Today's lunch is eel hitsumabushi.
The eel produced in Isshiki, Aichi Prefecture is the second largest producer in Japan, so I enjoyed the special taste.
And the dessert was matcha soft serve ice cream.
I think this matcha soft serve ice cream also contains Nishio matcha, which is produced in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture.
