oooooooohhugyghh the springtrap brainrot is hitting real hard today. specifically the angsty parts.

my headcanon is that his actual body, the corpse, is still technically, somehow alive. he's still breathing. he still feels hunger and thirst and tired, but he just...can't do any of them. his body is essentially forced to breathe even with the springlocks puncturing his lungs. he's starving and exhausted and suffocating but he can't die. he is on the verge of death at all times but nothing can push him past that. and that's just the physical side of things. the complete loss of any sense or communication or stimulation while stuck in that room for 30 years wouldve been so, so much worse than any physical sensation. he's stuck in this pitch black room, in his own pain, with nothing to do except think, or do some mindless movement like pacing. he'd tried everything- trying to scream for help until he couldn't make noise at all. throwing himself against the door to force it open. nothing worked. all he could do was hope and beg that someday that door would open and he'd get himself out of this damn room- but until then it was the same every day. forgetting who he was. forgetting any language skills, forgetting people. forgetting how to be a human. delusions and hallucinations constantly tearing at his sense of what was real and what wasn't, until the line between that room, himself, and the outside world became blurred. he wasn't in that room anymore- he was that room. feeling the walls closing in pressing harder and harder until eventually leaving the room was merely a forgotten memory.

That was such a cool AU honestly... it was top tier Clingy Duo content, I hope I can do it justice.

Tubbo was sitting down on a patch of grass as Tommy explained to him all the new wonderful innovations he'd created and would soon add to the world.

"And I made these really cool little bug things that can make intermittent light and the frogs LOVE eating them and they look so adorable!" Tommy made a few of the bugs he mentioned appear around him while ranting and Tubbo was already thinking of how they could be implemented with the new technology that the wireless redstone system Tommy previously mentioned would make possible.

"So, they're some sort of natural source of electricity, fascinating" Tubbo mentioned after a second slightly poking one of the little bugs. Tommy gave him a blank stare before shrugging "Sure, they have all the E-L'Tit-City". "Electricity" "That's what I said bitch". Deciding that he was a lost cause Tubbo gestured for him to move on and Tommy was happy to do so.

"So, I added this whole new type of tree as well because swamps were kinda ugly so I made them prettier! And since you said that throwing cobblestone at things didn't 'actually make them look nice' I got creative! They have these big ass roots and you can go under them in a little boat!" Tommy continued. That wasn't of much interest to Tubbo, but he nodded regardless.

He was happy his friend had started creating pleasant things again. He wasn't sure he would be able to again after their... unpleasant time as mortals. But he was healing, clearly! Which meant that all the books on psychology Tubbo read were actually useful for something and he had actually fixed the problem. Tubbo was truly amazing, huh?

"And then there is this whole new space that I like to call the 'Big Dark' where if you make any noise a big scary monster appears out of nowhere and kills you. And you can't escape because it doesn't matter how far you run or how well you hide, he'll always find you and kill you" Tommy finished still as chipper as before. Tubbo stared at him for a moment, then he stared at the handy dandy book on trauma responses he recently got and back at Tommy. "Is there something you wanna talk about Tommy...?". "IT'S NOT BASED ON DREAM, SHUT UP!" Tommy screamed covering his ears and starting to chant 'lalala' despite the fact that Tubbo wasn't even talking.

I doubt this old geezer would have jumped Emma; it could reveal their location, that's true, but oh well - it’s implied he met them more often before so maybe Emma just slowly considered over time / maybe her realizing they’re not that different and all that yadayada)

(episode 5) Emma doubting herself because they've literally just been chased around (ik some people didn't like this and I get why but they've been barely surviving for like 11 months... she's lost and paralyzed, she's allowed to have her doubts, though they could be worded a bit differently. It just sucks that there wasn’t much of an arc regarding this after that, so. Yay Norman Christ has rescued us all.)

(episode 6) the reunion hug / scene, it looked so soft and nice ahhh- the entire art in that scene was just nice.

(episode 6) the atmosphere and framing of when Barbara was eating the demon meat. it came pretty unexpected and the moment you realize was such a big “ohhh… oh no.“

(episode 7) Lani and Thoma mentioning the migrating birds during their tower watch and that then later coming back when the kids think about where they could be was nice!

