Hyyy rem!
I read your post about states and suddenly everything that ever happened in my life hit me!
One of the situation was about my skin. So back in 2018 and 2019 when I didn't know about LOA I was very insecure about my skin like all my friends had clear skin and I wanted the same. Everytime I would look in the mirror I was never satisfied. I would scratch my skin , pop my pores and spend the whole day looking in the mirror and telling myself how I didn't had my dream skin. I would always look for home remedies , skin care products etc etc etc to get clear skin. And then again go back to scratching my face. which obviously led to scars and marks on my face. Years went by but I wasn't satisfied ever. And I actually started getting pimples for the first time.
NOW when I look at my old pictures and videos I see how clear my skin was. Without any marks , without any scars , without any dark circles and it makes me regret at how much I hated my skin.
This clearly shows how STATES are important. We always want the results in the outer physical world without caring about the inner world. I had clear skin for years but I was never in THAT state that I had. I had clear skin in the physical world but because my inner world wasn't believing it I was never happy. And because I always believed that I had unclear skin I finally and actually started getting pimples and acnes after years of believe that I had them. It was like I was manifested my pimples.
Now that I know about LOA and STATES of course! I am going to get clear skin and everything that I even wanted.
Skin and looks are very small part of our life but I just wanted to tell how states worked for me. Thank you for your post and I'll soon share my success story.
that's crazy! i feel like i had the same experience when i was a teenager. i'd get one pimple and wallow in the state of having awful skin and then my entire face would break out! i love seeing "anti-success stories" like this bc it really shows you how simple manifesting truly is, and how simple manifesting things such as clear skin truly is, since manifesting bad skin was so natural and quick!

10 Amazing Home Remedies for Acne and Pimples
Acne or pimples are one of the most common skin conditions that occurs when hair follicles are clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Each hair follicle is connected to a sebaceous gland (oil glands), which produces an oily substance called sebum. Sebum can plug up hair follicles, causing the growth of a bacteria known as Propionibacterium acnes, which is normally present on the skin.
Acne can cause painful and generally occur on areas of the skin with a relatively high number of oil glands, including face, neck, back, shoulders, upper part of the chest and even arms.
If left untreated, acne can lead to long-term hyperpigmentation or scarring. There are many products on the market to treat acne but they can take time.
Here are 10 amazing home remedies for acne and pimples that you might want to try.
1. Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar contains several organic acids that have been shown to fight many types of bacteria and viruses. Apple cider vinegar can help to dry up the excess oil, reduces red marks and suppress inflammation.
Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar to 3 parts water and apply on the affected skin area with a cotton ball. Leave it on for a few minutes and rinsing with cool water. Repeat this process a few times daily.
2. Honey Honey has antibiotic properties, which help to improve acne. Apply 1 teaspoon of honey on the affected skin areas and leaving it on for 30 minutes.
3. Tea Tree Oil Tea tree oil has the ability to fight bacteria and reduce skin inflammation. Mix 1 part tea tree oil to 9 parts water and apply on the affected skin area with a cotton swab.
4. Ice Ice can reduce swelling, inflammation and redness of acne. Wrapping an ice cube in a paper towel and apply on the acne for a few seconds.
5. Toothpaste Toothpaste has antibacterial properties, which play a vital role in eliminating the bacteria that cause acne. Apply a layer of white toothpaste on the acne and leave it on overnight.
6. Baking Soda Baking soda dries out the acne and also exfoliate the skin to remove excess oil. Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of water to form a paste. Apply the paste on the acne and let it to dry for a few minutes, then rinsing with warm water. Do this a few times a day.
7. Witch Hazel Witch hazel has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Applying witch hazel to the skin can reduce inflammation and fight bacteria.
Soak 1 tablespoon witch hazel bark and 1 cup water for 30 minutes, then boil the mixture for 10 minutes and let it cool. Apply the mixture on the affected skin area with a cotton ball 1 to 2 times per day.
8. Green Tea Flavonoids and tannins in green tea are known to fight inflammation and kill bacteria. Steep green tea in boiling water for about 3 to 4 minutes and let it cool. Apply the tea on the acne with a cotton ball. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinsing with cool water and pat dry.
9. Aloe Vera The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties in aloe vera can help to reduce redness and skin irritation. Apply a layer of aloe vera gel on the affected skin area and leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes.
