Ayo, someone by the name of Curly-B-Blog is redlining art of yours from 2020 (while pretending that it's actually Sai Scribble's work), and kind of being a dick about it. just thought you should know.

You know, originally I was just gonna brush it off, but then I went back to look at my old SU art from 2020 and did so much self reflection from then till now.

I think this was around the time I was just learning how to do perspective and tried to use the perspective tool on Procreate for the first time? :0 and I remember telling Sai “Sai I have this STUPID idea, I CANT believe it this stupid joke it’s so DUMBBBB, it’s living rent free in my BRAIN I SWEAR THIS IS GONNA BE SO STUPID DCIUWHEFIUWHIRFUIW4F” and being super excited to show her the finished product. People still think Sai created the Cursed Skin Gloves comic and I think it’s hilarious wjhwnuhwijwuiw

The comic was received very well and it made LOTS of people laugh and I’m still proud of this comic to this very day! :D and tbh if it wasn’t for my obsession for Sai’s Switcheroo AU I never would have found my passion in comic work! (love you you stinky hoe @saiscribbles 🩷)

HOWEVER…. I definitely still had lots to learn! I wasn’t very good at perspective at the time I’ll admit, but I was definitely having lots of fun learning :3

And throughout the past 4 years, ALOT has happened.

I graduated from college with TWO fancy pieces of expensive papers in Visual Development in Animation and Illustration learning from Will Kim and Jeff Soto, and as a I was working with the funny voice man Cougar MacDowall as a comic/story artist and reached in total around 7 million views for my fan series FNAF Security Malware Breached (it was even #21 on the trending list around the time of my birthday 🩷 what a lovely gift), had an insane opportunity to work with Mike Geno and with the voice cast from The Amazing Digital Circus for a fan song as a background and character asset artist, Vivienne Medrano liking and sharing my silly Overlord Husk AU comics, currently on my route to getting my certificate from Aaron Blaise’s Character design program and graduating from Marc Brunet Art School, and now I am completing my first year as professional colorist and art assistant for my storyboard and comic mentor Michelle Lam, aka Mewtripled! (Also I’ll be heading out to Lightbox Expo 2024 on October 26 with Michelle and the team so if y’all ever wanna meetup hahahajaj wink wink wink wink wink)

So you can say I learned ALOT and I enjoyed every minute of what I do :D I try to be humble about my accomplishments because blah blah being humble good yes yes but this time I wanna be selfish and say HELL YEAH I DID ALL THIS!!! AND IM SO EXTREMELY PROUD OF MYSELF FIUGEIURGERGGRS

People can be a little mean on the internet, but that shouldn’t stop you from being where you want to be in the future. I’m so EXTREMELY grateful for all the opportunities and to all the kind professionals who were willing to give me a chance. Seriously, I’m so graciously thankful for everything, and I hope everyone here will support me and my silly little comics I will do now and in the future!

this has been like a full 7 days in the making 😭😭 the art block that i felt coming on while doing ellen and ted hit me like an optimus prime sized semi truck this week along with a depressive episode so i definitely appreciate that happening and i am not upset about it at all! /s i’m totally good so don’t worry or anything /gen, mental health is just weird and i also wanted to explain the gap in my posts 😔

i do not know how to feel about this drawing if i’m so fr with you; i’m proud of myself for AM-ified benny cause i think i got the slowly rotting from the inside out primal freak energy down pretty good, but on the other hand this feels kinda empty?? i usually have a lot more commentary squished in here but i think my brain’s a little fried 🤦‍♂️ i love drawing me some beautiful buff men though so drawing normal ben was familiar territory. however his wack ass haircut i gave him is his punishment for being a PRICK!!! go sit in the corner and think about ur actions benjamin.

like ted n the rest of the sillies i’m not straying too far from canon with his personality, he’s an ass and a murderer and a hella smart dickhead who desperately needs to be punished by the universe (thank you for that one AM). hot take i did not like his “redemption arc” in his game scenario and i don’t think with how he was throughout the entirety of his life (and also throughout the game, main example his inner dialogue) he would actually go out of his way to help the kid because he means it??? n prove he changed to the guys he killed cause he means it??? i dunno maybe AM torturing him made him have a main character “omg i’ve been in the wrong this whole time!!1” moment like the game suggests i’m just not buying it 💀 i’m sure it’s just cause bennys scenario couldn’t be too long and they couldn’t fully flesh him out which i won’t fault the game makers for. i’m a steven universe fan, i know what time constrictions can do to a plot and redemption arc 😭 looking at you white diamond…

his wife n kids are up top and they’re kinda neat to me— i was considering the hc that part of the reason manya (his canon wife) left him is because she realized she was a lesbian which would be funny as fuck considering benny’s also One Of Them Queers 😭. i think during the brief times he was home and able to parent his daughters they got really scared and tired of him, one because he’s just a very threatening powerful and overbearing man, but also because i feel like he would’ve been on their ASS about everything. grades, extracurriculars, friends, wardrobe, this guy was micromanaging his family to an annoying extreme (ofc because of his perfectionist complex). he probably loved manya and the kids in his own weird way, but it was more contractual to him than any real personal relationship. maybe he inherited that from his own parents?? i doubt he ever talked to them after he moved out.

