glee headcanon that, in the hudmel house, it's a rite of passage to pick your seat at the dinner table.

when a new friend comes to join the hudmel-hostel, carole asks them where they want to sit. and they sit there from then on whenever they come round (which ends up being a lot, some of them even sleeping there a lot of the time.)

and for a lot of them it's one of the closest things to family they've experienced. so it's pretty big. and pretty beautiful.

Household 29 - Priscilla goes to Three Lakes

It was time. Priscilla's trip to Three Lakes had arrived. She would break up with Zoey and then come home and start her life with Pilar.

She and Pilar said a long, passionate good bye. Priscilla and her dogs, Penny and Little Trout, would be gone, but the sheep needed tending. That fell to a new farm hand Priscilla was trying out.

After Pilar left, Priscilla discovered an unpleasant surprise. Cockroaches! Pilar was right, she and Priscilla should hire a maid.

She got out the spray and worked on killing the gross insects.

While she succeeded in killing them, she felt like they might have gotten her sick. That was all she needed, like traveling to break off an engagement wasn't stressful enough.

Then, in the night, some kind of predator ate a ram and a ewe, and chased off another one. Ugh!

She had a lot to deal with when she got home, but that was a problem for future Priscilla. She had to travel to Three Lakes and break up with Zoey.

Evan, your bright-eyed three-year-old, bounced around the room with infectious energy, his laughter filling the air.

"Hey there, little man," he chuckled, his voice infused with affection. "What adventures are you up today?"

His response was a jumble of words, excitement evident despite his struggles with forming coherent sentences. "Catch the bad guys like mommy and daddy!"

"Daddy, look! Cops!" Evan exclaimed, his words a jumble of excitement as he pointed at the officers. "Lots and lots!"

Tim chuckled softly, his heart swelling with pride at his son's eagerness. "That's right, buddy," he affirmed, his voice warm with affection. "This is where mommy and daddy works, with all their friends."

"Hi, Lulu!" Evan exclaimed, flashing Lucy a toothy grin as he reached up to give her a high-five.

Lucy laughed, her eyes crinkling at the corners with amusement. "Hi there, little buddy! If it isn't our favourite visitor!" she replied, returning the high-five with a gentle pat on the head.

"Hi, Auntie Angie!" he chirped, reaching out to tug on her sleeve.

Angela's heart melted at the endearing nickname, her smile softening as she crouched down to Evan's level. "Hey, champ,"

You watched your son with amusement, glad he's terrorising your friends and gave you and your husband a moment to catch your breath.

"Don't forget Nyla and John." Evan eagerly nodded at your words, making his way to Nyla first.

"Evan?" Tamara called out, her voice tinged with concern as she scanned the room frantically. "Where are you?"

Panic began to bubble up inside her as she rushed out into the hallway, calling out for Evan at the top of her lungs. "Evan!" she shouted, her voice echoing off the walls of the station. "Come on, kid! This isn't funny. We didn't agree to play hide and seek!"

"What happened?" Angela asked, her voice filled with concern as she reached out to steady Tamara.

"It's Evan," Tamara blurted out, her words tumbling out in a rush. "I don't know what happened. He—uh, he's not in the break room. I can't find him."

Returning to Angela's desk, they accessed the security cameras from the station, their hands shaking as they scrolled through the footage. As they watched in horror, the figure took Evan's hand and led him out of the station through the front door, disappearing into the bustling city beyond.

"What happened? Where's Evan?" your voice trembled with fear as you approached Sergeant Grey, your eyes searching desperately for any sign of reassurance.

Grey's expression was grave as he met your gaze, his own eyes filled with sorrow and sympathy. "Please sit down," he urged gently, his voice laced with regret.

But Tim couldn't bring himself to comply, his chest tight with anxiety and dread. "Don't do that," he interjected, his voice raw with emotion. "Just tell us what happened."

Sergeant Grey sighed heavily, his shoulders slumping under the weight of the news he had to deliver. "Fine," he relented, his voice thick with emotion. "Evan's been kidnapped. We're waiting for the security footage of all cameras around the station, but Detective Lopez might have a lead."

Designed by the renowned celebrities’ architect Paolo Lopez, this modern house is home to a very famous artist, Adeline Ohlson. Even with its strict contemporary design, the building still feels alive, mixing wood and stone textures all across the exterior with an abundance of plants and trees. The interior is also Lopez’s work, who got inspiration from some of Adeline’s paintings. It’s bright and pastel, calming and warm, and the perfect house for a big family.

Heyyy so im kinda new here and i think the characters look really cool and interesting but im struggling to get the dynamics and story. Is there like a FAQ i havent seen or a way to catch up on the basics of the story. If not can i get a tiny description of each character and what they do? thanku and have a good dayy <3

Hi! Yeah typically the stories can be mixed around in certain places on the blog; along with the fact that some things are outdated and changed and when we answer questions about the characters its generally not the right questions. Anything for the basis of wanting to learn more about the world building we have an audio called “Story Time” that gives a good sum of where the setting is, The game map and soon to be more concept art sheets our artist are working very hard to complete!