10. Aspirin Aspirin can dry up acne and reduce the swelling due to accumulated pus. Form a paste by crushing the aspirin tablet and mix with a few drops of water. Apply the paste on the acne and let it dry.
Final Thoughts These home remedies may not work for everyone, but they just might be worth a try.
After you have gotten rid of acne, it’s important to make changes in your skin care routine to prevent breakouts from returning.

Beyond Beauty: How MedSpas are Transforming Skincare Routines
Skincare has come a long way from the days of simple creams and at-home remedies. Today, MedSpas are revolutionizing the industry, offering a blend of luxury and medical science that’s changing how we care for our skin. In this article, we'll explore how MedSpas Services are transforming skincare routines, why they’re becoming so popular, and what you can expect if you decide to give one a try.
The Rise of MedSpas
You’ve probably heard the term “MedSpa” floating around, but what exactly is it? MedSpas, or medical spas, combine the relaxing environment of a traditional spa with the expertise and advanced treatments of a medical clinic. Unlike your typical day spa, MedSpas offers services that require a deeper understanding of dermatology and cosmetic procedures, all under the guidance of licensed medical professionals.
Why MedSpas are Gaining Popularity
MedSpas have surged in popularity for a few key reasons. First, they offer a one-stop shop for both relaxation and medical-grade skincare. Imagine getting a soothing facial and, in the same visit, receiving a high-tech laser treatment that targets deep skin issues. This blend of pampering and practicality is a huge draw.
Secondly, MedSpas are where luxury meets science. You’re not just getting a treatment; you’re getting a treatment that’s backed by research, tailored to your specific needs, and performed by professionals who know exactly what they’re doing. It’s like having your cake and eating it too—except the cake is a glowing complexion.
The Power of Personalized Skincare
One of the standout features of MedSpas is the level of personalization they offer. When you walk into a MedSpa, the first thing you’ll notice is that no two clients are treated the same. Your skincare routine isn’t just a generic set of steps; it’s a carefully curated plan that takes your skin type, concerns, and goals into account.
Thanks to advanced technology, MedSpas can assess your skin on a deeper level. They use tools like skin analysis machines that can detect issues not visible to the naked eye, allowing for a highly personalized treatment plan. Whether you’re battling acne, fine lines, or uneven skin tone, your MedSpa will craft a routine that’s just right for you.
Medical Expertise Meets Beauty
One of the biggest advantages of choosing a MedSpa is the medical expertise available. Treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, and laser resurfacing aren’t just beauty procedures—they’re medical ones. This medical oversight ensures that treatments are not only effective but also safe. In MedSpa, you can trust that the products used are of the highest quality and that the procedures are performed with your health in mind. It’s peace of mind that’s hard to find in a traditional spa setting.
Popular MedSpa Services
If you’re new to the world of MedSpas, you might be wondering what services are available. Here’s a quick rundown of some of the most popular offerings:
Botox and Dermal Fillers: These injectables are perfect for smoothing out wrinkles and restoring volume to the face.
Laser Skin Resurfacing: This treatment targets deep layers of the skin, helping to reduce scars, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation.
Chemical Peels: A chemical solution is applied to the skin, causing it to exfoliate and eventually peel off, revealing new, smoother skin underneath.
Microdermabrasion: A non-invasive procedure that exfoliates the outermost layer of dead skin cells, leaving your skin looking brighter and more youthful.
Microneedling: Involves tiny needles that create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving texture.
The Science Behind the Treatments
Each of these treatments has a solid scientific foundation. For instance, Botox works by temporarily paralyzing muscles to prevent wrinkles from forming, while microneedling stimulates your body’s natural healing process to improve skin texture and tone. The effectiveness of these MedSpa services lies in their ability to address skin issues at the cellular level, leading to long-lasting results.
Long-term Benefits of MedSpa Services
One of the most compelling reasons to visit MedSpa is the long-term benefits you’ll enjoy. Regular treatments can improve your skin’s health over time, making it more resilient and less prone to issues like acne or aging. Think of it as preventative care for your face—by investing in your skin now, you’re setting yourself up for a future with fewer concerns.
Real Stories, Real Results
It’s not just about the science; it’s about the results. Many people have experienced life-changing transformations thanks to MedSpa services. Imagine going from battling stubborn acne to having clear, glowing skin, or from dealing with fine lines to looking years younger. Testimonials from satisfied clients often highlight how these treatments have boosted their confidence and self-esteem.
