hands down best thing I did when I gained weight and was struggling with my self image was to buy myself some new clothes that actually fit me instead of just of wearing old clothes that didn't and feeling bad and uncomfortable in them
#this took a while for me to be able to do financially at the time#but it was right around when I started my current job#and it was very worth it#highly recommend making it a priority if you're able to

reset, recharge, rewind!! ⊹˚. ♡
──★ ˙ ̟🎀 reasons we need recharge days
reduced likelihood of future mental health crises
improves your mental, physical, and overall health
to avoid burnouts
feel more empowered, capable, resilient and able to bounce back from hardships
boosts your productivity and overall executive function
more hours worked ≠ productivity !!!
the same as our physical bodies need rest and recovery by sleep, our mental states need rest and recovery too sometimes. the healthiest and most successful people are the ones who take the time to care for themselves first. you should always always always be your top priority, no matter what happens. <3
you cannot pour from an empty cup. you cannot burn if you've dwindled down the flame. you cannot be a pearl if there is no oyster.
──★ ˙ ̟🎀 when is it time for a mental health day and to take the time to recharge?
when you feel yourself in a repeated pattern of irritability or negative emotions in your school or workplace
when you find yourself more unable to focus and distracted more easily
when you are seriously lacking sleep
when you find yourself falling back into old habits
reset days sound great in theory, but how exactly does one execute them in a way that leaves them feeling refreshed and recharged for the future?
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ 1. what leaves you energised?
if you haven't already made one, i'd highly recommend making a list of things that make you happy, have a good day, energised, relaxed, refreshed, etc, and a list of things that do the opposite. this is then so you can figure out what does and doesn't make you happy, give you energy, and so on, and figure out what to indulge in and what to avoid to keep yourself not burnt out and working harder for longer instead of overworking yourself.
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ 2. detox!
detoxing from everything is a perfect thing to do on a recharge day. whenever i detox i feel like a brand new girl and so clean and fresh, and i have a post on this here 🫶💗 even if you aren't feeling particularly down or if nothing has happened and you just decide to take a random recharge day to boost your energy, detoxing and pampering urself is always always always the way to go! <3
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ 3. journal, obviously
as the no.1 girl journalling advocate of course i had to put this in here. i have a whole pinterest board full of these for when i need them and have specific prompts for specific emotions (should i make a post on this?) and it helps me so much. think of it like you're having an interview with yourself and a look into your own emotions so that you can get to know yourself and your circumstances better for future reference, too.
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ 4. errands
as much as i hate to admit and as hard as it is, compiling a list of all the things that have been on your mind and that you've been procrastinating and getting them done in a time period throughout the day when you feel comfortable can be very helpful for lifting the metaphorical and emotional weight off of your shoulders. knowing you have time to just relax for a little while and that you've gotten everything you need to do done already is a massive relief for me and the feeling of utter refreshment that comes with having a clean slate with nothing nagging at you in the back of your mind is priceless.
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ 5. detective work: analysis!
along with the journalling, if your recharge day was brought on by a series of negativity in your life, i think it especially helps to analyse the period of time leading up to said recharge day and think ab what made you feel like you need some time off to recharge. did anything happen, were there any events that could have triggered it, big or small, how you felt, and so on; write it all down or just lay and think about it quietly and think about how you can tackle it in future and come up with a way to deal with that. reset days are the perfect time to learn from ur mistakes and ensure that you can know what to do if and when they strike again in the future.
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ 6. self-respect
most importantly, please respect the fact that you are only human and need ur rest. it's not your fault for getting overwhelmed or needing to take a day to rest. as long as you are doing the best you can, you're going exactly the pace you need to, and you are at the exact place you need to be, whether it feels like it or not. not constantly working does not mean you have failed, does not mean that you are weak, or anything like that. please take care of yourself and have enough self-respect to honour your own needs and emotions. you're doing amazing bae 💗✨
──★ ˙ ̟🎀 journal prompts:
๋࣭♡ has there been any possible events or recent situations that may have caused a mental health spiral?
๋࣭♡ do any of these events link back to an event that affected you in the past?
๋๋♡ what are some things you dislike right now in your life?
๋࣭♡ how do they make you feel and why?
( also see: girly girl's guide to journalling and ultimate journalling index)

Can I just say I love how you can be somewhat critical about certain things about totk without completely and unnecessarily trashing it and even adding humor. I wish more people were like that.
Aw, thank you! I'm just trying to make sure folks feel safe to enjoy things here (as long as, yknow, the respect goes both ways).
I definitely used to be someone who would trash stuff unnecessarily, and I'll always credit a mutual (although I did forget their handle,,,I'm so sorry) I had at the time for just letting me go on a long rant about why something bothered me and went, "That sounds really personal, but that got nothing to do with this." And all at once I realized I'd been projecting my needs/wants/expectations onto other peoples work (commercial or otherwise), and holding strangers responsible for serving me, specifically! Which is an absurd thing to expect from anyone!!
And sometimes I still forget the world doesn't revolve around me, glorious me, and I have to go back and apologize and do my mental health homework to figure out why I reacted a certain way, and why I took something so personally. But it's been really helpful to try and do the homework first, or type that whole salty take up and delete it or draft and review it again in the morning, before you make a stranger (or a friend!) feel bad or unsafe with you for the crime of enjoying something you didn't (which I have done, many times, and feel very bad about).
