Hyyy rem!
I read your post about states and suddenly everything that ever happened in my life hit me!
One of the situation was about my skin. So back in 2018 and 2019 when I didn't know about LOA I was very insecure about my skin like all my friends had clear skin and I wanted the same. Everytime I would look in the mirror I was never satisfied. I would scratch my skin , pop my pores and spend the whole day looking in the mirror and telling myself how I didn't had my dream skin. I would always look for home remedies , skin care products etc etc etc to get clear skin. And then again go back to scratching my face. which obviously led to scars and marks on my face. Years went by but I wasn't satisfied ever. And I actually started getting pimples for the first time.
NOW when I look at my old pictures and videos I see how clear my skin was. Without any marks , without any scars , without any dark circles and it makes me regret at how much I hated my skin.
This clearly shows how STATES are important. We always want the results in the outer physical world without caring about the inner world. I had clear skin for years but I was never in THAT state that I had. I had clear skin in the physical world but because my inner world wasn't believing it I was never happy. And because I always believed that I had unclear skin I finally and actually started getting pimples and acnes after years of believe that I had them. It was like I was manifested my pimples.
Now that I know about LOA and STATES of course! I am going to get clear skin and everything that I even wanted.
Skin and looks are very small part of our life but I just wanted to tell how states worked for me. Thank you for your post and I'll soon share my success story.
that's crazy! i feel like i had the same experience when i was a teenager. i'd get one pimple and wallow in the state of having awful skin and then my entire face would break out! i love seeing "anti-success stories" like this bc it really shows you how simple manifesting truly is, and how simple manifesting things such as clear skin truly is, since manifesting bad skin was so natural and quick!

Five Shocking Home Treatments for Acne You’ve got a sizzling date lined up, maybe with a couple’s chocolate wrap? You’re eager and prepared to leave when you peek in the mirror and discover an obtrusively large pimple on your face. It would be natural to pop it, but don’t! It will just allow additional germs to enter, worsen the condition’s appearance, and, even worse, leave an acne scar. Here are your options.

You’ve got a sizzling date lined up, maybe with a couple’s chocolate wrap? When you look in the mirror as you get ready to go, a pimple has inconveniently appeared on your face in a very apparent way.
To avoid rushing on the day of your hot date, keep all of these ingredients close at hand. Isn’t it difficult enough having to decide what to wear that evening?
Five Natural Treatments for Pimples There may be paid links.
Sweet and sour Style on Main provided this Honey and a dripping 1. Aww, honey! For AcnEase® users, Dr. Agnes suggests a 20-minute pimple drying honey compress applied ONLY to the pimple itself, as well as one extra “kick this zit” dose of AcnEase® (six pills) if there are still 10–12 hours before the date. Before applying honey to the zit with a clean q-tip, remove all makeup and/or concealer. Wait 20 minutes, and then

A total of 2 vitamin E capsules
It’s Rosewater (may be bought in natural food stores as rose hydrosol). This should be applied following the mask.

Directions:
Evening primrose and vitamin E capsules should be opened, and the oils should be put in a bowl. Oats should be ground into a fine powder if you plan to use them. Except for the rosewater, combine all the other ingredients. The paste should have a spreadable but not “soupy” consistency similar to chocolate icing on a cake. Cleanse your face and neck, then apply the mask, and wait

Style on Main provided this Tea with chamomile to treat acne 3. Gosh, You Are Smooth! The next step is to shut your pores. It is known that chamomile has advantages comparable to those of medications with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. Chamomile helps reduce acne-related irritation when used topically.

By preparing a very strong (infusion) tea with 3–4 chamomile tea bags (or 2 handfuls of the dried chamomile), you can create your own chamomile astringent. Use on a cotton pad all over your face twice each day when it has cooled. Refrigerate any leftovers, but eat them up within two days or throw them away.

offered by Style on Main Witch Hazel acne treatment 4. Act Like a Witch! Use witch-hazel on a Q-tip three or four times on the zit if you have at least 10 to 12 hours before the date (no rubbing, just dab on the pimples for 3–4 seconds). The extract, commonly known as witch hazel, is used medicinally and aids in reducing inflammation and irritations. The bark and leaves are astringent. Do not, once more, pop the pimple! This will make a HUGE mess that makeup cannot hide.

