Apenas cruzou os braços e encarou o outro.

Been thinking about my Grand High Sovereign version of Rhixak again lately. I made him way back in 2018 based on the Infinity Ball personal story instance for asura.
I just made him for fun and didn't give him much further thought. But now I started thinking about him again.
It starts with meeting Shodd and the story goes similar to how it goes in the personal story part. Rhixak is a bit of a control freak which led to the invention of infinity ball in the first place, though he gave up in the end as in canon
With Shodd's encouragement, he continues, ignoring Zojja's warnings. In the end though no other version of him comes out, instead the two of them somehow succeed in making it predict the future.
The two's collaboration is of course full of homoeroticism, and the two only grow closer through working together. Though Shodd is only changing Rhixak for the worse. He purposefully manipulated Rhixak to go on with the project, and ends up getting carried away, encouraging even worse behaviour.
Using Rhixak's anxiety and worry for others, Shodd eventually leads the two of them to take over the world so they can protect it. They work together to take down the elder dragons, though Aurene's egg is lost, and she is never born in this reality. Though the two of them succeed in defeating the elder dragon threats, the dragonvoid appears unexpectedly.
Maybe it was beyond the infinity ball or maybe it ends up destroyed at some point, still working on the details but in the end the dragonvoid destroys Tyria.

I find it so fascinating that Shukra (Venus), traditionally seen as the ruler and teacher of the Asuras — the demons — holds dominion over Venus-ruled nakshatras that are placed in fire signs. Especially in Purva Phalguni, there are myths suggesting that demons feed off light, energy, and even human emotions. It’s no coincidence that Venus, a planet often associated with beauty and pleasure, finds its nakshatras housed within the fire signs ruled by Mars, the Sun, and Jupiter — planets known for carrying some of the most abundant, radiant, and potent life force in the cosmos.
Even more intriguing is that Venus governs Purva Ashada, a nakshatra housed in a Jupiter-ruled rashi — Sagittarius — despite the ancient enmity between Brihaspati (Jupiter) and Shukra (Venus). This suggests a deeper, almost alchemical lesson hidden within Venus’s placement: a call not just to master material pleasures, but to confront and tame the obsessive pursuit of perfection — the endless refinement of craft that can drain one’s own life force if left unchecked.
It’s as if these Venusian nakshatras carry a built-in resistance to external parasitism: demonic or negative energies may attempt to feed off their light and vitality, but are thwarted because these natives are repeatedly trained to master their own internal demons — their desires, attachments, and compulsions — before such forces can consume them. Mastery over one’s own life force, rather than being devoured by it, becomes their shield and secret power.

I’m wondering if Mercury Atmakaraka can determine interest, involvement, and/or talent in esoteric studies and practices. This could also depend on the sign and house placement of the Mercury AK, as well as the positions of Sun and Venus (Mercury’s friends in Vedic).
Anybody with Mercury AK deep in occultism?? Also going to add in Venus and Moon AK into this question.
I’m theorizing Mercury AK might lend to ceremonial magic, or occult systems that deal with structures or organizations. Venus AK with devotional mysticism type of practices, and also Goëtic sorcery or adjacent practices since Venus is guru to the asuras. Lunar AK with divination systems, and oneiric work.
An argument can be made for any planet and how it relates specifically to occult practices and traditions too. I’m curious about these three though hmmm
What are your thoughts and experiences? Any Moon/Venus/Mercury AK people relate?

Your homestead? You mean Palawa Joko's homestead. That he built with his own two hands. And the dinner he cooked with just his mind. Praise Joko! (This is legitimately hilarious and I applaud you for choosing the worst possible dinner partner.)

Just me. My homestead. And a life-sized Joko bust as my dinner partner.