(episode 7) Norman’s soft “be careful” to Emma and Ray

(episode 7) Also Ray's reaction to "the gate is in gf" is just a mood haha

(episode 7) THE SHIPMENT PARALLELS! the sounds, grabbing his hand this time when he had to take hers during his shipment AHHH-

(episode 7) evolvment of the “dont do it on your own / involve your family/friends” by asking Gilda and Don to come with them on the search for Sonju/Mujika. Sadly this doesn’t carry over to ep11 where they decide to do sth as drastic as staying behind for god-knows-how-long without letting anyone know beforehand.

(episode 7) like their reactions to it are so wholesome, I really like how it is portrayed. Especially because up until now Emma was still bottling up. Idk I like that it takes a while for this to really settle in properly.

episode 8

(episode 8) “are you god?” / “I’ll be a god or a devil” / “are you a human?”

(episode 8) showing the demon suffering pretty graphically for what I expected

(episode 8) the simple fact that I got the experience of pure euphoria and a laughing attack when the parallel between Vylk and Norman was actually a thing, when I was so confused why they both had a distinct characteristic (the walking stick) in episode 5. My friends thought I was crazy but I was just big brain. (we were robbed of more stick though)

(episode 8) norman hand symbolism, with blood, Emma grabbing it, him looking at it and how it ties Emma to his plan inherently and then when it's not his blood on his hands but someone's that he's taking away from another living being.

(episode 9) the unspoken realization that he’s not the only one being tested by the test scanner was on the right-hand side. good shit. Ik thats technically not the anime’s idea but I like how they put the focus on it with blur and didn’t actively state it.

(episode 9) him coughing up blood to show how fast it’s been progressing/getting worse // though that implies he refused to take his meds OR that its that bad even with the meds which I don’t think is the point. Like the psychological warfare of giving the kids a condition that they can only fight while they’re in their prison bc they’ll run out of meds is just. hHHH

(episode 9) I really liked Norman going to talk to Vylk and… hhh- Emma *AHEM* and how he didn’t really know what to say, and .........… E-EmMa going up to him and apologizing for what demons did, showing empathy and understanding AND ABSOLUTING WRECKING NORMAN and me. man, cycle of hatred bad.

(episode 10) Emma speaking over the radio to everyone is just… so heartfelt ahh

(episode 10) The little kids sneaking amongst the others is rly cute and honestly kind of epic haha

(episode 10) the moms/sisters either not noticing them or not doing anything bc they’re on their side anyway is just… a funny thing to think about either way

(episode 11) the turning ceiling is pretty

(episode 11) I like the shadow asthetic of the Ratri exposition, generally the Ratri exposition is pretty nice aside from being so fast you cannot take all that in and process it properly

(episode 11) the slideshow of them in the human world gives nice glimpses into things, even if… very vague haha. Especially the shot of Isabella playing guitar stuck with me. And Phil on a train! Not a steam one, sadly.

(episode 11) while the demon world slideshow is uhhhhh SOMETHING, I do like that the weird dragon-on-water thing is in both the Ratri exposition during the promise thing and then also at the end, which at least gives A BIT of context to what's likely happening. Idk I liked that, but then again my standards aren't very high.

I'm not saying any of this outweighs the problems bc oh boy, but ye.

I’m supposed to be asleep but i have no filter worth speaking of lmaooo. idk will this make any sense at all but I’m very passionate about this.

So I have wishes about how I want JJK to go, characters i want to survive and things i want to see happen. But my deepest, rawest, bottom of my maslow hierarchy of needs is that i want to see more of this shit

I just adore this concept, this is my favorite partnership in jjk, fuckin if it counts under techniques its my favorite technique. I love monsters in general and I love exploring humans feeling like monsters and this is just like bringing it all together for me. Like, being allowed to be raw and ugly and monstrous and the other person still loving and cherishing you and feeling out for their own raw and ugly parts while they are with you. Being allowed to be something imperfect and fractured and not okay and being that together, the fierceness of love with teeth and claws. Idk if I’m making sense its 1am but that’s the shit tm.