A Weekend in Vienna 🇦🇹

While vacationing in Germany, Chantelle’s (OC) best friend, Adrian (also an OC), books an impromptu trip to Vienna to visit extended family. Chantelle decides to join her for the last few days of her trip, where she meets an interesting friend of Adrian’s family who offers to show the two around the city for the weekend🤭

TW: Pretty much none, not for this chapter anyway, but things will get 🌶️spicy🌶️ in the next parts. Also there is an age gap between OC and König, she is 25 and he is about 36-37.

CW: FemOCs, female pronouns used, while both characters are technically OCs please feel free to imagine them however you’d like, ultimately the main character is the reader, I just didn’t want to use “Y/N” so I gave them names 🙈

7:30am. There’s approximately 30 minutes before my train departs for Vienna, and I still haven’t reached the train station yet. I scrambled as I dashed out of my hotel room, hoping I’d left the place in a somewhat decent state and I hadn’t forgotten anything valuable as got into the elevator. I’ve been exploring Munich for the past two weeks and I’ve been having the absolute time of my life. Although traveling alone can be quite scary, oddly enough, I’ve never felt more at home. Munich is such a vibrant city, filled with all kinds of exciting things to do and I’ve met so many incredible people, it’s definitely been the experience of a lifetime. To say that I am not looking forward to going back home to Vancouver would be an understatement, but all good things must come to an end. I’d spent about a year and a half learning to speak German, and promised myself that I would plan a trip in celebration of achieving fluency, so here I am! Now, Vienna wasn’t initially on my list of places to visit when I decided to come to Germany, but my best friend, Adrian, ended up booking a spur of the moment flight last week to visit extended family in Austria and suggested I come hangout with her during the last few days of my trip. Seeing as its only a 3-4hr train ride from Munich, I figured why the hell not! I’ve heard Vienna is beautiful, and Im at all not opposed to exploring another city.

Upon arrival at the train station in Vienna I was greeted by Arian, excitedly jumping up and down while holding up a large white sign that read “Willkommen in Wien, Schlampe!” I rolled my eyes and shook my head, laughing as I got off the train and ran over to her, tackling her in a tight embrace as she laughed hysterically. “Did you have to let the whole station know that I’m a bitch or…?”

“Honestly, they should’ve known the moment they saw you.” She said jokingly. “How was the ride over?” She asked.

“Amazing, I haven’t slept that well in years. It also didn’t feel like a 4 hour train ride.”

“Trains in out here are quite quick so I wouldn’t be surprised if it somehow took less time. They definitely shit on the ones we have back home.”

“Oh for sure.” I agreed as we began walking over to the car.

“So a family friend of ours just came back from a mission in the states, he’s in the military bee tee dubs —“

“Yeah kinda pieced that together when you said ‘mission’.” I chuckled.

“I don’t drive out here so he’s gonna give us a ride back to my aunts, cool?”

“Sounds good.”

“He’s also a lot more familiar with Vienna than I am, so he offered to show us around a bit later on this evening.” Aw how nice of him. Knowing Adrian, the first place she’ll want to be taken to is the nearest bar, that girl can drink! If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my time in Germany, and my 10 years of friendship with Adrian, it’s that Europeans love their liquor. There are people from all parts of Europe in Germany and that’s one thing that remains quite consistent across the board. I also love my liquor, which is probably why I ended up fitting in so well.

We finally arrived at the car and opened the trunk to begin loading all of my luggage inside. I’d brought a small carryon suitcase, a duffle bag, as well as a large suitcase that was full of clothes I’d over packed from home, and a bunch of other clothes and souvenirs I’d bought in Munich. “Okay this one’s gonna be a tad heavy.” I warned as Adrian grabbed hold of the handle on the top. I reached forward to try to help her lift, but neither of us could manage the weight. “I got it.” His voice was low, but gentle. He had an accent, but it wasn’t overwhelming or harsh, nor did it make anything he said hard to understand. I wasn’t expecting to see the person I saw when I’d finally caught a glimpse of him…I don’t think I’ve ever seen a man like this in my entire life. Adrian and I stepped back as he grabbed hold of the suitcase, lifting it with absolute ease, as if it were light as a feather. His arm muscles bulged within the confines of his olive green long sleeved shirt as he tossed the suitcase inside the trunk. My heart began to race, It felt as if I was watching him move in slow motion. “Easy peasy.” He smirked as he turned around and looked down at me, his dazzling dark blue eyes awash with amusement at Adrian and I’s prior struggle. Jesus Christ…This man is an absolute unit. He’s gotta be at least 6 foot 7, if not taller. He’s incredibly easy on the eyes in a rough and rugged kinda way — a nice low trimmed beard, medium length dark brown hair, and a smile that is captivatingly dangerous to say the least. His presence alone exudes a confidence that causes me to grow weak in the knees. “I’m König,” he smiled knowingly as he stretched his hand out towards me. I know I’m definitely not the first woman to look at him the way I am. Even though I’m trying to keep my composure, it’s very clear that he can see right through it. “And you must be Chantelle?” He asked, eyes slowly roaming about my frame from head to toe. He bites his lip slightly as they return to my gaze, suggesting so much without saying any words at all. “I — yes.” I blushed, sheepishly brushing my hair behind my ear as I shook his hand. “Nice to meet you.” He said. “Oh yeah, König Chantelle, Chantelle König.” Adrian yelled from the backseat. He laughed and shook his head as he closed the trunk.

