These Clone Wars headcanons take a turn at the end

I feel like the writers really dropped the ball on never showing us Anakin and Ahsoka attending a formal event because I feel like it would be hilarious 

Watching two hardened war heroes try and act like they haven’t seen all the horrors the universe has to offer is the equivalent of watching two possums stacked on top of each other trying to convince someone they’re human

I feel like they would both try to behave for Padme and Obi-Wan’s sake but at the same time they can't help but make fun of each other as they act “normal” while simultaneously hiding the fact that they’re talking shit about anyone and everyone in the room

These two dorks are just standing in a corner praying to anyone that will listen for these stuck-up silver spoon-suckling sleemos to leave them alone but unfortunately for them the rich never care to read the vibe so they’re stuck schmoozing

After being to a couple of formal events the two start to form escape plans to get out of being in boring conversations which include but are not limited to: Ahsoka acting like they’re playing her favorite song so they have to dance, them pretending as Obi-Wan called them over with the force but in actuality they just hide behind him while he acts like an adult, and last but certainly not least Ahsoka faking an allergic reaction 

That last one got them into some trouble cause in their haste they left Obi-Wan and Padme behind to deal with the confused and concerned public and they were less than pleased to find that Anakin abused his padawan’s allergies like this little did they know Ahsoka came up with that plan

I have a guttural feeling that Ahsoka’s been put in air jail sometimes by Rex but it’s mostly Anakin using the force to lift her off the ground because it’s the only thing that calms her down 

It surprised her to find out that he stole the idea from Obi-Wan it was more surprising to find out he wasn’t entirely patient with Anakin during the first couple of years of his apprenticeship but the thing that didn’t surprise her was the fact that Anakin was a feral little brat who bit hard when he was frustrated 

There was one time when the trio were sent on a mission and it wasn’t a pleasant one to say the least which naturally resulted in them being sleep deprived which usually leads to them being very snappy towards each other

One day Anakin and Ahsoka got into a less-than-friendly shoving match which was likely going to escalate into a full-blown fight before Obi-Wan lifted them both and the uncharacteristic abuse of the force caused the duo to laugh their asses off 

Obi-Wan doesn’t like thinking of that moment cause it feels like a petty step back in his growth but the duo silently thinks that moment was hilarious and still laugh about it years later 

Anakin doesn’t always use the force to reprimand Ahsoka sometimes they act like the stupid teenagers they are and use it for reckless fun and by that I mean one day Ahsoka got an idea and begged Anakin to use the force to toss her as high as he could

He denied her request for a while even with her assuring him that if anything went wrong she could just catch herself when that approach wasn’t working she poked at his pride making little comments that he probably couldn’t toss her higher than his head

So with an admittedly bruised ego and still slight hesitation he agreed and the second her feet were back on the ground she begged him to do it again funny enough it became a kind of game/training for the duo

It helped with Anakin’s stamina and Ahsoka’s reaction time cause unfortunately being the chosen one doesn’t make someone perfect and he did drop her a couple of times but it didn’t matter much cause she caught herself

As the duo got older they started taking turns launching each other like a weird force see-saw but one day the jig was up cause the twins caught them doing this weird little game and demanded a turn

They agreed but the twins never got past the duo’s waste which didn’t matter cause Padme scolded them anyway and the two promised to never do it again with the twins around 

Anakin and Ahsoka are both deeply sentimental people I know this in my soul which results in their shared quarters being cluttered with a whole bunch of stuff 

Anakin’s stuff makes more sense cause it’s basically gifts from Padme and Obi-Wan or random projects that never worked out but he could never justify throwing away

Ahsoka on the other hand is an absolute goblin and will hoard anything and everything that feels special like 3D glasses from the singular time she and Anakin could see a holo in theaters, or a random rock from Naboo, a ribbon from a dress Padme gave her that she outgrew, and a thank you note from the kids on Mandalor 

You know the things that most people would describe as useless or junk but she keeps them scattered all over their quarters nonetheless well she did before someone got wind that she was doing this and advised her against it cause it’s against the Jedi code

She agreed with them so she stuffed all of it in a box and right before she could toss it they were sent on a mission and when she got back she didn’t have the energy to get rid of it so she just shoved it to the back of her closet 

And then she started collecting trinkets again and stored them all in the box that she lovingly refers to as the “box o’ shit” in her mind until one day the box literally wouldn’t close with all the stuff stored inside

And out of the blue the guilt she first felt when she was reprimanded came flooding back tenfold and she made a vow to toss it out the next day but every time she tried it just ended with tears in her eyes

Until one day she came home from a truly terrible solo mission to find a chest in the middle of her room and when she asked Anakin about it all he said was “Oh it’s for your stuff I figured you’d need a new one by now”

She needed no clarification of what stuff he was talking about and she didn’t know how to ask him politely how he knew she ignored sage advice while she knew she should feel embarrassed for being so obvious or guilty all she felt was loved 

So she squeezed the ever-loving force out of the one person who just got her and smiled as he squeezed her back just as tight without commenting on the twin puddles on the front of his robes

Hey what if the reason Solver-infected Drones run so hot is like how the human body gives itself fevers to fight off infections and such?