Venus in Krittika: The Power To Separate🔪💔
Krittika, also known as "the Cutter" or "the Power to Separate," “to burn”, is a nakshatra associated with the themes of cutting, burning, and transformation. It belongs to the Rakshasa (demonic) group, which imbues it with aggressive, lustful, and sensual qualities. This nakshatra is influenced by Shukra (Venus), the guru of the Asuras (demons), enhancing its intense and passionate nature.
Krittika is split into two rashis: Aries and Taurus. When Venus is in Aries, it is considered to be debilitated. Even in Taurus, where Venus rules, the nakshatra's nature can still create challenges. This is because Krittika is a Sun nakshatra, and Sun and Venus are considered enemies in Vedic astrology. Also, the Sun exalts in Aries. The enmity between the Sun and Venus symbolizes the tension between spiritual duty and material pleasure, authority and harmony, selflessness and indulgence. While this placement is not exactly the same as having Venus combust, the overall energy and tension can feel quite similar.
The deity of Krittika Nakshatra is Agni, the lord of fire, and Kartikeya. 🔥It is an aggressive nakshatra, symbolized by a knife or razor with the intention of cutting. 🔪This is one reason why people with this nakshatra often excel as chefs or bladesmithings.

Those with Venus in Krittika are often prone to multiple relationships or marriages, as Agni had seven wives, and they may even be the cause of another couple's breakup. His Shakti is "to burn or consume in order to purify," using fire to remove impurities and reveal the truth. This is why affairs usually don't remain hidden when the third person involved has this placement. The power of fire can purify or destroy.
People with this nakshatra are driven by their sexual desires, much like Agni, who was cursed with insatiable lust after seeing the wives of the Saptarishis naked. The Moon is exalted at 3 degrees in this nakshatra, and those with dominant Moon energy often have tendencies towards infidelity, as I’ve mentioned.
Taurus is all about pleasure, and having Venus in this nakshatra can turn someone into a hedonist, driven by a desire to fulfill all their urges and obtain their absolute dreams. This can sometimes manifest in a greedy, egoistical manner.

Funny enough, the yoni consort of Krittika is Pushya, another nakshatra associated with cheating due to the conflict between Brihaspati and Soma over Tara, the wife of Brihaspati. Either way, people with Venus in Krittika tend to attract married people, now if they indulge in an affair or not, depends on them.🤷🏻♀️

1. Ariana Grande has her Venus in Krittika of Aries in the 5th house, which represents short romances and flings. Ariana Grande's love life pretty much sums up her songs "break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored”; “the boy is mine”. She's currently with Ethan Slater, whom she met while they were both married.
2. Johnny Depp and Amber Heard both have their Venus in Krittika of Taurus. Allegedly, when they started their relationship, both were in other relationships at the time. Throughout their marriage, there were accusations and evidence of infidelity. The darker side of this Nakshatra manifested in their tumultuous relationship, with incidents such as Johnny threatening that he will cut himself and him painting on walls with his blood.
3. Marlon Brando had his Venus in Krittika of Taurus in his 7th H. He was famous for his numerous affairs with both men and women. Even his ex-wife Rita Moreno, admitted that he cheated frequently during their relationship.
4. Henry VIII had his Venus in Krittika of Taurus in his D9 chart. He was known for marrying six times, starting with Catherine of Aragon, who was previously married to his brother. He pursued other marriages while still married. Anne Boleyn, his second wife, was famously executed by beheading in 1536 on charges of adultery and treason. He had his Venus in Rohini (the favorite wife) in his D1.
5. Russell Crowe, another individual with Venus in Krittika of Taurus in the 5th house, began an affair with Meg Ryan whom he met on the set of "Proof of Life" while she was married at the time.
6. Partynextdoor also, has his Venus in Krittika of Taurus in his D1 chart. Themes of infidelity frequently appear in his songs, such as in his song "SAVAGE ANTHEM."

