Sweet & Sour Tofu with Hoisin Green Beans ๐Ÿƒ When you don't want to buy Chinese food the next option is to make it yourself. ๐Ÿƒ To start, after drying the tofu it was rolled in cornstarch and fried in some oil until golden. ๐Ÿƒ Meanwhile, a sweet and sour sauce was made with orange juice, lemon juice, tamari and sweet chili sauce. ๐Ÿƒ After the tofu was cooked the sauce was added to the pan to reduce for 5-8 minutes. Tofu was then added at the end just to coat, then enjoyed over rice with the Hoisin green beans. ๐Ÿƒ The green beans were stir-fried for a couple minutes as I love them still crunchy.