I mean, Tessa calls the AS a "sickness" and Alice says that heat keeps the Disassembler cores sluggish and stops them from going all holo-spooky-snake-crab, and we know the DDs are all fleshy and biological on the inside, so maybe they've got a bit of "biological programming" (for lack of a better term) as well?

Random question that’s answer is probably very obvious, but I’ll ask it just in case:

What kind of magic does each Addison specialize in, and what do they visually look like? I remember them being used in the big Spamton NEO fight in the last few chapters, but I was wondering if it could be a bit clarified?

Like, does Click’s magic just look like a Cursor, or is it more complex?

it's all good! i honestly had to go back to even remember what id written for that chapter just to regain my thoughts on their attacks lol

so i thoughtd id put a fun spin on some different types of advertising as if the addisons were enemies in the deltarune universe! their attacks are meant to be visualized in the deltarune fighting format, with bullets relating to their forms of advertising.

Clicks has a variation of cursors, based on clickable product advertisements that show up on webpages, whether that be pointer fingers or simple arrows, Banner has banner ads (which i imagined like literal fabric banners with some sort of advertising on them), Survey has poll-based advertising, which can be bullets of "most likely-least likely" (or whatever poll options they summon) being used as attacks, Sponsor is those ads that shows you sponsored items that pop up first in your search engine, and he doubles as sponsor ads in internet videos, the attacks being video shields or computerized reinterpretations of random items he's had lightners search in the past. Spam's used to be mail projectiles, but he doesn't use them anymore, with the exception of being Neo.

Like if you were in the game and had to fight an army of these particular addisons, you'd be met with a deltarune-style battle of cursors, banners, polling options, and random items from the light world's town. Maybe some coupons here and there. It'd be the reverse of spamton's battle, in where you actually have to buy things to spare them.

I've seen someone here on Tumblr suggest "Fox kills Palpatine because he made a shiny cry" and I love it (Fox offing Palpa-bitch just makes you feel warm inside).

But like the menace it is, my brain supplied an angst factor.

Picture it:

Palpatine handwriting an order of decommissioning and making the shiny carry it. Really playing it up just by handwriting it alone. Ordering this fresh off Kamino shiny who wasn't even supposed to be there today to "deliver it to a Commander". Nothing but a power move making the shiny carry out the order or be pursued for deserting if he flees. This poor shiny trudging through the day. Avoiding encounters with commanders for as long as he can. Until bumping into Commander Fox. And now has no choice but to hand over the order.

Fox learned how this shiny was forced to hand-deliver his own death order. Carrying it around and hoping to prolong the inevitable. Probably in tears under his helmet or trying to keep them down while in the presence of a CO. He's definitely younger than Fox was when the war started and he should still be in training but instead he has the order to be decommissioned. Whether or not the paper actually is a signed order of decommissioning or just Palpatine's request for coffee only being used as a power move to prove this trooper's life could be written away is irrelevant.

Fox is going to be serving up Palpatine extra-crispy regardless.

He could have just used the shiny circulation system to send the shiny elsewhere and as long as Palpatine receives a notice that the shiny has been shipped out he'll accept it. They've done it before and it works and saved multiple lives. But no shiny has carried around their own death warrant after a week on Coruscant for a man's sick kicks. Fox is tired, he's upset, and frankly, he's murderous.

He'll claim he misunderstood the "order". Or just use the evidence of contact between Palpatine, Dooku, and Grievous, as well as the red lightsabers in the desk as a cover story. That makes a better defense.

Shard and Nicole play very unhinged minecraft together

like, they’ll be playing and doing random bullshit like spawn camping people at 3am every night just for the “don’t log into Nicole’s minecraft server at 3 am (scary!)” gag or making among us jokes laughing, like, in hysterics as the other server members watch

shard would definitely have a soundboard filled with mob noises to scare the other players, nicole would make “good Christian minecraft server” jokes, they’d have so many mods too, they’d probably get like the guns mod just for the joke of pulling out a gun in minecraft, they’d definitely have the cars mod so they could harass server goers with “I woke up in a new Bugatti”

shard would have this elaborate scheme dedicated to messing with people whenever people log off and log back on, he would start small like breaking a few blocks around them, but then escalate gradually until Sally is logging on with an entire scaled replica of the death egg built around her that she has to mine her way out of

Nicole lets Fiona log onto the minecraft server, shard mines a diamond Fiona wanted, Fiona spawns a wither next to shard and traps him with bedrock that she somehow managed to get, Fiona is banned from the minecraft server because Shard screamed so loud into his mic it caused Nicole to almost explode her build

i wish we collectively could have an honest, open discussion about how unfriendly rp spaces still are to people of colour even if they are lead by people of colour, or well-meaning whites.

like, idk, there's still like antiblack events/scenes/dialogues that take place or biases towards white/white passing characters. this doesn' even begin to cover the cliquey nature of rp spaces as is and again, how biased people are and can be even if they claim otherwise. you could have the most open, friendliest space in the world, sure, but even then, they'd still be guilty of at least either: petty gossip or snobbish rpers who think they and the characters they portray (original or canon) are better than you and yours, or hell, just cliquey, exclusionary behaviour.

also, too, usually (i've experienced this myself a lot), if you're a person of colour in an rp space, 9/10 people who are not the same race as you will do just about anything to get your approval with portrayals/creations of characters solely to appease you and not because they have a desire to branch out or challenge themselves to make a character or portray a character that's nothing like them.

what mobile game does serena play

None.