We arrived at Adrian’s aunts house about 45 minutes later. König helped us load all of my things into the foyer before letting us know he’d be coming back in a few hours to take us out to this bar that he and a few of his buddies on his task force frequent whenever they’re home. I’ve been thinking about him ever since he left — those mysterious blue eyes, the way he slightly bites his lower lip just before laughing at something ridiculous Adrian has said, the way his arm muscles swell beneath his shirt with the slightest movement…God, he’s sexy. I could think of a million different ways I’d want him to ruin me. The thought alone of being trapped beneath his large brawny frame writhing in pleasure as he thrusts into me over and over has me clenching around nothing. Though I’m not usually one for a one time fling, I have a feeling he’d be able to convince me. “So, you wanna tell me what all of that was about?” Adrian asked as she helped me settle into the guest room. “What are you talking about?” I asked. “Since when are you a shy girl?” She giggled. Sigh. I figured she was referencing my unusual silence during the car ride over here. “He’s hot as fuck but I’ve never seen you like that before.”

“Ugh!” I groaned as I covered my face with a pillow. She’s right. I’m not very easily intimidated. I’m quite the confident woman and I ensure everyone in the room knows it, but this was different. Almost as if our energies were fighting for dominance, and mine didn’t stand a chance. “Hey if it’s any consolation, my jaw dropped the first time I saw him without his mask too.” Mask?

“Mask?” I asked.

“Yes…the last time I was here he was on base training recruits, so I’d see him often in full tactical gear. He’s a snipper, so he wears a mask to hide his face in the field. I mean, that was hot too, but in a Ghostface kinda way”

I couldn’t help but laugh at the comparison, but I was curious to see what his entire ensemble looked like. “How old is he?” I asked.

“I think he’s in his mid to late 30s? I’m honestly not too sure, and it doesn’t matter to me either way.” She winked. “I was sensing some unspoken vibes between the two of you in the car though. Don’t think I didn’t see both of you stealing glances at each other every now and then.” She smirked.

“Stop,” I scoffed. “A man like that is definitely not single, and even if he is…I don’t know” I blushed. “I didn’t see him looking at me..”

“K well I see everything, he definitely likes what he sees, and clearly the feeling is mutual on your end as well. Looks like tonight will be interesting.”

“Nothing’s gonna happen, Adrian.” I laughed as I rolled my eyes. Nothing’s gonna happen…right?

love when sun starts incoherently rambling and taking interest in everything around him!! its the same exact thing i used to do :D

i love both of their designs, and that goes for people's own renditions of them as well!! it's super fun getting to know neat tidbits about the designs people create, and that goes for this show and just creation in general

my take on sun and moon's designs are similar to canon with a few adjustments. they're also based on some fan interpretations of em:

since sun has to face and touch a lot of children, i thought it'd be cute if his rays looked like petals and were soft. sensory joys !! i think them being able to retract was a very unique design choice and is fun to play around with (for children AND creators, etc), buut (what i think to be, at least) sharp pieces of metal jutting out of the sides of the head of an animatronic intended to work with children sounds like a workplace hazard.

just a hazard in general. so he gets something made of, and covered in much softer material!!!

now moon.. they have similar designs because they're supposed to be one animatronic in canon. in MASM, since they're seperate animatronics, I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE LIMITATIONS AND ANGSTINESS OF THAT >:D doesnt mean angst DOESN'T exist, however, if i continue im going to veer too far off track

lacking sun's rays, he would probably have some other form of sensory comfort in his design. never finished designing him, but the edges of his ruffles being fluffy would be so cute and comfy for children!! maybe i should've given him a cape with a really fluffy collar, and maybe he could have some more fluff around his wrists?

when i was drawing this i wanted to draw the scene where moon is about to kill sunblock/sun V1, but then i realized i didn't know how to draw them, so i tried to start drawing them to figure it out with this one ^^

this is the first time in a while that i've tried drawing anything outside of my ocs or among us characters + i was a bit low on energy so they may not look the best

but!!!!!! idk how designs work but :3 For the most part, they all look like their game designs, obviously. im only gonna do Micah n Arthur for now, since they're the main characters of this AU, but i might do other characters later on.

Micah still looks the same, same hair and same facial hair, and same body shape. His hair only gets greasy when he forgets to shower, but otherwise it's pretty soft and healthy, and whenever he wears a cap, he pulls it into a short ponytail. He still has the same staring problem and same heavy bags under his eyes. I like to think he wears glasses, but sometimes he just doesn't, so it's 50/50 if he'll wear them. He will, however, wear them around Arthur because he once called him 'handsome' when he was wearing them and it did wonders to his ego.

