BG3 "Succubus" Bard/Warlock
Build taken from YouTube user Senpai Ziah. Note that he recommends going Asmodeus Tiefling for the sake of the level 5 darkness, but that Githyanki and Drow are also very good stats-wise. Tiefling is the best thematically. This build is equal parts theme and power.
WARLOCK, ARCHFEY
Cantrips: Eldritch Blast, Friends
Spells: Hex, Charm Person
Abilities: 8 / 16(15+1) / 14 / 10 / 10 / 16(14+2)
2: Faerie Fire (though this is very optional since Hex and Darkness are also concentration spells), Eldritch Invocations: Agonizing Blast, Devil's Sight
3: +BARD: Cantrips: Minor Illusion, Mage Hand, or just whatever you want. Spells: Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Dissonant Whispers, Thunderwave, Sleep
All levels from this point on are Bard.
4: Feather Fall
5: Subclass: College of The Lore. Hold Person
6: Whatever cantrip you want. Heat Metal, Invisibility, Detect Thoughts.
FEAT: War Caster or (recommended) bump Charisma to 18.
7: Hypnotic Pattern
8: Glyph of Warding or whatever spell. Magical Secrets: Haste, Fireball, Counterspell or Darkness somewhere in there, but ideally another party member has Darkness.
9: Dimension Door, Confusion, Greater Invisibility
10: Whatever spells.

11: Dominate Person, Hold Monster, Mass Cure Wounds
12: Magical Secrets: there's so many options just take whatever.
RECOMMENDED GEAR:
ACT 1: Amulet of Misty Step (Can either get from Omeluum in Myconid Colony, Underdark (must speak to Blurg to find Omeluum) or from a gilded chest inside the Goblin Camp, I think in Priestess Gut's bedroom.)

The Spellsparkler (reward option for saving Councilor Florrick from the burning building in Waukeen's Rest)
Blazer of Benevolence (given as reward by Volo for rescuing him from the goblin camp)

Haven't tried this myself yet, just recording it. Taken from YouTube user Cephalopocalypse. I like his builds because they don't have gear requirements, which is ideal if you didn't pre-plan Act 3 companions' builds, and didn't get them gear from the previous acts.
FIGHTER
Fighting Style: Two-Weapon Fighting

2: Action Surge! Woohoo!
3: Subclass: Battle Master. Manoeuvres: Menacing Attack or Precision Attack, Riposte, Trip Attack.

BG3 Eldritch Blast Machine Gun Build
High damage, high amount of Eldritch Blasts. Put this shit on Wyll. It's like a warlock gatling gun, even though this build is mostly Sorcerer. It's REALLY GOOD. Took this from YouTube user KhrazeGaming, and added some fucky gear from a comment on the video which takes this build to an even higher level of fuckiness.
WARLOCK, GREAT OLD ONE
Cantrips: Eldritch Blast, Bone Chill
Abilities: 10 / 16(15+1) / 14 / 8 / 10 / 16(14+2)
2: Passives: Agonizing Blast, Repelling Blast
3: +FIGHTER. Whatever fighting style you want, because it actually doesn't matter. We're not using a rapier or anything on this build, but if you do do that, do Dueling.
4: +FIGHTER. Action Surge.
5: +SORCERER, DRACONIC BLOODLINE, BRONZE. Cantrips: Light, Poison Spray, Blade Ward, Ray of Frost. Chromatic Orb, Shield.
Every level from this point on is Sorcerer.
6: Metamagic: Twinned Spell, Distant Spell
7: Metamagic: Quickened Spell. Whatever spell you want.
8: Cantrip: Shocking Grasp, or whatever you want.
FEAT: War Caster
9: Fireball. Swap Chromatic Orb for Haste.
10: Counterspell, probably. Counterspell is really good.
11: Wall of Fire or whatever else you want. Truth is you're mostly using Eldritch Blast the entire time.

