Vecinos de la torre Hesperia, allí en Plaza Europa, en el municipio de Hospitalet de Llobregat, están estos dos rascacielos. A la izquierda el Hotel Porta Fira, construido entre 2006 y 2010, en un llamativo color rojo, obra del arquitecto nipón Toyo Ito (premio Pritzker 2013), y ganador del Premio Emporis al Mejor Rascacielos de 2010. Cuenta con 26 pisos que suman 113 metros de altura, y un área total de 34.688 m². Es de estilo deconstructivista, por lo cual presenta un diseño no lineal, y con una apariencia que pareciese mostrar un caos controlado. Del mismo estilo y arquitecto, a la derecha está la Torre Realia BCN, construida entre 2006 y 2009, con 24 plantas y 112 metros de altitud; cuenta con 3 plantas de parking, planta baja comercial y 22 plantas de oficinas, sede de numerosas y diferentes organizaciones comerciales.