He generally wears comfortable clothing, both online and in person. Sweatshirts, worn out and well used, often colored in a washed out red color, and sweats (off whites or grays) are also common. Half of the time he wears flip flops with white socks that are in desperate need of some throwing away. He has a couple of hair ties he has on his wrists at all time for either 1. his hair, or 2. to play around with. I think he'd be a big fan of energy drinks, or straight up alcohol whenever he needs a quick booster.

However, I do think Micah does know how to dress himself if he needs to go to some fancy event. Let's not forget he comes from a line of lawyers, and I imagine his daddy drilled into his sons on how to properly dress themselves because "no son of mine will dress like a slob." So he definitely knows where to get suits and has tailors phone numbers written down, so when he's needed at some event that requires proper clothes, he comes in looking well-groomed. He probably carries Arthur around like some arm candy.

Speaking of Arthur, he still pretty much looks the same as he does in the same. I think everyone in college looks a bit younger, but still the same appearance as they do in the game, if that makes sense. Anyways, he still has the same hair cut but his beard is more trimmed, more of a stubble really. He has an almost soft and quiet vibe to him, as in he's a chill guy who looks kinda grumpy lmao. Blue is still his favorite color, he probably also wears sweatshirts like Micah, but wears jeans instead of sweats. When he is at home, he definitely mostly wears shorts, and also wears sandals with socks, like Micah. Probably wears some sort of cap with either some stupid fish joke on it, or a little deer. He always has a tired look on him, because he's almost always tired of dealing with everyone's shenanigans when he just wants to sit down somewhere and draw something.

He probably has some hair ties on his wrists, too, because he happens to know a lot of people with long hair. Anyways, I don't think he's really that deep into his family's shady business. While his dads were a little confused when he chose to study art, they were actually pretty supportive and fund his tuition. Well, more so Hosea than Dutch, because Dutch had been expecting him to follow in their footsteps. Still, he does drill some law facts into Arthur's brain.

Anyways, that being said, since Arthur isn't that deep into the family business, he doesn't really attend any fancy events. That's more of John's job, who does end up following in the lawyer path. But, considering Micah eventually does work his way into Dutch's good graces - which leads to a semi-friendly rivalry between John n him (which could be a nod towards the events of RDR) - Micah gets a higher position and rank within the company, he's forced to attend several events, which he despises. But he does deal with it, and gets cocky and in a pleasant mood whenever Arthur joins him, mostly as his arm candy.

Whenever he does attend these events, Arthur wears a basic and simple suit. Of course, considering he comes from a wealthy family and his sweetheart does have money, it's simple but of high quality, tailored to fit him. And goodness gracious, does it really emphasize his beauty.

Yk i always wanted to talk to you about this and im finally gonna do this. So yes from what i see most greek heroes esp the ones from the epic cycle are rapists. But I am not sure why people are okay with Odysseus being portrayed in an overly positive light as this loyal wife loving guy (Epic the Musical) but god forbid somebody decided to portray achilles in a different light other than his so called bloodthirsty warrior image. Like Odysseus also has myths about raping hecuba and i barely see anyone mentioning that (most people rather portray him as an SA victim or a serial cheater but no one mentions this).

Even as an avid TSOA fan I do recognise alot of flaws in the book (like the female characters arent well written except thetis like even if she was mostly negative- she had clear reasons as to why shes the way she is. The whole deal with briseis falling in love with patroclus, the deidameia rape scene i can go on) but it bothers me how people talk shit about madeline miller for depicting achilles different from the common perception (the bloodthirsty war machine) that too from the perspective of an obviously unreliable narrator but nobody says anything to jorge rivera herrans who actually solidifies Odysseus in his musical as this loyal wife loving guy (something he likely wasnt besides being a rapist as well). And sure jorge has a narrative but so does miller but why this partiality i wonder.

Also alot of TSOA haters have this tendency to act like regina george in greek myth discourse (and theyre the reason why i have sidelined myself from it) but they have no complaints against epic the musical not following the odyssey accurately.

Also on an ending note i wanna add, achilles is not a good person but he doesnt lack kindness if he wasnt kind he could have not give a fuck about the soldiers dying from plague apollo sent down cuz of Agamemnon. But he did yk

Regarding Odysseus, yes, he owned slaves, and after the fall of Troy, he was given Hecuba as a reward she is just his slave . However, the text does not mention whether Odysseus was intimate with his slaves. We can speculate about this, but since the text does not confirm it,but did not use his slaves.In The Iliad, Book 1, and Book 9, it is mentioned that Agamemnon was intimate with his slaves. As for Achilles, he sleeps with his slave together with Patroclus, but there is no explicit mention of sex. However, we can speculate that he most likely used his slaves in that way.

Regarding Deidamia and the claim that Achilles raped her, the only text that mentions this is Roman The Achilleid. In Greek sources, I can not find their relationship described as Deidamia being raped by him.

You're right that the Epic portrays Odysseus as a much more reasonable and heroic character, which I don't like. I love Odysseus, knowing the things he's done, because removing the things that make him "bad" makes him a flat character. I also hate the whole idea that he just loves his wife, even though he acted crazy to avoid going to war. He went through the war and its horrors for her and Telemachus.