GEAR:
ACT 1: Spell Sparkler. Given as a reward by Councillor Florrick after rescuing her at Waukeen's Rest. Gives you Lightning Charges on your cantrips, which is even more Eldritch Blast damage.
Necklace of Elemental Augmentation. Found in a display case at Creche Yllek, in the Inquisitor's Chamber.
ACT 2: Coruscation Ring. Found in a chest at the underground portion of the Last Light Inn (I didn't even know it had an underground portion until I did this build lol)
Callous Glow Ring. In an opulent chest near Balthazar in the Gauntlet of Shar (-821, -752). These rings make your Eldritch Blasts give a Radiating Orb to whoever they hit. And then when they're illuminated, you do even more damage.
Potent Robe. Easily the most important gear piece. Given as a reward by Alfira after rescuing the tieflings from the Moonrise Towers prison.
ACT 3: Birthright. From Sorcerer's Sundries
Gemini Gloves. From Helsik at The Devil's Fee.

BG3 Build: It's Just A Tempest Cleric.
That's the build. Tempest Cleric. It's an extremely good subclass. I wont take you through every level, I'm just gonna list the ability numbers, list the feats and some really really good gear that I don't think I could live without, Cleric-wise. There's also quite a few gear pieces so I think it's worth putting a Keep Reading.

LEVEL 8 FEAT: Ability Improvement: Wisdom

ACT 1: The Whispering Promise. Reportedly found in a few places. It's either sold by Grat The Trader at the Goblin Camp, sold by Brem in the Zhentarim Hideout, or sold by Volo (he's a merchant! It's not a dialogue option to trade but there's a button you can press.)
Boots of Aid and Comfort: Sold by Grat The Trader at the Goblin Camp
Hellrider's Pride: Given as a reward by Zevlor if you (spoilers for a little Emerald Grove sidequest) convince Kagha to not be a shadow druid.
Luminous Armor: In a locked and trapped chest in the Selunite Outpost in the Underdark.

BG3 Indomitable Wizard Tank Build
Shields. Shields. Shields. A wizard don't need high HP if his armor class is so fucking high that nobody can hit him. This build lacks some utility but the shieldness of it all is worth it, and I can attest to that personally. Abjuration Wizards can even project their Arcane Wards onto allies who are about to take incoming damage, making this build an excellent support. Build by YouTube user Cephalopocalypse, slightly changed by me.
WIZARD
Cantrips: Fire Bolt, Blade Ward, Minor Illusion
Spells: Magic Missile, Ice Knife, Grease, PFE&G, Shield, Expeditious Retreat
Abilities: 8 / 14 / 16(15+1) / 16 (14+2) / 8 / 12
2: Subclass: Abjuration. Whatever spells you want.
3: Arcane Lock, Cloud of Daggers. At the beginning of the day, you can spam Arcane Lock on any container to get more Arcane Ward counters, and then use Arcane Recovery to get the spell slots back.
4: New Cantrip: Mage Hand. Whatever spells you want.
FEAT: Ability Improvement: Intelligence
5: Counterspell, and whatever else you want
6: ADD CLASS: Sorcerer, Draconic Bloodline, White. New Cantrips: Light, Friends, Dancing Lights, Ray of Frost. Shield, Magic Missile. White Draconic Bloodline gives you natural access to Armor of Agathys, which only cost level 1 spell slots, making them easier to recover than Arcane Lock's Level 2 slots, and therefore gives you more numerous Arcane Ward counters.
7: BACK TO WIZARD. Whatever spells you want.
8: Fire Shield, Banishment or just whatever you want but Banishment is pretty good.
9: Whatever you want
FEAT: Ability Improvement: Intelligence
10: Hold Monster, Telekinesis, or just whatever you want.
11: Cloudkill, Cone of Cold, and I think there's a new cantrip here. Just get whatever you want. You have the shields.
12: Whatever you desire babygirl.
RECOMMENDED GEAR: You can mostly use whatever gear you want but these specific items help a lot.
ACT 1: Psychic Spark, sold by Omeluum or Blurg in the Underdark Myconid Colony. This gives you an extra Magic Missile dart.
ACT 2: Spellcrux Amulet, looted off the Warden in Moonrise Towers. Gives you an extra Arcane Recovery, and therefore another Arcane Ward counter. There's also another Arcane Recovery amulet I got in Act 1 but I don't remember it. I'll edit this post when I look at it again.
ACT 3: Bonespike Garb, sold by Exxvikyap at Rivington General. If you somehow manage to get hit, it's gonna be slightly less damage, and the attacker will take a little damage back.
Markoheshkir, from the See Invisibility Puzzle in Ramazith's Tower. Generally useful for Wizards.