MedSpas and Self-Care
Skincare isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling good, too. MedSpas play a crucial role in self-care by providing a space where you can focus on your well-being. The treatments offered not only improve your skin but also provide a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. It’s a holistic approach to beauty that considers both your physical and mental health.
Choosing the Right MedSpa
Not all MedSpas are created equal, so it’s important to choose one that’s reputable. Look for a MedSpa with licensed professionals, a clean and welcoming environment, and positive reviews from past clients. During your consultation, don’t hesitate to ask questions about the qualifications of the staff, the safety of the procedures, and what you can expect from your treatment.
Conclusion
MedSpas are more than just a trend—they’re a transformative force in the world of skincare. By combining medical expertise with luxury treatments, they offer a unique approach to beauty that’s both effective and indulgent. If you’re looking to elevate your skincare routine, a visit to MedSpa Services might be just what you need. Why not explore the possibilities and see how a MedSpa service can help you achieve the skin of your dreams?

Side Effects Of Popular Home Remedies: What Not To Do To Treat Pimple Scars At Home
Tumblr media
Home remedies are easy and affordable for treating skin and pimple scars. However, these practices may cause major irreparable skin problems. Here are some popular remedies and their side effects.
In a world driven by social media and its everchanging trends, one may get caught up in baseless skincare tips and skin remedies without any scientific backing. These popular skin remedies may not always make your skin look flawless and cause your pimple scars to worsen, deteriorating your skin condition.
To know more about the issue, we spoke to Dr Nishtha Patel, MBBS, MD Dermatologist, Consultant Dermatologist, Kosmoderma. She highlighted the side effects of popular home remedies for skin to treat pimple scars.
Side Effects Of Home Remedies On Skin
Here are some popular home remedies to treat pimple scars and their side effects:
Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is believed to contain lighting properties due to its Vitamin C content. “Applying lemon juice directly on your face can irritate and burn the skin disrupting its natural pH, leading to dry and sensitive skin,” says, Dr Patel.
Baking Soda
Baking soda is often used for exfoliating, however, its extremely alkaline property can disturb the skin’s natural barrier causing skin irritation and dryness.
Toothpaste
Toothpaste is one of the most commonly used home remedies for flawless skin. However, due to their harmful contents like baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and alcohol, your skin may burn.
Picking or Squeezing
Our expert says, “It is a habit for many that they keep touching or picking their pimples, without realising that our hands carry a lot of germs which can worsen active acne. This can lead to infection and result in deeper scarring.”
Scrubbing
Instagram influencers have glorified the use of sugar and salts for exfoliating your skiing to remove dead skin and skin rejuvenation. However, the micro-tears this process causes on your skin can cause inflammation. Our expert advises, “Use gentle products designed for exfoliation for all skin types.”
Apple Cider Vinegar
One of the most popular home remedies, Apple Cider Vinegar is known for its antibacterial properties. Dr Patel says, “It can cause burns, irritation and prolonged redness on the skin disturbing its natural barrier and worsening its condition.”

How can I cure acne fast?
Dealing with acne can be incredibly frustrating, especially when it seems like nothing is working to clear up those pesky pimples. If you're someone who's struggling with acne and looking for fast relief, you're not alone. Acne is one of the most common skin conditions out there, affecting people of all ages and skin types. But don't lose hope – there are effective treatments available that can help you get rid of acne quickly.
Understanding Acne
Before we dive into the treatment options, it's important to understand what causes acne in the first place. Acne is primarily caused by a combination of factors, including excess oil production, clogged pores, bacteria, and hormonal imbalances. These factors can lead to the formation of whiteheads, blackheads, and inflamed pimples on the face, back, chest, and other areas.
While acne is not a life-threatening condition, it can significantly impact one's self-esteem and overall quality of life. That's why it's crucial to seek proper treatment from a professional, especially if you're dealing with severe or persistent acne.
Professional Acne Treatments
If your acne is severe or not responding to OTC treatments, it's time to seek professional help. Dermatologists (skin specialists) in Vaughan and surrounding areas offer a range of effective acne treatments tailored to your specific needs.
Prescription Topical Treatments: Dermatologists may prescribe stronger topical medications, such as retinoids (tretinoin, tazarotene), antibiotics (clindamycin), or combination products (like Epiduo or Acanya) to target acne more aggressively.
Oral Medications: For moderate to severe acne, your dermatologist may recommend oral medications like antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline) or isotretinoin (Accutane). These medications work from the inside out to reduce oil production, kill bacteria, and prevent new breakouts.