He is a soldier in a war, and as we all agree, war is a terrible thing. If you want to win… you have to do bad things.

2. You're right about The Song of Achilles, although I haven't read it in a long time. But I read The Iliad before the original story. The reason people hate and criticize Madeline Miller so much is the fact that she literally creates something completely new, which I hate. Personally, I don’t have a strong opinion about her.The problem with her work is that people treat her books as if they are fact, even though she changes things to make her favorite characters more bearable and likable, which is bad. But the main reason people treat Epic this way is because it’s for children, and it’s something new. The product kind of needs time, yes, and it will go through stages.

Give it time, and there will be people who criticize it. Even now, there are people who criticize Epic. The musical is not ready yet—well, it’s ready, but it still needs time to be fully complete.

As an ironic Achilles fan (I apologize to the people who follow me who hate him), M.M. obviously wants to show his beloved in a good light, which is... problematic because Achilles is a soldier in a war. Also, Achilles is a deeply problematic character, written to show us that if you want to be the best at something, other people will suffer, which is bad. His story also questions whether being remembered is important and whether it’s all worth it—he’s just written that way.The fault may lie with the authors, but also with the people who listen to or read their work and focus on things that are not important or do not reflect the people of that time. Why can't they accept that these men, women, and gods are complex characters? It is not easy for them to bear.

As for why Achilles calls a meeting in book 1, he is motivated by Hera because she is worried that they keep dying

Get ready because im gonna start rambling a LOT. Well to start off obviously its gotta be the one and only BJC.

HOWEVER-

I have a special place in my heart for three characters and I cannot rank them as I love them equally,,, so I'm just gonna list them, no particular order.

1. Miss Blah Blah

What can I say about her,,,, she is so FREAKING COOL!!! her design is amazing and her character says a lot especially with the whole feud she has with billy👀 she is one of those characters with little to no story that i want to know so much about. SHE IS SUPER INTERESTING AND I LIKE THATTTT. If you scroll down this account, you can see the many drawings I made of her, that's how SPECIAL she is to me. I have so much hcs about her and billy like how did yall REALLY meet???? like I KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE MET BEFORE, TELL US MORE!!!! we heard from billys side of their story but WHATS HER SIDE???? like there is no way that she just started to hate on him out of the blue and for what????? there HAS to be a REASON why shes doing this, or maybe she just likes the drama and went to target the biggest popstar out there. can't blame her, and she is still relevant!!! what a diva.

2. Madame X

again a VERY SUPER INTERESTING CHARACTER. the episode Billy's Achilles, really gave us more screen time for her and I loved every single part. i have so many questions about her and for her. like who are you exactly??? i know dang well you aren't who you say you are. I wish they would have given us more aspects of her character instead of just her wanting to capture billy, like why does she want to do this? why is this such a huge deal for her, like i know she is his biggest fan but for me I feel like there is much more to this. maybe am just crazy- also the room where she keeps all of her billy items is insane like his motorcycle??? his different ties??? the big STATUE OF HIM-????? a very dedicated billy fan, no one can be at her level. another key interest of her is that WE DONT SEE HER FACE,,, this keeps the mysterious status into a whole level and I'm sad the show is canceled before we got to see her face, like gaumont I know you have a character sheet of her, RELEASE IT!!!!

3. Shanilla Bhagwati

my daughter, mi hija,,,,, Shanilla deserves it all. they did not give my girl enough screen time of her hanging out with the boys and with her having her moments, and if they did and I just do not remember then IT WASN'T ENOUGH!!!! she has so much potential in the show, she is very smart kid with a lot to say. it's super hilarious when she says things very bluntly and honest then realizes what she said and retraces her words for a more positive response, like speak your truth girl 🗣️ the ep The Candidate, was so good in showing more to her character and the dynamic between her and billy really gave a big brother and little sister vibes which made my heart melt,,,, anyways she is just as important as the boys and i love her very much.

his character gives me the ick. it's surprising how no one has reported for his bad behavior against his students and against spencer. he barely helps his school to help his students thrive and only focuses on himself, also don't get me started on his crush for ms rumsfield, who is like twice his age???? and used to be his teacher????? ALSO HE HAS A SECRET ROOM WITH A MINI BUILDING OF THE SCHOOL WITH MANY FIGURES OF THE STUDENTS TO PLAY AROUND???!? reminder this is a grown man, like EW??? anyways its not that serious but ponzi was one of those characters that i just don't like.

•¿tienes algún headcanon?

I have a ton of headcanons but i will talk about just two :)

HC: Billy has trust issues and will not let anyone get close to him, open himself to others about anything personal or get attached. Ever since his stardom at the age of 6, he was the typical kid who would make friends and acquaintances but after being in the music industry, he has gone through many heartbreaks, trauma and stuff that he wishes he hadn't gone through. This includes people who he has met over the years, and through his high level of fame increasing every second, there is always going to be someone who will want something or use him. He has made it his goal to not let anyone ever do him badly ever again, maybe its the reason why he doesn't mention anyone in particular in the show, nobody that missed or cares, not even friends, family or acquaintances. It had me thinking of him creating the Billy Joe Cobra persona as a way to protect and put himself first. This had potentially ruined some actual relationships and friendships that some people may want with him but for his own sake its better not to risk it. Not until his passing that he left a sense of relief and started to put his guard down when he realized he didn't need to do that anymore, until he met the kids and realized there may be some good people out there.

