I really feel like one of the best details in “A Scandal in Bohemia” that I never see people fixate on enough is that the story starts with Watson stopping in to see Holmes at Baker Street on a complete whim, because he happens to see that he’s home (and Watson is now married and living elsewhere). Like he doesn’t send word first, he’s not invited, he just shows up and surprises Holmes. Which is not that weird but then Holmes is like “oh good, I’ve got a case anyway, you might as well hang out!” which just makes it funnier when the King shows up and is like “I’d really rather speak to you alone, actually” and Watson tries to leave and Holmes is just like “anything you can say to me, you can say to my best friend John Watson, and if you ask him to leave, I would consider it a grave insult, you would be my enemy and I will not help you ever!!” And the king is like “…ok” and just moves on.

like, that is crazy behavior. Holmes is talking about how there’s probably lots of money in this case, and then almost turns away the client for…not knowing who the fuck Watson is?? He’s not even supposed to be there?? He just came to say hi?? “It is both or none”… girl, GET UP.

So. Apparently halfas are like phoenixes or something, which Danny would’ve really liked to know. 

See, usually with ghosts if they’re forced to retreat to their cores they reform as was, but apparently, since they’re still partially living, schrodinger's people and all that, halfas have to regrow their body from scratch. At least that’s what he’s understanding from Frostbite. 

But how come he has to deal with it? It’s Dan’s fault for trying to pull such a stunt! Oh, it’s either him or Vlad? Well fuck, he might have calmed down and is going to therapy in both the living realm and the Zone, but he’s waaay not equipped to raise a child except for like, monetarily wise. 

Well dammit, how long will this core incubation thing last, he has his new job in… let him check which offer he accepted again… He has his new job in Coast City that he needs to finish packing for and then all the rest of the stuff to do. 

What do you mean it’ll take months?! He doesn’t have months?! Urgh, fine. At least being a mortician isn’t that exciting, nor dangerous. so there's this post that talks about how people call jason's curved knife a kris but it's not a kris 'cuz why would he have a southeast asian knife? and op's tags say if you're gonna give him an 'exotic' weapon at least make him malay or something. a later reblog adds a filipino kris as an example, and then i was like, 'omg, jason in a barong tho.' hs satoru knows he’s hot; he flaunts it everywhere he gets the chance to. but still, every now and then he’ll get on his knees like he’s about to throw himself on your feet and beg for your hand in marriage— only to ask you, “baby, do i look cute?” and then you can scoff and roll your eyes, but satoru insists he needs validation from you and you only. totally not because suguru gets more girls than he does, and so when you bring it up, he tells you he can have all the girls on the block ogling him like hes a mouthwatering snack and they’ve been starved for months, but none of their attention matters to him like yours does. sometimes, when you go out on a bright n sunny afternoon to browse the streets of tokyo, he’ll swipe his glasses off and wipe an imaginary droplet of sweat off his face to woo the ladies (who are buried in their phones), and when you scold him all he does is give you an innocent look and whine, “aww, but i was only trying to make you proud, sweetheart.” and then he’ll laugh and say none of the women hold his interest like you do when you smack him across the shoulder.

(just tell him he looks hot, and he’ll melt— but not before you do with the look he gives you; the kisses he peppers your face with afterward. he tries to make it an equal exchange.)
