Choosing to be positive and have a grateful attitude of Faith is something that has to be done every morning with intention and action. I talk to a lot of women in my painting classes, and we empathetically agree that we can hear some really dark voices of condemnation in our own heads. Please make sure that your worst enemy doesn't live between your ears. I encourage you today to actively seek out positive messages that encourage you. We are hit with a lot of disappointing circumstances and thoughts. I want to be a voice of healing and encouragement for all of my friends and family. That is so very important to me.
