listening to housofpsychoticwomn feels like an out of body experience. it’s so haunting and harrowing and i felt bled dry by the end of it. the epizeuxis on i love you feels so….perverse. i’ve never heard words said so devoid of its true meaning. they don’t mean what they say but they believe they do. like the phrase is said so much so desperately the words have lost its meaning. or maybe, she is trying to speak it into existence. i love you i love you i do i do.

I feel like it does an injustice to pick a fav from this album or rank it because it is quite wholeistic and the continuation and progression of the album is a huge part of why I think it is amazing but still I'm going to because I feel like it

I don't know, maybe it is the fact that there is more talking and i love what it is saying but the constant uneasy tone after also just makes me love it

I see a lot of dicourse on this album and as someone who listened to somewhat underground controversial shit in their formative years, I think this album rocks. Like not in a "this is a bop" way but in a "I need to sit and really digest this on a dark day as I lay on my bed feeling empty" kind of way.

Housofpsychoticwomn (a poem inspired by the song)

there was a point, the lowest for most i welcomed the great darkness, complacently submissive it swallowed me whole, leaving little space to breathe not something i can recount, you'd have to live it yourself but that's not an experience i'd recommend like i said, it invades you, rips you apart existence rendered useless, your body no longer yours just a vessel, discarded after use if there even is one, or was. all of this for love such a small word, so many meanings i waste my time, aimlessly wandering waiting, waiting for something something I can't explain love, my biggest need, a strange emotion you could never understand, hopefully you never will it's the best thing, to be loved, the purest so precious, so special a magnificent feeling worth giving everything up for monetary, mental, physical, emotional finding you in the darkest of time it swallows you whole.