Anyways this may be so out of character for him and potentially doesn't fit him at all but I just found it so interesting that he doesn't speak/mention about anyone in particular in the show during his days when he was alive. This was the major reason why I created ocs in the first place to become friends with billy haha, this includes Ximena, her brother and his stylist/designer who I don't have their name set yet:

Ok im getting out of topic, enough talking about my ocs so back to headcanons!!

HC: Billy dated a groupie as a publicity stunt and that groupie ended up being Madame X Before Madame X was even "Madame X" she was a part of the groupies and became known as the successful groupie to date Billy Joe Cobra. Billy didn't think much when deciding to date a groupie and the risk that may come with it, not until he started to notice some very unhealthy obsessive behavior coming from her. For his safety he decided to end things off but that went downhill. Even since that break up Madame X became more obsessive and decided to go underground, changing her identity and appearance to become Madame X, the biggest anonymous Billy Joe Cobra fan.

Hello friends, hello mutuals, hello dimension dyfenders fans and hello people who like indie cartoon/comic stuff in general! Comet here. Once Again. and this time i've got something ig this year. This was supposed to release on May 29th, but due to Ren not coming back for a long time because they needed to prioritize irl stuff, of course, we had to delay it.

But, but, BUT! thankfully I had a few things ready after all, however as for some other things else, we'll get to it much later, when the moment calls. Now, let's get off with the first one.

You Kinda... Look Different.

You may have noticed that Dislexo looks a bit different than usual (darker skin, a bit of shorter hair, etc.), in case you're wondering why... Yeah, you're about to find out.

So, while I was thinking and drawing up some D.D related stuff, I was brainstorming a little by my lonesome. All of the sudden, as I was making a new render for a character, I was like... "Wait a minute... What if I give Dislexo a new look which is a mix between a secretary and a butler but keep it's elements from what made their design unique?" and So, the new and improved Dislexo was born!

Honestly i'm proud of what they look like now. I just hope i won't (or will) get to redesign ALL of the cast again so suddenly lol! Anyways, thats just a small change I made, nothing too big. Now, let's get on something else... which is...

Pocket Adventures' current status + how's minisode 1 coming along

You might be asking inside your minds, "i wonder when more of minisode 1 will drop", "where are the new parts?"- Well, i got the answer. It'll only come only when im completely finished. However i havent been working much on it aside from making a few pages a few months ago, but hopefully this summer i may get back to it and finish it all up if i can. The final script is 73% percent complete, as for the comic itself, let's just say its 58%. I promise you i'm taking my time with delivering everything i can for this minisode. However i might republish the minisode with the series' current artstyle if it ever comes out physically (or either when I'll have the time or energy to do it.) So, now, you may be wondering: "But Comet, what do we do while we wait." Well you're not gonna believe this.

No, it's not an extremely late april fools post! We got new stuff coming soon, recently i've been brainstorming some ideas for brand new content, and you know what? It came to me, HERE'S WHAT'S COMING!

MORE TOONIES COMING YOUR WAY!

THAT'S RIGHT, after months of hiatus, Toonies is coming back with more strips! This time, since summer's coming around, i'll try to post and make more of them and even schedule the finished ones! We got even more covers for it coming, but for now, here's one of them!

More comics are not only gonna explore more of the Dyfenders' and the Dajo Crew's everyday lives in-and-out of their superhero/Villain occupations, we are also going to focus on much more on other characters (at least some of them), and some will last for a few more pages longer! No arcs though, sorry. But hey, you're getting more wackiness as a treat! Now, i know i said this year is not gonna be big like the other two years we had, but...

NEW SPECIAL CURRENTLY IN DEVELOPMENT!

THAT'S RIGHT! We're working on a new special to commemorate our three years! Thought it'd be a nice adiction to this year, we may not reveal the logo and it's title yet, but we can tell you what the sypnosis is about!

You're all invited to the biggest night in the Omniverse, right across it's stars, cosmos, galaxies and portals! Both the Dimension Dyfenders and the Dajo-Crew are crossing the red (or should we say, blue) carpet in this brand new 3-part special! Prince Dajo-Voo has a new plan on how to take over the gala, all while he tries to self-control himself from doing the same explosive incident he did back then. The Dyfenders may be having a great time at the gala, but rest assured, they'll be sure to keep a close eye on him. Here's to a Rift-errific and (hopefully) trouble-free gala!

As a bonus, when the production on all three parts are done, we'll be posting Toonies comics related to the special, which may feature a new character who will debut later on in Pocket Adventures! We don't know when it'll exactly be out, my guesses would be either summer, september or next May 2025. But rest assured, we'll be working on it, but we won't rush it out.

So... What's next?