10 Amazing Home Remedies for Acne and Pimples
Acne or pimples are one of the most common skin conditions that occurs when hair follicles are clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Each hair follicle is connected to a sebaceous gland (oil glands), which produces an oily substance called sebum. Sebum can plug up hair follicles, causing the growth of a bacteria known as Propionibacterium acnes, which is normally present on the skin.
Acne can cause painful and generally occur on areas of the skin with a relatively high number of oil glands, including face, neck, back, shoulders, upper part of the chest and even arms.

Ultimate Guide: Tips to Combat Acne for Clear, Healthy Skin
Acne is a widespread skin issue that impacts millions globally. It affects individuals of all ages, from teenagers experiencing hormonal fluctuations to adults facing stress-related breakouts. This condition can be frustrating as it not only alters one’s physical appearance but also negatively impacts self-esteem and mental health. While the desire to try different products and home remedies is common, it is crucial to understand effective skincare practices and adopt a balanced, healthy approach to managing acne.
This guide offers tips on managing acne for clear, healthy skin. It covers skincare basics, lifestyle changes, and professional advice. Learning from experts at Jawed Habib Academy Laxmi Nagar Delhi can help you make a difference in people’s lives through top-notch training in personal and professional grooming, including skin and hair care guidance.
Understanding Acne: What Causes It?
Acne is caused by clogged hair follicles with oil and dead skin cells, leading to pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, and sometimes cysts. Common acne triggers include hormonal changes, certain medications, diet, stress, and genetics.
1. Hormonal Changes: Teenagers go through hormonal changes that increase oil production, leading to acne. Women can also experience acne during their menstrual cycle, pregnancy, or while taking birth control pills.
2. Stress: Increases cortisol production, leading to inflammation and excess oil, which can cause breakouts.
3. Diet: Certain dietary habits, such as high sugar, dairy, or greasy foods, may worsen acne for some individuals, although food does not directly cause it.
4. Genetics: A family history of acne increases the likelihood of developing it due to inherited skin type and oil production characteristics.
5. Improper Skincare: Using inappropriate skincare products or routines, such as over washing or harsh products, can irritate the skin and lead to more breakouts.
Effective Acne Prevention and Treatment Tips
1. Keep Your Face Clean: Proper cleansing is essential for healthy skin, especially for those with acne-prone skin. It is important to wash your face twice daily with a gentle cleanser that is suitable for your skin type. Avoid harsh scrubbing, as this can worsen breakouts and irritate the skin. Regular cleansing helps remove excess oil, dirt, and makeup, which can clog pores and lead to acne. Stick to a consistent skincare routine to maintain clear and healthy skin.
2. Moisturize Regularly: It is common for people with acne to skip moisturizing out of fear that it will worsen their oily skin. However, not moisturizing can lead to dehydration, which in turn can cause the skin to produce more oil. Therefore, it is important to use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer that will hydrate the skin without clogging the pores.
3. Exfoliate Wisely: Exfoliation is important for removing dead skin cells that clog pores, but excessive exfoliation can harm the skin barrier and cause irritation. Stick to gentle chemical exfoliants like salicylic acid or glycolic acid to effectively unclog pores and promote cell turnover without irritating.
4. Avoid Touching Your Face: Throughout the day, your hands collect bacteria, dirt, and oil that can worsen acne when transferred to your skin by touching your face. To prevent this, avoid resting your chin on your hands or picking at pimples as it can cause scarring and infection.
5. Choose Non-Comedogenic Products: When choosing skincare products, opt for those labeled as "non-comedogenic" to prevent pore blockages and reduce the chances of acne breakouts. This designation indicates that the products are designed to avoid clogging pores, making them suitable for use in sunscreen, makeup, and moisturizers. By selecting non-comedogenic products, you can help maintain clear and healthy skin by minimizing the risk of acne flare-ups.
6. Watch Your Diet: Research on the link between diet and acne is ongoing. Some evidence suggests that foods high in sugar and dairy may trigger breakouts by causing insulin spikes that increase oil production. To promote skin health, focus on eating more whole grains, fruits, veggies, and omega-3-rich high-sugar foods like fish and flaxseeds. Reduce your intake of high sugar and dairy foods.
7. Manage Stress: Stress is a major factor in causing acne breakouts, so it is important to find ways to manage your stress effectively. Relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, and deep-breathing exercises can help. Getting enough sleep, ideally 7-8 hours per night, is also crucial for overall skin and mental health.
8. Use Acne Treatments as Directed: Over-the-counter treatments with benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or retinoids can help with persistent acne by reducing oil production, killing bacteria, and promoting skin cell turnover. Results may take several weeks, so be patient. If OTC products don't work, seek a dermatologist for stronger prescriptions.
9. Stay Hydrated: Ensuring you drink enough water is crucial for maintaining healthy skin. Hydration helps prevent irritation and can aid in the elimination of toxins that lead to acne. Aim to consume a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily to keep your skin and body in optimal health.
10. Consult a Dermatologist: ADermatologist can provide specific advice and care, including chemical peels, therapy using light, and prescription medicines. If you have severe acne, these solutions work better than over-the-counter products. A dermatologist can help you create a personalized skincare regimen that addresses your unique requirements.

