Okay soooo Komaeda and May are actually childhood friends! They first met at a train station while she was still practicing her ultimate talent (she's the ultimate train conductor) and they bumped into each other and started talking. I imagine Nagito was kinda shy as a child as he came from a wealthy family so I can imagine him not dealing with many kids his age and the ones he did interact with were way too posh. But May is a social butterfly so she was easily able to get him to open up by being super friendly and kind to him.

After that they wouldn't really hang out much but would somehow end up frequently bumping into each other (blame Nagito's luck lolol) and when he saw that she was also in Hope's Peak he got super excited and started to hang out with her way more, practically being attached to the hip.

Excuse me, I saw one of your posts--one where you said that what makes a butch a butch is who they are and not how they dress--and now I’m wondering if I am a butch or not because I don’t know exactly what “acting like a butch” means. I’ve been wondering this way before I saw your post because my family (conservative) sees me a super masculine, while my friends (queer) see me as androgynous, or even feminine at times. It’s a bit of a mess how people perceive me, but it’s interesting to see.

So, my question is, what are some traits that are “recognizable” when it comes to being a butch, if there are any? And how would you call an androgynous lesbian? Futch? Butch of Schrödinger?

First of all I’m sorry if my post made you feel invalid that wasn’t my intention at all. I was trying to convey the complicated way that Butchness works and never meant to seem like I was positioning myself as some kind of authority because I’m not.

So far what acting Butch means. This question has a lot of nuance, it means a lot of different things to different people, you’re going to get a lot variety of answers. Acting Butch to me means loving your fellow Butches and Femmes, psychically and emotionally protecting the more vulnerable members of your community, and preforming masculinity in a way that challenges the “typical cis het male ideal of masculinity.”

I developed my idea of what acting like a Butch means from reading books by older Butches like Female Masculinity, Stone Butch Blues and Butch as a noun. I highly recommend them but please make sure to mind the trigger warnings. I’ve also learned a lot from older Butches on social media. @cowboyjen68 on here is a wonderful source.

For your last question some people do call themselves Futches (more as a joke then an actual identity) but there dosen’t seem to be a solid word for androgenous lesbian that I could find (maybe GNC or gender non conforming lesbian) If you feel like the label of Butch might fit you however I would suggest just trying it out. Labels are meant to fit you and if you try it and it dosen’t fit the worst thing that happens is that you were wrong. I personally tried the Butch label after IDing as a trans man for a while and it fit like a glove where the Trans man label didn’t.

Finally i’m sorry about your conservative family, I hope you’re safe and in a place where you can be loved for who you are. And if after reading this you find that the Butch label fits. Welcome home. We’re happy to have you!

Phil is just a silly little fisherman in his boat and Forever is a curious mermaid who see him everyday near the same spot and starts to get attached. He'd definitely help 'catch' fish for phil aka he gets fish and puts them in phil's nets for him if he isn't catching that many. he'd find pretty shells that match the color of phil's eyes or striped bucket hat or pearls or anything he thinks the human might like and puts them in his boat to find!! Phil is local friend of the crows so if he finds random shinies in his boat it's not that strange but the shells? he would remember if he picked it up right? or if one of his kids (techno, willbur or tommy) put it there surely?

for fun you can totally imagine that after they meet forever would purposefully try get in phil's nets kjadvjkas that's his excuse to talk to phil it's because "oh no :(( i got stuck in your nets again :(((( looks like you need to let me out" and phil is like "forever this is the fourth time this week just pop out of the water if you want to talk to me"

phil does become fond of forever because i make the rules im sorry. he loves learning about mermaid culture from forever and tries to tell him stuff back about humans when he can. he'd also probably try and give things back to forever like trinkets or something because "holy shit you've been helping me catch fish this entire fucking time??" and wilbur's in the back like "I KNEW YOU WERE A SHIT FISHERMAN! I,@emily-mooon, am back at it again with another sideblog!

After making one for another rarepair I love, I thought I’d do the same with photocheer!