Honestly, i can't really tell. But I can assure you i still have so may plans for this series, plans that will be put in action in the far-off future. What i really hope to do is to make animated shorts as well, not just Toonies strips, pocket adventures minisodes and comic dubs of it. Maybe if we'll ever make a backerkit or a kickstarter for it and get a budget, it might happen (along with more VAs joining in.) Speaking of VAs, in case you're a VA and you haven't auditioned yet, anytime is the right time! (this is still a test leap, but if it succeeds it may go further.)

but for now, we're sticking to comics, and then, if possible we'll get to comic dubs and so on.

Can I just say I've seen a lot of Kinnikuman OCs over the years, been a fan of the franchise since way back when. No word of a lie but your OCs look like something pulled right out of the classic run of Kinnikuman. Id love to know your thought process behind all three of their designs, because they all look so well developed and like care went into them completely.

I'm personally doing some Kinnikuman Fanfiction myself, and I struggle sometimes with the forming of new characters at moments. But these three are incredible, seriously you should be immensely proud. If you ever do bring them to life in some fan fic, whether written or drawn Id love to read it!

Well Regarding my ocs, its a process I dwell on for a week for two.. fot making my first ever Kinnikuman oc; "El Rey".. I wanted to base it off my culture, I am Nicaraguense and Nicaraguan representation is awfully non existent on internet media. So I focuse on tradicional pieces + And take a good look at what the fighters... (at the time I was at the first arc/20th Chojin Olympics).. Which was normally boots and the boxers

By January, I finished the Throne arc and saw the many new designs, It gave me more freedom and thus I worked on a new design which had more Nicaraguan Culture/clothes to it.

Lastly by the end of the time chojin arc.. at this point wrestling gear is whatever (examples being Mariquitaman, Aristera, pirateman, the perfect chojin).. I realize the detail and decided to overexaggerate my design to make it more dynamic, which you can see... In kinnikuman, clothes dont matter, as long as you can fight 🔥

So I would say my though process would be.. find a concept.. Modernize it to Kinnikuman standarts .. update it with style .. Exaggerate it till it looks good

With Marionetteman, I admit there is NO THOUGH process since its based on my old sona

Conclusion: Most of my ocs are actually well though in my head before I draw, Some might not get it the first time like Marionetteman but its a slow process that you need to understand it takes time, and creativity! First I would say.. pick whatever thing you want to base your chojin, It could be a bird, an object, and try to have fun with it, make different sketches, different ideas how they could look like. I apologize for rambling so much, Honestly Its a question that really wrecks my brain and I want to say more than just "I just though abt it" yknow??

ok so FUN FACT when i first started playing i was fully gearing myself up for gilman to be my absolute number 1 favorite blorbo of all time. uhhh when i first met fae i was like "oh shes cute :]" and then didnt think much about her after that iirc..........like i thought she was very sweet and all but she didnt really grab me(little did i know)

Idea for a story

well obviousdly theres The Dogdeer Fic but uhhh in terms of fae-centric stuff i do have uh. a few ideas. main 1 is a multi-chapter(maybe) fic based on part of faes topside ending (something about her getting taken in by some family in the commonwealth?) except i dont actually know much of what actually happened bc im avoiding spoilers so all of this could be horrifically inaccurate! so uh take it with a grain of salt lol ill probably edit it when i actually liberate her. also heres some snippets if youre inchrested lol

even if the idea doesnt work uhh just take this as practice for writing fae ok i had fun writing this and im proud of it lol

UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH sifts through all my headcanons. i like the idea of her not remembering a lot of her past due to trauma and stuff(dissociative amnesia???is that the word) though i still wanna like research that kinda thing more so i dont portray it inaccurately or anything. also maybe the idea of her kinda having memory problems present day.....maybe......... uhh in terms of more light/fluffy headcanons uhhh......she likes bugs :] she loves bugs she very good with them even more "creepy" crawlys like spiders and wasps shes very gentle with them and in turn theyve rarely if ever bite/sting her. also shes maybe kinda nearsighted (if you ever see my draw her with glasses thats why lol) uh this is not projection at all. also one time i got an anon that said something about transmasc fae. i thought that was neat but uh maybe thats just me maybe im weird haha

HAPPY 8 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SANDERS SIDESS!!

I wish I could do more for this anniversary celebration but I have to go somewhere today and probably won’t have time to draw anything special. However, this is what I have time for since sanders sides was literally one half of my childhood and I recently got back into the hyperfixation of it. I love each of these characters to death and I’ll explain each of them in detail during this post <3

Logan: He is the best “teacher” ever! I wish he got more love from the other Sides, but the fandom definitely makes up for it. He’s a sucker for Crofters, got me into that jame btw, and he helped me learn a lot of new things! During one of my classes a teacher asked if anyone knew what a “Yerkes-Dodson Curve” was and let me tell you how I raised my hand so fast…. LOGAN MY BOI WE ALL LOVE YOU😭😭

Roman: The Man, the Prince, the Legend. He is so flamboyant I love him for that. He is the embodiment of “drama queen” and he definitely deserves that title. I loved this man to D E A T H since day one. I feel like half of me is literally his personality, and since I’m also insecure it checks out pretty well! If I was forced to only draw one Side for the REST of my life, it would be Roman in a heartbeat.