Hormonal Therapy: If your acne is hormonal in nature, your dermatologist may prescribe birth control pills or anti-androgen medications to help regulate hormone levels and control breakouts.
Chemical Peels: These involve applying a chemical solution to the skin, which causes the top layer to peel off, revealing smoother, clearer skin underneath. Chemical peels can be effective for mild to moderate acne.
Acne Extraction: This is a professional procedure where a dermatologist or esthetician safely removes blackheads and whiteheads, providing immediate relief and preventing further inflammation.
Laser and Light Therapies: Certain laser and light-based treatments, such as photodynamic therapy or intense pulsed light (IPL), can help reduce acne by targeting bacteria and reducing oil production.
It's important to note that prescription acne treatments can have side effects, so it's crucial to follow your dermatologist's instructions carefully and attend regular follow-up appointments.
Lifestyle Changes and Home Remedies
While medical treatments are often necessary for effective acne management, certain lifestyle changes and home remedies can also help support your acne-clearing journey:
Maintain a Consistent Skincare Routine: Cleanse your face twice daily with a gentle, non-comedogenic (non-pore-clogging) cleanser, and follow up with a light, oil-free moisturizer.
Avoid Picking or Squeezing Pimples: As tempting as it may be, picking or squeezing pimples can lead to further inflammation, scarring, and bacterial infection.
Manage Stress: Stress can trigger hormone imbalances and oil production, exacerbating acne. Practice stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, or exercise.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and keep your skin healthy.
Try Natural Remedies: While not a substitute for medical treatment, some natural ingredients like tea tree oil, green tea, and aloe vera may help reduce inflammation and support skin healing.
Remember, everyone's skin is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. It may take some trial and error to find the right combination of treatments and lifestyle changes that work best for your skin.
Seeking Professional Help in Vaughan
If you're located in Vaughan or the surrounding areas and struggling with acne, it's highly recommended to seek professional help from a dermatologist or skincare specialist. They can assess your skin type and acne severity and recommend the most effective treatments tailored to your specific needs.
Several reputable dermatology clinics and med spas in Vaughan offer a range of acne treatment in vaughan, including prescription topicals, oral medications, chemical peels, laser therapies, and more. These professionals have the expertise and experience to help you achieve clear, healthy skin as quickly and safely as possible.
Don't let acne control your life any longer. With the right treatment plan and commitment, you can say goodbye to those pesky pimples and regain your confidence. Remember, clear skin is achievable – it may just take some patience and perseverance.

Skincare Trends Gone Wrong: Viral Fads to Avoid at All Costs
Tumblr media
In the age of social media, skincare trends can spread like wildfire, promising transformative results with just a few simple steps. While some trends may indeed offer benefits, others can be ineffective at best and harmful at worst. Here's a rundown of viral skincare trends that might not be worth the hype:
DIY Microneedling: Microneedling, a procedure involving tiny needles puncturing the skin to stimulate collagen production, has gained popularity for its potential to improve skin texture and tone. However, attempting to replicate this procedure at home with DIY dermarollers or needles is not only ineffective but also dangerous. Improper sterilization or incorrect technique can lead to infection, scarring, and damage to the skin barrier. For safe and effective microneedling, it's best to seek treatment from a trained professional.
Slugging: Slugging involves smothering the skin in a thick layer of petroleum jelly or occlusive moisturizer to lock in moisture and create a barrier against transepidermal water loss. While this may seem like a quick fix for dry skin, slugging can backfire for those prone to acne or clogged pores. The heavy, occlusive nature of petroleum jelly can trap bacteria and sebum, potentially exacerbating breakouts and leading to milia. Instead, opt for non-comedogenic moisturizers formulated with hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid or glycerin.
DIY Chemical Peels: Chemical peels, which use acids like glycolic acid or salicylic acid to exfoliate the skin and improve texture, are best left to trained professionals. Attempting to perform a chemical peel at home with high-concentration acids or household ingredients like lemon juice can result in burns, irritation, and uneven skin tone. DIY chemical peels lack the precision and safety measures of professional treatments, increasing the risk of adverse reactions. If interested in chemical exfoliation, consult a dermatologist to determine the most suitable approach for your skin type and concerns.
