“NESSIE! FINALLY MY BEST FRIEND IS BACK!"

roared a thunderous James Potter who’d spotted your little sister— Vanessa.

Nessie was all over the boys, and they were all over her. she was a first-year hufflepuff and a true sweetheart.

Sirius silently adored how similar you two looked, it was like looking at twins— except one of them happened to be five years older than the other.

He was too afraid and stubborn to admit it, but Nessie gave him a heavy dose of baby fever.

was she a baby? no, not even close. but something about her cheeky smile, the way her robes hung over her like how a child pretending to be an adult’s would, and how her hand (which was considerably smaller than his) slid into yours lovingly at any given time.

maybe it was just that he wanted to see you as a mom, or that he longed for a family that was warm and loving.

“y/n, dear.” Sirius caught your attention quickly, even though you were watching James ramble on to Nessie like it was an oscar award winning film.

“hm—?” you hummed, attempting to pry your eyes away from the sweet scene.

“what do you think i’d-be like?”

“what do i think what would be like?”

“you know, having kids.” he could tell from your flustered expression that to were certainly not expecting that.

“o-oh… w-well…”

luckily the conversation had been interrupted by one Nessie.

Nessie ended her conversation with James, earning a “hey!” when she walked away from him.

“Siri.” she tugged in his sleeve.

“yes, darling?”

she blushed at the pet name, and started twirling her hair.

“um.. will you guys take me to Hogsmeade…?”

“Hogsmeade? Ness, only third years and over can go to Hogsmeade—“

“Professor Mcgonagall said if i went with you then it would be alright!”

She tugged on Sirius’ slightly oversized leather jacket once more, as he stumbles from the unexpected tug.

“whats going on in here— AGH!”

Remus stumbled backwards as Nessie pounced on top of him like some wild animal who was about to feed on him.

“hi— oof— hi Nessie.”

Remus was taken aback by the little first year jumping around in him in a circle chanting;

“i’m going to Hogsmeade!”

“Ness, he gets it.” You groaned from your position on James’ lap.

“Get off!!” Nessie shoved you with all of her pre-puberty force.

“N-Nessie!” you ‘gently’ hit the bedpost as Nessie locked herself onto James.

“What candy is she on? Pixi Stix?”

“Oh, suck my dick, Moony.”

HOGSMEADE was beautiful in summer time.

obviously— it wasn’t summer yet, but with April coming to a close and blossoming like a flower, you could basically say it was summertime.

you walked along with Remus and Sirius, as Nessie was hanging around with James as they skipped ahead down the alleys and walkways of Hogsmeade.

you adored James, and how sweet he was to your sister, she was such a sweet kid and deserved the love.

"James?" Nessie stopped skipping for a moment, keeping a steady walking pace instead.

"Hm?"

"Do you love my sister?"

"I do."

"so why don't you marry her?" Sirius burst into a quiet laughter, and Remus tucked the hysterical boy into his chest.

"i- marry her? i'd love too, but we're a bit young."

“but Snow White was 14 when she got married.”

“Oh.” James was clearly a bit flustered, his cheeks turned to a shade of pink.

Remus watched his lovers interact with Nessie, and it sparked something deep inside him.

Remus (until now) had ruled out a happy ending for himself.

being a lycanthrope, he never wanted to pass that burden to his child. so he couldn’t— no, wouldn’t have kids.

but somehow, someway, as he watched you with your little sister. he realized how badly he wanted you to be a mom.

for the first time, Remus realized that he could live happily.

“Remus? are you alright?” You tapped his shoulder rapidly, and he snapped out of his trance.

“Y-yes, sorry I got distracted.”

“you don’t have to apologize.” you smiled brightly up to him, the smile he was so in love with.

the smile he wanted his kids to have.

a/n: gonna make one for Victoria Housekeeping too later. currently waiting for my pick up stix order

Working on a construction site was no walk in the park, even with all this advanced machinery that Belobog Industries was known for. Workplace accidents weren’t common, despite her loud and brazen personality, she made sure that each of her employees were working in safe working conditions and that they knew what to do in emergencies- and more hopefully, to prevent emergencies from ever happening in the first place.

Unfortunately, accidents still do happen, not often by any fault of anyone slacking off or being lazy but due to malfunctioning equipment or plain simple bad luck. In your case, it was both.

