Here is your consecrated dragon thingy

This dragon has an aura of divinity you can feel long, long before you see it. By the time you find it, the aura is almost overwhelming. Most of its body is covered in red and white scales. Its bright red horns seem to have been grown into an almost bow-like knot, and the parts that sprout outwards from the knot have black ropes tied between them. These ropes have strange, zigzag-shaped multicolor paper streamers hanging from them. Its front limbs are white and have large outgrowths of scales that surround most of the length of the limbs, with the hands entirely exposed. The torso has a similar scale configuration that almost resembles a skirt. This specific outgrowth of scales can be flared out at will to make itself look bigger. A yellow blotch of scales adorns its chest. Its tail is covered in the same paper-adorned rope that tied between its horns, and the scales of its tail change from red to black as one goes further down the tail to its tip.

Its breath weapon is what appears to be a deluge of a seemingly infinite amount of ofuda. These ofuda are shrouded in holy flame and travel at such high speeds that they can tear thick tree trunks to shreds.

Though you feel an overwhelming sense of divinity coming from this being, but it... conflicts somehow. This thing is divine and yet unholy. A living paradox.

Its body is mostly brown, but it is covered in cracks that expose a glowing yellow core. Two great bundles of sharp crystal emerge from its shoulders, behind which lay two great holes that spew some kind of semi-holy energy. Four bursts of flame meant to imitate wings sprout from its back. Its limbs and tail appear to be made of driftwood that somehow moves like muscle. It has no mouth, with the only features on its face being its piercing yellow eyes.

It has no breath weapon, for it does not need one. Its surroundings burst into holy flames all the same.