Lifestyle Changes for Clear Skin
1. Maintain a Healthy Diet: Diet has an impact on skin health. Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins is recommended for healthy skin. Processed foods and sugary snacks can lead to skin inflammation and acne, so it's best to consume them in moderation.
2. Get Regular Exercise: Exercise is essential for healthy skin as it promotes increased blood flow, nourishing skin cells and eliminating toxins. Additionally, exercise aids in reducing stress levels, which in turn can reduce the occurrence of acne breakouts.
3. Clean Pillowcases and Towels Frequently: Pillowcases and towels accumulate dirt, bacteria, and oil that can lead to skin breakouts when they come in contact with your skin. To prevent this, it is recommended to change your pillowcase every few days and use a fresh towel every time you wash your face. Regularly washing these items can help maintain clear and healthy skin by reducing the transfer of impurities onto your skin.
4. Limit Sun Exposure: While a bit of sun can Excessive sun exposure can worsen acne by increasing inflammation and causing post-acne scarring. To help dry out acne, it is important to protect your skin by always wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
Remember, clear skin is not an overnight achievement, but with dedication, the results will follow.

Beyond Beauty: How MedSpas are Transforming Skincare Routines
Skincare has come a long way from the days of simple creams and at-home remedies. Today, MedSpas are revolutionizing the industry, offering a blend of luxury and medical science that’s changing how we care for our skin. In this article, we'll explore how MedSpas Services are transforming skincare routines, why they’re becoming so popular, and what you can expect if you decide to give one a try.
The Rise of MedSpas
You’ve probably heard the term “MedSpa” floating around, but what exactly is it? MedSpas, or medical spas, combine the relaxing environment of a traditional spa with the expertise and advanced treatments of a medical clinic. Unlike your typical day spa, MedSpas offers services that require a deeper understanding of dermatology and cosmetic procedures, all under the guidance of licensed medical professionals.
Why MedSpas are Gaining Popularity
MedSpas have surged in popularity for a few key reasons. First, they offer a one-stop shop for both relaxation and medical-grade skincare. Imagine getting a soothing facial and, in the same visit, receiving a high-tech laser treatment that targets deep skin issues. This blend of pampering and practicality is a huge draw.
Secondly, MedSpas are where luxury meets science. You’re not just getting a treatment; you’re getting a treatment that’s backed by research, tailored to your specific needs, and performed by professionals who know exactly what they’re doing. It’s like having your cake and eating it too—except the cake is a glowing complexion.
The Power of Personalized Skincare
One of the standout features of MedSpas is the level of personalization they offer. When you walk into a MedSpa, the first thing you’ll notice is that no two clients are treated the same. Your skincare routine isn’t just a generic set of steps; it’s a carefully curated plan that takes your skin type, concerns, and goals into account.
Thanks to advanced technology, MedSpas can assess your skin on a deeper level. They use tools like skin analysis machines that can detect issues not visible to the naked eye, allowing for a highly personalized treatment plan. Whether you’re battling acne, fine lines, or uneven skin tone, your MedSpa will craft a routine that’s just right for you.
Medical Expertise Meets Beauty
One of the biggest advantages of choosing a MedSpa is the medical expertise available. Treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, and laser resurfacing aren’t just beauty procedures—they’re medical ones. This medical oversight ensures that treatments are not only effective but also safe. In MedSpa, you can trust that the products used are of the highest quality and that the procedures are performed with your health in mind. It’s peace of mind that’s hard to find in a traditional spa setting.
Popular MedSpa Services
If you’re new to the world of MedSpas, you might be wondering what services are available. Here’s a quick rundown of some of the most popular offerings:
Botox and Dermal Fillers: These injectables are perfect for smoothing out wrinkles and restoring volume to the face.
Laser Skin Resurfacing: This treatment targets deep layers of the skin, helping to reduce scars, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation.
Chemical Peels: A chemical solution is applied to the skin, causing it to exfoliate and eventually peel off, revealing new, smoother skin underneath.
Microdermabrasion: A non-invasive procedure that exfoliates the outermost layer of dead skin cells, leaving your skin looking brighter and more youthful.
Microneedling: Involves tiny needles that create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving texture.
The Science Behind the Treatments
Each of these treatments has a solid scientific foundation. For instance, Botox works by temporarily paralyzing muscles to prevent wrinkles from forming, while microneedling stimulates your body’s natural healing process to improve skin texture and tone. The effectiveness of these MedSpa services lies in their ability to address skin issues at the cellular level, leading to long-lasting results.
Long-term Benefits of MedSpa Services
One of the most compelling reasons to visit MedSpa is the long-term benefits you’ll enjoy. Regular treatments can improve your skin’s health over time, making it more resilient and less prone to issues like acne or aging. Think of it as preventative care for your face—by investing in your skin now, you’re setting yourself up for a future with fewer concerns.
Real Stories, Real Results
It’s not just about the science; it’s about the results. Many people have experienced life-changing transformations thanks to MedSpa services. Imagine going from battling stubborn acne to having clear, glowing skin, or from dealing with fine lines to looking years younger. Testimonials from satisfied clients often highlight how these treatments have boosted their confidence and self-esteem.
MedSpas and Self-Care
Skincare isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling good, too. MedSpas play a crucial role in self-care by providing a space where you can focus on your well-being. The treatments offered not only improve your skin but also provide a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. It’s a holistic approach to beauty that considers both your physical and mental health.
Choosing the Right MedSpa
Not all MedSpas are created equal, so it’s important to choose one that’s reputable. Look for a MedSpa with licensed professionals, a clean and welcoming environment, and positive reviews from past clients. During your consultation, don’t hesitate to ask questions about the qualifications of the staff, the safety of the procedures, and what you can expect from your treatment.
Conclusion
MedSpas are more than just a trend—they’re a transformative force in the world of skincare. By combining medical expertise with luxury treatments, they offer a unique approach to beauty that’s both effective and indulgent. If you’re looking to elevate your skincare routine, a visit to MedSpa Services might be just what you need. Why not explore the possibilities and see how a MedSpa service can help you achieve the skin of your dreams?