Plus, I've learned that if you're someone who is always analyzing and critiquing things, those moments can be really good practice for (respectfully! privately! in your own space! not on that stranger's post! not in that poor dev's DMs!) considering what you might have done differently, assuming you had the same parameters and resources available. I find this is especially good practice if you plan on entering a creative field! I promise you get a lot more sympathetic with how things turn out when you force yourself to dream within a budget and a deadline.
(also being nice to professionals is good practice! Some of them are jerks, true, but 99% of devs artists designers directors etc are just doing their best under a ton of stress and pressure to make everyone happy, and they're usually really proud of what they're able to accomplish, and they are absolutely not getting paid enough to deal with the comment section)
Once you let go of that need to be Correct and have control over stuff that isn't about you, you end up having a lot more fun and a lot less limitations for playing in the sandbox, and with other creatives! Plus you learn about yourself, and what your priorities and tastes are. You become a better story teller and collaborator when you can not only find but actively look for the good in things you may have completely dismissed as a kneejerk reaction to not liking something about it.
And again, I'm definitely still an ass, a lot more often than I'd like to be. I still struggle with that need to be Correct and to have complete control over my sandbox. I still get defensive and have to navigate rejection sensitivity when someone's idea contradicts mine. I definitely understand the reactivity when something means a lot to us, and it takes practice to share when you're used to being protective! But it's so, so worth it.
You meet such amazing people and find such wonderful, supportive communities when you embrace two cake theory. I highly recommend making an effort to expand your perspective and be a part of that support.
Supportive Community Pro-Tips from a Fandom Old Guy:
You don't have to adopt a theory to enjoy or appreciate it!
If someone's takes upset you, just block them. It's okay.
Don't critique someone's work unless they ask for critique
Don't RB someone's work with negative/contradictory comments, just make your own post
DO freak out in the tags/comments/inbox if you like something
Obviously don't wish harm over ships/headcanons/etc, just block!
Remember someone else's work is not about you
Remember someone else's work is Not About You
Are they experiencing a thing? Are they sharing their experience with you? That's a gift! Treat it like one!
Elitism is a mind killer. Newer ≠ Lesser, Older ≠ Greater. We all have stuff to offer and we all have stuff to learn.
and if I may impart the most important thing I've ever learned in fandom:
BE NICE TO EACH OTHER, WE'RE ALL JUST MAKING STUFF UP!
Thank you for the lovely message and for letting me ramble I'm!! Sorry this got so long and preachy, haha
#Remember kids the Number One Rule to relaxing and having fun in your fandom is “Yes And”ing. The more ridiculous the better.#give princess zelda a unicorn and a gun it's okay who can stop you

Knee-deep in the dead. If one thing's true, it's that Anomaly makes you COMMIT to its ending. Spoilers ahead, of course.
Our enemies seemed intent to drown us in their blood and bury us in their bodies.
Bodies need clearing and turrets need rearming. Hauling has become the #1 priority job.
The ending music is a fuckin' banger.
Like a cleansing shower after a particularly hard-fought day, so too did the rain fall upon the bloodied mud around Tower-by-the-River, marking the end to the terror of the Monolith.
This town ain't big enough for two Archotech hyperintelligences.
I highly recommend this mod for your Anomaly playthrough. When your colony is being assaulted on literally every angle by hordes of Shamblers and Gorehulks, you're gonna need your walls to be able to stand up to their melee until you can muster up a defense.

Opening Day: May 10th
Happy May! We're not far from opening day now! *kazoo noises*
You're probably wondering if I have more gifs up my sleeve. The better question would be how many times can I write *kazoo noises*
If you want to be tagged on opening day, leave a like/comment/emoji
This is a premium rated 3/3/3 community-driven site, we require all members, characters, and faces to be 18+ years of age.
We support writers in all shapes and sizes. We're LGBTQ+ friendly, and will have plenty of nsfw themes included, though it's optional. Those who aren't interested in writing mature content are more than welcome here!
Here's some of the guidebook rules;
► Site Culture
Our vision is to be a relaxed-paced site where characters progress and develop at their own pace. We're all human at the end of the day. Family, work, and life, in general, will sometimes take over. As a whole the site is more receptive to new members who make an effort to socialize, build connections, and basically show they are intending to stick around.
Joining a new group is always nerve-wracking, it can be terrifying to share! Showing an interest will bring that back around to you. We'll also do our best to make you feel appreciated, welcomed, and included here.
Do want to stress; when we say relaxed paced we mean it. Some members will take this very literally. Patience is a must for this site. Try to look for members which suit your pace of writing better.
You can check out the 'posting frequency' roles on profiles and introductions, members can change them according to what fits them best. Life gets in the way sometimes and we respect that the site can't always be a priority for people.
► Player Conduct
All we ask is that you take the initiative to participate if you want to find new characters to write with and try to stay in touch in our chat. We believe you get out of roleplay whatever you put into it.
We’re all here for our love of writing. Do your part in out-of-character chats to keep the community happy and healthy. You and your needs are important and valid! Speak up when you need help. We want everyone to have a good time. Just keep in mind this is a hobby for us all, staff included.
We expect you to be 18+ and able to manage your own relationships/plots with other writers. Show interest in others, ask questions, and you'll get the same in return!
Plenty to do to garner interest, like putting time into creating a relatable character that can also tie into others stories, contacting other writers on discord with interest in their characters will make others want to plot with you more, throwing out a couple of open threads will set the bait for others to bite, and so on.
Communication is key!
