Recently I've been on a new antipsychotic and it's causing weight gain, so they put me on a diet medication and I'm STILL gaining weight.
As someone with a past of having anorex!a this is MAJORLY triggering as now I'm in the "Overwe!ght" BMI range and I'm freaking the fuck out and wanting to d!e every single day.

From my Research on the WHO, I found out some information about mental health. Mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological and social well being. It influences how we think, feel and act which then shapes how we handle stress and interact with others which can influence things like life choices. Mental health is not just mental illness but also the presence of positive mental functions like resilience, emotional balance and social well being. Factors such as genetics, environment and lifestyle all play a role in mental health.