Side Effects Of Popular Home Remedies: What Not To Do To Treat Pimple Scars At Home
Tumblr media
Home remedies are easy and affordable for treating skin and pimple scars. However, these practices may cause major irreparable skin problems. Here are some popular remedies and their side effects.
In a world driven by social media and its everchanging trends, one may get caught up in baseless skincare tips and skin remedies without any scientific backing. These popular skin remedies may not always make your skin look flawless and cause your pimple scars to worsen, deteriorating your skin condition.
To know more about the issue, we spoke to Dr Nishtha Patel, MBBS, MD Dermatologist, Consultant Dermatologist, Kosmoderma. She highlighted the side effects of popular home remedies for skin to treat pimple scars.
Side Effects Of Home Remedies On Skin
Here are some popular home remedies to treat pimple scars and their side effects:
Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is believed to contain lighting properties due to its Vitamin C content. “Applying lemon juice directly on your face can irritate and burn the skin disrupting its natural pH, leading to dry and sensitive skin,” says, Dr Patel.
Baking Soda
Baking soda is often used for exfoliating, however, its extremely alkaline property can disturb the skin’s natural barrier causing skin irritation and dryness.
Toothpaste
Toothpaste is one of the most commonly used home remedies for flawless skin. However, due to their harmful contents like baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and alcohol, your skin may burn.
Picking or Squeezing
Our expert says, “It is a habit for many that they keep touching or picking their pimples, without realising that our hands carry a lot of germs which can worsen active acne. This can lead to infection and result in deeper scarring.”
Scrubbing
Instagram influencers have glorified the use of sugar and salts for exfoliating your skiing to remove dead skin and skin rejuvenation. However, the micro-tears this process causes on your skin can cause inflammation. Our expert advises, “Use gentle products designed for exfoliation for all skin types.”