But strictly for the characters here’s a list:

Andre Lopez: He’s the oldest of the group and lives in South Texas! You won’t find him too often in the Intrepid due to numerous reasons. He has his own ranch and teaches horse riding lessons especially during the Summer. He has a younger sister named Mika, his mother's name is Elvita and an Uncle who helped raise him. He lives by himself with his pitbull Pepper and two bots BUG and CH35T3R. Don’t put him and Noble in the same room together unless you would like to pick up bullet casings and clean blood off the floor.

Casey Dang: He’s the youngest of the group and the most naive. He’s apart of the band Snake Eyes as the drummer and his parents are well known candy makers in Bhaavana! He has an older brother but hasn't seen him in quite a while. He enjoys bright colors, clowns, and sharing his family's candy with others. Despite his cheerful demeanor and friendly attitude, he is a bit of a kleptomaniac and trouble-maker.

Chrysanthemum (Chrys) Cortez- the hyperactive plant lover with an arson addiction. Ironic, but it’s hilariously a family tradition! She grew up with Andre and David since they were in diapers and helps her brother at Boutanique when she feels like it can. She has 7 members of her family, but that soon drop to 5 due to unknown reasons, and she used to date Baston Tenko! But…it didn’t end on great terms.

Zacherie Bautista— One word to sum him up: Pervert. He is a fantastic NSFW mangaka artist along with working as a Resident Nurse in one of Corpus's many hospitals. He is the oldest twin to Kieran, but is seen to be forgotten occasionally by his own family. If taking care of yourself were a lifeline he’s definitely the one to pull the plug; and if he’s not working his brother is dragging him around left and right like he’s a carry-on. Working at the hospital is the only thing he has to prove that he’s worthy of something and it’s been going well— until there was a transfer.

Kieran Bautista— The looks and attitude a narcissist claims proudly. Besides being the youngest twin he’s also the lead singer and founder of the band Snake Eyes. He’s the cause of almost every bar fight in the Wild Witch especially if it’s a rival band; he and Noble are FWB, but more friends than anything. He’s banned from setting foot on Valrose and did I mention he also has an ex he screwed over and then sabotages to try and get her back? Well I did now.

Eddie Young— If there was any other person that would autistically scream, he could fight God and win it’s him. He comes from one clusterfuck of a household. He is the ‘adopted’ eldest of nine children and his four parents are massively wanted by the Nexus government. He’s a bootleg Snow White, and also a student of Valrose and is roommates with David. Trouble is attached to him like a magnet and it’s always his compass that leads him to it.

David Mikhailov— What happens when you mix a God complex with alcohol addiction? You get him. David is a participation trophy golden child after certain events in his family, led him to being put in the spotlight to make them look ‘proud’. Though he grew up with Andre and Chrys he’s not as close to them as he used to be and the only one that seems to break into that mold of his is one of Eddie's sisters, Becca. He respects her enough to consider his best friend. Because he is the selected Heir of Omniscience from Zoreen herself that put him in danger. But it didn’t really last too long when the organization his family falls under gave him an annoying experienced guardian to work his last nerve.

Noble Dupont— He is the child of the Priestess that runs the Church of SOI. He has 7 sisters, but the ones that he stays with at the bakery and prefers are Winnie and Sylvie. He's also the middle child. He’s in an on and off again relationship with his girlfriend Rainn and "self-medicates" most of his problems away. You would mostly be able to find him hanging around Kieran or Naomi, and he gets a thrill off of frightening Eddie and David. The only ones that actually look over or don’t know of what he does would be Chrys and Casey, but sometimes it’s hard not to assume what he is typically up too.

and personally, I've been found xolo maridueña attractive, my mom watched cobra kai the minute she realized it was a karate kid spin-off/story continuation, so he was already a household name/face for me, so I was already super glad to see him take on the role of jaime reyes and knew he would do well.

also-also-also, it was amazing to see his character be brought to life because I remember being tiny and having the fattest crush on jaime after watching justice league vs. teen titans, so I felt the way I felt then, now, all over again😆. also, once again, the representation?! *french kiss*💋 spectacular. they were right when they said it was practically the black panther for latinos lmfao.

also, once again, I found myself deeply relating to the main character, his job/life struggles and the way he was feeling all of that pressure coming down on him so fast from all of these outlying forces,,, yeah🥲.

unlike me, though, his family was his support system. and I so deeply loved that for him and watching his bond/connection with his family on screen was so heartwarming and refreshing (especially for dc lmao we know how they be, traumatizing their characters💀), and then basically adopting jenny kord😭💜.

lord, and when the dad, alberto, died...I felt that in my chest bro, I was crying, like, milagro screaming out for her mom, dude...

also, miss susan sarandon, hello ?!? I know she was evil, but as usual, she ate down💅🏽. if you know me, you know I will root for speed racer's mom no matter what role she's in, like, susan did that fr, she plays evil so damn well, I almost hated her😭.

but yeah, all in all, super cute and fun movie, I loved it a lot, and I definitely can't wait for the dceu to expand on jaime and his family and superhero life, especially knowing he's basically the start of the whole dceu reboot thing. james gunn, do my boy right or I swear to god, I'll re-write and re-cast the entire dceu myself and do it better. that's a threat and a promise🥰🫵🏽.