Despite owning a Holo Caster, and having a phone well before that while living in Sinnoh, Serena has never really been the sort to play any games on either. From a young age, Serena was raised strictly around the idea that if she was bored, she should go and do something productive. Go outside, go check on the ghost pokemon in Eterna Forest, go help out at the flower shop, go practice, go riding-- something where she could either feel useful, or at the very least not feel like she was letting her mother down. Even laying in Floaroma Meadow and daydreaming seemed like a safer option to keep that nagging sense of anxiety at bay. If she was not in that conundrum, Serena was at the academy, where breaks between classes were times where she preferred to spend with her friends, or practicing Unovan with students from other regions, and helping them with Sinnohan in turn. She always had to be doing something, and, to her, games on phones or other pieces of technology did not count as that it was her who was indulging in it.

Aside from that, there was always a lingering fear that if she become too distracted with those games, Serena might might miss a call from her father-- answer it a little too late and miss a chance to talk with him. So, in the present day, they just are not a source of entertainment that Serena would turn to when she has nothing to do or is waiting.

Sonic Delta: Origins

Opal the Cat was born to Alex and Pearl in Floral Forest Village. As the Rabbit family resided there, she knew Cream and Cheese. A Chao Garden was in her old home, so she was raised around them. This is where her fondness for Chao came from.

Being homeschooled, she didn't have too many friends growing up. She knew Cream but met Perci and Zooey by chance one day. They became her first friends in the village. Charlie and Belinda were also kind to her. Dave had a one-sided crush on her.

One day, Cream received an invitation to Sonic's birthday party. The invitation went to Opal by accident. She got the invitation to Cream but was persuaded to join her in the festivities. With some persuading, Opal came along and was introduced to many of Sonic's friends. One of the Chao that attended the party took a shine to Opal.

No one knew why she got sucked in by the Time Eater that day. It may have been because he foretold her becoming a friend of Sonic. She ended up in Shadow's White Space instead of where Sonic and his friends were. The Chao that was smitten with her was also there.

Opal becomes a guide of sorts to Shadow during their time together. Eventually, she and Shadow make it to where Sonic is and cheer him on during the final battle. At the end of the party, the Chao accompanies Opal permanently. She names her Flora.

Opal returns home and resumes her quiet days with her new friend. Alex and Pearl realize it's time for her to leave the nest, for she is sixteen. Those days come tumbling down when Eggman launches a full-scale attack on her home.

Opal, Flora, and her Mom were able to get to safety. Alex died protecting civilians from Eggman's robot troops. Opal was slightly closer to her father than her mother. The news nearly broke her psyche. Combined with her friends reported missing, it left her struggling to function. Flora became a Service Chao to help her.

She signs up for the Freedom Fighters, but her self-doubt starts to get to her, and she considers quitting. On her first run, she proved vital in taking down an air fortress Emperor Robotnik had launched. From there, she starts working up the ranks to become second-in-command. This was critical because Knuckles led the Freedom Fighters at the time.

Through a chance encounter with Sonic, she turned the tide of the War to Take Back Mobius along with him. It came at the cost of Sonic overexerting himself during the final battle, and he fell comatose. The Freedom Fighters disbanded, and the younger Sonic returned to his time.

When robot raids occurred during clean-up, the initial Freedom Fighter group was reformed into two teams. Team Freedom defended Sunset City while Team Fighters worked to locate the source of the raids and inspire the people of Mobius to protect themselves. Neo Metal Sonic was ultimately stopped and Eggman was revealed to be alive and up to no good.

Thanks to Opal, Clove and Cassia defected from the Eggman Empire. At the same time, Sonic awoke from his coma and managed to fully recover. The Restoration was formed. Tekno was hired as part of R&D. Opal moved to Spiral Hill Village to live closer to her new friends, Tangle and Whisper.

During Dr. Eggman's rebuilding of his Empire, she met Mina Mongoose, who was going through some turmoil with her boyfriend, Ash. Opal fell for her, but they didn't enter a relationship until Surge and Kitsunami went on the loose.

After Dr. Starline was fired for going off script too many times, the platypus attempted to attack a concert Mina held with the Lemniscate band. Opal was assigned as a bodyguard by Xavier. She was given Nicole to help her out. At the time, Mina and Ash were no longer an item. Opal was able to drive off Surge and Kit but got injured in the process. While recovering, Mina confessed to Opal and they met Honey.

These days, Opal leads the Diamond Cutters. She shares a close friendship with Cosmo and a romantic relationship with Mina. Opal has gained more confidence and a positive outlook. Opal also works with Blaze and Silver as part of Team Crystal.