Sunscreen Contouring: With the rise of sun protection awareness, some have attempted to incorporate sunscreen into their makeup routine by contouring with SPF products. However, relying on makeup alone for sun protection is insufficient, as the amount applied is typically far less than what's needed to achieve the advertised SPF. Sunscreen contouring can create a false sense of security, leading to inadequate sun protection and increased risk of sun damage. Instead, apply a dedicated broad-spectrum sunscreen generously before makeup application and reapply throughout the day as needed.
Toothpaste Spot Treatment: The age-old remedy of dabbing toothpaste on pimples to dry them out may seem like a quick fix, but it's more likely to cause harm than help. Toothpaste contains ingredients like menthol and baking soda that can be overly harsh and drying to the skin, leading to irritation and inflammation. Moreover, toothpaste is not formulated for use on the skin and may contain other potentially irritating ingredients. For targeted acne treatment, opt for products specifically designed for the purpose, such as spot treatments containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.
In conclusion, while the allure of viral skincare trends may be tempting, it's essential to approach them with caution and skepticism. Not all trends are backed by science or suitable for every skin type. When in doubt, consult a dermatologist or skincare professional before trying any new treatment. Remember, prioritizing skin health and safety is always in style.

Ayurvedic Treatment for Hair fall
https://starayurveda.com/ayurvedic-treatment-for-hair-fall.php
Tumblr media
Today the market is flooded with different types of medicines, shampoos, hair oils, lotions and what not as solutions for hair loss. But most of these do not work and actually make the young men and women poorer by few dollors exploiting their psychology.
In allopathy minoxidil, hormone therapy and steroids are used with limited success though the side effects are abundant like skin irritation, palpitations, scarring of the scalp, weight gain, metabolic abnormalities, acne and menstrual problems.
What is Alopecia (Hair Loss)?
All of us have hair on top and back of our heads. When this hair starts disappearing it is called alopecia, hair loss or baldness.
Usually the hair grows at the rate of 6 inches per year. Hair which we see are composed of dead keratin cells which are pushed outwards by the new cells produced by the hair follicles.
An adult head has around 100,000 hairs. We naturally loose around 100 hairs per day which are naturally replaced all the time. So, if we find some hairs on the pillow or hairbrush it does not mean that we suffer from alopecia or baldness.
Causes of Alopecia (Hair Loss)
Genetic predisposition: Genes from our parents influence our tendency to have male or female pattern baldness.
Severe illness.
Iron deficiency.
Following child birth.
Extreme stress.
General anesthesia.
High fever and typhoid.
Thyroid dysfunction.
Hormonal imbalance.
Medical treatments like chemotherapy used in cancer, anticoagulants, beta-adrenergic blockers used to control blood pressure, oral contraceptives and retinoids used in treatment of acne and skin diseases.
Burns.
X-rays.
scalp injuries.
Chemicals used in products to dye hair, bleach, perm hair, purify swimming pools.
Home Remedies and Alopecia (Hair Loss)
Shampoos and conditioners do not treat baldness but overusing them actually causes dryness of scalp and hair. All shampoos are just scented detergents with lathering agent; even the ones which are called natural, herbal or vitamin enhanced. One should not shampoo every day because they dry up the natural oil of the hair which is very important. Washing hair twice a week is more than enough. Also dilute the shampoo before using because they are too concentrated. Shampoos and conditioners just clean the hair and nothing more; they do not treat alopecia or baldness.
Proper brushing is very important as it distribute the hair's natural oil . It would do more for the long-term health of your hair and scalp than wasting money on haircare products. Start with 10 to 20 strokes a day and try to work up to 100. Be gentle and avoid brushing when your hair are wet.
Yoga helps in relaxation of stress which may be a factor in some cases of hair loss.
A balanced diet including fruits and vegetables should be a norm.
Try to avoid hot curlers, hair dryers, hair straightening, bleaches and cosmetics filled with chemicals eventually result in broken, dry and thinning of hair. People who leave their hair in natural texture and color are better off. Why put stress on your in pursuit of beauty.

Home remedies are:
* Apply tea tree oil.
* Refresh your face with green tea.
* Apply aloe vera.
* Use a honey mask.
* Avoid touching your face.
* Never squeeze or pick pimples. It makes scarring more likely, and it can also spread bacteria and excess oil

* Wash your face daily with an oil-free cleanser.
* Always remove makeup and cleanse your skin thoroughly before bed.
* Avoid skin care and makeup products that contain oil.
* Shower or wash your face after exercising.
