marika being a shaman = connected to spirituality and heaven, radagon being connected to aspects of war and strength and uhh… the giants… earth

miquella being an empyrean and is found at the very very highest reaches of the map, whereas trina is found deep deep deep below. miquella is also associated with nascence, whereas trina is associated with sleep and by association, death

anyway yeah both combining equals a Full Actualized Form hence the rebis etc

tho again i do think its notable how both marika and miquella started out w their first consorts not even being part of their rebis halves. (also notable or at least interesting, miquella and consort radagon pair would include a child from each godly union— miquella from marika/radagon, radahn(‘s soul) from radagon/rennala, and mohg(‘s body) from marika/godfrey)

personally, i don’t feel like every ritual of divinity would’ve required a consort soul/vessel situation; this feels very specific to miquella’s circumstances, especially notable to the fact mohg was only killed by us in the end, not exactly a plan set in motion by miquella there (tho maybe we were just there before leda after all)

NONETHELESS. godfrey being a consort/vessel situation is interesting but again i don’t rly believe so personally. his identity split is in being godfrey/hoarah loux, which seems pretty well covered in his base lore and fight. also no horns on him if a hornsent is required etc (+ the sap thing ppl keep pointing out is notably only After marika has already become god)

Every time someone comments the state of musical theatre in their country by saying musicals here should be presented in English because the translations are awful, a muse loses its lyre.

I mean, sure, if you think musicals should always be sung in their original language to preserve the exact vocal flow the original artists intended or whatever other purist connoisseur reason, fine. You're entitled to that opinion.

Relistening to The Adventure Zone Amnesty and listening to Duck's french onion soup story and like idk fuck dude. It's kind of a cheesy (ha) sentiment of "living for the little things" but like...

Alright bear with me for a moment but I was making some soup the other day. Potato soup, not french onion, and I was on a call with a friend the whole time, for some company while I cooked. And man it took like 2 hours to make this soup that was supposed to take thirty minutes. I didn't have half the stuff for it, I put pumpkin spice in to try and substitute for old bay because we decided that checked out, had to improvise a potato masher, the shallots made me cry. But the point is, I had a really nice night just talking to my friend and making soup.

And it kind of makes you think, what would I give up for more nights like that? What would I turn down? For potato soup? For french onion soup?

Also I forgot their nonna comes in at the end and tells them the best french onion soup she ever had that was very SWEET