► Character Conduct Godmod / Power Play / Metaplaying
It's frowned upon to handle another character without the players consent, especially when it comes to fights. We highly recommend communicating beforehand with your writing partner. This is to give you an idea of where you both want the thread to go, and keep an open line of communication on what you're comfortable with as the thread progresses. This should be done with every new writer you work with. You'll find that you can get comfortable with some writers and no longer need to check in to do things. Starting with consent and communication first will make for happy players and awesome threads all round!
This also needs to be taken into consideration for characters vs environment. Be it creatures or NPC enemies. Make it as realistic as you can. No character/house/ship etc should be stronger/better than the lore's canons. One or two characters aren't going to easily take down a team of trained enemies, or against other characters, so make the struggle really happen! Show weakness, find alternative solutions. Your character doesn't need to win every battle, making them imperfect will bring about a more balanced storyline and development for them! Try to give your character a personal mission of their own and some flaws for them to overcome. Give them weak points, quirks, hobbies, pet peeves. Make them as realistic as you can so that they're interesting to play with.
Metaplaying refers to using player knowledge your character wouldn't have otherwise known. Sometimes events, secret messages, missions and general plots might take an unexpected turn for your character. Very much like life in general, it isn't always going to go to plan, so try to roll with it! We're big on finding another way around the problem, so you can totally do that too.
► Site Activity
No activity checks! Stick around as long as you like. Come and go when you please. No pressure to write. Go at your pace.
We'll try to keep the board organized; meaning any in-character threads will be routinely archived after three months without a reply. Fear not! Can ask for them to be moved back in #moderation on Discord.
Be sure to do at least a monthly bump of any requests you may want to keep active. There's no strict guidelines of when you can or cannot bump. Once a week is our rule of thumb, but if it's over or under - we won't hold it against you.
► Kanly Formal feud or vendetta under the rules of the Great Convention carried on according to the strictest limitations.
Kanly is a form of legalized warfare between two or more houses, so long as it does not claim lives of non-house civilians. Kanly is recognized by the Emperor and the Landsraad, and when so, the two houses can go at each other within the boundaries described above. In the lore, the appearance was that the Harkonnens wiping the Atreides out with a straight up surprise attack, with overwhelming numbers (and at great cost). As far as the rest of the Imperium is concerned, it was a brutal (but acceptable) war of Kanly. Build up allies with other people. Establish some in-character enemies. There are no heroes or good guys in this story. Your houses gains are another houses losses. We operate under the assumption that no house has clean hands - no matter how noble or just they appear. As always, make sure communication with others is a priority and that everyone's on board. If win/loss outcomes cannot be decided amongst yourselves, staff can roll a dice for you to help determine outcomes.

I’m really scared because I haven’t had my period in over 50 days but I don’t want to tell anyone and be forced into recovering in a space where I can’t control it and having other people constantly monitoring me. I’m trying to eat better and find specific foods high in fat and protein like salmon and eggs but I really struggle with eating meat and protein dense foods because when I was younger my mom always told me it would make me fat. I’ve been slowly increasing my calories but it’s not working and I’ve actually lost weight since doing this and I don’t know what to do. I don’t know how to fix this and there’s no one irl I can tell, does anyone have any advice? -💚
Hi anon! I don't know what ED services are like in your area, so it's hard to know what to recommend to you. A lot of inpatient ED treatment centers can be extremely helpful, especially to those who need medical supports where they're at in their recovery. However, a number of times, depending on your specific issues and the resources in your area, people with EDs will go to a more general psychiatric inpatient facility. The quality of the experience you have at any sort of facility largely depends on the facility itself, as well as general healthcare knowledge and systemic supports in your area.
However, if you'd be willing to seriously commit to outpatient treatment, you might be able to get supports to do it that way. I know it's scary to consider asking for this, but if you're getting sicker while trying to heal on your own, you may need to seek help to save your life, anon. I do want to also say that even if you would prefer outpatient support, if you find yourself unable to make progress in outpatient, or if you end up needing more medical support than you can realistically get in an outpatient setting, you may have to go to inpatient. I know this is scary, but medical support can save your life if it turns out to be what you need. It's better to find out than to ignore it until it's too late. There's no shame in not being able to do it on your own, it's really hard. It's brave to seek help.
Now, who to tell? It sounds like your mom has not really worked to cultivate a healthy relationship between you and food. It also sounds like she might not be the person who would listen to you if you told her that your pursuit of weight loss has gone dangerously far. I don't know her, though, so you can think about whether or not you can go to her first to seek help. While your family's reaction may be different than the one you feel you need, understand that it takes time to fix a difficult relationship. Who knows? It's going to be a journey, but at the end of all this, your mom might actually take this as a wake-up call as to how she's raised you to feel about food, and about her own relationship with food. Is there another trusted figure in your family you can tell? A safe authority figure at school? Who will receive you most compassionately while still prioritizing getting you lifesaving care?
Fat is not your enemy. I know it's hard to believe that right now, but fat is highly preferable to feeling scared about your medical future and being unable to stop this to save your life. The fats in things like salmon and eggs help your body sustain energy, and contribute to brain function. Weight gain is not your enemy, your fear of getting fat taking priority over your fear of dangerous medical problems is your enemy. I know it's hard to feel that way, but your worth is so much more than a thin body. Can you try to start out by listing a few things that you love about yourself? If you're not in the habit of doing this, it may take a while, but that's okay, you can practice.
Whether you do seek help or continue trying to do this on your own, I hope you develop some acceptance for your body, whatever it needs to do. And I hope you get your period back!