✨ History ✨

She was born and spent half of her life in Alaska, after losing her father, she moved with her mother to California, where she met one of her maternal uncles, months later her mother also passed away, this was very hard for her, but she was overcome. Some time later, she met all of her mother's friends, who supported her a lot in those moments. Her uncle still had no experience with children, but he gave his best for her. Then one of her mother's friends had a son, this child would change Emily's life completely, that child was Blade, it was friendship at first sight

Years passed and he met other friends while traveling with his uncle. On one of those trips, he met his uncle's girlfriend, a Latina girl. Emily, although she was not familiar with Spanish, learned it quickly, fell in love with different languages so much that she wanted to learn more, becoming bilingual. Later, his uncle had a son, whom they named Nick. Emily adored this cousin so much that she considered him her brother. He spent a few years with his uncle in Mexico until he returned to California with him and his cousin. Upon his return, he met his friend Blade again, whom he missed a lot. The three of them studied and graduated together. Later, he wanted to know everything about his parents, returning to Alaska. There he learned that his family was wealthy but lived humbly. Then he returned to California to be close to Nick and Blade, who had begun their acting careers at that time. Everything was going well in her life, until Nick passed away, this was very painful for her, Blade was by her side during those times

Thanks to him, the pain she felt disappeared and the friendship between them turned into love. Days later, Blade asked her to marry him and she happily accepted. They both decided to move out of the city, to a place in contact with nature. The house was perfect, very spacious, comfortable and quiet. In that beautiful place, their married life began. For a while, she dedicated herself to fixing her house, while Blade worked. At that time, he was training to be a firefighter. Emily, seeing that her husband got a job, also wanted to work in something to help with the household expenses. Even though she had money inherited from her parents, she preferred to save it for emergencies. She created a small gardening business with two of her friends. By that time, when she started working, her husband was already a firefighter and was sent to Piston Peak. Months later, Emily began to feel strange, dizzy or tired. Then she found out that she was pregnant. This took her by surprise. She didn't know how to tell Blade and she didn't know how she was going to react. Emily hid this news from her husband until she was convinced by the doctor to tell him everything. Blade, upon finding out, did not react as she imagined, he was very happy about this news. Blade always came to see her and stayed with her whenever he could. Neither of them knew how to be parents, but they would do whatever was necessary to protect their baby. One warm and beautiful spring day, Emily gave birth to a beautiful boy, whom they named Blaze. From that moment on, her life began to change even more. Her son grew up and another baby came into her life. So many things happened that without realizing it, there were already 12 children. Emily, apart from working in the gardening business, also trained and became a firefighter. In 2014, after her twins were born, she went to Piston Peak to help her husband. She spent all those days with him, meeting Dusty. During that fire season, she almost lost her husband. Fortunately, things didn't get worse. After the events at Piston Peak, unexpectedly, another gift came into her life, a new baby, both Blade and she were worried about this, luckily the child was born safe and sound. Currently, apart from being a firefighter, she takes care of Bryan, Emelinda, Eiden, Edward and Blaskio, they are the youngest in her family, her other children work, she also has two grandchildren, of a similar age to her son Bryan

She continues to help people in danger and fight fires, along with her husband. At the same time, she is the head of a firefighting team in a completely different dimension, called: The Magic Kingdom. In that dimension, I can bring back to life his cousin Nick with the help of the magic of that place, this brought more happiness to his life ❤️

first of all… beto is very unNormal. he is a weird odd fellow and he is an approval seeking loser. so that being said he got into racing and motorsports and whatever from manny being like oh wow, you’re so cool wow such cool everyone likes you i want to be liked too!!!! (although he was already a weird loser hanging out in their uncles garage trying to fix a car instead of socialising with Other People)

and so he kinda just got into it all via osmosis trailing behind manny. and manny was doing his ferrari thing in 2014 and beto was fighting for his life in some development/junior series and also still in high school so. like in 2015 that’s when beto first had his “is this even worth it” moment except he wanted people to like him an unnormal amount so he just went through with it (don’t tell him that f1 would test his sanity and he Will Fail)

Household 29 - Priscilla and Pilar dream of their future

Priscilla and Pilar spent a lot of time together in the weeks leading up to Priscilla's trip. Sometimes, Priscilla felt badly that she was with Pilar when she hadn't officially ended things with Zoey, but now that she had decided what she wanted, she was fully invested.

Pilar was also enjoying every moment. Priscilla was funny and knew so much about topics Pilar had no experience in, like farming. While Pilar didn't picture herself in the fields like her lover, she did think she could be of great help on the business end.

They hadn't been together very long, but they had now known each other for a couple of years. Both had clear plans of where they wanted things to go.

"These are great! You are making some pretty silly faces." Priscilla laughed as she looked at their photos.

"My faces are silly? Look at yours!" Pilar replied.

"You know, most people don't use the photo booths for taking photos," Priscilla pointed out.

"What did you have in mind," Pilar teased as they went back behind the curtain.