Riding atop one of Grace’s modified machines, you had been hard at work finishing up your duties before clocking out for lunch, when out of nowhere the machine malfunctioned, seizing before spasming violently- with you struggling to keep hold as it shook and threw itself around like a bull machine. Workers underneath cleared themselves out before someone noticed you atop the machine. Quickly shouts rang out as the machine you were on powered itself off, leaving you to fall with it.

As the machine fell, you scrambled to gain footing and jump somewhere safe- a several ton machine falling on you would easily spell the end for you. So, quickly calculating for somewhere safe and far enough to land, you planted your boots, squat deep, then launched back, hitting the dusty ground on your side and rolling before finally stopping a few feet, the machine crashing several feet away, leaving a large dust cloud as it landed.

Several workers began to approach before a voice cut in.

"Everyone back!” Pushing through the crowd, a tall raven spiky-haired man pushed through the crowd, white coat popping through the brown fur of the mostly brown bear-Therians. Anton, a senior staff member of Belebog and the on-site project manager for this construction. He had been just speaking with a worker when the incident happened.

He leaned towards you, stopping you from moving with a firm grip. Pulling a light from his pocket, he shined it into your eyes and watched as your pupils quickly constricted. “Any pain? Discomfort?”

Your side hurt from the impact, but as you checked your body and the adrenaline from the event calmed, a deep pulsing pain came as you raised your arm, forcing a choked sob out of you, turning his attention from checking your eye reaction to your arm injury.

“M-my arm!” Your lips wobbled as your sputtered that out, a feeling of shame about reacting harshly in front of everyone. Anton softly held you arm, “It’s broken, we’ll get an ambulance out to get you checked. Don’t move too much, kay?” He turned to you with a small smile before seeing how you were processing everything. Turning to the crowd of workers, “Yo! Someone call the ambulance and get Grace to check on her kid!” He barked, not with malice but to break people out of their stupor and into action. Quickly they moved, returning to their work or filling his orders.

Turning back to you, “Don’t sweat it. Everyone had different reactions to pain, just try your best to relax. You got this man.” Patting your (uninjured) shoulder, he waited for confirmation of an ambulance coming before picking you up and gently moving you away from the machine and somewhere less hot, moving differently from his usual bold and loud mannerisms.

As the two of you sat waiting for the ambulance, Koleda and Ben came running out of one of the management buildings set up on top of a nearby hill. Koleda was full sprinting towards the two of you, worry clear on her face as Ben rushed behind her, lagging behind.

“What the shi-eeez happened!? Are you alright?” She yelled, stopping right in front of you and quickly checking you over. Turning to Anton, “Already checked her?” “Yeah boss, broken arm but thankfully no sign of a concussion. Ambulance’s on their way right now.” “Good…” She sighed, before turning back to you. “Are you okay? Mentally?” You nodded, just as Ben arrived, echoing her sentiment.

“I’m okay, well I have a broken arm but I’m fine. Just going to need some time.” “Of course,” Ben started, “You’ll be getting worker’s comp, paid time off- without any use of saved days, and of course any hospital bills will be covered by the company’s insurance. You just focus on recovering okay?” You nodded, thankful for how much they cared for you.

Finally after a few more minutes, the comforting sound of the sirens, followed by the white and red ambulance shortly after.

With Ben staying behind, Koleda and Anton went with you, just for peace of mind to make sure you were totally fine. Thankfully no damage apart from some bruising and the broken appendage.

Finally nearing the end of your stay after a little over an hour of constant tests. You had gotten a sky blue cast over your arm, sling attached and roped around your opposite shoulder. Just had to wait for the go-ahead and you were set.

The door opened, Koldeda and Ben perking up, surprise flashing on Ben’s face for a moment as Grace walked in with a solemn expression. Red eyes, trembling lips, she had been crying for a while.

Turning to you, she spoke, voice cracking, “I am so sorry… I thought- I thought the new update was fine but there were problems with the last month’s update.. if I knew- I’m so sorry!” She had been crying after fixing up her machine, only having learned of the accident after she repaired the machine. It left her tossing and turning over the what-ifs that could have happened had you been slower.

Tears began to be shed again, her arms trembled, stilling as you embraced her with your one good arm. “Hey, it’s fine Grace. Accidents happen, I know you do your best for your children.” She cried into your shoulder as you reassured her…

During your time recovering, you’d regularly be checked up by the group, being friends with them outside of work, they regularly asked if you needed help. Your cast was full of colorful signatures by the end, leaving you with a giddy feeling inside.

