other of his other love interests) but completely ignore the way Caroline was right behind him when Elijah snapped her neck.
He saw her lying on the ground, basically gave Elijah a little speech about his family and carried on not caring about her. It's insane.
Of course, TVDU has an history of not caring enough about maintaining vampires abilities, but Klaus very much heard Caroline getting her neck snapped considering they were almost side by side, and he definitely saw her after being confronted by Elijah. But anyway, we all know who really holds the higher value for him.

Friendly reminder that Elena never chose to turn her humanity off, and it was something that was forced on her by Damon.
I am so sick of seeing edits and posts of people hyping up Katherine or Caroline while tearing down Elena. Katherine isn't better than Elena because she "feels her emotions" and Elena "turned hers off". Caroline is not "calling Elena out" for being a hypocrite because "she was given the choice to turn her humanity off" when Elena tells Caroline not to turn her humanity off after her mother's death. These are not "gotcha" moments where other people are calling Elena out on her bullshit. It's not like Bonnie telling Elena that she doesn't have the right to make Jeremy's choices for him after Elena has Damon compel Jeremy to leave Mystic Falls. Elena never wanted to turn her humanity off, but she didn't have a choice.
All the people who hype up Katherine and Caroline for the things they said to Elena in regard to her humanity are just buying into this fake ass narrative that Julie Plec tried to create in order to keep Damon from having to take accountability for what he did to Elena. Because Damon never has to suffer the consequences of his actions, it's everyone else who does.
I would also like to point out that it's another way that Julie is showcasing her misogyny because she strips Elena of her autonomy, and then has the audacity to sweep it under the rug like Elena wasn't violated and have her end up with Damon as some kind of prize for his "growth".
It also pisses me off because people will bitch about how Elena "cries all the time" (which she is allowed to do considering she is undergoing traumatic event after traumatic event) but will then also hate on her for "turning her humanity off" and praising other characters for not doing so. So, which is it? Does she cry too much, or does she run away from her emotions?
Basically, leave Elena alone. There are plenty of other things to have fault with her character about that have nothing to do with her humanity and how she chooses to process her emotions.

How’s it going gamers I replayed Portal 2 the video game of all time and have been reminded of how truly obsessed I am with all the characters
So I present to you: Typical AU where everyone’s a normal human who works at Aperture but Glados and Caroline are sisters who are just barely keeping this company from going bankrupt