Like I know I know I know half of Yuuta’s arc was about letting go of Rika but the heart wants what the heart wants. Most of what we’ve seen of Yuuta and Rika was a very master and servant dynamic, Yuuta leads and Rika follows and lends him her strength. And I want more. I want a proper, equal partnership, I want them to cooperate in fights easy as breathing, I want Rika just casually chilling with Yuuta around like a proper couple but she’s a big ass fuck off curse. Imagine how impactful and funny it would be if like one of the Kyoto kids spotted them just hanging out and was like ‘WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT’ and Yuuta was like ‘this is Rika, my gf :3′ Like the power move please. We have shikigami and we have curse users but Yuuta was the closet we go to actual partnership between a human and a curse and I WANT IT. It would be such a cool way to explore more of curse psychology (like half of my curse!Gojo fic is based on this premise), because Rika isn’t like Mahito n co who are fully able to verbalize and act somewhat human. She’s much more raw and feral but also obviously more intelligent then a normal curse (probably double so after V0....tho we still don’t know for sure wtf was that in Shibuya, if that was really Rika or ? something else) and I fuckin dig arcs about understanding each other despite not being able to understand each other, about getting across immense boundaries to work well together. I want something raw as it’s intimate, as feral as it’s loving. I want a couple that will give off ‘holy shit they scare me’ and ‘goals tbh’ vibe at the same time. Also I think it would be really really cool for a female love interest to just be a big fuck off monster that isn’t conventionally pretty in any conceivable way but that the main character is still smitten with.

Do I think this will actually happen in JJK? hHHH probably not in a way I want it to. We still have to figure out why is Rika here but they obviously arent acting as partners if the situation isn’t urgent and idk how much sense would it make for Yuuta’s character or the plot overall. Do I care? No, i call it my rawest wish for a reason there aint nothin logical or thought through about this, these are just my raw unfiltered emotions on this very specific thing i wanna see be done.

I'm the one who's truly boring so I guess I'll just do it in terms of similarities with GOT7 members cause I really don't know what to write hhhhh

So.. here we go

1. Same as Youngjae oppa, I really used to be someone who can't help but is always really hurt by other people's harsh comments about me, I start agreeing in a way and verbally attacking myself everytime other people verbally attack me, so in the end it hurts a lot more than if I choose to protect myself and let myself that what they said isn't true, and also the fact that they said it in such a hurtful way, indicates that they have psychological problems. So I really felt Youngjae's Nobody Knows. That heartbreak really. Now that I know, I can protect myself. I hope Youngjae oppa can know this someday too if he haven't already ❤️

2. I currently have the exact same MBTI personality type as Yugyeom~ - In the personality test that GOT7 did in Hard Carry (ummm if I didn't remember it wrong, I think it's Hard Carry..), Yugyeom got the personality type INFP, he is the only one who got a non-judging type amongst GOT7 members. Instead of J he got P, and that mostly indicates instead of following rules and schedules, he respects his own feelings more, and does things according to what he wants to do. People with J type will think P type is immature and have no self control like this, but the truth is, this part about P type takes them far. Remember Hit The Stage? Usually J type people cannot succeed too much at a single area because rules and schedules and other people's expectations interrupts whatever they want to do the most and thus damages their concentration and motivation, but P type people usually wouldn't let this happen, so their concentration and enjoyment in whatever they do is a lot higher than J type, which leads them to their outstanding success. I used to be J type too, but after studying psychology and self help books, I (magically) transformed into P type, and what happened was, I went from knowing nothing about it to being especially good at something (psychology) in four months. (Oh, being interested in psyc is the same as Jinyoung hahaha, it was at first for the same reason too - I wanted to know more about people~)

3. (My comments are getting too long so here are some short ones😂) When I was in high school, I met really amazing teachers who changed my life, and I wanted to be a teacher too (I still do) - and that's almost the same as Jinyoung, only difference = for him it was one particular teacher, for me it has been several teachers with different levels of change they brought to my life~

4. I used to have really bad anger management issues too, but same as Jaebeom our leader-nim, after self help books, I changed a lot, and anger issues basically disappeared, and same as him now, I am usually soft and squishy now (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

5. My old self has the same MBTI personality type as Jaebeom, which is INFJ, this is really similar to Jinyoung and Youngjae too, they both got ISFJ (only different in one aspect: N/S aspect). (But do notice that they took the test years ago so they all might be very different now~)

