Summary:

Andy and Quỳnh, adventurous as always and the designated group event-planners, had rented an AirBnB somewhere in Georgian Bay. Joe and Nicky were promised a fire pit, a private bedroom, a beach, and plenty of hiking trails. Joe and Nile were frankly too excited about the hiking trails, and while Nicky loved to see them happy, he was really looking forward to sitting by the fire and finally finishing the stack of books he’d been neglecting all summer. So, yes, the fact that Booker was bringing his kids to the cottage set Nicky just a little bit on-edge. He liked kids. He liked his nephews specifically. But there was a feeling stirring in his stomach that he could not void. Or name, apparently. Or: Old anxieties surface when everyone comes together for a vacation in cottage country. A 'stuck on you' sequel.

Something I think would be so incredibly funny is if one day, Spider and the Sully kids are fucking around like 5 and 6 year olds do and someone accidentally knocks off Spider’s mask only for him to be fine. Like, they look at it on the ground for a minute going ‘how much trouble will we be in for breaking this rule’ not realizing that Spider should be choking right now. Neteyam goes, “you should probably put that back on so you don’t get yelled at.” And Spider responds, “But it’s itchy and heavy, it’s just the one time.” And they all continue playing whatever game.

Jake checks on them and has a heart attack before the ultimate confusion sets in. Spider is putting the mask back on going all, “sorry Jake, I won’t do it again,” and Jake just stares at him thinking ‘what the fuck is going on today’. He yoinks them all off to Norm and Max to see if they can figure this out. He stands outside with Avatar Norm all, “don’t freak out” before taking Spider’s mask off and watching Norm blue-screen.

No one can figure out what happened. Analysis of his lungs is both completely fine and fucked up at the same time. Was he born with the ability to breath Pandoran air? Did Eywa bless him at some point? No one knows, least of all the kids who are so bored now (lung scans take like an hour) and just want to go fishing.

the heart attacks they would hand out by the dozen's would be hilarious, especially considering they don't even realize the issue at hand and want nothing more then to go about playing.

meanwhile jake is still trying to get his blood pressure back down from the original scare when he first found spider without his mask (norm had to sit the man down cause he was on the verge of blowing an artery). norm is confused to high hell, questioning everything he has and ever will know, max feeling just about the same.

I don't think they would ever figure out exactly what happened to spiders lungs, but if they even bothered to speak to mo'at, she saw a fair bit of atokirina hovering over the boy the last time he suffered a bout of lung sickness.

Phantom Jellyfish are so cool looking. It looks as soft as velvet and, because there is literally no light with how deep in the ocean it lives, it's completely invisible other than the soft glow of it's head

i keep looking at this litter of ten hotots that i need to start training and getting tired before i even do anything because hrrguh it's such an Event to carry kits back and forth 😩 i love my big rabbits that have big litters but also trying to do evals on big litters takes sooooo longgggggg

they need vaccinating though. i think i'm going to start doing it before i wean them just to get on top of situations like what happened with 480p's litter where they started dropping at like four weeks old. i may also need to vaccinate the does once a year or something too, but i'm hoping just poking kits will get the job done.