Hi Mystic! Before I explain my situation, I just wanted to say how much I deeply appreciate your blog and how well-written your posts and replies are. I can clearly see you put a lot of great effort into helping us and that you genuinely care. I love you for that so thank you so much 💓💓💓
1) I am in need of some advice however. You see, I'm currently on school holiday and have wasted a lot of time doing nothing and procrastinating working on my self concept and manifesting my dream life. I have four days left and I'm in a serious time crunch. I want to shock everybody when I'm back at school, also considering the fact I hate school and don't fit in at all.
So I want to ask, how do I not give up and succeed in manifesting my desires before I go back to school. I actually want to wake up in the void state to manifest my dream life but I have a shitty void concept and need more than four days to improve it. This situation is troubling me and I need someone's advice. Thank you for reading and I would greatly appreciate a response.
2) And also I feel like absolute shit because I know I'm being incredibly selfish. My dad is a humanitarian and politician for Sierra Leone. The people there are living in extreme, extreme poverty, even the animals don't have enough to eat so you see where this is going. I literally know about the Law of Assumption, the GOLDEN TICKET, and whilst all these innocent people are out there suffering, I'm wasting my time spiralling and being lazy which is making me feel super guilty. I have the power to help the entire world and I feel pressured if you know what I mean. How do I stop feeling this way, manifest my desires before school ends and just finally change the world?
Bonjour, lovely.
Your kind words mean so much more to me than words could ever describe. Thank you so much for your love, support, and noticing all of the passion I pour into my work. I deeply appreciate you, and you have absolutely warmed my heart. Thank you. 🖤
1. So I want to point out a couple of things here. Your priority is focused on the wrong thing. You have spent all this time overconsuming a huge amount of information surrounding manifestation instead of dedicating all of that time into transforming yourself into a confident manifestor.
Secondly, you're worried about the "time" when you should just simply accept the fact that your desire is already fulfilled. Why are you rushing yourself? Take your time and put in the inner work of revamping your mindset.
You can most definitely manifest to wake up in the void state, but don't you want to achieve that manifestation easily? I highly recommend that you start prioritizing your focus on changing your mindset.
Your mindset is all you need to be able to manifest your desires easily and effortlessly.
Manifestation is all about *you.*
Your focus should completely be set on you. Don't rush yourself and take your time with this.
You are the God of your own reality, and manifesting your desires is as simple as accepting them as already fulfilled from the confident manifestor state of mind. It is done.
Accept your desires as done and continue to persist in the inner knowing of their inevitable manifestation.
Change your mindset, and you will easily be able to manifest waking up in the void state or whatever other desires you have. Not to mention, you will also be able to achieve great success with your own manifesting power with or without experiencing the void state.
After all, the void state is only experiencing your true self as awareness. It is not *outside of you.*
All that's needed for you to completely transform your reality and manifest every single one of your desires is a simple change in perception.
Simply change your mindset: This post is the answer to your prayers.
2. You don't have to put yourself or feel selfish. We are each the creators of our own realities, and manifesting a "world change" in your reality would not show up for the rest of us in our own realities. I am in complete control of my own reality, and you are in control of yours. For example, if you manifested for world hunger end in your reality, that worldly change would not be manifested for me in my reality, and I would still be experiencing the same world from my end.
So please, don't beat yourself up or feel guilty about this and realize that you are absolutely entitled to manifesting whatever the hell you want in your own reality. You're the one running the show. Also, show yourself some grace and compassion.
You're in the middle of transitioning from "victim" mentality to the confident manifestor mindset. This is an individual journey that you need to take at your own pace, so take it easy on yourself.
Again, I say, don't rush yourself and take your time in order to turn your mindset around, and you will be able to easily manifest any desire you're after.
I hope I was able to inspire you and provide the advice you needed. I want you to know that I believe in you.
You only need to believe in yourself.

alright, I sent the submission! please take your time getting to it, there's no rush or anything.
The way I improved my eye for design was just... time, I suppose. I didn't go out of my way to try and improve it or anything, it just happened on its own. I am pursuing college for either web or graphic design though, and I'm sure I will learn a lot more while I'm there. to answer your question, I think maybe references might help? if there's something you really like the look of, I would save it somehow so you're able to look at it and sort of take what you like out of it, if that makes sense? I think I tend to learn from example, though.
I know what you mean, whenever my roommate and I have to call someone to fix something, I always want to clean up a little bit first because I don't want people to see how messy we actually live. speaking of true crime documentaries, I recently watched the Netflix documentary for the Elisa Lam case; I had known about this case basically since it happened in 2013, but the documentary is really good and gave a lot of details that I did not know about. I highly recommend it!
- 🍵🐍
Hm, I'm not the most patient person when it's about myself. And it's not really a high priority of mine, just something that would be nice to have, you know? It's awesome that you think about going to college for it; I'm sure you will learn lots of cool things 👍
Ah, but references are work, are they not? You need to keep a pinterest, or a google something, or stuff like that. I tried downloading references for a tattoo I like to get, but I never really go through it after. Idk, I just don't see a reason to, it's not really fun for me. Like I said, not a visual person^^
If you could make a reference library out of all sensual impressions, now that would be a different thing. What I felt/saw/heard/smelled/tasted while sitting outside a cafe in my beautiful city one summer evening with my friend, while the sun was going down, and the shoppers went home while the people dressed for theatre came in. What it was like to be at your first aftershow party for one of your premieres, full of stage afterglow, and watching your ballet teacher on the dance floor with a glass of champagne in her hand. Fleeting moments like that, but who have taken root in me forever.