6. I really really really want to be a good parent in the future, and I talk about it too, same as Jinyoung. hhhh

7. My future career path is going to focus on letting more people know about the part of psychology that can help with their parenting~

8. Same as Youngjae oppa, being able to make people's lives better and happier is very important for me, I also share the therapist dream with him. ❤️ (uhh maybe we can even get to know each other when we are older? if he finishes his idol career? if I get famous in my career one day? 😂😂😂 who knows right ~ just wondering ~ it would be cool if we can meet as therapists ❤️

Taishirou Fic Notes: REPEAT?_

(For Chapters/Parts 1+2) Under the cut!... (... There’ll be spoilers for the entirety of the fic) (This is a preliminary draft/outline until I can make it neater ? looking yeah pfft) (Also see the original fic outline for more earlier elaboration)

-- Chapters 1+2 --

- These chapters are somewhat partly self explanatory; the ‘prologue’ of sorts that set everything up. I think they were the third/fourth or so pieces that I wrote / outlined for this thing? (After the couple of chapters towards the very end...) - This entire idea spawned when I was thinking of Taishiro AU ideas [including previous ones I’ve had] and basically going ‘what’s a Koushiro AU I hadn’t thought of yet??’ - Somehow my mind went ‘ARCHAEOLOGIST ..... KOUSHIRO’ ??? ‘PLUS TIMELOOPS / KAGEDAZE TAISHIRO AU’ ??? PLUS ‘COLLEGE AU’ ???? - Essentially I was thinking of careers Koushiro could have in the real world that would a) be suitable for him b) satisfy his thirst for Knowledge [while also relating to how Knowledge is used in the timeloops] c) would take him a while to complete, but be very worthwile to him in the end d) would have some mystery / intrigue involved, especially when connecting to the Digital World e) would keep him close to Taichi [because he relates tech with it, and is involved in higher education / etc., eventually it could lead to him still becoming a researcher like in the canon epilogue in the end, or in other spinoff AU thoughts... also Taichi having a law-related career that keeps him close to Koushiro] ... etc. etc. - then my mind went ‘OH THAT’S A GOOD IDEA I CAN ALSO RELATE IT TO ‘THAT THING’ YEAH’ (i.e. THE WELL the well where HE FINDS HIS CREST) - however in the back of my mind I was probably also thinking of a super-cute old Cardcaptor Sakura series 1 episode / moment in which then still mostly newly introduced “rival” to Sakura, Syaoran Li, watches Fujitaka Kinomoto’s archaeology presentation. Syaoran grows more and more interested the point he’s internally [and externally, but ‘hiding’ it (well ? from Fujitaka, badly otherwise)] cheering over it when Fujitaka offers to show him more archaeology related things in the future - only to immediately find out next Fujitaka is Sakura Kinomoto’s father [hahaaaa]. Of course Syaoran x Sakura becomes the canon couple in the end anyhow [hahaaaaa. sorry Syaoran ilu but you were pretty amusing back then and also v. tsun in that ‘fail’ kind of way] (some of his early tsun expressions kinda remind me of Adventure Taichi too??) (...Our War Game Taichi even kind of ??) - So my mind might have subconsciously been ‘combining’ all those things (along with an image in my head of photographer Koushiro from Tri studying things in the Digital World) and basically turning that implied Syaoran/Sakura + Archaeology things [if indirectly] into Taishiro + Archaeology AU yes - (also I was following CCS’s new Clear Card Arc at the time in both manga form first and then anime form, so ... yes it was at the back of my mind) - The first lines that basically spurred on this AU were the opening rambles / summary but more notably what immediately came to mind was Koushiro’s “Oh, I’M adopted.” - line, in response to Taichi’s dumb question literally HE WROTE HIMSELF (Koushiro - unfortunately - never has a scene in-show where he actually talks about it with the other Chosen, not even in an 02 era cd drama where he was literally visiting his biological parents’ graves and right after on the way home runs into the other Adventure Chosen sans Taichi and Yamato - and he STILL doesn’t even bring his biological parents up at all, not even that he was just visiting them like ‘oh, I was just on my way back from...’ - so essentially this is him saying it right off the bat and startling Taichi indirectly with it while he’s at it.) - It also prevents having to take forever to set that particular reveal up ... while at the same time taking forever to set that reveal up in Adventure universe and with more impact otherwise hahaaa. (CRY) - So, these two chapters are the setup. - You may notice there’s a feeling of ‘something’s definitely not quite right here’ or ‘something’s up’ all through these parts, the writing style (I basically kind of... mentally storyboard, then translate that into an outline, then storyboard again, then attempt to write anything etc. etc.), (but also the kind of ‘limited’ writing style, too) and basically the entire fic. That’s the timeloops effect lingering in the background, impacting events / feelings / actions, etc. Even the slightest things like Koushiro’s expressions as he regards Taichi, the tiniest movements he makes, or Taichi’s mind running a little (A LOT) more wildly than usual. - When Taichi first hears Koushiro’s ‘(smooth) voice drifting through the open door’, that’s basically the timeloops effect slamming into him right from the get-go. His mind is running wildly subconsciously too like ‘WHAT? WHAT?? WHAT???’ because he’s so confused / startled / scared / basically majorly freaked out to the point of a feeling of dread / horror etc. l-lolll poor Taichi I’M SORRY I love you really (this is also the KageDaze inspired effect because poor Hibiya there, too, [the boy] is basically this through most of the song) [specific dialogue notes] -  ‘ok, he's not really a "kid", he's a fellow adult, but Taichi's mind seems to insist on calling him that, for some reason....’ and all of the ‘his age’ bits etc. - Taichi’s mind is subconsciously relating Koushiro’s actual age to him (‘he’s younger than you think!!! you KNEW HIM IN SCHOOL!!! BEFORE!!!’) except he’s not fully realizing, of course. - short-cut spiky red hair and pure black eyes ('why are you staring so intently at his eyes, idiot!!') Again, timeloops effect slamming. Taichi’s recognizing Koushiro’s features right away and what stands out the most are his hair [dark red] and his eyes [somehow pure black (...lol fandom injoke?)]. This also relates in ch. 4, “Bridge” - when young Taichi notices Koushiro’s red hair ‘stands out the most’ in the light, and Koushiro’s (eyes are) staring right at him (because that young Koushiro’s becoming aware of the loops and freaked out / feeling dread crashing into him, himself). (also other similar parts of the fic) This also relates to novels Koushiro knowing he ‘stands out like a sore thumb’ in class (and how that line relates later with the Izumis / his adoption, as well.) - social sciences? Psychology? Health in general? Science itself? ARCHAEOLOGY??! Basically Koushiro is a freaking genuis [timeloops.... effect] [but also natural hhhh-ha] and subconsciously-or-not relating his career to as many ‘Knowledge’-gathering fields as possible, yeah. SLOW DOWN KOUSHIRO - and he's talking so animatedly and precisely and smartly because again, Child of Knowledge / timeloops. (He’d probably be an amazing professional teacher too negl) (and also how do both his seiyuu/voice actors sound so good HOW). Ok but for real, this is also simultaneously Koushiro’s ‘professional mode’ and / or his ‘mask’ so to speak. He’s enjoying it too, mostly, but... at the same time, it’s like going through the motions.... Koushiro ;A;/ - Taichi keeps staring at him, how is he so... pretty - ('wait what?!') ('but he kind of is, in that way where he has this glow about him-') Timeloops effect reminding him yes, Taichi, you are definitely attracted to Koushiro Izumi (maybe a bit too much) Koushiro’s ‘glow’ is basically him becoming animated / excited whenever he talks about Knowledge-related topics he’s particularly interested in! (But also kind of like... his inner... glow ehehhh....) - The presenter (Izumi?) turns around and stares at him directly, sharply, (kindly?) with those black eyes and says semi-brightly