Patton: HES THE BIGGEST PUFFBALL WEVE GOT IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD AND EVERY CAN AGREE HES AMAZING AND OMFG HES SO ADORABLE AND EVERY BAD THING THAT HAPPENED TO HIM THAT HE COULDNT CONTROL SHOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED AND I ONLY WISH THE BEST FOR HIM AND HE DESERVES ALL THE COOKIES IN THE WORLD OMGGGGGGGGG- Ahem, aside all that… I do love Patton! He is like the father I wish I could have, and the childhood imaginary friend you had what you were a toddler as well! I love you to bits Patton!

Virgil: He’s a fan favorite, which is understandable. A ton of people deal with anxiety, and a lot of people love the color purple. I.. am in that group but in a slightly insane level- Not the anxiety part that’s being dealt with, but the P U R P L E. He’s my favorite BECAUSE he’s purple. When he was just black I didn’t really like him THAT much, but I saw the appeal. Once he got the purple tho, I LOVED THAT MAN. He really is a big fan favorite and I understand why. Plus he’s a silly little emo gay, who doesn’t like that?

Janus: MY SASSY BOII!!! We love to see him! We all know he loves wine, we all know he definitely needs some validation, and our boy deserves a hug. We love him, and as the saying goes “She is beauty, she is grace, she will lie right to your face.” And he is also the embodiment of…. “Girlboss, gatekeep, gaslight <3” And all of this is the truth, which is definitely gonna mess with him a lil bit :3

Remus: How do you describe your love of a character without it getting to redundant? I love this fucking trashy rat man to death and nothing will change my god damn mind. HES SO SCRUNKLY I LOVE HIM!!! HE IS THE ELBODIMENT OF THE OTHER SIDE OF ME, IM BEING DEADASS RIGHT NOW. I WILL ACTUALLY KEEP RANTING AND RANTING ABOUT HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS GOD FORSAKEN MAN. I WILL FUCKING KILL FOR HIM (if he doesn’t do it first) His outfit, his personality, HIS FUCKING MACE. HE IS THE EMBODIMENT OF CHAOS AND I LIVE FOR IT!!

Thomas: Him. Just, Him. He deserves all the love this world can possibly give him and more. Whenever he posts is always, and I mean ALWAYS during a troubling part of my life. And he can get me through any bad days I may be having. I swear this guy knows when we are sad and posts RIGHT when that happens and it brings a chuckle to us, making the day MUCH BETTER. He is an inspiration, a goal, a dream, a PARENTAL FIGURE to most of the community and I want him to know that.

trying 2 get into drawing splatoon!!!! any tips??? u make them look so gummy i love it

& ty for asking !!! though uhmmmmmmmmm im not really a great source at explaining splatoon anatomy & art traits tbh ! (specifically for inkfish, which is what i assume youre gonna be drawing if ur getting started)

i kinda just draw them as plain humans with tentacle hair and big ears, ive barely ever cared to analyze the way they are canonically presented to interpret into my own art - instead the style came naturally to me over the years after making many ocs & being a fan for so long, while bending the rules to whatever i find most comfortable

soooo if youre looking for a person to explain to you on how to draw inkfish in an accurate way then sorry i am not that guy pal . but if u just want my own personal opinions then sure ! if anybody wants more specific rundowns i can try, but for today ill only talk a little about hair:

first off, the simplest one

^ the way i color tentacles really depends on the style (its quite different when im working with aliased (aka pixelated) brushes or simplified styles, then i have to be a lot more concsious about my color choices) tbh but the one ive been doing the most recently is like the pictured above . im not good at explaining my coloring process in general to be honest, so i cant give much advice on that especially when it comes to splatoon since i just do whatever

^ now onto the wordier stuff ! its good to give more weight to the tentacles than you would with untouched human hair, since in the end these are literally pieces of flesh lol . inklings have more weight at the lower ends of their tentacles while octolings have it at the mid-to-higher ends, the weight is hand-in-hand with the thickness (as in mass) . also, i think its a canon attribute that octolings have thicker (as in density, and sometimes in mass, as shown with the enemy octolings) tentacles than inklings like their irl counterpart, but dont take my word for it since i dont know where the source is, i just like keeping it in mind art-wise since it makes sense for their real-world counterparts

personally when character designing i like to stick to the 4-tentacles = octolings, 6 tentacles = inklings rule, but even the canon characters will sometimes break it (though, from my recollection, it only breaks that rule by having less tentacles (shiver, frye, acht, marina in side order)) so i dont force myself to keep it if the design can look better with more or less pieces . however, limitations can definitely inspire creativity, so its a good starting point to stick to the canon tentacle-count

hakudean note: finally found time to do this!! anyways here is a long overdue mini event to celebrate 360+ followers on tumblr! first, i want to say thank you to all of you for your support and love through these few months!! when i dabbled into the dol fandom, i honestly never thought i'd get a lot of engagement and was content with just having fun. BUT HERE WE ARE! 360+ and probably still growing! no amount of words can thank my friends, mutuals and followers for this! i honestly would've lost interest long ago had it not been for all of you guys. so from the bottom of my heart, thank you for the support! as a thank you and to give back to the community that supported me these past few months, i've decided to open this mini event!