- “you drool when you sleep” iconic. first percabeth line and it’s perfect (like them)

- seaweed brain & wise girl are iconic ofc, but when thalia calls percy seaweed brain and he’s like “it’s only okay when annabeth calls me that”

- when annabeth fell off the cliff and percy had to be held back by the hunters to stop him from going over after her

- when annabeth was in danger and all he could think about was saving her and he joined the quest without permission to do so and all he cared about was her

- when aphrodite visited percy and he said she looked like annabeth. you’ve gotta be shitting me.

- when aphrodite told him that they’re the first interesting love story in ages and how she’s invested in their love story. soulmates for real.

- when percy and annabeth danced at the school and then later on olympus he said they never finished their dance and they danced again

- how percy and annabeth had movie plans and sally said it was a date and percy panicked and said it wasn’t a date

- WHEN SHE TAKES A KNIFE FOR HIM AND HE STANDS OVER HER BODY SWINGING HIS SWORD AND SCREAMS “NOBODY TOUCHES HER!” when men go feral over seeing their love hurt it always slaps, my favorite micro trope.

- then when all he does is get her to safety and drags will to heal her and then everyone knows to give them privacy and she tells him “you’re cute when you’re worried”

- how they’re always hugging and telling each other to be careful and always worried about each other

- how annabeth is in danger and just knows to throw her dagger in the water and percy immediately is there and just takes everyone down

- how he thought of annabeth to tie himself to humanity when he bathed in the river stix

- how he jumped into tartarus with her (sorry but my roman empire is how she fell because of her hubris and him his loyalty, like their fatal flaws really dragged them to hell)

- percy jealous of luke and annabeth jealous of calypso and rachel

- annabeth kissing percy in the forge before percy blew it up

- the “don’t i get a kiss for good luck? it’s kind of tradition, right?” afterwards too, like the fucking rizzzzz my dude

- annabeth not knowing who the prophecy meant (percy or luke) by “lose a love to a fate worse than death”

- also when percy asked annabeth about the last line in the prophecy and she started to cry and held out her arms and he hugged her and told her it’ll be okay

- the whole camp being like fucking finally (mood) when percabeth finally kissed and then threw them in the lake to have “the best underwater kiss of all time”

- annabeth breaking the rules and sitting next to percy at lunch

- the fact that after hera wiped his memories he still could remember annabeth

- their reunion and “they kissed, and for a moment nothing else mattered. an astrid could have hit the planet and wiped out all life, and annabeth wouldn’t have cared”

tim + brentwood characters as boys i was legitimately friends with in high school and think of every single day:

Buzz- Jake (fake names for all of my friends bc privacy reasons) who complained about hanging out with nerds, got into a fistfight with someone else on his football team bc they called us nerds, was thoroughly convinced he'd run laps faster if he was hopped up on pixie stix (i held his backback while he got sick in the bathroom👍👍), he tried to hit on my older sister and she laughed at him, he was so put out he contemplated becoming a monk for a week

Wes: Max, who i helped sneak an entire bottle of orange juice on to the bus to our choir competition, but was unaware he brought a full bottle of vodka as well, ended up crying on our choir teacher for the three hours after the comp and i bought him a box of donuts after school, he did not stop doing this and had severe beef with a kid he knew in 5th grade and hadnt seen since but also hadnt forgotten their name and last i knew, was still awaiting for a dreaded confrontation to eventually come

Kip: Eduardo, who we all thought was studying during lunch but was actually filling his notebook with weird facts he observed about us and also managed to chew several packs of gum at once throughout our math class before the teacher noticed him, didnt know the plot to the clockwork orange so i lied about it for 5 weeks before he read it and called me just to tell me "you lying frog" befire he hung up

Ali: Ángel, who lied several times on separate occasions to the campus security about where people smoked, forgot what chihuahuas were twice, and almost drowned when he was swimming except his older brother got him and he immediately called me while waiting for the ambulance to tell me he almost fucking died, randomly sang a song about crabs he made up throughout the day

