Carrie had no idea where Robbie was going with this but somehow, he always managed to make her feel better. Not that she deserved to feel better. There was something so funny about equating Scott Smith to forbidden fruit too. But this wasn't the time to laugh. "Obviously-," she managed to smile, feeling her anger deflate despite herself. Robbie Wilson - picking up the mantle of saviour of the cursed and damned. It will be okay. She clung to that sentiment almost as tightly as she clung to Robbie. It did help. She sniffled, a laugh muffled into his shoulder as she tried to calm down. What had Jess taught her? Breath in - just do it! - breath out. Don't let your emotions control you. Carrie pulled back from Robbie then, wiping away the remainder of her stupid tears. "That's totally fine, thank you," she joked. "Thank you. You're a really good friend, Robbie. The best. I have to figure this mess out, figure out what's real before I make anything worse." She took a small step back from him then. "I think I'm in the running for worst baby vampire though. My coping skills just aren't up to scratch."

"Listen, Carrie McReid. You're only, well, not human, but you know... Anyway I think the bible still applies to you. Adam and Eve slutting it up with that apple in big Eden still applies, right? Original sinners and all that." Robbie suddenly doubted his knowledge of both biblical and supernatural lore but he was pretty sure it still applied. "You're not the only sinner walking around this town is what I mean. We all walk down the path of self-sabotage at some point in life. Except me. Obviously." He wasn't quite sure where he was going with this, but he was hoping some nuggets of wisdom would resonate eventually. There was nothing more heart-breaking (or uncomfortable) than watching your best friend spiral. "Honestly, I don't fucking know what you should do, but I do know it will be okay. Maybe try to avoid Scott though, which amazingly is easier said than done for you. Baffling. But anyway, it will be okay." Robbie put his arms around her, hugging her tightly in an attempt to calm her, "I'll help you. But I will not be having sex with you."

I've been thinking about why Caroline was so murdery upon waking up as GLaDOS and realized... She was a woman in the scientific field in the 50s-80s. You can imagine the utter bullshit she's had to endure from the others. Being stuffed into a computer was likely just the last straw.

Like yeah of course she wants to murder them all.
