Is there any rational reason why I should not soak my ground coffee directly in my beer instead of making cold brew coffee and then put it in? I did not find any and so I put those 2kg of ground Mokka for about 15hours into my stout. Took it out again today and from the first taste impression has a intense coffee aroma. I think that one will turn out really nice.