Danny: Ben, helped me with my biology homework because i helped him with essays, once released a live rat into the computer classroom because he had beef with the teacher, once texted me at 11 p.m. because he was having a mental breakdown over his chem work before he realized he was actually looking at trig and i told him id shoot him with a tranq gun if he woke me up like this again, kept forgetting how to tie his shoes

Tim: Teddy, he catfished 6 men over the age of 30 by pretending to be a 13 yr old girl and lured them to the part of town where there is an absurd amount of wild dogs that evade animal control and are known to maul humans, i watched him lockpick the english teacher's door so he could take back an essay he wrote bc it was actually a slash fic he printed out and turned in by accident, we hung out at a dennys once and he accidentally put his hand in syrup, looked me dead in the eye and said "i did that bc im gay" and wore pastel pink for a month bc it pissed off the hall monitor, his dad, and also six teachers he didnt even have class with

if you're going to want to be out and about on halloween, this is not the guy for you. 100% wants to stay in the whole time

will watch scary movies/play horror games with you, he will any day honestly but- he gets such an ego boost if you hide yourself in his shirt during gorey or freaky parts of movies. he gets so happy that he feels like he can protect you

he will not, under any circumstances, hand out candy to trick or treaters. he will slam the door in a 6 year olds face lmao he thinks it's stupid and will be honest about it. if you have a young sibling, he'll come with you to take them trick or treating (and complain a lot)

he doesn't care for anything sweet, probably opting for sour candies like sweettarts or those weird hard ball things. but maybe if he's feeling generous, he'll buy you some of your favorite treats. even if he hates the sticky sweet gummies and pixie stix you adore, you can bet everything he'll stand in line for hours the day before halloween.

he thinks dressing up is stupid, but you could talk him into a basic couples costume. maybe ghostface and casey (tbh ive never watched scream movies so im going off google) he would probably do that pumpkin head trend with you, he'll feel stupid the whole time but it's worth it to make you happy.

he'd want to carve pumpkins, and he will, but carving them gets difficult for him. it takes a lot of strength to do that, but he will do his best and attempt to help you. maybe it's best to skip this and just paint pumpkins...

you can take him to starbucks for a pumpkin spice latte all you want, but he'll insist on paying and get the worst tasting black coffee every time!! it's even worse because he genuinely likes bitter coffee

overall 10/10 fall boyfie, he doesn't like all the chaos and celebrations, but does enjoy quality time with you<3

he was literally made for this. he adores autumn and winter. considering he's from shneznaya, he could wear a t-shirt any time in fall and be fine, no matter where you live.

he'll take you to all his friends parties, if your up for it. and you have to have matching costumes, any couple you can think of is a valid costume option. he will be ken. he will wear the fucking roller skating costume. a little off topic but he saw the barbie movie and loved it.

spends halloween hitting up parties and showing off your costumes and takes teucer out to trick or treat at the end of the night. it's literally so cute to see him walking with teucer, eventually carrying him home when it gets too late.

he's so sweet to kids while giving out candy. i think he's the type to have candy bars and other allergy safe options, lollipops and goldfish maybe. the neighborhood kids love his house because of how rich he is, king sized chocolate bars for all. he's such a family man and adores kids so he's made for this.

he goes mad when decorating for halloween, pushing the line between too scary for kids and too cute. somehow it always works out. I feel like he'd be good at decorations because he takes side jobs at haunted houses. he'd be really good at playing a slasher i think.

you'll go to the haunted house he's working at with a group of friends, and he'll end up sneaking up on you from behind, pressing his fake knife to your throat and whispering "boo" it nearly gives you a heart attack but it's mad funny. he definitely gets in trouble for kissing one of the customers, but it's worth it.

if you prefer a calmer way to celebrate, he'll skip most of the parties and have a nice night with you after teucer gets tired out from a sugar rush. you'll snuggle up on the couch together watch whatever scary movies you'd like, he definitely puts up a bunch of candles for the fun atmosphere.

he'll buy you literally anything halloween or fall related. you want a cute new reath for autumn? only the best one on the market for you. want some overpriced seasonal drink? you're having a large and he'll get one too! it's honestly just an excuse to spoil you at this point

he's a 9/10 in this department. would be a 10 if he didn't make jokes about skeletons and boners...

the halloween boyfriend of the century. he has so much fun with holiday stuff and dressing up makes it even better

he's a performer, he's extra, so he has to win any costume contests! lynette is sick of this nonsense by now but it warms her heart to see you having so much fun helping lyney with his autumnal nonsense.

