do you think if there were hippocampus in FIM (and I haven't seen the last few seasons so maybe there are fdjghjf but anyway) do you think alicorns would also have mermaid tails on top of the other features? (not a drawing suggestion I just really like your worldbuilding and want to know how you'd go about it)

There are indeed hippocampus! They start appearing in My Little Pony The Movie (2017) (good movie) (sexy villain) (amazing villain song)

Alicorns do not have seapony (hippocampus) traits because current pantheon of ascended alicorns came from ponies with no seapony genes. Seaponies are not anatomically compatible for terrestrial species, so there are no seapony traits in the ponish trifecta.

Anyway. A hippocampus could ascend to godhood but it would be different from the terrestrial alicorns due to their different origins. In fact, the ocean is so much bigger than the land, who's to say there aren't giant queens lurking in the depths, able to control the tide and weather?

I wanted to assume the best about Daniel Penny. I read his words, typed out in quotes. I find them upsetting.

I have not been in this situation. I can understand wanting to protect the lives of all the people in that train. What I'm distinctly missing is a lack of remorse for taking a life. If someone is in pain and suffering, and that is causing them to lash out, I fully understand wanting to restrain them and protect the innocent. I understand that sometimes it can go too far and then a life is taken, and I understand that taking that life can protect others. Theoretically. What I don't understand is feeling guilt over the idea of someone else's actions causing the death of a person, but not feeling any guilt over causing the death of a person.

Jotaro will give and give until he can no longer give. He doesn't complain about having to support others, to being their pillar when they need someone. But when it brings him to a point of exhaustion, though, that's when he starts shutting down. Sometimes it's just best to offer the same respite for him, silence and allowing him to snuggle is one of the very best ways of taking care of him.
