Back in college, my fraternity house had a sauna hidden behind a false wall in the shower stalls. We called it the Lonely Guys Room, and after each house party, the single brothers that didn't hook up would gather there in just a towel and flipflops. It would start with a few rounds of circle jerks, and then as the crowd dwindled and leaned drunker and gayer, it would evolve into a free-for-all. Ours was the ROTC fraternity on campus, so everyone was lean and muscular. And there was a whole lot of not asking and not telling going on in that room!

no but gentlehands really is great like you would think the two characters who hated and dueled and stabbed each other while crushing on the same guy the entire first season would have like. a really slowburn friendship but no. izzy's like ok well new captain hours i guess. I just hang out in this man's room 24/7 now and I watch him twirl around in his pretty coats and I spout ominous poetry at him and give him pirate lessons while making sure I touch his ass and I HAVE TO look softly and proudly at him when he is good at pirate captaining. this is just what I do now

It took me long enough to draw Light Luke/Happy Din, but here we are!😉✨

I can understand why many people would want Luke to take the bottom role, bcs he's beautiful in a delicate way, lean, shorter, and has PTSD sometimes.

But in my opinion, his personality is definitely suitable for being a top or even a dom. He may have had some down time, but he has an inherent confidence, likes to be in control, always comes to others' rescue (and seems so confident that he can do it. Din also rescues people, but often seems doubtful🤣), he is impulsive, and is young. While youth can sometimes be interpreted as vulnerability and the need for guidance, I feel that in Luke's case, it means 🔥ENDLESS ENERGY🔥

In canon, Din is much order than Luke. I think the difference in stamina between them is a very fun part of their relationship 😋

I have a very good feeling about my future drawings of DinLuke, because this pairing is quite special to me.

Usually, when I ship a pair, I mainly love one of the two, while still liking the other character, but not as much as my fav one. However, I love Din and Luke equally, with only a slight preference for Din😛. Plus, I also love the actors (Pedro Pascal and Mark Hamill) who play these roles. This makes the process of drawing DinLuke immensely enjoyable, and I can make both of them the protagonists of my artwork without always favoring one over the other.

My WIP list for DinLuke is getting longer everyday. May the Force be with my weary hand…🙏