4 Simple Home Remedies for Treating Acne Scars Every Woman Should Try
Tumblr media
Treating acne scars at home can be simple but requires patience and consistency. Here are four effective methods that you can apply to minimize the appearance of acne scars:
Lemon Juice: Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C, which helps brighten the skin and reduce dark spots. Apply fresh lemon juice to the affected area, leave it on for about 10–15 minutes, and then rinse with cold water. Do this 2–3 times a week. Note that lemon can make your skin sensitive to sunlight, so use sunscreen and avoid this method before going outside.
Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe vera gel not only soothes the skin but also helps fade scars. Apply fresh aloe vera gel directly to the scars and leave it on overnight. Wash your face gently the next morning. Aloe vera gel can be used daily due to its gentle and benign nature.
Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil is not only antibacterial but also helps reduce scarring and prevents acne from returning. Apply a small amount of tea tree oil to the scars, leave it on for 20–30 minutes, and then wash it off. Apply 3–4 times a week.
Turmeric Powder and Honey: A mixture of turmeric powder and honey is a traditional method for treating scars. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, while honey nourishes and softens the skin. Mix turmeric powder with honey to create a thick paste, apply it to the scars, and leave it on for about 20 minutes before washing off. Use 2–3 times a week for the best results.
Implementing these methods requires diligence and caution, especially testing the skin’s reaction before widespread use. These simple approaches can help improve your skin naturally at home.

Guide to Effectively Removing Blackheads at Home
Besides the methods mentioned above, you can treat blackheads at home with the following ways:
Tumblr media
Clean Your Skin with Salicylic Acid Salicylic acid is a common over-the-counter ingredient found in many facial cleansers and creams. It helps break down dead skin cells and excess oil before they clog pores.
Gently Exfoliate with AHA and BHA Exfoliating with AHA and BHA is an important part of a skincare routine. These acids help brighten the skin, reduce wrinkles, and improve blackheads and clogged pores. Follow the specific instructions on the product packaging or as directed by a dermatologist when using products containing AHA or BHA. Do not overuse to avoid skin irritation, and always use sunscreen when going outside.
Retinol Creams Creams and lotions containing retinoids can effectively treat blackheads and whiteheads, and help prevent clogged pores. However, retinol can make your skin sensitive, so use it sparingly, combine it with a moisturizer, and avoid direct sunlight.
Using Face Brushes or Cleansing Devices Using a face brush or cleansing device can help remove dead skin cells and excess oil. However, this method may not always effectively remove blackheads and should be done carefully to avoid skin damage. Ensure you use it correctly and choose the right type for your skin.
Clay Masks Clay masks can help reduce blackheads and cleanse pores. Typically suitable for oily and combination skin, clay masks should be used 1–2 times a week, no more than 20 minutes each time. Avoid daily use to prevent drying out your skin.
Charcoal Masks Charcoal masks can absorb oil and toxins, brighten skin, and reduce blackheads. Use this mask according to the product instructions and apply sunscreen afterward. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Chemical Peels Chemical peels can help treat certain types of acne. This method helps unclog pores and stimulates collagen and new cell production. Chemical peels should be performed by highly skilled professionals to avoid skin burns and scarring.
Traditional and Natural Remedies Treating blackheads with traditional remedies is commonly practiced, but the effectiveness and safety of these methods are not well-supported by scientific evidence. In some cases, these remedies can worsen blackheads, leading to inflammation and swelling.
These methods provide you with various options to safely and effectively remove blackheads at home.