I have heard the name Elisa Lam, but I haven't looked into her yet. I'll give it a try when I get Netflix again .

Top Tips for Buying Office Furniture Wholesale for Your Business
When it comes to outfitting your business with office furniture through wholesale, there are several crucial factors to consider. Making the right choices can not only enhance the functionality and aesthetics of your workspace but also have a significant impact on your budget. Here are some top tips to guide you through the process.
1. Assess Your Needs Thoroughly
Before diving into the wholesale market, take the time to evaluate your office's specific requirements. Consider the number of employees you have and the nature of their work. For example, if you have a large team of customer service representatives who spend most of their day at desks, you'll need a significant number of ergonomic workstations. On the other hand, if your business involves frequent meetings and collaborations, investing in quality conference tables and comfortable seating for meeting rooms should be a priority. Also, think about any specialized furniture needs such as storage for specific equipment or filing cabinets for extensive paperwork.
2. Quality Over Quantity
While the allure of wholesale often lies in the potential for large - quantity purchases at lower prices, don't sacrifice quality for quantity. Cheap, flimsy furniture may seem like a good deal initially, but it will likely lead to frequent replacements and maintenance issues in the long run. Examine the build quality of the furniture. Check for sturdy frames, durable materials, and quality finishes. For desks, ensure that the drawers open and close smoothly and that the surfaces can withstand daily wear and tear. In the case of chairs, look for good lumbar support and quality upholstery that can endure regular use.
3. Consider the Style and Aesthetics
The appearance of your office furniture can have a profound impact on the overall atmosphere of your workplace. Choose a style that aligns with your company's brand and culture. Whether you prefer a modern, minimalist look with sleek lines and neutral colors or a more traditional design with warm woods and classic details, make sure the furniture you select creates a cohesive and professional environment. The style should also be timeless enough to avoid looking dated quickly, as replacing furniture solely due to changing aesthetics can be costly.
4. Test for Ergonomics
Employee comfort and well - being are essential, especially considering the long hours they may spend at their workstations. When evaluating office furniture for wholesale, test for ergonomics. Adjustable desks and chairs are highly recommended as they allow employees to customize their workspaces to their own body proportions. Look for desks with the right height to prevent strain on the wrists and back, and chairs with proper seat depth and height adjustments. Ergonomic furniture can reduce the risk of workplace injuries such as back pain and repetitive strain injuries, ultimately improving productivity.
5. Research the Supplier
Not all wholesale office furniture suppliers are created equal. Do your due diligence to research potential suppliers. Look for reviews and testimonials from other businesses that have purchased from them. Check their reputation for reliability, delivery times, and customer service. A good supplier will be transparent about the materials used in their furniture, offer warranties, and be able to provide detailed product information. Additionally, inquire about their return policy in case of any damaged or unsatisfactory items.
6. Compare Prices and Packages
Wholesale purchases often come with various price structures and package deals. Don't settle for the first offer you receive. Shop around and compare prices from different suppliers. Sometimes, a supplier may offer a better deal if you purchase a complete set of furniture rather than individual pieces. However, make sure that the package includes everything you actually need and that you're not paying for unnecessary items. Also, consider any additional costs such as shipping and assembly fees when comparing overall prices.
7. Plan for Future Expansion
Your business may grow in the future, so it's wise to consider this when buying office furniture wholesale. Opt for modular furniture systems that can be easily expanded or reconfigured. For example, modular desks can be combined or separated as your team size changes. This flexibility will save you from having to make major furniture purchases again in the short term if your business experiences growth. By following these top tips, you can make informed decisions when purchasing office furniture wholesale for your business, ensuring that you get the best value for your money and create a functional and comfortable workspace for your employees.Choose us company Ekintop Furniture,we will provide you best solve plan

Brisbane Private Transfers: The Stress-Free Way to Travel Around the City
When visiting a bustling city like Brisbane, getting around efficiently can make a big difference in your overall travel experience. One of the best ways to ensure comfort, convenience, and personalized service is by opting for Brisbane private transfers. Whether you're traveling for business, arriving at the airport, or simply looking to explore the city in style, private transfers offer an elevated way to navigate Brisbane.
In this blog, we’ll explore the benefits of using private transfers, how they work, and why they’re a great option for various types of travelers.
Why Choose Private Transfers?
When compared to public transport or ridesharing services, private transfers offer a range of benefits that cater to convenience, luxury, and reliability. Here are the top reasons travelers choose private transfers in Brisbane:
Personalized Service: With private transfers, you receive a tailored service designed specifically for your needs. Whether you're traveling alone, with family, or in a group, vehicles and services are selected to accommodate you. This means no waiting in queues or sharing rides with strangers. Your driver will be there, ready to meet you, and help with your luggage.
Comfort and Luxury: Brisbane private transfers often feature high-end vehicles, such as luxury sedans, SUVs, and even limousines, providing a premium experience. If you value comfort, especially after a long flight, being able to sit back in a plush seat, enjoy air conditioning, and even use Wi-Fi can be a welcome relief.
Punctuality and Reliability: With public transportation, there’s always the risk of delays, schedule changes, or overcrowding. Private transfers eliminate this uncertainty. When you book a transfer service, you’ll have a driver waiting at your specified location, ready to take you to your destination with punctuality as a top priority.