he's not necessarily one for big halloween celebrations, opting to spend his time hanging out with you and his siblings, possibly telling scary stories. lynette is rather unphased but poor freminet is always freaked out afterwards. there's definitely more than enough marshmallows for all the smores you intend to eat while this goes on.

he'll let you snuggle up next to him around the fire pit if you get a little freaked out. he gets to entertain and be with his lover, two of his favorite things. he'll even roast a few marshmallows for you! but it's expected that you return the gesture.

he'll definitely buy all kinds of dumb halloween decorations from the closest dollar store. don't be suprised when you find plastic spiders placed around the house. he loves to decorate outside of the house, it's slightly obnoxious but you're used to it at this point.

he'll happily take you out for whatever over the top seasonal drink you want, he does this for lynette every year as well. unsurprisingly, she typically becomes the third wheel to these drink based outings. but it's worth it to see lyney fawning over you like a puppy.

as previously mentioned, he dresses up and goes hard on halloween costumes. he'll be the one begging you to match for halloween. he seriously goes hard, the time and dedication of a seasoned cosplayer goes into his costumes.

he's the type to take you to fall festivals and engage in the classic fair games, throwing darts, bobbing for apples, even silly haunted houses. you might end up dragging him into a haunted house, lyney won't get too scared... or at least that's what he says, but he holds your hand the whole time.

a solid 9/10 fall boyfriend, definitely gets into all aspects of october and fall as a whole. he gets a little too carried away and might forget about your scary movie date... but it's okay because now you, him, and both of his siblings all have matching costumes!!

HAPPY 3 YEARS TO THIS BLOG!! 🎉💕🫶

i’m so happy i’ve been a part of this little community for as long as i have. everyone is super nice and inspiring and unbelievably talented, and im so glad to be posting content with people like y’all.

it’s absurd to think i’ve been doing this for 3 years and that i almost have 800 people here seeing it, but the love and support i’ve received over these years has been incredible. given that this is such a small community and i’ve either spoken with most of you or have at the very least interacted with your content, i feel confident in saying that every single person here is incredible in their own right and truly are the reason i stay here. you guys are genuinely the best, even if i forget to answer your asks or sometimes leave you on read for a while (i do that with everyone i’m so sorry) i mean it when i say that i do consider a good portion of you my friends. even if it’s been a while since we messaged or talked, you’re all awesome. and if i don’t know you personally, please feel free to message me! i love making friends, especially in a community like this that has time and time again proven to have some of the genuinely nicest people on the internet <3

i love writing and drawing and i’m not leaving here for a long while yet. the asks i’ve received saying that i inspired people to write, draw, or post are some of the nicest things i’ve ever received, and i truly mean it from the bottom of my heart when i say that those have changed my life. the self confidence and love for my craft that i’ve gained from being here is immeasurable, and that’s thanks to all of you, whether you’ve been here for years or are new to this blog.

Hiya, I've been looking around all day on Tumblr today. I've hit a state of wanting to reorganize our SP just enough to look cohesive but still allow alters to be creative with their profiles. We all absolutely love the movie Treasure Planet. Would there be a chance you could do a simple SP folder layout, dividers, and anything else you would want to add? If you can't do just Treasure Planet we are more than happy to accept space-themed items!

'Til Voodeath Dew We Part

Hey there, mighty mutanimals. It's a Saturday upload, and you know what that means. Hopefully this'll be better than the last one we covered. Coz, like, these ones haven't missed yet. Yeah, it's that time of year again~

Mountain Dew VooDew 2024

It's our mystery flavour of the year, as usual! Finally, our spooky hooded mascot has run out of fingers. So unless they want to do a tie-in with Gravity Falls, I guess we have to settle for a six-shaped eyeball in his palm. Otherwise, I love that they keep remixing this art concept with different spooky colours. Can't really see it on this image, but the art on the other side is tentacles. So I hope this isn't octopus- or Cthulhu-flavoured~

A mystery flavour doesn't leave us with much to speculate or ramble about, so let's just crack this one open~

Ooh. Real nice hit on this one. I use this comparison a lot, but it really has that powdery "Jell-O/Kool-Aid before mixing" smell. Maybe Pixy Stix? I think they've done that one before. Very distinct, though, and a good scent.