despite the situation he's in, in front of this room full of dumb college kids like Taichi himself - "Oh, I'M adopted." Dun dun dunnnn (hey, Taichi, did you REALLY get Koushiro’s last name/name or-) (...he didn’t) Now Koushiro’s directly focusing his attentions on Taichi, subconsciously recognizing him while he’s at it. He’s staring ‘kindly’ because of the warm feelings his subconscious / past self has towards Taichi; while also out of genuine kindness / intrigue from this universes’ Koushiro himself. Koushiro’s definitely feeling that ‘pull’ but at the same time warning bells are going off like crazy in his head too, and maybe subconsciously freaking him out too (although he’s a little more logical about it than Taichi, maybe... ...? or trying to not panic before he finishes this thing anyway) - After the presentation is over, the kid is gathering up his things outside the room, and fixing his slightly moved tie all neatly, and Taichi approaches him awkwardly from behind. THE TRUE MEETING and basically they’re both subconsciously knowing they were going to have to talk here but .... - "Izumi" turns to stare at him, more intently, now. "It's all right. ...?" (He was a little confused as to why this cool looking kid [??] bothered apologizing to him for that, but he accepts it...) Koushiro’s staring intently because he’s so hyper-focused subconsciously, but also because he likes giving his full attention where it matters in general, too. Also ‘cool looking kid’ is Taichi’s mind thinking maybe that’s how Koushiro might see him, basically. (TAICHI PLS....) (ok but he also added the ‘??’ because he realizes... yeah TAICHI PLS) (Koushiro was a bit surprised this boy actually did think to apologize, but....) - Koushiro smiles slightly. Actually smiles. KOUSHIRO’S SMILES ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN THIS FIC OK Koushiro smiles so impassioned-ly at the start of everything (especially in this verse, where he rarely gets the chance to smile AT ALL it doesn’t help that this Koushiro didn’t go to the Digital World, didn’t make any close friends, DIDN’T MEET TENTOMON OR TAICHI and etc....) - so that when this Koushiro smiles genuinely, it’s SUPER IMPORTANT, OK - "Are you interested? I'm afraid the next dig is already scheduled very soon, but..." "Wait, you're leaving, soon-?!" ('Shut up, you idiot!!') Koushiro is looking at him oddly now - Taichi’s mind is going even more wild with the warning bells and basically yelling ‘SOMETHING’S DEFINITELY WRONG HERE DON’T LET HIM GO IF YOU LET HIM GO HE’S GOING TO UP AND LEAVE AND YOU’LL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN !!!!!’ (Also his mind running wild kind of parallels Ep 21′s inspirations too??) (don’t forget Taichi hasn’t had a lot of his ‘character development’ here as well) Koushiro’s looking at him oddly because he’s having a similar feeling but trying to figure out what the heck is up with this and ... this boy... ? - Koushiro is about ready to have to leave again, and Taichi thinks as fast as he can. Taichi’s not ... as known for his thinking deeply in canon when he’s younger (lol) (well, um, pre...? SkullGreymon ? anyhow maybe w-wah) and considering WARNING BELLS he’s basically thinking of the ‘last resort’ type thing he can say / ask / (yell?) / etc. (or - BAM, TIMELINE OVER BAD END). - "W-Wait, which area are you in-?" Koushiro turns with a raised eyebrow and another slight smile. Koushiro’s raising his eyebrow / smiling because he’s basically internally thinking ‘...This one, hmm ..... ‘ - He lives in fucking Odaiba. Literally a block away from Taichi. ('SHIIIIIIIIIIT') ('TAICHI YOU ARE AN IDIOT') ... oh. (yeah) (TIMELOOOOOOPS EFFEEEEEECT) (TAICHI YOU ARE AN IDIOT) -- Chapter 2 -- (kind of) - He doesn't know how it happens, but in some other universe somewhere, he probably ends up not walking Koushiro home and regretting it for the rest of his life when Koushiro just ups and leaves on an archaeology dig somewhere and Taichi never sees him again - ('Seriously, stop thinking!!') So yeah, that part about ‘YOU’LL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN’ ?? [Taichi(+Koushiro) avoided the BAD END ?? ?] [to be continued]

