It's my favorite chapter yet and I almost cried while writing it! Remus is just a heartbreaking little boy.

This chapter is the sorting told through Sirius, Lily, Remus, and Peter(!!!)'s eyes. You're in for a ride.

Sirius felt something like fire burn in his chest at the thought of coming home over the holiday to a Regulus with streaks of gray in his hair. He had to qualm it quickly, for that fire wasn’t characteristic of a Slytherin. Sirius had to be a Slytherin, he had to.

It’s fine I had to make NPCs for Dorcas’ dorm and ended up creating a whole arc around the four of them lol.

Look look, I’m at 20k now. I’m three chapters in. These are so long. Much too long. All the information is incredibly important though. You have to understand everything that happens is necessary. Should this chapter be 10k? Probably not, but It’s actually going to be longer because I’m not done yet. Help me. I want to post this by hopefully Wednesday. I just churned out like 6k. AHHHHH.