Flavour's great, too! Pretty sure they've also done Skittles before, but this really has that taste of, like, the grape Skittles. Like, that moment when you crack the outer shell and taste the shattered parts and inner flavour at the same time? Somehow they have managed to capture that as a Mountain Dew flavour.

I've espoused before that Pitch Black has always been my very favourite Mountain Dew, and grape is a great soda flavour in general. This isn't exactly like Pitch Black, but it's good. This one's definitely worth your time, and it'll be worth my time to get more of this. Definitely more treat than trick~

The Boy in the Walls Chapter 4

As Oliver's eyes adjusted to the light, he realized he was in a small glass jar with a lid. He tried to move, but found that he was stuck in the jar with no way out. Fear gripped him as he realized he was trapped, and his breathing became rapid.

Unexpectedly, he heard a voice that sounded familiar. It was his host, speaking softly to him. Oliver recognized the voice and tried to calm down. He closed his eyes and focused on his breathing, trying to slow it down. he couldn't ruin his small air supply, who knew how long he would be held captive.

As he calmed down, he began to listen to what the human was saying. "I'm sorry I scared you, little guy," the host said. "I didn't mean to frighten you." strangely enough, the human seemed to have lowered its voice since their last encounter.

Oliver opened his eyes and looked up at the human. He saw that the teen had a gentle smile on his face and was looking at him with a mix of curiosity and concern. Oliver never really had a chance to study the human closely like this.

surprisingly enough, the human had grey eyes, but they weren't menacing, they looked kind, like platinum, and they had a gleam of curiosity in them. his hair reminded Oliver of bird feathers, black, but it shined with bluish purple. like ravens.

"w-what do you w-want with me? what are you going to to to me?" Oliver asked hesitantly.

a spark of realization seemed to hit the human "No, no! I promise I won't hurt you," the host replied with a slightly hurt expression "I just want to understand what you are and how you got here."

Oliver felt a glimmer of hope. Maybe he could find a way out of this mess after all. He took a deep breath and tried to collect his thoughts. 'can I trust a human? he seems nice enough, but he also put  me in a jar and caused me to pass out...twice' he thought for a few minuets, until the human spoke again.

"so...do you have a name, or should I just call you tiny person?"  he asked in an attempt to break the ice. at which he so horribly failed.

"o-of course I have a name!" he said defiantly, clearly not getting the joke. then realizing he may have angered the human by speaking so brashly, apologized "s-sorry, my names O-Oliver"

"That's a cool name, mine is Isaac" the teen said with a teethy smile. Oliver noted how big the humans mouth was.

"S-so um...could let me out now, I-its kind of uncomfortable in here." Oliver asked, internally praying the giant would say yes.

"Will you swear on the River Stix  to stay if I do?" Isaac said with a hint of sarcasm.

"what's a r-river stixs?" the borrower asked, tilting his head like a confused puppy. and Isaac had to contain an 'aww'. 

"never mind, but will you?" he asked hopefully.

Oliver considered his options. He could either say no and risk the humans wrath, or he could say yes and have a chance for escape.

"I-I suppose..." he said hesitantly.

As soon as he had said the words, Oliver immediately regretted it, Isaac abruptly reached into the jar trying to fish him out. when he had seen he humans intentions, Oliver pushed himself as far away as he could from it. he wanted nothing to do with that thing. Unfortunately though, Isaac was too quick, and caught Oliver by the shirt.

The borrower was then lifted out of the jar and through the air. The whole room spun around him as he was held by his shirt and placed onto the humans desk. As soon as his feet hit the wood, Oliver bolted for the nearest hiding place, which so happened to be the nearby pencil case. Oliver sat behind the large bag, shaking like a leaf, and holding his legs close to him.

"Wha-Oliver, why did you run?" Isaac said, in a soft yet booming voice. causing a large gust of hot air to blow onto Oliver, making him to shiver more violently. "Please come out, I didn't mean to startle you...again"

Though the tiny boy did not know it, Isaac could see Oliver perfectly well without him coming out, but he would still give Oliver the choice. The human continued to plead to Oliver, but the borrower was in the midst of one of his 'attacks'.

Oliver was scared, more then he had ever been in his entire life. He had been caught, and when the human had been kind, he had run and very likely angered the human. Now he was hiding in a rather obvious place, but Oliver didn't want to move. Isaac continued to talk but Oliver couldn't hear over the sounds of his pulse slamming against his eardrums.

