do you have a favourite arrangement of books on your shelf? a few books that coincidentally look very nice next to each other, or complement each other in how they made you feel, just books you're really happy to see togehter, et cetera?

hiii this is super late but !!! all the V.E. schwab books seem to sort of follow the red/blue/black/white/gold colour scheme and they all complement each othet so so nicely !! also i've had rly old memories with them so it feels nice to look at them as well :)

#TONICINDY this year our band, Black Plastic Glasses, with the help of @dysfunktionbrass, will do two #eltonjohn songs, neither of which are on this. Got home from band practice and wanted to listen to more #elton but was tired of the songs we just ran through a half dozen or so times each. If I'd had the slightest inclination to participate in this event at all, that was effectively destroyed after reading "Nez will be getting high and going live."  If he wants to do that, that's his right... But to list it as some sort of selling point for *a book discussion group* seems incredibly tacky IMO.

Going live is one thing. But advertising his mental state? Why does she keep pushing this? Even worse, it makes him sound like he can't deal with people unless he's buzzing. Great compliment, that- for both him and his fans.
