Something I’ve always loved about the Digimon is how they are the perfect partners for their respective Chosen Ones (and viceversa but this ain’t about that).

They are intrinsically connected—they understand them even when the Digidestined might not even understand themselves. They mediate and advocate for their Chosen, they love them beyond measure, they are willing to go to great lengths without hesitation because they know they are in good hands, because their kids will always have their backs.

Even when the Digidestined might doubt themselves, it’s okay if they do, because the Digimon wholeheartedly believe in them in their stead. Because they know them. They know what they’re capable of. They know their hearts.

They never once doubt their partners will do the right thing.

They never once misunderstand their partner’s character.

They never once think their partner’s curiosity is a bad thing.

They never once blame their partners for being scared.

They never once doubt their partner’s love.

They never once see their partner as anything less than a blessing and a miracle.

Even when the world is uncertain, the Digimon remain steadfast and a grounding presence.

They are a support system, for their support system.

We keep our promise and bring you the announcements and dates for our Taiora Week 2024. This time we do it well in advance (2 months) so we can organize ourselves better.

Can we say that Bandai owes us a digimon game where we are our like a brand of digi destined.

Like come on.

I WILL rant about this again! Over and over again.

Digimon surviver so far is decent for me, love the art style and aesthetic about it and digimon cyberseluth is perhaps on my top ten favorite games of all time, fun with battles and characters.

I feel like these two have themes of childhood and coming of age sorta but never fully commit to it. Which I feel like is a missed opportunity. Digimon anime fans love it because of the feeling of coming of age and growing with these characters.

My ideal game would us playing as a digi destined, wether we go to the digital world or a digimon in the real world. We then look for other digi destined and gain trust between them with similar options like surviver and a similar battle style like cyber sleuth.

I think it would have a different elements to it to distinguish it from the anime, alternate universe you can say so it can kinda parallel to the anime but not be the same things. With the chance to develop a relationship with your other friends, their is a chance to implement fusions with your Digimon like tamers and even fusions with other digimon like 02. I want a game that is the ultimate love letter to old fans and a fun story to new fans 😭

Manamon "The Manatie Monster"

A sea beast type digimon whose appearance is the true form of the Water Beast Digispirit after it was purified by the power of the Fire Digispirit. Manamon is a kind and playful digimon with a maternal attitude who likes to rest in lagoons and consume data from aquatic plants. When she feels threatened, she uses the thrusters on her back to attack using concentrated shots of water that could pierce even the most resistant armor. "Maritic pressure", she is also able to use these thrusters to increase her speed and ram her rival, hitting him with the resistant helmet of his head "Reef Ram"

And just because I have five mins while waiting; expanding on the poll by with the will, my actual fave partner Digimon from the shows because I'm really not that much of a fan of our Dino leads. (Mostly)

Tri - Gommamon (Tentomon also has some amazing scenes again)

2020 - o.O they had personalities? Seriously they're all so forgettable. It's technically more an Angemon storyline so by default Patamon.

Ghost Game - (Jellymon, I love you, you were amazing but did get a bit testing later) so by a narrow margin, I'm still going to give it to Gammamon!

END OF JUNE 2024 MEDIA POLL!!!

Before I start my blog shenanigans, I believed it to be necessary to make our first media poll! With the media polls, I’ll put 10 different shows on the polls, and watch the 4 shows that end up winning. The show in 5th place, however, is the “runner-up” that will replace a show if I end up dropping it or putting it on hold for one reason or another.

HOWEVER, to start, our first poll will only be 5 shows, with me watching the 2 that win, and the 3rd show being the runner-up, because I’m new to this and haven’t prepared enough poll entries.

Note: There won’t be a poll for our “wild card” entry this time around, as I’ve practically already decided that it’ll be Dungeon Meshi/Delicious in Dungeon!!!