1 - Coming Back Home
Tumblr media
Part 2
Eclipse of the Heart
Tag list ( just ask to be added ) @melvia-ito @kmc1989 @tallrock35
Opening the backside door of my truck eyeing the objects laying in the seat in front of me. Yanking the zipper of my duffel bag open I sighed seeing wooden stakes, wooden arrows and some vervain darts inside of it. The only double life I have ever known.
"You cock the barrel like this, point at the heart and shoot." My mother explained to me by cocking a handgun in her hands right in front of me.
My father was watching my younger sister Caroline at home allowing her time to take me down to the firing range and no one would question because she was the town Sheriff. "Why isn't Caroline learning this too, mom?"
"Because she's far too young for it, Jaid." She answered my question tucking some loose strands behind my ear that had come out of my ponytail.
I nodded understanding her response. "Do I have to do this?"
"It's the only way I know you'll be able to protect yourself when I can't always be there." She said back to me offering out the handgun in her hands for me to take from her.
Sucking in a breath I picked it up feeling the cold metal touching my fingers. Wrapping my fingers completely around the gun I aimed it at the target down the range. "One…two…three." I muttered to myself doing my best to keep my eyes open when I fired it off.
"That's fairly good for your first time." The target paper came up with a push of a button so we could both see the end result. My mother grasped a hand on my shoulder when I lowered the gun looking at her, the small smile gone in an instant. "Now do it again and again until you don't miss."
Slinging the duffel bag over my shoulder I closed the truck door and headed up to our front door. Walking upstairs to my old bedroom I knew I had a whole backseat to unpack but it didn't matter right now. I couldn't stay at college knowing that our mother had probably already been teaching my sister about the supernatural like she did me.
I loved my mother, don't get me wrong. But the day I turned sixteen she decided to tell me the truth about what the council was hiding from the rest of the town. The truth that vampires still existed.
Stuffing the bag in my closet I heard someone coming so I slipped a small stake underneath my pant leg and a heart necklace with some vervain inside hanging around my neck. Shrugging a red leather jacket on I hid the jewelry underneath my shirt before someone entered my bedroom. "Jaid-o-raid, I can't believe you're home!"
"Care Bear!" I squealed, spinning around on my feet seeing my sister standing in the doorway. We both ran over to one another and embraced in a tight yet warm hug after being apart for so long.
She finally broke the hug holding onto my forearms. "I can't believe you're home. Wait, did I miss family weekend so you came all this way to see me?"
"No you didn't miss anything. I just felt that I needed to be home. Plus I've missed you bunches." I shrugged my shoulders through part of a lie. She didn't know that I was terrified that our mother had already turned her into a hunter.
She grinned brightly at me. "Well I'm glad you're home. And since you are, you should come to the back to school bonfire tonight."
"I technically don't think I'm allowed since I'm not in high school anymore."
My younger sister slightly rolled her eyes. "That doesn't matter. You're my sister. Plus they'll be booze and hot guys there."
"Hmm fine. But only for a little bit." I caved and she giggled before we spent a few hours before it would get dark and then we went out to the bone fire.
But this didn't last long and we ended up at the Grill for drinks. Caroline and Bonnie were sitting at one of the tables and I was sitting up at the bar sipping on a Bourbon.
"Are you sober yet?" The Bennett girl asked her friend.
My sister put her face in her hands. "No…why didn't he go for me?"
"Can I get another drink please?" I waved the bartender over with my empty drink cup before he came over and took it from me. Resting my chin in the palm of my hand I eyed my sister who looked like she was about to cry again.
Bonnie pushed water across the table to her. "Keep drinking. I gotta get you home. I gotta get me home."
"Why didn't he go for me? You know, how come the guys that I want never want me?" Caroline laid her head down on the table having a pity party over the new guy Stefan Salvatore choosing one of her best friends over her.
Bonnie held her hands up in surrender. "I'm not touching that."
"I'm inappropriate. I always say the wrong thing. And... Elena always says the right thing. She doesn't even try! And he just picks her. And she's always the one that everyone picks, for everything. And I try so hard, and... I'm never the one." My sister runs her fingers through her blonde hair.
Bonnie sighed at her. "It's not a competition, Caroline."
Caroline sniffed through some tears "Yeah, it is."
"Keep the change." I put some cash on the bar top, finishing the second Bourbon that I had ordered and going over to my sister. Touching my sister's arm I tugged her up from the chair. "Hey, we should be getting home. Bonnie, can you take her home? I'll follow behind you and try to sober her up before our mom gets back."
She nodded, holding onto her friends arm walking out of the bar. "Sure."
Heading out the door the wind blew my hair in front of my eyes. I could feel someone was standing behind me where I reached inside of my jacket drawing out a smaller stake spinning around on my boots. "Back off, buddy." I snapped at the guy who had bright blue eyes and black hair from the looks of it under the light of the moon.
"Hmm you're the first human I've come across who was smarter enough to be armed." They guy smirked down at me shoving me against my truck passenger door.
I nearly dropped the wooden stake on the concrete staring into his eyes. "I'm not a typical human. I know what the hell you are."
"Then say it if you're not afraid." He teased me.
"Vampire." I muttered back to him.
He revealed his fangs and I saw black veins appearing underneath his eyes. "Too bad I'm going to kill you now." He bent his head to the side, fangs fully extended out now getting closer to my neck until I knee him in the crotch.
The vampire groaned and fell down on his knees giving me the opportunity to bolt and run away from him towards Bonnie's car but I couldn't find it meaning she must've already left. "Shit!"
"Shit is right, bitch." The guy forced himself to his feet causing me to spin on my toes to face him. I reached down towards the other stake in my boot but he sped towards me, throwing me down onto the parking lot ground.
I grunted squirming under his hands but he was much stronger than I was. He moved one hand underneath the back of my shirt, finding the sleep dart I had tucked away in there. "I think that's enough fight you for a while." His grip loosened as my eyes got heavy and I passed out on the concrete.
Blinking my eyes open I groaned, twisting my neck feeling sore from whatever I had been injected with. Beginning to look around the room all I could see was mostly darkness except for the dime light in the corner of the room. "You've got to be kidding me...urgh!" I attempted to get up off the stone floor but I got yanked down where I winced.
My wrists were bound to the ground with metal chains keeping me trapped. Footsteps could be heard coming down the stairs where I whipped my head around before a large metal door creaked open. "I would've thought you would have been an easier grab."
"Typically when someone gets abducted they do fight back. Now who the hell are you!"
The figure kept walking until they reached me. The first thing I noticed about him was his bright blue eyes. "Well don't worry in a few minutes you won't remember how we met."
"You can't compel me. I have vervain - where's my necklace!" I gasped looking down to see it wasn't around my neck anymore.
He lifted his hand to tilt my chin up. "I already figured that out. Now I noticed that you're hanging around with that other blonde. Who is she?"
"My sister. We're the sheriff's daughters." I answered his question when his eyes dilated and I cursed in my head that he had just compelled me.
He clicked his tongue, introducing himself. "I'm Damon. Damon Salvatore. Nice to meet you, hunter Forbes."
"I didn't ask for your name but thanks." I sarcastically remarked attempting to once again break free from the handcuffs. "Now if you're gonna kill me get on with it."
Damon moved one hand to the side of my face while his Raven black hair slightly fell in front of his eyes. "Oh I do plan on killing you. But not until you help me with something first."
"I'll never help you, vampire!" I bared my teeth snarling at him.
Damon held my face in his hands compelling me for the second time where I parted my mouth opened having no choice but to listen to him. "You'll want to help me. You'll not hate me. You will find me attractive and have me be your boyfriend." He released my face where I lowered my gaze to the stone floor beginning to feel something different going on about myself.