This will mostly just be a blog for reblogging any photocheer stuff I find. It’ll be like an archive for this pairing so none of the posts get lost in this hellsite’s terrible search system

like they aren't a bad person or anything they just REALLY annoy me because a few certain things,,, like one that really makes me upset is how hard setting boundaries are with them,,, i remember recently me & them were joking around in a discord server and they made this really sexual joke towards me and it made me really uncomfortable and. i told him hey! can you not make those jokes please as a boundary (in dms) and they literally apologized for it like 200 times. and i felt so guilty about it and now every time they make me uncomfortable i just feel guilty making their insecurities flare up like that because they have a lot of mental health problems but they're basically just guilttripping me even if it's unintentional idk i just if i told my friend about their bf being like this than she'd either not believe me or she'd break up with him and his issues would get worse,, i'm kinda acting like a mini therapist for him atp and i've worked really hard to try and make him feel like he doesn't have to apologize for everything and that we care about him and if we just left he wouldn't believe it anymore. like at the end of the day i pretty much have to keep being his like stand in therapist but GOD does it get tiring especially when he can just run around saying whatever because i'm so shitty at setting boundaries

hey how about you just take a breather here and we’ll get a hang on things. So from what I understood, you’re having trouble asserting yourself and are stuck in a situation where you have to make sure the other person is alright despite it affecting you in an unpleasant manner.. Well, in any case, if you’re doing the job of taking care of someone for them (without any primary reason of let’s say a family member or sick friend you’d go to the end of the earth for) then it’s most likely a relationship that’s bound to be destroyed.

Most things when forced just don’t work out well, even if you have a vague sense of obligation that’s just unspokenly pulling you to stay with someone because you can’t bare to see them hurting. It’s something that many empathetic people suffer with and often leads to a draining exchange between someone who is likely ignorant to the help they’re getting and someone who is giving their all but getting nothing in return. Ofcourse, I’m not saying that’s what’s happening, because there’s thousands of variables that could affect a situation, but I just am one to say that if you gotta be overly careful around someone, limit yourself, and feel awful because you’re trying your best for them and are getting nothing in return, to just stop that little game. Easy on paper but can be a struggle in real life. Disliking someone can be a natural process but if it’s actively worsening your mental state, even just bit by bit gnawing at you like a termite infestation, then it deserves to be adressed, especially if to the point where you are aware of it and the discomfort it brings.

Usually, in life, the universe does a silly thing where when you remove one thing, it bounces back. It’s just a strange thing I’ve noticed, like.. if you save $2 somewhere, in some odd range of events you’ll end up paying 2 bucks extra somewhere. It’s an odd effect I’ve noticed and unsure if it has a name or is just a theory, but it’s similar with people for me. If I stop talking to one person, I’m just magically supplied with another individual a few weeks down the line. It’s like a cycle of balance. And for good to come sometimes you gotta be patient through rocky times. But you need to know, if there isn’t anything that’s changing, you must actively do something.

If he is bothering you, albeit with mere presence alone, you need to work on allowing yourself the courage to set your foot down. Even if it means being rude, even if it results in appearing mean and a bit cold, but you shouldn’t prioritise other people over yourself, never, in any condition. It’s good to try keep relationships healthy and blossoming but many people just force themselves to stay in a loop in fear of losing someone close, rejection, or being uncertain. Change is a natural part of life, and if in response to you being yourself someone leaves, then it was just meant to be. Don’t be afraid of announcing that you’re not exactly comfortable with something, and best of all it’s nice to work things out, but if they refuse to listen, make stern decisions.

You deserve peace in life and relationships that don’t feel like a chore, friend. And even through a hard moral struggle, I believe you can decide on something that best works for you.

im a bit unsure of how to work through boundaries and all but if you pin point a specific problem, then that could be a good place to start. Do make sure you are happy, though. Please. I want you to be able to say that you’re uncomfortable and for things to just calmly happen and change, ya know? I hope your day (and lifetime) goes well. :)

When it was Lia, teared up. Cried. Overall just very emotional. Like that's their first kid, ofc they're gonna be hit like a truck with emotions :( Then Taruchi passed out from exhaustion HAHAHA While she was passed out, Azul cried a little more just registering the fact that they had a kid now...... And it was the same for Cass and Julian but less crying, mostly just happy !! (Read: less crying, not none)

Lia and Cass used to fight ALLLLL the time when they were younger. They made each other cry almost every day. And when Julian was old enough to know what a phone was, he'd call their parents whenever their fighting got out of hand 😭😭 But even if it was mostly Lia and Cass faithing, sometimes one of them would argue with Julian too. Or all three at the same time. As siblings do

But as they got older, the fighting stopped and they're all close with each other. They share their interests, ramble about their days, and they never have serious fights anymore. Even just regular fights are rare. But tbf they're all living their own lives too so 😭

Still, they're attached to each other! When Lia had to go off to NRC, they all missed each other a lot bc that was the first time they were separated for a long (and it's very long) period of time :(( When Cass went to join her, Julian even cried 🥹🥹 That's why, do not separate them !! They come together in one sardine can !!