Mythology of Pushya Nakshatra
Pushya is governed by Brihaspati, the God of Supreme Wisdom (Jupiter/Guru).
Pushya nakshatra amplifies good karma and beneficial efforts, therefore, it is believed that all malefic planets lose their harmful potential when placed here.
Interestingly, it falls under the influence of the two largest planets - Jupiter (Guru) and Saturn (Shani), making it deeply significant because both these planets are the most important from the Vedic astrology perspective. Under Pushya, Dharma (righteous duty) and Karma (action) unite. People born under it are often highly moral and caring toward others. Pushya nourishes and has the power to nurture planets placed within it, allowing them to grow. Saturn, the ruler of Pushya, causes the results of the planets to unfold gradually over time, and with Jupiter exalted in this nakshatra, it implies steady, long-term growth. However, Pushya is NOT considered favourable for marriage. If the 7th house ruler is located here, or there’s some connection to it, marital issues may arise.
The myths (can be found in Vishnu Purana, Brahmanda Purana, and Harivamsha) explain the following: Brihaspati’s (Jupiter’s) wife, Tara, was stolen by the charming Chandra (Moon), and she later gave birth to a child from him. Hence, people with strong Pushya placements may face spousal loss or relationship disruptions. But there’s more — a dispute arose between Brihaspati and Chandra over the paternity of the child. When questioned, Tara initially remained silent. However, the unborn child, demonstrating remarkable intelligence, demanded to know his father's identity. Tara then acknowledged Chandra as the father. The child, named Budha, later became the deity associated with the planet Mercury, symbolizing wisdom and intellect. Most importantly, Brihaspati accepted Tara and her child back, which ties Pushya to such themes as adoption and caring for children who are not one’s own.
The sacred shakti (power) of this nakshatra is spiritual development. Pushya is especially important for religious and spiritual practice. Brihaspati (Guru, Jupiter) is the lord of speech, especially prayers and all forms of worship, including meditation.
However, relationships with one’s Guru (spiritual teacher) may be challenging. Two myths illustrate this:
Shani (Saturn) once approached Brihaspati (Jupiter) to become his student, but Brihaspati rejected him because Shani was the son of a shadow (Chhaya). Hurt, Shani then went to Shukra (Venus), who accepted him. This suggests that people with strong Pushya influence may change teachers or mentors for various reasons.
In Srimad Bhagavatam tale, Brihaspati (Jupiter) was not properly honoured at a grand assembly, organised by Indra, the god of weather, rain, storms, and war. Feeling disrespected and offended, Brihaspati departed silently and became untraceable. Deprived of their spiritual guide, the devas (gods) grew vulnerable, and the asuras (demons), guided by their guru Shukracharya, seized the opportunity to attack them. The gods then sought protection from sage Vishvarupa, who gave them the Narayana Kavacha (a sacred protective hymn invoking Lord Narayana's various forms and weapons for safeguarding against evil). Armed with this knowledge, Indra and the devas regained their strength and repelled the asuras.
Another interesting aspect relates to Pushya’s ruler Jupiter (Brihaspati): as a Brahmin and spiritual guide of the gods, he possessed secret knowledge from the Atharva Veda, including mantras, spells, and protection against black magic. This suggests that Pushya people may thus be healers or able to deal with occult forces.
This is especially notable if Lunar Nodes Rahu or Ketu are located in Pushya, or if it aligns with the dustahana houses (6/8/12) in a chart. Such individuals could be astrologers, tantrics, or possess deep knowledge (or potential for obtaining knowledge) of esoteric, mystical practices and mantras.
Mythological symbolism of Pushya in a nutshell:
Arrow – ability to reach one's goals.
Udder (teat) – capacity to nurture oneself and others.
Circle – symbol of protection.
Flower – represents spiritual blossoming; fulfilment in life through Dharma.

okay so with the commander’s established love for cats as they literally pick cats up off the street from all over the continent and take them home, it made me start thinking, like… all of the home instances are public areas. For Asura, it’s a lab, Sylvari have a garden, humans just have a fucking part of town, charr have their barracks, and the norn have a public living space.
the commander doesnt have a house or anything.
They are just finding cats and setting them loose in a public space.
they bring lots of shit actually but the cats are the funniest part to me. theyre bringing home stray cats left and right and nobody can question them because theyre the fucking commander
edit: 34 btw. 34 cats
