New Challenge Idea

So I came up with a new challenge idea based on the sim I created for my icon. This is a challenge that actively supports the use of mods which and a challenge that you can’t really lose. It stops when you lose interest or get too attached. I don’t know if anyone has come up with something similar but here’s my idea. I don’t really have a clever name for it right now and I’ll probably make a more clever name for it later as well a clearly defined list of rules and helpful links. 

Sinner’s Contract Challenge

Concept: A spell-caster sim summons a demon sim to help them achieve their aspiration. In exchange the demon has a child with the spell-caster this is their “contract”. From there the demon sim goes from household to household making contracts with various sims helping them achieve their aspirations and having children with them. Each child is basically a tiefling. While they may be an alien or vampire sim their “human” forms will always have “demonic characteristics” and once they show their demonic heritage the main demon sim(mds) leaves for another household. 

The goal is to repopulate your game entirely with demon sims. Once there are more demon sims then there are normal or supernatural sims you’ve won. When one demon sim dies the youngest young adult demon sim takes their place. 

As I’ve said there’s a lot of things I need to work on and it’s not exactly perfect. But the idea came to me so I though I’d share it. Rules I’m set on are:

First contract is always with a spell-caster

MDS is essentially homeless and can’t own property or have a job. This is their job and their resources come from their clients

Every contract after the first has to be done with someone who has become friends with the MDS to the point where they can move in together.                                                                                                   For example: MDS has been helping out Morgan and in the process has become friends with Bella Goth and Lily Feng. Now that the contract is over it’s time to make a new contract. MDS is good friends with Bella and can move into her household but is only friends with Lily. MDS makes a contract with Bella but once that contract is done moves on to Lily after as the two have become better friends.

The needs of the client are more important then the needs of the MDS and the MDS needs to adapt and change to fit those needs and desires. The MDS can also not travel without taking either a member of the household or their client with them

The MDS can have multiple clients within a household but can only have a child with someone that is their client. To have more than one child with a client(outside of having twins,triplets,etc.) a new contract needs to be formed meaning a new aspiration needs to be completed.

This is what I have now. I’ll be happy to take suggestions and comments. I’m play testing this right now. Thanks to @simblr-rainbow for the help thinking up some of this. Stay Tuned for more.

it's time to visit mortimer and dina's branch of the goth family!

With the impending passing of their patriarch, the Goth clan has fallen into a sombre, yet forcefully cheerful, mood. Will Mortimer pass peacefully, or will long-hidden family secrets come to light before he can?

Mortimer Goth

Now that he's getting on in years, how will Mortimer, cheerful and outgoing as he is, choose to spend his last days? He does have an unusual fondness for insects, which drives his green thumb son Alex up the wall.

Dina Caliente-Goth

It is often said that Dina has a mind of her own, but she is quick to disagree. She likes chocolate and enjoys the prestige and status that her marriage to the Goth patriarch gives her.

Oleander Goth

Oleander has never felt like he fits into the Goth family. With his strange appearance and lack of resemblance to his late 'father', Michael, it's only natural that he's grown restless under the eyes of the rumour-driven, wide-eyed Pleasantview folk. Maybe it's something to do with his blood.

Galina Goth

A strange genetic illness caused Galina to grow very ill as an infant, prompting her father, Mortimer, to place her in an advanced life-support system at a young age, in order to save her life. Contrary to her big brother, Oleander, Galina likes how she looks, and is determined not to let her illness hamper her dreams of a happy family life.

Isadora Goth

People often call Isadora a mini version of her aunt Nina, but her father always says she favours her mother. This giggling little girl seems destined for a happy, sheltered life within the Goth clan.

Cymoril (Dog)

For a member of a family stacked high with drama, Cymoril has lived quite the uneventful life. He enjoys his days spent jogging with his human mom Dina and playing fetch with the Goth siblings.