Local Expertise: Drivers providing private transfers are usually locals or highly familiar with the area. They can navigate efficiently through Brisbane’s traffic and even offer recommendations for restaurants, attractions, or shopping areas based on your preferences.
How Do Brisbane Private Transfers Work?
The process of booking a private transfer in Brisbane is simple and straightforward:
Online Booking: Most private transfer services allow you to book your ride online in advance. You can select your vehicle type, input your pickup location (airport, hotel, or other), and specify the time. Many services offer flexible cancellation policies, so you can modify your plans if necessary.
Meet and Greet: One of the standout benefits of private transfers is the meet-and-greet service. Your driver will be waiting at your designated pickup point—such as the airport arrivals area—holding a sign with your name, making the process seamless and stress-free.
Direct, Hassle-Free Ride: Unlike shared rides or shuttles that make multiple stops, private transfers take you directly to your destination. You can enjoy a quiet, uninterrupted journey without the hassle of waiting for other passengers.
Perfect for All Occasions
Private transfers are ideal for a variety of travel situations:
Airport Transfers: After a long flight, the last thing you want is to navigate busy terminals or wait for a taxi. Private airport transfers provide a smooth transition from Brisbane Airport (BNE) to your hotel or residence.
Business Travel: If you're in Brisbane for business, private transfers ensure punctuality and professionalism, allowing you to focus on your meetings and work.
Tourists and Families: Exploring Brisbane's top attractions is much easier when you have a private vehicle at your disposal, especially for families with children or large groups.
Conclusion
Brisbane private transfers offer a superior travel experience, whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or simply want to enjoy the city in style. With personalized service, comfort, and a reliable, hassle-free ride, private transfers are an excellent choice for those who value convenience and luxury. Next time you’re in Brisbane, consider booking a private transfer to make your journey more enjoyable and stress-free.

Chicago’s Top Tourist Landmarks: A Personal Guide!
Chicago is a city that draws millions of visitors every year, and it's easy to see why. With its stunning skyline, rich history, and vibrant neighborhoods, there’s always something to explore. On my recent trip, I set out to discover Chicago’s top tourist landmarks. From iconic skyscrapers to lakeside attractions, here’s a rundown of the places that made my visit unforgettable.
Problem: So Much to See, So Little Time
With so much to do and see in Chicago, I found myself overwhelmed by the choices. Should I head to the world-renowned museums, stroll along the lakefront, or dive into the city's rich cultural heritage? I wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on any of the must-see sights. But with only a few days to explore, I needed to prioritize the top spots.
Agitation: The Fear of Missing Out on Chicago’s Highlights
I didn’t want to leave Chicago with regrets. Missing out on a key landmark was not an option for me. I wanted to capture the essence of the city, experience its energy, and make sure I hit all the iconic spots that define Chicago. I needed to make the most of my time and ensure that every moment was spent exploring something memorable.
Solution: My Journey Through Chicago’s Top Tourist Landmarks
Here’s how I made the most of my time in Chicago, hitting the highlights and getting a real feel for the city:
1. Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”)
I started my journey at Millennium Park, home to the famous Cloud Gate sculpture, also known as "The Bean." This 110-ton stainless steel sculpture, designed by Anish Kapoor, reflects the city’s skyline and the surrounding park. I spent some time here, taking photos and enjoying the bustling atmosphere. It's a great place to start any trip to Chicago.
2. Willis Tower Skydeck – Reaching for the Sky
Next, I headed over to the Willis Tower, which was once the tallest building in the world. The Skydeck on the 103rd floor is a must-visit. I stepped out onto "The Ledge," a glass balcony that extends four feet outside the building, and looked down 1,353 feet to the streets below. It was thrilling and gave me a bird’s-eye view of the city and Lake Michigan.
3. Navy Pier – Fun by the Water
After getting my fill of heights, I made my way to Navy Pier. This 3,300-foot-long pier on the shoreline of Lake Michigan is a hub of activity. I took a ride on the Centennial Wheel, which offers panoramic views of the city and the lake. The pier also has a variety of restaurants and shops. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the waterfront vibe.
4. Art Institute of Chicago – A World-Class Collection
As an art lover, the Art Institute of Chicago was high on my list. Home to over 300,000 works of art, including pieces by Monet, Van Gogh, and Picasso, it’s one of the largest and oldest art museums in the United States. I spent hours wandering the galleries, taking in masterpieces that span centuries and continents.
5. Chicago Riverwalk – A Scenic Stroll
I wrapped up my visit with a stroll along the Chicago Riverwalk. This pedestrian waterfront offers beautiful views of the city’s architecture. I even took an architecture river cruise, which provided a unique perspective on the city's skyline and an informative history of Chicago’s development. The Riverwalk is a perfect place to unwind and soak up the city’s energy.
Conclusion: Making the Most of Your Time in Chicago
Chicago is a city with a lot to offer. Whether you're drawn to the arts, the architecture, or the outdoors, there’s something here for everyone. By visiting Chicago’s top tourist landmarks, I was able to capture the spirit of the city in just a few days. I highly recommend making these stops a priority on your visit.
From the heights of the Willis Tower to the reflective beauty of The Bean, Chicago’s landmarks tell a story of a city that's dynamic, diverse, and full of life. When planning your trip, make sure to include Chicago’s top tourist landmarks on your itinerary for an unforgettable experience.

What Should You Look for in a Rifle Shop?
