So were you at all tempted to make Gideon the First the coffee shop AU instead of the Gala AU?

I deliberated on it for SO long... 😂 I eventually just decided on the Gala because it was the one I could potentially bullshit the most (enough for 3 book plots) if asked.

But worry not! Coffeeshop!AU still exists in Gideon the First, because it's a partial plot of the third book.

Also, harrow!nova au (the one where she's a cavalier and griddle is the Necro) was a close runner up.
