Started the 3.1 Trailblaze Mission and... My God, Mydei. Hell of a family you got there.

It's interesting because at first, we all thought Euriponte was a cowardly bastard, but now that we've seem him speak, he's... Still a bastard, of course, but (at least to me), his decision to cast Mydei into the Sea of Souls wasn't out of cowardice, but pragmatism. He actually reviled Kremnos' traditions of bloodshed. In comparison, Gorgo (Mydei's mother, not the one who founded Kremnos) seemed much more like your traditionalist Kremnoan; it's just that she prioritized her feelings as a mother.

Funny how it works. The only parent Mydei has any love towards is his mother, but he actually somewhat thinks like his father.

When I saw the Trailblazers' Splash Art for Path of Remembrance, I couldn't help but remember that canonically the raccoons consider Ratio their father figure, as revealed to us by a dialogue in 2.4.

I just hope that MHY will confirm that Ratio is from Amphoreus (since strangely he's the only one we're missing to have his first rerun of all they carry, ignoring Boothill) or some of his lore.

I find the Trailblazers and Dr. Ratio's dynamic to be so fun, I wish there was more fan content of them honestly (I might have to make that myself).

Anyway I do really hope we get any content of him in Amphoreus, especially since it is pretty low hanging fruit since if I remember right Amphoreus is based off Greece. It seems like such an obvious lore connection and I'm going to be extremely disappointed if nothing is done with it. :(

Honestly I'll take any crumbs, I was thrilled over his Dream Peek call in 2.6 but it feels like he should be at least a little relevant on the planet that he's seemingly based on the same culture of.

Using forbidden magic, Kafka has altered various part of her body. Most notably are her ink claw and her augmented vocal cords. The ink claws are hollow inside and hold ink, allowing her to cast spells on the fly easily. The augmented vocal cords are a key component for her Spirit Whisper spell. Her voice is capable of speaking in a frequency that can only be heard by the spell's victim.

Kafka belongs to a group of Brim Hats called the Stelleron Hunters, who, true to their name, collect Stellerons.

Not much is known about stellerons, except that they are harbingers of disaster. Is they remnants from before the Day of the Pact? Perhaps ancient contraptions? Or maybe signs of divine wrath? Rumour has it that knowledge of it's true nature is only know by the Three Wise ...and the Stelleron Hunters.

While travelling on its usual route, the Express suddenly screeches to a halt. It's stuck. As the the crew members (Pom-Pom, Himeko, Welt, Dan Heng and March 7th) rush to the front to check what's wrong, the power goes out. Neon pink webs shoot up from the floor. Then, illuminated by the glowing webs, a woman with striking purple-pink eyes appears.

"Kafka." Himeko stands protectively in front of her fellow crew members, weapon at the ready.

"Relax, Astral Express." Kafka's smile curls up further but doesn't reach her eyes.

"I've brought gifts~"