Choosing the right rifle shop is crucial for any hunting or shooting enthusiast. But what makes a rifle shop stand out? Is it the variety of firearms, the expertise of the staff, or the additional gear available? This blog will help answer these questions, as we explore what you should look for in a rifle shop.
Wide Range of Firearms
When you look into a rifle shop, the first thing you should notice is the variety of firearms available. A good rifle shop will offer a wide selection, catering to different needs and preferences. This variety ensures that you can find exactly what you're looking for without having to visit multiple shops.
Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff
The staff should not only be friendly but also highly knowledgeable, even when communicating online about the products they sell. They should be able to provide you with detailed information about different rifles, recommend the best options based on your needs, and answer any questions you might have. Think of them as your personal guides in the world of firearms.
Quality and Reliability
Quality and reliability are non-negotiable when it comes to firearms. A reputable rifle shop will stock products from trusted brands known for their craftsmanship and durability. You want a rifle that will stand the test of time and perform flawlessly when you need it most. Don’t hesitate to ask the staff about the quality checks and standards they follow to ensure you get the best product.
Additional Gear and Accessories
A good rifle shop is not just about the guns. It’s about the whole experience. Look for a shop that offers a range of additional gear and accessories such as scopes, binoculars, ammunition, and cleaning kits. Having these items available in one place makes your shopping experience more convenient and ensures you have everything you need for your next hunting trip or shooting session.
Competitive Pricing
While quality is paramount, pricing also plays a significant role in choosing a rifle shop. A great shop will offer competitive pricing, providing value for your money. This doesn’t necessarily mean the lowest prices but fair pricing for the quality of products and services offered. Be wary of prices that seem too good to be true, as they often are.
Customer Service and Support
Imagine buying a rifle and then needing help with its maintenance or having questions about its features. This is where excellent customer service and support come in. A reliable rifle shop will offer ongoing support, from helping you choose the right rifle to assisting you with any issues that may arise after your purchase. This support can make a significant difference in your overall satisfaction with the shop.
Safety and Training Advice
Safety is a top priority when handling firearms. Look for a rifle shop that offers safety and training services. A shop that provides this advice demonstrates a commitment to responsible firearm ownership and ensures you’re well-prepared to handle your new rifle safely.
Shop Ambiance and Atmosphere
The atmosphere of the shop can significantly impact your shopping experience, even when shopping online. A well-organised, clean, and inviting shop creates a pleasant environment where you can comfortably browse and make your selections. Pay attention to the shop’s layout, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall vibe. You should feel welcome and at ease during your visit.
Local Reputation
Word of mouth is a powerful indicator of a shop's quality. Ask around in your local community or read online reviews to get a sense of the shop’s reputation. A shop with a strong local reputation is likely to offer excellent products and services. Don’t hesitate to ask fellow hunters or shooting enthusiasts for their recommendations.
Convenient Location
Location matters. A conveniently located rifle shop makes it easier for you to visit, whether you’re making a quick stop for ammunition or spending time browsing for a new rifle. Consider the shop’s proximity to your home or hunting grounds.
Return Policies and Warranties
A rifle is a significant investment, and you want to be sure that your purchase is protected. Look for a shop that offers clear return policies and warranties. This gives you peace of mind knowing that if there’s an issue with your rifle, you have options to return or exchange it. Good shops will have transparent policies that are easy to understand and fair to the customer.
'Quickfire' FAQs
1. What should I look for in the staff at a rifle shop?
Look for knowledgeable and friendly staff who can provide detailed information about different rifles and recommend the best options based on your needs.
2. Why is it important to choose a shop with a wide range of firearms?
A wide range of firearms ensures you can find exactly what you're looking for without having to visit multiple shops, catering to different needs and preferences.

Supporting Local and Scottish Rifle Shops
Supporting local businesses is always a good idea, and rifle shops are no exception. Local shops often offer a more personalized experience and are integral parts of the community. In Scotland, one such shop that stands out is R. Macleod. This Scottish rifle shop offers a wide range of rifles, shotguns, and hunting gear, including binoculars, ammunition, and hunting clothing. Their dedication to quality and customer service makes them a top choice for hunters and shooting enthusiasts in the region.
Final Thoughts
Choosing the right rifle shop is about more than just finding a place to buy a gun. It’s about finding a shop that offers a wide selection of quality firearms, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and additional gear and accessories. Whether you’re an experienced hunter or new to the sport, the right shop can enhance your shooting experience and ensure you have everything you need.

"level 1" exercise regimen
Exercise recommendations
General activity
I try to use 7k-10k steps as a rough ballpark of activity.
If I hit 7k steps, I find that to be acceptable.
If I hit 10k steps, I conclude that I am probably more active that day than usual.
Though going out of your way to increase your step count for the day doesn't really capture your total daily activity accurately, this kind of mindset is probably okay so long as you're not regularly taking extra steps to hit the target.
I think going for 5k+ steps is a good start.
Go on walks more, try pacing around instead of sitting around, etc.
Resistance training
Perform resistance training twice a week.
If physically attending a gym is inconvenient, I recommend r/bodyweight fitness's recommended routine, and tell you to:
Eat the ~$30 L and buy a pull-up bar (yes, you could just use bedsheets/towels and a door, but I found this to be incredibly annoying.)
Use a backpack and throw things in there as a means to add weight to exercises.
If attending a gym is convenient, I would recommend doing so over a calisthenics routine due to easier workout planning.
If the gym is very busy when you attend, that is reason enough to not go if it makes exercising unenjoyable.