"*sigh* fine, if you don't want to come out, I wont force you." The human said in a sad and quite frankly defeated tone. These words, Oliver did manage to hear, and they surprised him greatly. 'What is this guy trying to pull? Couldn't he just kill me if he wanted to? Why make me wait' Oliver thought to himself but was interrupted by the sound of the human leaving the room.

In the reverse brother haunting AU. How did Ortho cope with well, not being seen as human because of his robotic body. From Idia’s first year at NRC all the way to when Ortho finally accepted as a first year of night raven college where he finally accepted as one(Ps for a more light noted question, how did Ortho fully use his robotic body[possible the other gears too] to its fullest potential?)

Well... He doesn't cope that well...

At first it comes as a shock, since Ortho was used to Idia, his parents and the whole STIX just treating him like a normal being. Taking in account his suggestions and sometimes correcting him if he happens to say something wrong or not understand something. He was praised and nagged, just like Idia was. He is the spirit of a human in a metal body. He is bound to learn and make mistakes. He is a person first and foremost and that was acknowledged at home. His parents and Idia built him a body for the scope of being able to be seen, heard and interact with others.

Then it came NRC. Ortho went in along Idia since both were on par with the very similar level of knowledge. Ortho would try to do Idia's homework and learn just like his big brother. Of course, Ortho looked forward to making friends in here.

Then it came the shock that the others only see him as a robot. As an object that is only programmed to obey some strict orders. If he tried to show that he thought on his own, that he had his own emotions and everything else, the others would say that Idia had some talent in programming a robot. Idia himself was on Ortho's side, denying that he just used a very simple base program, mostly for the powering, joints articulations and special commands Ortho could use. He tried to insist that the others have to AT LEAST acknowledge Ortho as a person. Like just give him that. It's not that hard to at least say a hello or maybe just take in account that he would get upset or happy about certain things.

It ended up with the others thinking Idia was probably so lonely to the point he was delusional, while Ortho was just a very intricate AI. Ortho couldn't connect to other devices. He had to possess them and even then, it wasn't as if he was a technological cutting edge machine. He sometimes did mess up the folders or programs.

Weather Ortho had a less than calculated response to things, others would brush it off as being an error or a bug. And that was absolutely frustrating because they implies that something was wrong with him. That he is not supposed to act like that.

In response to that, Idia grew cold towards the rest. Like why should he be nice if the others can't give some basic acknowledgement towards his brother. Sure, he's a bit more different than your average kid, but at least acknowledge that he is someone. Can y'all stop being petty and prideful bastards for a bit?! What makes Idia feel worse about it is the fact that the others try to drag him out and socialise. He is simply refusing and becoming shut in, because he feels like the others do not deserve for him to do what they want if they cannot respect his and Ortho's wish to at least acknowledge the little Shroud.

Hence why, the STIX incident hits so hard for poor Ortho. His brother also had to go through the very same procedures once news of his overBlot were reported. Yet these bastards still are so entitled and mean. Not to mention they still do not acknowledge Ortho as a person in HIS OWN HOUSE. Like this is probably some basic decency at lest.

Alex has learned to expect everything when it comes to his boyfriend, because everything is possible with Willie, and yet his brain stutters for a moment when he comes home to find Willie flattened out on top of their kitchen cabinets with dust and spiderwebs in his hair but grinning madly down at him.

"Is this part of your prank war with Reggie?" he asked, because if it was, he was going to turn right back around and go have dinner somewhere else. Somewhere far away. Possibly in another state. Maybe Carrie's dad would let them borrow the chopper.

"No," Willie said, gleefully. "I'm just getting back my new friend. I think she's stuck."

Which was concerning, because anything Willie called a New Friend had the potential of being rabid, or scary, or generally not something you'd want in the house. In the six months they'd lived together, he'd named the spiders in their hallway, let in a raccoon, and tried to befriend a moose on their camping trip.

"William Throckmorton Covington," Alex said, trying not to wince at how much he sounded like Willie's Uncle Caleb for just a second. "What did you do?"

"Alex, meet Pixie Stix," Willie said, opening up his cupped hands as something flew down and nearly hit Alex in the face.

After all the screaming had subsided and Pixie Stix was back in her enclosure, Alex had to admit that the Sugar Glider was pretty cute.