May I request a character analysis on Timmy's Parents, Crocker, and Jorgen Von Strangle?

Hhhh. I’m gonna… pass on this one for now. Maybe later, but not… now.

The problem is, these characters are all very “out there” in terms of personality, and they’re among the most skewed when it comes to my portrayals. I aim to write “FOP but with realistic magic / biology / culture / psychology”, so by necessity, my take on all of these guys has to be scaled back a lot. I don’t like to use them too much because I don’t like contradicting canon, but these guys, Vicky, Trixie, Tootie, and Sparky push my abilities to the limit. If I waver too much from their canon selves, what’s the point? Then I’m just writing OCs, and not even OCs I like. I’ve got better things to do. They’re someone’s favorite character and I don’t want to portray them wrong. But I can’t portray them in my ‘fics exactly as they are in the show, because they don’t fit. It’s just not worth it.

I’m starting to get the hang of Jorgen, though. Much happier with his portrayal in “Think Positive” than “Anti-Cosma v. Adelinda von Strangle”. I was amused by BookwormGal’s review of, “Hi, Jorgen. Bye, Jorgen” on that chapter, since. That is basically what happened. Moved way too fast. Not very happy with it. “Think Positive” was much better. But we’ll see him a few times throughout the 130.

There’s a Timmy’s Dad-centric Prompt coming up too. Would you believe it, but it was supposed to be out ten months ago, ahaha… It’s called “Refusal”, and it’s about him and the rest of his Squirrely Scout troop as kids- including Sheldon Dinkleberg. I’ve also got a Prompt about Timmy’s Mom musing on how her son talks to his fish and inanimate objects, but there’s not a lot of plot in it so it hasn’t gone anywhere yet. Especially because I started to get a nagging feeling that I had read a similar scene in a ‘fic elsewhere and I’ve been trying to find it. I could have sworn it was in “Never Had a Friend Like Me”, but I recently reread the thing and it was not there. Maybe it’s in “Tales As Old As Time”. Hmm…

Crocker is fast becoming important in the 130. I didn’t mean to push him this far back. He was supposed to appear in Arc 1, but I decided to end the arc earlier than planned so I would have an excuse to put the project on hiatus during the summer because it mattered to me for some reason. 

I promise, he’s on his way, but I keep scrapping things and starting over. I had a nice clean schedule of all the prompts in the order I was going to post them, but then I thought “That Was Then” was so “out there” compared to the others that it should be the first prompt of Arc 2, and then I got super into “Think Positive” and wanted to finish it off, and then “Minion” was really exciting for me and I wanted to post it on my birthday, and then I posted “Grooming” to split up those two since they are both 20k+ words and I didn’t want them both in a row, and “Watch and Learn” is totally ready to go at any time but I’m saving it for winter because it takes place just before Christmas, and “This Is Halloween” was just made to be posted on Halloween and…

Crocker is coming is what I am saying here. We’re actually going to get to see him a lot. I’m just still trying to settle into my portrayal of him. Maybe instead of introducing him with “Do the Math”, it would be better to introduce him in “Naptime”. Because I’m here for Foop inviting Crocker and Dark Laser to the Blue Castle for a sleepover any day. Wooboy, I haven’t read that one in a year… I remember Anti-Cosmo continuously feeding everyone because he doesn’t know how else to be a good host besides feeding people.

But we were still getting new stories about the main cast and Crocker, so they got put on hold in my writings.

And now we have KEVIN to play with! You guys may not know I love Kevin, but I do. We’ll definitely be seeing him soon. I’m just. Trying to make everything fit in the order I need it to. Skipping forward in the timeline without revealing spoilers. Keeping everything consistent. Finding the right time to introduce new characters and plot lines without over-complicating things. That sort of stuff.

I’ve actually written Crocker a lot. I just keep forgetting that it doesn’t seem that way to y’all because I’ve been working things out later in the timeline so I’ll know how to set up for him. Oh man, I’m so excited for you guys. You get to watch the stories unfold step by step instead of already knowing how everything ends before it’s even written. How cool is that? There’s so much you don’t know! Be sure to do plenty of freaking out for me. It’s not quite the same if I do it myself.

I will say that there is definitely a story coming about Jorgen and the fact that he’s getting older and the von Strangle line needs an heir. Some hints about that were dropped in “Think Positive” just recently, actually! Jorgen’s stuff is mostly set-up for Devil’s Backbone though, so I was trying to push it later in the Prompts because of reasons. We’ll get to him later. “Falling action”, so to speak.

Timmy’s parents are sketch. They’re amusing for the show, but they don’t fit my writing style very well. I obviously favor the Fairykind because I love animal behavior and magic, but I’ll try to work humans in there more often for you guys.

Humans besides the obvious, I mean. Humans like Timmy. Not like… Yeah.

Once we start seeing these guys in the Prompts more, and time permitting, I’d probably be willing to do some analyses. Let’s put a pin in it for now.