I probably would generically recommend Jeff Nippard's Fundamentals Hypertrophy Program, which you can find online as a PDF, somehow, somewhere.
I have not used this program, but I have used his other programs, and generally recommend Nippard's work.
Your goal is to generally follow a double periodization approach per exercise. In each session, attempt to add weight to any of the major compound lifts that the program tells you to do:
Squat
Deadlift
Bench press
Overhead press
Lat pulldown
Row
If you cannot add weight, add repetitions until you can do 5+ more than what you originally could, and then drop repetitions to the original while increasing weight.
For lifts that are isolation, you may not be able to add weight every session, so follow the repetition adding advice here.
Go to failure on your last set.
This is just so you can more realistically track how much more you can do.
Track your lifts!
Phone, print it out and use pen and paper, etc.
Generic intensive exericse
Perform generic exercise once a week.
I highly recommend you find something that is a social activity, so you can link social recreation with exercise.
Rock climbing
Soul cycling
Dance classes
Hiking
Ball sport
If not, I recommend you do something LISS, which I would define loosely as activity that requires effort output, but not something that completely gasses you out.
Try to go for half an hour.
Moving to the point where talking is not easy, but I would not call challenging.
This could be jogging or walking.
Cycling
Swimming
Etc
Dietary recommendations
I personally think diet models are not really necessary early on unless:
Macro level body changes are the first priority, rather than strength or exercise outcomes. That is, fat loss is preferred over anything else.
You personally think the inclusion of a diet model would improve the adherence of your exercise model.
Macro-nutritional recommendations.
I find that hitting the protein intake requirements that maximize muscle protein synthesis in literature (1g of protein to 1lb of body mass, lean mass if the goal is to lose fat) to be generally difficult to achieve in a typical diet without an isolated protein source, so I recommend you incorporate an isolated protein source, and naturally modify the rest of your diet.
If you workout in a period of time where you will not be eating around 2 hours of the workout (before OR after), this is probably the best time to consume your supplemental protein.
Otherwise, consume it during a period of time where you normally have a long (2+ hour) time frame where protein is not consumed.
By natural changes, I mean that if you find you are less hungry, just eat less lol
If you really have the desire to investigate, track just how much protein you consume in a day to see how much supplementation is necessary.
Micro-nutritional recommendations
As a general health guideline, consume your necessary micronutrients.
I think just to be safe, you should be taking vitamins anyways.
Supplementation recommendations.
If you want to supplement, creatine monohydrate is probably the only one I think is worth taking.

7 Telltale Signs You Need to Call an Electrician
When it comes to your home's electrical system, safety should be a top priority. Electrical issues can not only be inconvenient but also pose a significant risk to your property and your family. Knowing when to call an electrician is essential to prevent potential hazards. In this comprehensive guide, we'll walk you through the seven telltale signs that indicate you need to call an electrician.
With so many electrical contractors to choose from, finding the right one can be a daunting task. However, if you're in Moore and looking for reliable and efficient electrical services, Right On Electric LLC is your go-to destination. Their team of highly trained and certified electricians are equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle any electrical project, big or small.
1. Frequent Circuit Breaker Trips
If your circuit breakers are tripping frequently, it's a clear sign of an electrical problem. Circuit breakers trip to prevent electrical overloads and short circuits, which can be dangerous. If this happens often, it's time to call in a professional electrician to assess the issue. They will be able to identify the root cause and make necessary repairs or upgrades to your electrical system.
2. Flickering or Dimming Lights
Flickering or dimming lights are not just annoying; they can be indicative of electrical problems. These issues can occur due to loose wiring, outdated fixtures, or an overloaded circuit. An experienced electrician can determine the cause and provide a solution, ensuring your lighting is consistent and safe.
3. Outlet Problems
Faulty outlets are a common electrical issue that shouldn't be ignored. If you notice outlets that are not working or feel warm to the touch, it's a sign of trouble. This could be caused by loose wiring, a damaged outlet, or an overloaded circuit. A professional electrician can diagnose the problem and ensure your outlets are safe and functional.
youtube
4. Burning Smell or Strange Odors
If you ever detect a burning smell or strange odors coming from your electrical outlets or appliances, it's crucial to act immediately. These odors can indicate overheating or electrical arcing, both of which are hazardous. Turn off the power to the affected area and contact an electrician right away to prevent potential fires.
5. Buzzing or Crackling Sounds
Unusual sounds, such as buzzing or crackling, should not be ignored. These noises can be a sign of faulty wiring or loose connections. Electrical issues can escalate quickly, and addressing them promptly is crucial for safety. An electrician can locate the source of the sounds and resolve the problem.
6. Hot or Sparking Outlets
If your electrical outlets are hot to the touch or sparking, it's a red flag. Hot outlets can be caused by overloaded circuits, and sparking is a sign of a dangerous electrical fault. Continuing to use these outlets can lead to electrical fires. Contact a professional electrician to investigate the issue and make the necessary repairs.
7. Aging Electrical System
As your home ages, so does its electrical system. Outdated wiring, circuit panels, and fixtures can become safety hazards. If your home is over 20 years old and hasn't had an electrical inspection or upgrade, it's a wise decision to consult an electrician. They can evaluate your system, recommend necessary updates, and enhance the safety of your home.
In conclusion, electrical issues should never be underestimated. Recognizing these telltale signs and acting promptly can prevent accidents, property damage, and ensure the safety of your family. Always prioritize the expertise of a professional electrician to address any electrical problems in your home.