How can I cure acne fast?
Dealing with acne can be incredibly frustrating, especially when it seems like nothing is working to clear up those pesky pimples. If you're someone who's struggling with acne and looking for fast relief, you're not alone. Acne is one of the most common skin conditions out there, affecting people of all ages and skin types. But don't lose hope – there are effective treatments available that can help you get rid of acne quickly.
Understanding Acne
Before we dive into the treatment options, it's important to understand what causes acne in the first place. Acne is primarily caused by a combination of factors, including excess oil production, clogged pores, bacteria, and hormonal imbalances. These factors can lead to the formation of whiteheads, blackheads, and inflamed pimples on the face, back, chest, and other areas.
While acne is not a life-threatening condition, it can significantly impact one's self-esteem and overall quality of life. That's why it's crucial to seek proper treatment from a professional, especially if you're dealing with severe or persistent acne.
Professional Acne Treatments
If your acne is severe or not responding to OTC treatments, it's time to seek professional help. Dermatologists (skin specialists) in Vaughan and surrounding areas offer a range of effective acne treatments tailored to your specific needs.
Prescription Topical Treatments: Dermatologists may prescribe stronger topical medications, such as retinoids (tretinoin, tazarotene), antibiotics (clindamycin), or combination products (like Epiduo or Acanya) to target acne more aggressively.
Oral Medications: For moderate to severe acne, your dermatologist may recommend oral medications like antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline) or isotretinoin (Accutane). These medications work from the inside out to reduce oil production, kill bacteria, and prevent new breakouts.
Hormonal Therapy: If your acne is hormonal in nature, your dermatologist may prescribe birth control pills or anti-androgen medications to help regulate hormone levels and control breakouts.
Chemical Peels: These involve applying a chemical solution to the skin, which causes the top layer to peel off, revealing smoother, clearer skin underneath. Chemical peels can be effective for mild to moderate acne.
Acne Extraction: This is a professional procedure where a dermatologist or esthetician safely removes blackheads and whiteheads, providing immediate relief and preventing further inflammation.
Laser and Light Therapies: Certain laser and light-based treatments, such as photodynamic therapy or intense pulsed light (IPL), can help reduce acne by targeting bacteria and reducing oil production.
It's important to note that prescription acne treatments can have side effects, so it's crucial to follow your dermatologist's instructions carefully and attend regular follow-up appointments.
Lifestyle Changes and Home Remedies
While medical treatments are often necessary for effective acne management, certain lifestyle changes and home remedies can also help support your acne-clearing journey:
Maintain a Consistent Skincare Routine: Cleanse your face twice daily with a gentle, non-comedogenic (non-pore-clogging) cleanser, and follow up with a light, oil-free moisturizer.
Avoid Picking or Squeezing Pimples: As tempting as it may be, picking or squeezing pimples can lead to further inflammation, scarring, and bacterial infection.
Manage Stress: Stress can trigger hormone imbalances and oil production, exacerbating acne. Practice stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, or exercise.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and keep your skin healthy.
Try Natural Remedies: While not a substitute for medical treatment, some natural ingredients like tea tree oil, green tea, and aloe vera may help reduce inflammation and support skin healing.
Remember, everyone's skin is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. It may take some trial and error to find the right combination of treatments and lifestyle changes that work best for your skin.
Seeking Professional Help in Vaughan
If you're located in Vaughan or the surrounding areas and struggling with acne, it's highly recommended to seek professional help from a dermatologist or skincare specialist. They can assess your skin type and acne severity and recommend the most effective treatments tailored to your specific needs.
Several reputable dermatology clinics and med spas in Vaughan offer a range of acne treatment in vaughan, including prescription topicals, oral medications, chemical peels, laser therapies, and more. These professionals have the expertise and experience to help you achieve clear, healthy skin as quickly and safely as possible.
Don't let acne control your life any longer. With the right treatment plan and commitment, you can say goodbye to those pesky pimples and regain your confidence. Remember, clear skin is achievable – it may just take some patience and perseverance.

The scars which are left behind will take a long time to disappear and you will find that you skin is taking a long time to heal.
Although a lot of people have the notion that skin conditions can be home diagnosed and that home remedies are the best treatment for skin related issues, you should understand that allowing the problem to continue for a long period of time will lead to permanent damage to your skin. Also you need to be aware that certain skin problems flare up because there is underlying disease in your system which is causing it. And home remedies are simply not going to be adequate to solve the problem when this is the case. When you in this situation your best solution is to visit a dermatologist, because they will be able to identify the root cause of the problem and help you with treating the condition as a whole rather than dealing with it on the surface.
When do you have to visit the dermatologist?
If you are the person who has near perfect skin and has a pimple break pout every once in a while, then you can be rest assured that you have no major skin related concerns and a visit to the dermatologist is not warranted. But there are certain conditions, for which you have to understand that an expert opinion will be valuable.
These include:
Spending long periods of time in the sun - if you are the kind of person who is required to spend long hours in the sun, be it for your job or you simply enjoy doing so, you have to understand that it can lead to problems with your skin, especially the development of cancer. Long term acne – acne is a major problem for most people, now more so than ever, when everybody is aiming for the perfect photograph to upload on social media. If it’s an occasional problem for you, then there are no worries. But if it persists for longer than a few months, it warrant a visit to the dentist, who will be able to identify any underlying cause for it, and also advice you on lifestyle changes which may help reduce and prevent it.
Increased sensitivity to sunlight – Although some people have naturally sensitive skin which starts to turn red and give you a burning feeling when exposed to sunlight, some people may notice this kind of increased sensitivity to sunlight suddenly. This should raise concern and you have to consider visiting the dermatologist because it could be due to an underlying condition known as Systemic Lupus.
Itchy skin – although common after an insect bite or allergy, if you have itchiness of skin in the presence of a rash, which lasts longer than a week, you have to consider paying a visit to the dermatologist in order to have it checked out.
